Abstract
本发明公开了一种硅橡胶绝缘屏蔽控制电缆,包括外层和内层,所述外层由外向内依次设置有硅橡胶护套、屏蔽层、铝塑复合带层,所述内层设置有多根绞合在一起的绝缘线芯,每个线芯从外向内依次设置有硅橡胶绝缘、保护层、耐火层、第5种软铜导体。本发明的电缆具有优异的耐热性、耐寒性、介电性、耐臭氧和耐大气老化等性能,在燃烧后生成的二氧化硅仍为绝缘体。这对电缆是非常有利的。并且电缆具有良好的屏蔽性能和抗干扰性能,极大的提高了电缆的屏蔽性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆,尤其涉及一种硅橡胶绝缘屏蔽控制电缆。
背景技术
电线电缆行业是中国仅次于汽车行业的第二大行业,产品品种满足率和国内市场占有率均超过90%。在世界范围内,中国电线电缆总产值已超过美国,成为世界上第一大电线电缆生产国。伴随着中国电线电缆行业高速发展,新增企业数量不断上升,行业整体技术水平得到大幅提高。
中国经济持续快速的增长,为线缆产品提供了巨大的市场空间,中国市场强烈的诱惑力,使得世界都把目光聚焦于中国市场,在改革开放短短的几十年,中国线缆制造业所形成的庞大生产能力让世界刮目相看。随着中国电力工业、数据通信业、城市轨道交通业、汽车业以及造船等行业规模的不断扩大,对电线电缆的需求也将迅速增长,未来电线电缆业还有巨大的发展潜力,但是目前市场上的一些电缆质量和屏蔽效果一般,无法满足高端市场的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的针对现有技术中电缆的质量和屏蔽效果都很一般的缺陷,并且现有的电缆质量难以满足高端市场,为此,提供一种硅橡胶绝缘屏蔽控制电缆,该电缆质量好,屏蔽效果好。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种硅橡胶绝缘屏蔽控制电缆,包括外层和内层,所述外层由外向内依次设置有硅橡胶护套、屏蔽层、铝塑复合带层,所述内层设置有多根绞合在一起的绝缘线芯,每个线芯从外向内依次设置有硅橡胶绝缘、保护层、耐火层、第5种软铜导体。
进一步地,所述屏蔽层为铜丝编织的屏蔽层。
进一步地,所述保护层为无纺布保护层。
进一步地,所述耐火层为云母耐火层。
进一步地,所述第5种软铜导体采用束绞结构。
有益效果:1、本发明采用硅橡胶,电缆硅橡胶具有优异的耐热性、耐寒性、介电性、耐臭氧和耐大气老化等性能。而且在燃烧后生成的二氧化硅仍为绝缘体。硅橡胶燃烧后生成不燃的二氧化硅灰烬而自熄,具有不溶不熔的特性,其灰烬物仍为骨格结构的绝缘体,持久包覆在导线上,具有良好的绝缘性能,这对电缆是非常有利的。
2、本发明在成缆外面绕包一层铝塑复合带,铝塑复合带外面设置有铜丝编织屏蔽,具有良好的屏蔽性能和抗干扰性能,极大的提高了电缆的屏蔽性能。
3、本发明在导体外面绕包有两层耐火云母带构成的耐火层,耐火层外面包覆有无纺布带,无纺布带能保护云母带受到外力时不受脱落。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种硅橡胶绝缘屏蔽控制电缆,包括外层11和内层10,外层11由外向内依次设置有硅橡胶护套7、屏蔽层6、铝塑复合带层5,内层10设置有多根绞合在一起的绝缘线芯,每个线芯从外向内依次设置有硅橡胶绝缘4、保护层3、耐火层2、第5种软铜导体1。
为了增强屏蔽层的屏蔽效果,将屏蔽层6设置为铜丝编织的屏蔽层。
为了增强保护层的保护效果,将保护层设置为无纺布保护层。
为了增强耐火层的耐火效果,耐火层2为云母耐火层,。
并且为了增加第5中软铜导体的使用效果,第5种软铜导体采用束绞结构。
本发明的电缆具有优异的耐热性、耐寒性、介电性、耐臭氧和耐大气老化等性能,在燃烧后生成的二氧化硅仍为绝缘体。这对电缆是非常有利的。并且电缆具有良好的屏蔽性能和抗干扰性能,极大的提高了电缆的屏蔽性能。

1.一种硅橡胶绝缘屏蔽控制电缆,包括外层和内层,其特征在于,所述外层由外向内依次设置有硅橡胶护套、屏蔽层、铝塑复合带层,所述内层设置有多根绞合在一起的绝缘线芯,每个线芯从外向内依次设置有硅橡胶绝缘、保护层、耐火层、第5种软铜导体。
2.如权利要求1所述的硅橡胶绝缘屏蔽控制电缆,其特征在于,所述屏蔽层为铜丝编织的屏蔽层。
3.如权利要求1所述的硅橡胶绝缘屏蔽控制电缆,其特征在于,所述保护层为无纺布保护层。
4.如权利要求1所述的硅橡胶绝缘屏蔽控制电缆,其特征在于,所述耐火层为云母耐火层。
5.如权利要求1所述的硅橡胶绝缘屏蔽控制电缆,其特征在于,所述第5种软铜导体采用束绞结构。
