Abstract

本发明涉及一种冰箱门胆成型模,包括底板、真空箱、下模体、压料框、上模体、下模腔、压料杆,凸起成型模组包括主摆块、副摆块,主摆块头部设有主成型腔,副摆块头部设有副成型腔,副摆块头部底部设有压板,主摆块底部头部设有压紧坑,上模体设有顶杆,下模腔侧面设有卡扣腔,卡扣腔内设有卡扣摆杆,卡扣摆杆顶部设有卡扣成型块,真空箱内设有双头气缸,下模体设有真空孔。本发明通过枢转连接的主摆块和副摆块配合成完整的卡槽型腔,脱模时在内胆的拉扯下卡槽型腔张开,便于脱模,副摆块头部的压板和主摆块头部的压紧坑相互配合便于提高卡槽型腔拼合精度,卡扣成型块设置在双头气缸控制的卡扣摆杆,防止卡扣成型块与卡扣的干涉。

技术领域
本发明涉及冰箱门胆成型模,特别涉及一种冰箱门胆成型模。
背景技术
冰箱门内胆作为现代冰箱常用组件,冰箱门内胆中通常采用对称设置的卡扣实现对储存盒的安装,采用凹陷的卡槽对密封条进行密封,由于卡扣设置在内胆腔侧面,在脱模时卡扣成型块与内胆干涉难以脱模,凹陷的卡槽由于需要将密封条卡接好,因此需要卡槽开口处宽度小于所述卡槽内部宽度,因此在脱模时,内胆的卡槽部位与成型组件易干涉。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种冰箱门胆成型模。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种冰箱门胆成型模,包括底板、设置于所述底板上的真空箱、设置于所述真空箱上的下模体、压料框、与所述下模体配合的上模体,所述下模体顶面设有下模腔,所述上模体上设有伸入所述下模腔的压料杆,所述下模体与门胆底部凸起相对应位置设有凸起成型模组,所述凸起成型模组包括水平设置的主摆块、水平设置的副摆块,所述主摆块根部和所述副摆块根部均与所述下模体枢转连接,所述主摆块头部设有内陷的主成型腔,所述副摆块头部设有副成型腔,所述主成型腔与所述副成型腔拼合成开口向上的凸起成型腔,所述主摆块头部与所述副摆块头部相对设置,所述副摆块头部底部设有向所述主摆块头部延伸的压板,所述主摆块底部头部设有便于所述压板伸入的压紧坑,所述上模体上设有竖直伸入所述凸起成型腔的顶杆,所述下模腔侧面与卡爪相对应位置设有卡扣腔,所述卡扣腔内竖直设有卡扣摆杆,所述卡扣摆杆与所述下模体枢转连接且轴线水平,所述摆杆向卡扣方向摆动,所述卡扣摆杆顶部设有与门胆卡扣相对的卡扣成型块,所述真空箱内设有双头气缸,所述双头气缸的气缸杆与所述卡扣摆杆底部枢转连接,所述下模体上设有连通的所述下模腔和所述真空箱的真空孔。
上述设计中通过压料框对原料进行压制,便于原料快速吸附到位提高良品率,通过枢转连接的主摆块和副摆块配合成完整的卡槽型腔,脱模时在内胆的拉扯下主摆块和副摆块旋转进而实现卡槽型腔张开,便于内胆卡槽部位的脱模,脱模后在重力作用下主摆块和副摆块闭合形成完整的卡槽型腔,副摆块头部的压板和主摆块头部的压紧坑相互配合便于提高卡槽型腔拼合精度,卡扣成型块设置在双头气缸控制的卡扣摆杆,脱模时便于卡扣成型块的缩回防止卡扣成型块与卡扣的干涉。
作为本设计的进一步改进,所述主摆块头部和所述副摆块头部均设有与所述凸起成型腔连通的抽真空孔,由于卡槽结构复杂,便于提高卡槽成型质量,减少成型死点。
作为本设计的进一步改进,所述主摆块长度较副摆块长度长,便于主摆块和副摆块的自动复位。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过压料框对原料进行压制,便于原料快速吸附到位提高良品率,通过枢转连接的主摆块和副摆块配合成完整的卡槽型腔,脱模时在内胆的拉扯下主摆块和副摆块旋转进而实现卡槽型腔张开,便于内胆卡槽部位的脱模,脱模后在重力作用下主摆块和副摆块闭合形成完整的卡槽型腔,副摆块头部的压板和主摆块头部的压紧坑相互配合便于提高卡槽型腔拼合精度,卡扣成型块设置在双头气缸控制的卡扣摆杆,脱模时便于卡扣成型块的缩回防止卡扣成型块与卡扣的干涉。

实施例:一种冰箱门胆成型模,包括底板1、设置于所述底板1上的真空箱2、设置于所述真空箱2上的下模体8、压料框7、与所述下模体8配合的上模体6,所述下模体8顶面设有下模腔16,所述上模体6上设有伸入所述下模腔16的压料杆4,所述下模体8与门胆底部凸起相对应位置设有凸起成型模组17,所述凸起成型模组17包括水平设置的主摆块14、水平设置的副摆块11,所述主摆块14根部和所述副摆块11根部均与所述下模体8枢转连接,所述主摆块14头部设有内陷的主成型腔13,所述副摆块11头部设有副成型腔12,所述主成型腔13与所述副成型腔12拼合成开口向上的凸起成型腔,所述主摆块14头部与所述副摆块11头部相对设置,所述副摆块11头部底部设有向所述主摆块14头部延伸的压板18,所述主摆块14底部头部设有便于所述压板18伸入的压紧坑19,所述上模体6上设有竖直伸入所述凸起成型腔的顶杆5,所述下模腔16侧面与卡爪相对应位置设有卡扣腔20,所述卡扣腔20内竖直设有卡扣摆杆9,所述卡扣摆杆9与所述下模体8枢转连接且轴线水平,所述摆杆向卡扣方向摆动,所述卡扣摆杆9顶部设有与门胆卡扣相对的卡扣成型块10,所述真空箱2内设有双头气缸3,所述双头气缸3的气缸杆与所述卡扣摆杆9底部枢转连接,所述下模体8上设有连通的所述下模腔16和所述真空箱2的真空孔21。
上述设计中通过压料框7对原料进行压制,便于原料快速吸附到位提高良品率,通过枢转连接的主摆块14和副摆块11配合成完整的卡槽型腔,脱模时在内胆的拉扯下主摆块14和副摆块11旋转进而实现卡槽型腔张开,便于内胆卡槽部位的脱模,脱模后在重力作用下主摆块14和副摆块11闭合形成完整的卡槽型腔,副摆块11头部的压板18和主摆块14头部的压紧坑19相互配合便于提高卡槽型腔拼合精度,卡扣成型块10设置在双头气缸3控制的卡扣摆杆9,脱模时便于卡扣成型块10的缩回防止卡扣成型块10与卡扣的干涉。
作为本设计的进一步改进,所述主摆块14头部和所述副摆块11头部均设有与所述凸起成型腔连通的抽真空孔15,由于卡槽结构复杂,便于提高卡槽成型质量,减少成型死点。
作为本设计的进一步改进,所述主摆块14长度较副摆块11长度长,便于主摆块14和副摆块11的自动复位。

1.一种冰箱门胆成型模,其特征在于,包括底板、设置于所述底板上的真空箱、设置于所述真空箱上的下模体、压料框、与所述下模体配合的上模体,所述下模体顶面设有下模腔,所述上模体上设有伸入所述下模腔的压料杆,所述下模体与门胆底部凸起相对应位置设有凸起成型模组,所述凸起成型模组包括水平设置的主摆块、水平设置的副摆块,所述主摆块根部和所述副摆块根部均与所述下模体枢转连接,所述主摆块头部设有内陷的主成型腔,所述副摆块头部设有副成型腔,所述主成型腔与所述副成型腔拼合成开口向上的凸起成型腔,所述主摆块头部与所述副摆块头部相对设置,所述副摆块头部底部设有向所述主摆块头部延伸的压板,所述主摆块底部头部设有便于所述压板伸入的压紧坑,所述上模体上设有竖直伸入所述凸起成型腔的顶杆,所述下模腔侧面与卡爪相对应位置设有卡扣腔,所述卡扣腔内竖直设有卡扣摆杆,所述卡扣摆杆与所述下模体枢转连接且轴线水平,所述摆杆向卡扣方向摆动,所述卡扣摆杆顶部设有与门胆卡扣相对的卡扣成型块,所述真空箱内设有双头气缸,所述双头气缸的气缸杆与所述卡扣摆杆底部枢转连接,所述下模体上设有连通的所述下模腔和所述真空箱的真空孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种冰箱门胆成型模,其特征是,所述主摆块头部和所述副摆块头部均设有与所述凸起成型腔连通的抽真空孔。
