Abstract
本发明涉及一种高强度无碳钢包衬砖及其制备方法,其特征是,包括以下步骤,组份比例按重量份数计:(1)混炼:将60~75份板状刚玉颗粒放入混炼机中干混2~15min,加入2~3份水继续混合5~15min,接着加入2~4份结合剂,混合5~15min,最后加入10~30份矾土基电熔尖晶石细粉和10~20份抗氧化剂继续混合8~15min形成泥料,混炼机转速定为950~1000r/min;(2)压制成型:将泥料加入模具中压制成型制成砖坯,压力为2500~6300KN;(3)烘烤固化:将砖坯进行烘烤固化得到高强度无碳钢包衬砖,烘烤温度为150~300℃,烘烤时间为10~20h。本发明利用镁质结合剂产生超高强度,解决现机压成型无碳钢包衬砖在生产和运输中容易损坏,产生大量非使用损耗的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高强度无碳钢包衬砖及其制备方法,属于耐火材料制备技术领域。
背景技术
20世纪80年代前后,随着炉外精炼金属的发展,含碳耐火材料在钢铁冶炼炉衬中使用取得了巨大成功。几十年来,炼钢转炉、电炉、钢包等炉衬用耐火材料,如镁碳砖、铝镁碳砖,以及连铸系统用功能耐火材料,如铝碳质、铝锆碳质水口、滑板、塞棒等含碳耐火材料在炼钢工艺过程中一直发挥着重要作用。自八十年代以来,由于世界各国在国防、交通、石油及汽车等行业的发展与技术进步,对钢材性能的要求日益苛刻。实践证明,钢材的纯净度越高,其性能越高,使用寿命也越长。
高纯净钢的生产除了需要在冶炼技术上采取相应的新工艺、新技术外,还与相关耐火材料的技术与质量密切相关。随着我国对各种优质钢种需求的不断增加,如汽车工业的迅速发展对低碳高强钢板的需求的急剧增加,钢铁冶炼技术人员对各种耐火材料在冶金工艺过程中对钢中的增碳愈加重视起来,要求在冶炼低碳优质钢种工艺过程中尽量减少含碳耐火材料的使用,以减少对钢水增碳所带来的不利影响。为了满足钢铁冶金工艺的要求,耐火材料产品逐步向高效、节能、环保型转化,钢包用无碳耐火材料的开发与应用受到了耐火材料科研人员的广泛重视。
机压成型无碳钢包衬砖不含碳,具有高温抗折强度高、膨胀系数小、抗侵蚀性好、耐剥落性好的特点,满足了炼纯净钢、低碳钢、超低碳钢的要求,同时提高钢包的使用寿命,是钢包衬砖的换代产品。
但现机压成型无碳钢包衬砖大部分为磷酸盐和水结合,有常温强度较低的缺点,在生产中和运输中容易损坏,产生大量非使用损耗,提高了无碳砖的生产成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种高强度无碳钢包衬砖及其制备方法,利用镁质结合剂产生超高强度,解决现机压成型无碳钢包衬砖在生产和运输中容易损坏,产生大量非使用损耗的问题。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,所述高强度无碳钢包衬砖,其特征是,包括以下组份,组份比例按重量份数计:板状刚玉颗粒60~75份、矾土基电熔尖晶石细粉10~30份、抗氧化剂10~20份和结合剂2~4份。
进一步的,所述板状刚玉颗粒的大小为1~10mm。
进一步的,所述矾土基电熔尖晶石细粉的粒度为200~325目。
进一步的,所述抗氧化剂为氧化铝粉和/或活性氧化铝微粉。
进一步的,所述结合剂为镁质结合剂。
所述高强度无碳钢包衬砖的制备方法,其特征是,包括以下步骤,组份比例按重量份数计:
(1)混炼:首先将60~75份板状刚玉颗粒放入混炼机中干混2~15min,然后加入2~3份水继续混合5~15min,接着加入2~4份结合剂,混合5~15min,最后加入10~30份矾土基电熔尖晶石细粉和10~20份抗氧化剂继续混合8~15min形成泥料,混炼机转速定为950~1000r/min,混炼时间为10~60min;
(2)压制成型:将经步骤(1)混炼完成的泥料加入模具中压制成型制成砖坯,压力为2500~6300KN;
(3)烘烤固化:将砖坯进行烘烤固化得到高强度无碳钢包衬砖,烘烤温度为150~300℃,烘烤时间为10~20h。
进一步的,所述步骤(1)中采用旋移循环式混炼机进行混炼。
进一步的,所述步骤(20采用复合式真空摩擦压砖机进行压制成型。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)在隧道式干燥窑中进行烘烤固化。
本发明所述高强度无碳钢包衬砖及其制备方法制备方法简单,步骤易于操作,大幅度提高了无碳钢包衬砖的常温强度,解决了现机压成型无碳钢包衬砖在生产和运输中容易损坏,产生大量非使用损耗的问题,大大降低了无碳钢包衬砖的生产成本。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明通过选用板状刚玉颗粒提高无碳钢包衬砖的耐高温性、抗渣侵蚀性;通过矾土基电熔尖晶石细粉保持无碳钢包衬砖的抗热震性、抗渣渗透性;通过抗氧化剂提高无碳钢包衬砖的抗氧化性;通过镁质结合剂增强无碳钢包衬砖的常温强度。
实施例一:一种高强度无碳钢包衬砖的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)混炼:采用旋移循环式混炼机进行混炼,分别称取74份板状刚玉颗粒、14份矾土基电熔尖晶石细粉、9份氧化铝粉、2份镁质结合剂和2.8份水,首先将板状刚玉颗粒放入混炼机中干混5min,然后加入水继续混合5min,接着向其中加入镁质结合剂,混合8min,最后加入矾土基电熔尖晶石细粉和氧化铝粉,继续混合10min形成泥料,混炼机转速定为970r/min;
(2)压制成型:将混炼完成的泥料加入模具中采用复合式真空摩擦压砖机进行压制成型制成砖坯,压力为3000KN;
(3)烘烤固化:将砖坯置于隧道式干燥窑中烘烤固化,烘烤温度为200℃,烘烤时间为15h。
实施例二:一种高强度无碳钢包衬砖的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)混炼:采用旋移循环式混炼机进行混炼,分别称取70份板状刚玉颗粒、17.5份矾土基电熔尖晶石细粉、7.5份氧化铝粉、2.5份氧化铝微粉、2.5份镁质结合剂和2.8份水,首先将板状刚玉颗粒放入混炼机中干混8min,然后加入水继续混合10min,接着向其中加入镁质结合剂,混合10min,最后加入矾土基电熔尖晶石细粉、氧化铝粉和活性氧化铝微粉继续混合12min形成泥料,混炼机转速定为980r/min;
(2)压制成型:将混炼完成的泥料加入模具中采用复合式真空摩擦压砖机进行压制成型制成砖坯,压力为3500KN;
(3)烘烤固化:将砖坯置于隧道式干燥窑中烘烤固化,烘烤温度为200℃,烘烤时间为20h。
实施例三:一种高强度无碳钢包衬砖的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)混炼:采用旋移循环式混炼机进行混炼,分别称取65份板状刚玉颗粒、20份矾土基电熔尖晶石细粉、8份氧化铝粉、3份活性氧化铝微粉、4份镁质结合剂和2.8份水,首先将板状刚玉颗粒放入混炼机中干混10min,然后加入水继续混合8min,接着向其中加入镁质结合剂,混合12min,最后加入矾土基电熔尖晶石细粉、氧化铝粉和活性氧化铝微粉继续混合12min形成泥料,混炼机转速定为970r/min;

(1)混炼:采用旋移循环式混炼机进行混炼,分别称取75份板状刚玉颗粒、10份矾土基电熔尖晶石细粉、7份氧化铝粉、5份活性氧化铝微粉、3份镁质结合剂和2.8份水(外加),首先将板状刚玉颗粒放入混炼机中干混15min,然后加入水继续混合5min,接着向其中加入镁质结合剂,混合15min,最后加入矾土基电熔尖晶石细粉、氧化铝粉和活性氧化铝微粉继续混合8min形成泥料,混炼机转速定为1000r/min,混炼时间为10min;
(2)压制成型:将混炼完成的泥料加入模具中采用复合式真空摩擦压砖机进行压制成型制成砖坯,压力为6300KN;
(3)烘烤固化:将砖坯置于隧道式干燥窑中烘烤固化,烘烤温度为300℃,烘烤时间为10h。
对比例:与实例一中原料组分相同,将其中镁质结合剂用六偏磷酸钠替换,按同样的制备方法制成通常机压成型无碳钢包衬砖。
参照GB/T2997---2000、GB/T5072.2---2004、GB/T3001---2000、GB/T3002---2004、GB/T 7320.1-2000检测对比例与实施例一制备的镁碳砖各项性能,包括显气孔率和体积密度、常温耐压强度、常温抗折强度、高温抗折强度和线膨胀率。
抗热震性试验:将实施例一和对比例中制备的镁碳砖进行抗热震性试验,制成40mm×40mm×160mm的试样,将试样加热到1100℃保温30min后,取出试样迅速放入室温水中急冷,重复以上过程至试样断裂,记录重复次数,以次数评价试样的抗热震性。
抗侵蚀性试验:将实施例一和对比例中制备的镁碳砖进行抗侵蚀性试验,制成坩埚试样尺寸内孔尺寸为采用静态抗侵蚀试验法,在坩埚试样内装填20g钢包渣,置于埋炭气氛下,于1500℃下保温3h,随炉冷却后将坩埚沿高度方向切开,测量坩埚中心截面的侵(渗透)面积S,计算其侵蚀指数S/S0×100%(S0为原坩埚中心孔的截面积),以评价试样的抗侵蚀性。

由表1可知,同样条件下实施例一中利用镁质结合剂的无碳钢包衬砖各项性能均优于对比例中通常机压成型的无碳钢包衬砖,尤其常温强度远高于通常机压成型的无碳钢包衬砖,因此采用镁质结合剂的无碳钢包衬砖不会降低通常机压成型的无碳钢包衬砖的各项性能,而且大幅度提高了无碳钢包衬砖的常温强度,解决了现机压成型无碳钢包衬砖在生产和运输中容易损坏,产生大量非使用损耗的问题,大大降低了无碳钢包衬砖的生产成本。
Claims (9)
1.一种高强度无碳钢包衬砖,其特征是,包括以下组份,组份比例按重量份数计:板状刚玉颗粒60~75份、矾土基电熔尖晶石细粉10~30份、抗氧化剂10~20份和结合剂2~4份。
2.如权利要求1所述的高强度无碳钢包衬砖,其特征是:所述板状刚玉颗粒的大小为1~10mm。
3.如权利要求1所述的高强度无碳钢包衬砖,其特征是:所述矾土基电熔尖晶石细粉的粒度为200~325目。
4.如权利要求1所述的高强度无碳钢包衬砖,其特征是:所述抗氧化剂为氧化铝粉和/或活性氧化铝微粉。
5.如权利要求1所述的高强度无碳钢包衬砖,其特征是:所述结合剂为镁质结合剂。
6.一种高强度无碳钢包衬砖的制备方法,其特征是,包括以下步骤,组份比例按重量份数计:
(1)混炼:首先将60~75份板状刚玉颗粒放入混炼机中干混2~15min,然后加入2~3份水继续混合5~15min,接着加入2~4份结合剂,混合5~15min,最后加入10~30份矾土基电熔尖晶石细粉和10~20份抗氧化剂继续混合8~15min形成泥料,混炼机转速定为950~1000r/min,混炼时间为10~60min;
(2)压制成型:将经步骤(1)混炼完成的泥料加入模具中压制成型制成砖坯,压力为2500~6300KN;
(3)烘烤固化:将砖坯进行烘烤固化得到高强度无碳钢包衬砖,烘烤温度为150~300℃,烘烤时间为10~20h。
7.如权利要求6所述的高强度无碳钢包衬砖的制备方法,其特征是:所述步骤(1)中采用旋移循环式混炼机进行混炼。
8.如权利要求6所述的高强度无碳钢包衬砖的制备方法,其特征是:所述步骤(20采用复合式真空摩擦压砖机进行压制成型。
9.如权利要求6所述的高强度无碳钢包衬砖的制备方法,其特征是:所述步骤(3)在隧道式干燥窑中进行烘烤固化。
