本发明公开了一种防脱落耐腐蚀金属涂料,一种防脱落耐腐蚀金属涂料配方,按照重量份由以下原料组成:铝粉70‑80份、锌粉8‑12份、偶联剂6‑8份、交联高分子蜡1‑5份、消泡剂1‑3份、二氧化锰6‑10份和除锈剂4‑8份。本发明一种防脱落耐腐蚀金属涂料可以改变金属机体表面的强度,具有良好的耐腐蚀性,且耐高温,抗氧化,制备工艺简单,安全环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械加工领域,具体是一种防脱落耐腐蚀金属涂料。
背景技术
涂层是指附着在某一基体材料上起某种特殊作用,且与基体材料具有一定结合强度的薄层材料。它可以克服基体材料的某种缺陷,改善其表面特性,如光学特性、电学特性、耐侵蚀及腐蚀、耐磨损性和提高机械强度等,它属于一种有支撑体的薄膜。
工业上,通常采用电镀方式在基体表面镀上一层其他金属或合金,来达到或改善对基体金属外观和机械性能。但传统的电镀工艺十分复杂,并且会产生有害物质,其工艺成本高且不安全环保。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防脱落耐腐蚀金属涂料,解决上述技术缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种防脱落耐腐蚀金属涂料,一种防脱落耐腐蚀金属涂料配方,按照重量份由以下原料组成:铝粉70-80份、锌粉8-12份、偶联剂6-8份、交联高分子蜡1-5份、消泡剂1-3份、二氧化锰6-10份和除锈剂4-8份。

所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。
所述除锈剂为水性除锈剂,且采用多元醇酯防锈剂。
