本发明公开了一种烘干网用截断设备,包括工作台,所述工作台上端安装有液压缸,液压缸的下端固定有上压板,电机的轴上安装有凸轮,凸轮的前端安装有驱动杆,驱动杆上设有滑动槽,工作台的左、右两部均安装有连杆,工作台右部的连杆上固定有导柱,工作台的前侧设有从动杆,从动杆的下端安装有上刀片,工作台的前端安装有下刀片。本发明具有结构设计简单、使用方便等优点,利用工作台、连杆与从动杆之间形成了一个双曲柄结构,带动上刀片的移动,实现了对烘干网的截断,替代了人工截断,提高了烘干网的截断效率,节省了大量的人力物力。

技术领域
本发明涉及烘干网用截断设备技术领域,具体的说是一种烘干网用截断设备。
背景技术
随着时代的发展,造纸烘干网制造行业得到了前所未有的发展。我国的造纸烘干网制造行业,经过了长期的发展,专业化程度越来越高,科技含量越来越高,竞争强度也越发激烈。因此每个企业都要提高自己的生产技术,这样才在市场上占有竞争力。在烘干网在生产的过程中,需要对其进行截断成长度相同的若干部分,而市场上基本都是通过人工进行切割的。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种烘干网用截断设备。
本发明解决其技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种烘干网用截断设备,包括工作台,所述工作台上端安装有沿竖向设置的液压缸,所述液压缸的下端固定有上压板,所述上压板可沿工作台竖向滑动。使用时,液压缸工作,推动上压板向下移动,对烘干网进行固定,保证了烘干网的截断精度。
所述电机的轴上安装有凸轮,所述凸轮的前端通过铰接的方式安装有驱动杆,所述驱动杆上设有滑动槽,所述工作台的左、右两部均通过铰接的方式安装有连杆,所述工作台右部的连杆上固定有导柱,所述导柱安装在滑动槽内,所述工作台的前侧设有从动杆,所述从动杆的左、右两端均通过铰接与对应的连杆相连接。使用时,工作台、连杆与从动杆之间形成了一个双曲柄结构,为装置的工作提供必要的条件。
所述从动杆的下端安装有上刀片。使用时,电机工作,电动凸轮旋转,凸轮带动驱动杆旋转,驱动杆带动导柱移动,导柱带动连杆旋转,连杆带动从动杆移动,从动杆带动上刀片移动,实现了对烘干网的截断,提高了烘干网的截断效率,节省了大量的人力物力。
所述工作台的前端安装有下刀片。使用时,利用上刀片与下刀片的配合,对烘干网的截断,保证了烘干网的截断质量。
所述上刀片的下端设有倾斜部。使用时,倾斜部可以提高上刀片的截断效果,保证了烘干网的截断质量。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明具有结构设计简单、使用方便等优点,利用工作台、连杆与从动杆之间形成了一个双曲柄结构,带动上刀片的移动,实现了对烘干网的截断,替代了人工截断,提高了烘干网的截断效率,节省了大量的人力物力。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案和有益效果更加清楚,下面将结合附图,对本发明的优选实施例进行详细的说明,对本发明做进一步说明,以方便技术人员理解。
如图1至图2所示,一种烘干网用截断设备,包括工作台1,所述工作台1上端安装有沿竖向设置的液压缸2,所述液压缸2的下端固定有上压板3,所述上压板3可沿工作台1竖向滑动。使用时,液压缸2工作,推动上压板3向下移动,对烘干网进行固定。
所述电机4的轴上安装有凸轮5,所述凸轮5的前端通过铰接的方式安装有驱动杆6,所述驱动杆6上设有滑动槽6a,所述工作台1的左、右两部均通过铰接的方式安装有连杆7,所述工作台1右部的连杆7上固定有导柱8,所述导柱8安装在滑动槽6a内,所述工作台1的前侧设有从动杆9,所述从动杆9的左、右两端均通过铰接与对应的连杆7相连接。使用时,工作台1、连杆7与从动杆9之间形成了一个双曲柄结构,为装置的工作提供必要的条件。
所述从动杆9的下端安装有上刀片10。使用时,电机4工作,电动凸轮5旋转,凸轮5带动驱动杆6旋转,驱动杆6带动导柱8移动,导柱8带动连杆7旋转,连杆7带动从动杆9移动,从动杆9带动上刀片10移动,实现了对烘干网的截断。
所述工作台1的前端安装有下刀片11。使用时,利用上刀片10与下刀片11的配合,对烘干网的截断。
所述上刀片10的下端设有倾斜部10a。使用时,倾斜部10a可以提高上刀片10的截断效果。
使用时,先将烘干网放置到工作台1上,接着液压缸2工作,推动上压板3向下移动,将烘干网固定,这时电机4工作,电动凸轮5旋转,凸轮5带动驱动杆6旋转,驱动杆6带动导柱8移动,导柱8带动连杆7旋转,连杆7带动从动杆9移动,从动杆9带动上刀片10移动,上刀片10向下移动将烘干网截断。

1.一种烘干网用截断设备,包括工作台,其特征在于:所述工作台上端安装有沿竖向设置的液压缸,所述液压缸的下端固定有上压板,所述上压板可沿工作台竖向滑动,所述电机的轴上安装有凸轮,所述凸轮的前端通过铰接的方式安装有驱动杆,所述驱动杆上设有滑动槽,所述工作台的左、右两部均通过铰接的方式安装有连杆,所述工作台右部的连杆上固定有导柱,所述导柱安装在滑动槽内,所述工作台的前侧设有从动杆,所述从动杆的左、右两端均通过铰接与对应的连杆相连接,从动杆的下端安装有上刀片,所述工作台的前端安装有下刀片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种烘干网用截断设备,其特征在于:所述上刀片的下端设有倾斜部。
