技术领域
本发明涉及一种木塑外墙板,尤其涉及一种带防火和保温功能的木塑外墙板生产方法。
背景技术
PE木塑主要应用于户外地面、墙面装饰等领域,凭借其耐复杂气候特性和环保特性,使得木塑在户外墙面的应用面越来越广。木塑外墙板在国内目前主要是实心和空心两种款式,起外墙装饰和点缀作用。近几年,随着建筑阻燃防火的需求,以及出现建筑群着火的现象,木塑外墙对于材料的深一步要求主要体现在防火阻燃上,要使建筑体阻燃防火,必须要求外墙板能有阻燃防火效果。木塑外墙板的阻燃和防火效果必须适应建筑市场的需求。同时,在北方区域,为确保室内温度,如使用木塑外墙板,会在木塑外墙板和墙体中间,填充保温材料,充当保温层,以达到保温效果。保温材料主要包括保温岩棉板、保温泡沫板、聚氨酯等,使用方便便捷、经济实惠。
在现行情况下,木塑外墙板和外墙保温尚初一两个不同材料领域;还没有一个较好的带防火和保温功能的木塑外墙板生产方法能够解决上述问题;此外,现有的木塑板主要原料为木粉、塑料以及助剂,但是现有的这种原料配方需要的木粉的量比较大,而处于环保考虑,木粉的需要量越大,砍伐的木头就比较多,不利于环保,而且成本较大。
发明内容
针对上述存在的问题,本发明旨在提供一种带防火和保温功能的木塑外墙板生产方法,采用本发明的方法能够实现保温材料与木塑外墙板一体成型,严格控制挤出参数,提高挤出效果,不仅环保,而且降低生产成本,既能实现防火目的,又能实现保温效果。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种带防火和保温功能的木塑外墙板生产方法,包括以下步骤:
1)木塑材料配方:按照质量分数包括主料:HDPE塑料为28%、红磷1.5%、木粉30%、茶籽壳粉11%;助剂:氢氧化镁12%、氢氧化铝12%、润滑剂1.5%、相容剂3%、偶联剂0.5%、稳定剂0.5%;
2)挤出机设计:在挤出机的侧方设置用于保温材料加料的加料辅机;
3)模具设计:挤出机中木塑外墙板挤出模具厚度40mm,宽度200mm,在原有挤出机的挤出模具基础上进行改造,模具芯棒加芯棒流道,以便保温材料挤出,并采用挤出机和辅机相结合的模式进行保温层的加工生产;
4)木塑材料制备:挤出机进料端设置高速混合机,在高速混合机内先加入原料:HDPE塑料为28%、木粉30%、茶籽壳粉12%,搅拌均匀,温度100℃,接着逐渐加入助剂,调整每种助剂加入过程中的温度,在高速混合机内完成混合、干燥、配料操作,在高速混合机内完成操作后,转入冷却桶内搅拌冷却,待,冷却温度到35-40℃时运输至挤出机加料端;
5)挤出:保温材料在辅机中加温,木塑材料在高速混合机中混合后从挤出机加料端加料,保温材料和木塑材料同时加料一体注塑成型,保温材料通过在辅机加料管道内施加压力将熔融体保温材料注入芯棒流道内,与木塑外墙板一体注塑成型,通过模具注塑的木塑板外墙板内部同时填充所述保温材料,保温材料被填充在木塑外墙板内部,实现保温和防火性能。
作为优选,所述步骤(4)中HDPE塑料、木粉以及茶籽壳粉在高速混合之前均先要进行预烘干,预烘干的温度30-35℃,烘干上述三种原料中残留的水分。
作为优选,所述步骤(4)中先加入预烘干木粉在100℃温度下搅拌5-6分钟,加入偶联剂,逐渐升高温度至110-115℃后,停止搅拌2-3分钟,继续加入HDPE塑料颗粒和稳定剂,继续搅拌,同时降温,降温速度为1.5-2℃/min,温度降到80℃时,加氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝、润滑剂、相容剂搅拌均匀。
作为优选,挤出机采用双螺杆挤出机进行挤出操作,螺杆加料转速为8.2-8.4r/min。
作为优选,所述螺杆挤出部分包括外层和内层,内层设置螺桶,螺杆设置在螺桶内,外层包裹内层设置,外层的温度分为一区、二区、三区以及四区,同样,内层与外层相对应设置四区温度区。
作为优选,所述外层的一区、二区、三区以及四区的温度均为140℃,螺桶内的四区温度分别为一区175℃、二区170℃、三区160℃、四区150℃。
作为优选,所述挤出机挤出模具的合流芯温度为148℃,合流芯压力为17MPa。
作为优选,所述保温材料为聚氨酯发泡剂,当聚氨酯发泡剂加温到100℃时,通过3MPa压力将其加注进模具芯棒流道内,20s冷却后自然发泡,发泡密度为33kg/m3。

采用本发明的方法能够实现保温材料与木塑外墙板一体成型,严格控制挤出参数,提高挤出效果,不仅环保,而且降低生产成本,既能实现防火目的,又能实现保温效果;
此外,本发明对挤出机挤出温度做分段调整,不仅不会烧伤,不影响外观,而且溶体粘度较高,更好的成型。
具体实施方式
为了使本领域的普通技术人员能更好的理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合实施例对本发明的技术方案做进一步的描述。
实施例:一种带防火和保温功能的木塑外墙板生产方法,包括以下步骤:1)木塑材料配方:按照质量分数包括主料:HDPE塑料为28%、红磷1.5%、木粉30%、茶籽壳粉11%;助剂:氢氧化镁12%、氢氧化铝12%、润滑剂1.5%、相容剂3%、偶联剂0.5%、稳定剂0.5%;

具体的,所述保温材料为聚氨酯发泡剂,当聚氨酯发泡剂加温到100℃时,通过3 MPa压力将其加注进模具芯棒流道内,20s冷却后自然发泡,发泡密度为33kg/m3,实际的木塑外墙板是中空结构,原来挤出模具挤出中空结构的木塑外墙板,再结合在挤出模具的中空结构一端设置芯棒流道,通过芯棒流道向中空结构内填充保温材料,将木塑材料和保温材料一体挤出成型,该方法生产的保温及防火材料的木塑外墙板牢固,保温层和木塑层的结合更加紧密,质地好,外观好,使用效果好,保温性能提高;
本发明挤出机采用双螺杆挤出机进行挤出操作,螺杆加料转速为8.2-8.4r/min;挤出机重要的部件-螺杆,螺杆的技术速度快慢直接影响挤出质量和挤出效率;螺杆转速很小时,物料以层流向前推进,挤出物出口模后制品表面光滑,只是产量很低;螺杆转速增加,物料在口模中逐渐向滑流过渡,如果滑流不顺利或受阻就会出现制品质量问题;因此在实际生产过程中,对螺杆的转速进行改进,使加料转速范围在8.2-8.4r/min,在此范围内,挤出速率不仅得到提高,而且物料在口模中的滑动比较流畅,阻力减小;
本发明中,所述螺杆挤出部分包括外层和内层,内层设置螺桶,螺杆设置在螺桶内,外层包裹内层设置,外层的温度分为一区、二区、三区以及四区,同样,内层与外层相对应设置四区温度区,所述外层的一区、二区、三区以及四区的温度均为140℃,螺桶内的四区温度分别为一区175℃、二区170℃、三区160℃、四区150℃,所述挤出机挤出模具的合流芯温度为148℃,合流芯压力为17Mpa,在挤出段温度过高或过低都会造成熔体破裂,如果温度过低,则会加大熔体与流道之间的摩擦作用,影响滑移,造成熔体破裂;还会增大木塑复合材料的粘度,造成流动困难,使流道壁面处的料流过早冷却固化,不能充满机头流道,难以挤出成型;还会使物料塑化不良,不能充分包裹木粉,使制品的强度受到影响。若将温度升高,则挤出制品的表面质量会有很大改善,物料通过过渡段进人定型段流道时呈熔融状态,为保证挤出顺利进行,机头的温度应分段控制,即温度逐渐降低。

Claims (8)
1.一种带防火和保温功能的木塑外墙板生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)木塑材料配方:按照质量分数包括主料:HDPE塑料为28%、红磷1.5%、木粉30%、茶籽壳粉11%;助剂:氢氧化镁12%、氢氧化铝12%、润滑剂1.5%、相容剂3%、偶联剂0.5%、稳定剂0.5%;
2)挤出机设计:在挤出机的侧方设置用于保温材料加料的加料辅机;
3)模具设计:挤出机中木塑外墙板挤出模具厚度40mm,宽度200mm,在原有挤出机的挤出模具基础上进行改造,模具芯棒加芯棒流道,以便保温材料挤出,并采用挤出机和辅机相结合的模式进行保温层的加工生产;
4)木塑材料制备:挤出机进料端设置高速混合机,在高速混合机内先加入原料:HDPE塑料为28%、木粉30%、茶籽壳粉12%,搅拌均匀,温度100℃,接着逐渐加入助剂,调整每种助剂加入过程中的温度,在高速混合机内完成混合、干燥、配料操作,在高速混合机内完成操作后,转入冷却桶内搅拌冷却,待,冷却温度到35-40℃时运输至挤出机加料端;
5)挤出:保温材料在辅机中加温,木塑材料在高速混合机中混合后从挤出机加料端加料,保温材料和木塑材料同时加料一体注塑成型,保温材料通过在辅机加料管道内施加压力将熔融体保温材料注入芯棒流道内,与木塑外墙板一体注塑成型,通过模具注塑的木塑板外墙板内部同时填充所述保温材料,保温材料被填充在木塑外墙板内部,实现保温和防火性能。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带防火和保温功能的木塑外墙板生产方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中HDPE塑料、木粉以及茶籽壳粉在高速混合之前均先要进行预烘干,预烘干的温度30-35℃,烘干上述三种原料中残留的水分。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带防火和保温功能的木塑外墙板生产方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中先加入预烘干木粉在100℃温度下搅拌5-6分钟,加入偶联剂,逐渐升高温度至110-115℃后,停止搅拌2-3分钟,继续加入HDPE塑料颗粒和稳定剂,继续搅拌,同时降温,降温速度为1.5-2℃/min,温度降到80℃时,加氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝、润滑剂、相容剂搅拌均匀。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带防火和保温功能的木塑外墙板生产方法,其特征在于:挤出机采用双螺杆挤出机进行挤出操作,螺杆加料转速为8.2-8.4r/min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种带防火和保温功能的木塑外墙板生产方法,其特征在于:所述螺杆挤出部分包括外层和内层,内层设置螺桶,螺杆设置在螺桶内,外层包裹内层设置,外层的温度分为一区、二区、三区以及四区,同样,内层与外层相对应设置四区温度区。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种带防火和保温功能的木塑外墙板生产方法,其特征在于:所述外层的一区、二区、三区以及四区的温度均为140℃,螺桶内的四区温度分别为一区175℃、二区170℃、三区160℃、四区150℃。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种带防火和保温功能的木塑外墙板生产方法,其特征在于:所述挤出机挤出模具的合流芯温度为148℃,合流芯压力为17MPa。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种带防火和保温功能的木塑外墙板生产方法,其特征在于:所述保温材料为聚氨酯发泡剂,当聚氨酯发泡剂加温到100℃时,通过3 MPa压力将其加注进模具芯棒流道内,20s冷却后自然发泡,发泡密度为33kg/m3。
