一种轻涂数码热转印纸的生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及特种纸生产领域,尤其涉及一种热转印材料——轻涂数码热转印纸的生产方法。
背景技术
数码热转印技术是在传统升华热转印技术的基础上,结合数码打印技术,以无版形式打印图案图像的一项新技术。它的特点是应用数码打印技术打印彩色图案,它的技术特征是数码打印设备使用专用的热转印彩色打印墨水和热转印打印纸,这种特殊的热转印工艺中的打印纸就叫做数码热转印纸。
目前,数码热转印纸的生产是在造纸机外涂布加工而成,即由造纸企业先生产原纸,而后由加工企业在原纸表面进行涂布加工,属于加工纸。即通过涂布机,在热转印原纸表面涂上一层热转印涂料,经过加工而成的一种热转印材料。一般造纸机车速比较快,效率高,成本低,而涂布机车速比较慢,效率低,成本高;经过二次加工势必造成浪费,增加成本;且原纸由造纸厂到涂布厂必须要增加包装、人工和运输成本。因此,如果能将涂层在原纸生产过程中一次完成,必将大大提高效率,降低成本。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种墨水兼容性好,干燥速度快,转移率高,不卷曲的轻涂数码热转印纸生产方法,该生产方法将涂层的生产与原纸生产有机结合,一次性生产完成。
本发明的方案如下:一种轻涂数码热转印纸的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
a、浆内施胶液制备
浆内施胶液为浓度2-5%阳离子淀粉;
b、表面施胶液制备
表面施胶液中含苯乙烯脂类共聚物表面施胶剂与弱阳离子表面施胶木薯淀粉,其重量比为1:40-70;
c、表面涂布胶液的制备
涂布胶液中含二氧化硅与羧甲基纤维素钠,其重量比为1:1-4;
d、浆料碎解、打浆
将重量比为1:3-8的针叶木浆与硬杂木浆组成的混合浆加于碎浆机内,碎解浓度为10-15%;加水稀释至重量浓度为3.3-4.0%的浆料,打成叩解度为20~280SR的混合浆料;
e、配浆
将步骤d打好的混合浆料抽至配料池中,将浆内施胶液、PPE湿强剂加入配料池中混合均匀,即可;
f、上网成型
将步骤e制备的浆料稀释后,经冲浆泵、除砂器、压力筛筛选净化、进入低浓稳浆箱后上网成型,并在冲浆泵进口加入阳离子聚丙烯酰胺和滑石粉;在低浓稳浆箱中加入硅溶胶;在低浓稳浆箱出口管中加入AKD施胶剂,再经上网成型、压榨脱水、干燥制得纸页;
g、表面施胶、涂布
将步骤b所制得的表面施胶液在膜转移施胶机中通过计量棒涂于纸页正面,将步骤c所制得的涂布胶液在膜转移施胶机中通过计量棒涂于纸页反面,然后通过热转换器、烘箱及烘缸进行烘干再经过压光、卷取分切制成成品。
进一步,所述的步骤a中,阳离子淀粉的取代度为0.015-0.03,吨纸用量8-15kg。
进一步,所述的步骤b中,表面施胶液固含量为8-12%,施胶量为1.5-3g/m2
进一步,所述的步骤c中,涂布胶液涂布量为3-8g/m2;二氧化硅粒径为5-10m、孔容1.5-2.5cm3/g;CMC的取代度为0.6-0.9,2%水溶液粘度0.04-0.07pa.s。
进一步,所述的述的步骤e中,PPE湿强剂,其固含量为12-15%,吨纸用量为10-20kg。
进一步,所述步骤F中施胶剂AKD,其固含量为14-16%,吨纸用量为10-15kg;硅溶胶,其固含量为14-16%,吨纸用量为3-6kg;阳离子聚丙烯酰胺,吨纸用量为0.15-0.35kg;滑石粉,吨纸用量为100-150kg。
进一步,所述的步骤g中,计量棒为28-45S,正面施表面施胶液,其粘度为10-30mPa.s,固含量为8-12%;反面涂步涂布胶液,其粘度为300-500mPa.s,固含量为30-50%。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明通过在上网成型工序中使用AKD中性施胶,解决了使用酸性施胶引起的纸质发脆、返黄等问题,同时提高施胶效果,改善纸页的油墨吸收性,适应喷墨技术的发展需要。
2、本发明通过在上网成型工序中使用阳离子聚丙烯酰胺和硅溶胶组成的微粒助留体系,与配料工序中的阳离子淀粉配伍,组成多元助留助滤系统,保证了细小纤维、填料和化工的高效留着,减少流失,同时提高成纸的强度和抗水性。
3、通过在表面施胶工序中使用膜转移计量施胶工艺,在纸张两面分别施不同胶料,一次完成热转印纸所需的防渗透和喷墨吸收问题,达到喷墨打印转移的不同需求;在膜转移施胶机后使用热转向器和热风烘箱,然后再进入烘缸干燥,解决涂布粘缸现象。
4、正面施木薯淀粉和苯乙烯脂类共聚物表面施胶剂所制的表面胶,两者结合赋予纸张一定的表面强度和吸收性能,防止掉毛掉粉和渗透。反面涂一定比例的二氧化硅和羧甲基纤维素钠胶,二氧化硅具有一定的油墨吸收性,羧甲基纤维素钠具有较好的成膜性、保水性和分散稳定性,低粘高固的羧甲基纤维素钠胶液易于泵送和干燥,利于生产正常进行和提高车速的目的。
与现有的原纸和涂布两次完成生产技术相比,本发明生产工艺流程简单,一次完成,生产效率高、成本低,所制得的热转印纸具有油墨吸收性好、转移率高、色彩鲜艳的优点。

实施例1:
1)浆内施胶液制备工序:
向熬胶锅内加入清水600㎏和阳离子淀粉60㎏,搅拌均匀后缓慢升温至95℃,保温20分钟,加水至1.5吨刻度线,搅拌均匀制得浆内施胶液备用。
2)表面施胶液制备工序:
向熬胶锅内加入清水800㎏和HCS-8A木薯淀粉175㎏,搅拌均匀后缓慢升温至95℃,保温20分钟,加水至1.5吨刻度线,并加入固含量25%的TH-SF825表面施胶剂10kg,搅拌均匀,过滤至贮存桶中,温度控制在65~68℃保温备用。
3)表面涂布胶液制备工序:
向分散机内加入清水600㎏,启动分散机,在1000-1200r/min转速下加入CMC300kg,溶解至无颗粒后加入120kg白粉,继续搅拌至完全溶解,停搅拌器,泵入上胶桶中备用。
4)浆料碎解、打浆工序:
在水力碎浆机中加入7吨水,加入125kg针叶木浆和875kg硬杂木浆,碎解15分钟后加水稀释至重量浓度为3.6%的浆料,通过盘磨机再打成叩解度为270SR的浆料。
5)、配浆工序:
将步骤4)打好的混合浆料抽至配料池中,将吨纸用量为10㎏步骤1)制备的浆内施胶液,及吨浆用量为15㎏(原液加水10倍稀释)的PPE湿强剂加入配料池中混合均匀,即可。
6)、上网成型工序:
将步骤5)制备的料浆稀释成浓度为0.65%,经冲浆泵、除砂器、压力筛筛选净化、进入低浓稳浆箱后上网成型,并在冲浆泵进口加入浓度0.03%、吨纸用量0.15kg的阳离子聚丙烯酰胺,浓度35%、吨纸用量150kg的滑石粉;在低浓稳浆箱中加入吨纸用量4kg的硅溶胶;在低浓稳浆箱出口管中加入吨纸用量10kg的AKD,再经上网成型、压榨脱水、干燥制得纸页;
7)、表面施胶、涂布工序:
将步骤2)所制得的表面施胶液在膜转移施胶机中通过计量棒涂于纸页正面,将步骤3)所制得的涂布胶液在膜转移施胶机中通过40s计量棒涂于纸纸页反面,然后通过热转换器、烘箱及烘缸进行烘干再经过压光、卷取分切制成成品。
实施例2
1)浆内施胶液制备工序:
向熬胶锅内加入清水600㎏和阳离子淀粉50㎏,搅拌均匀后缓慢升温至95℃,保温20分钟,加水至1.5吨刻度线,搅拌均匀制得浆内施胶液备用。
2)表面施胶液制备工序:
向熬胶锅内加入清水800㎏和HCS-8A木薯淀粉150㎏,搅拌均匀后缓慢升温至95℃,保温20分钟,加水至1.5吨刻度线,并加入固含量25%的TH-SF825表面施胶剂10kg,搅拌均匀,过滤至贮存桶中,温度控制在65~68℃保温备用。
3)表面涂布胶液制备工序:
向分散机内加入清水600㎏,启动分散机,在1000-1200r/min转速下加入CMC250kg,溶解至无颗粒后加入120kg白粉,继续搅拌至完全溶解,停搅拌器,泵入上胶桶中备用。
4)浆料碎解、打浆工序:
在水力碎浆机中加入7吨水,加入250kg针叶木浆和750kg硬杂木浆,碎解15分钟后加水稀释至重量浓度为3.9%的浆料,通过盘磨机再打成叩解度为240SR的浆料。
5)、配浆工序:
将步骤4)打好的混合浆料抽至配料池中,将吨纸用量为15㎏步骤1)制备的浆内施胶液,及吨浆用量为12㎏(原液加水10倍稀释)的PPE湿强剂加入配料池中混合均匀,即可。
6)、上网成型工序:
将步骤5)制备的料浆稀释成浓度为0.75%,经冲浆泵、除砂器、压力筛筛选净化、进入低浓稳浆箱后上网成型,并在冲浆泵进口加入浓度0.03%、吨纸用量0.2kg的阳离子聚丙烯酰胺,浓度35%、吨纸用量130kg的滑石粉;在低浓稳浆箱中加入吨纸用量5kg的硅溶胶;在低浓稳浆箱出口管中加入吨纸用量12kg的AKD,再经上网成型、压榨脱水、干燥制得纸页。
7)、表面施胶、涂布工序:
将步骤2)所制得的表面施胶液在膜转移施胶机中通过30s计量棒涂于纸页正面,将步骤3)所制得的涂布胶液在膜转移施胶机中通过35s计量棒涂于纸纸页反面,然后通过热转换器、烘箱及烘缸进行烘干再经过压光、卷取分切制成成品。
实施例1和2所制得的轻涂数码热转印纸的技术指标如下:
尽管上文对本发明的具体实施方式给予了详细描述和说明,但是应该指明的是,我们可以依据本发明的构想对上述实施方式进行各种等效改变和修改,其所产生的功能作用仍未超出说明书所涵盖的精神时,均应在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (7)

1.一种轻涂数码热转印纸的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a、浆内施胶液制备
浆内施胶液为浓度2-5%阳离子淀粉;
b、表面施胶液制备
表面施胶液中含苯乙烯脂类共聚物表面施胶剂与弱阳离子表面施胶木薯淀粉,其重量比为1:40-70;
c、表面涂布胶液的制备
涂布胶液中含二氧化硅与羧甲基纤维素钠,其重量比为1:1-4;
d、浆料碎解、打浆
将重量比为1:3-8的针叶木浆与硬杂木浆组成的混合浆加于碎浆机内,碎解浓度为10-15%;加水稀释至重量浓度为3.3-4.0%的浆料,打成叩解度为20~280SR的混合浆料;
e、配浆
将步骤d打好的混合浆料抽至配料池中,将浆内施胶液、PPE湿强剂加入配料池中混合均匀,即可;
f、上网成型
将步骤e制备的料浆稀释后,经冲浆泵、除砂器、压力筛筛选净化、进入低浓稳浆箱后上网成型,并在冲浆泵进口加入阳离子聚丙烯酰胺和滑石粉;在低浓稳浆箱中加入硅溶胶;在低浓稳浆箱出口管中加入AKD施胶剂,再经上网成型、压榨脱水、干燥制得纸页;
g、表面施胶、涂布
将步骤b所制得的表面施胶液在膜转移施胶机中通过计量棒涂于纸页正面,将步骤c所制得的涂布胶液在膜转移施胶机中通过计量棒涂于纸页反面,然后通过热转换器、烘箱及烘缸进行烘干再经过压光、卷取分切制成成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻涂数码热转印纸的生产方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤a中,阳离子淀粉的取代度为0.015-0.03,吨纸用量8-15kg。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻涂数码热转印纸的生产方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤b中,表面施胶液固含量为8-12%,施胶量为1.5-3g/m2
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻涂数码热转印纸的生产方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤c中,涂布胶液涂布量为3-8g/m2;二氧化硅粒径为5-10m、孔容1.5-2.5cm3/g;CMC的取代度为0.6-0.9,2%水溶液粘度0.04-0.07pa.s。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻涂数码热转印纸的生产方法,其特征在于,所述的述的步骤e中,PPE湿强剂,其固含量为12-15%,吨纸用量为10-20kg。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻涂数码热转印纸的生产方法,其特征在于,所述步骤F中施胶剂AKD,其固含量为14-16%,吨纸用量为10-15kg;硅溶胶,其固含量为14-16%,吨纸用量为3-6kg;阳离子聚丙烯酰胺,吨纸用量为0.15-0.35kg;滑石粉,吨纸用量为100-150kg。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻涂数码热转印纸的生产方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤g中,计量棒为28-45S,正面施表面施胶液,其粘度为10-30mPa.s,固含量为8-12%;反面涂步涂布胶液,其粘度为300-500mPa.s,固含量为30-50%。
