Abstract
一种水泥防水剂及其制备方法,属使用由碳一碳不饱和键反应得到的聚合物乳液作为砂浆、混凝土或人造石的有效成份技术领域。该防水剂由包括重量份数20-30份苯乙烯、20-30份丙烯酸丁酯、14-22份甲基丙烯酸甲酯在内的单体在引发剂作用下于pH=8-10、T=70-86℃条件下乳液聚合而成。该防水剂用水稀释20倍代替混凝土中应加水量加入后,既能有效防水、抗压又能防止结构裂缝。本发明产品生产工艺简单、周期短、成本低。

本发明属于使用由碳-碳不饱和键反应得到的聚合物乳液作为砂浆、混凝土或人造石的有效成份技术领域,特别涉及一种水泥防水剂及其制备方法。
混凝土本身是多孔性的,并非所有空间都有骨料以固态填充其中。水泥经水合过程会产生孔隙,在混凝土搅拌过程中还会产生气泡。当游离水与混凝土中的孔隙结合后,最终成型的混凝土结构就会有渗水性,这样水在静压力或毛细管作用下,即会进入混凝土结构,随时间推移对混凝土结构产生破坏,结构外观也渐渐陈旧,失去光彩,产生污点引起褪色。尽管混凝土制造业选用优质骨料、水泥以适当比例拌和并充分养护,混凝土中固有的孔隙仍无法完全消除,使建筑物不能达到真正的防水。对此国内外大都采用柔性防水技术和刚性防水技术加以解决。柔性防水技术即采用柔性防水材料施以建筑物表面进行防水,柔性防水材料分为卷材和防水涂料,具有一定的柔韧性的弹性。但沥青质卷材易老化,高温易流淌,低温易脆裂,热施工影响环境且经常烫伤工作人员,且在复杂部位不宜施工,操作困难;三元乙丙橡胶卷材则易空鼓,经过若干冻融循环,卷材与建筑物基体脱开(即空鼓),而施工时接缝又很多,只要有一处进水,由于卷材下部空鼓,水路连通,往往造成大面积渗漏,且不易找到漏源,很难修复。防水涂料则大多耐久性差,低温不易施工,应用上受到一定限制。刚性防水主要技术措施是在水泥混凝土中掺入防水剂、减水剂、膨胀剂等,掺防水剂、减水剂可改善混凝土的抗渗性和吸水性,通过降低混凝土水灰比,增加混凝土密实性、减少毛细孔数量或使混凝土憎水达防水目的,但这两类外加剂都不能解决混凝土收缩开裂这一要害问题,混凝土一旦开裂,防水也便无从谈起。加入膨胀剂,则在水化过程中产生大量钙矾石或氢氧化钙等产物,产生一定膨胀,来补偿混凝土的收缩,从而达抗渗防漏目的。但膨胀剂大多用在地下工程,地下工作温度变化小、湿度大,混凝土干燥收缩和热胀冷缩小,防水效果较好,而用于地上则不甚理想。近年来,很多工程采用刚性板块与柔性接头复合防水的技术措施,即所谓的适量结构变形的刚柔结合防水层,刚性板块主要是采用自密实混凝土、疏水混凝土或膨胀混凝土,自(预)应力混凝土等,分板设缝,用油膏等柔性材料嵌缝,但分界部位很难处理,且嵌缝膏质量往往不过关,经一个冬季冻融循环,极易脆裂,油膏与混凝土完全脱开,成为漏源,造成防水失败。
本发明的目的在于提供一种既防水、抗压又能防止裂缝的水泥防水剂及其制备方法。
为达上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种水泥防水剂,由单体乳液聚合反应制得,单体包括重量份数20-30份苯乙烯、20-30份丙烯酸丁酯、14-22份甲基丙烯酸甲酯。
单体还包括重量份数1-2份丙烯酸、1-5份甲基丙烯酸。
还含有重量份数5-8份太古油、3-8份松香钠。
所述水泥防水剂的制备方法,由包括重量份数20-30份苯乙烯、20-30份丙烯酸丁酯、14-22份甲基丙烯酸甲酯在内的单体在引发剂作用下于PH=8-10、T=70-86℃条件下乳液聚合而成。
单体还包括重量份数1-2份丙烯酸、1-5份甲基丙烯酸。
引发剂选用过硫酸铵、用量为0.1-0.5份,乳化剂选用阴离子型表面活性剂如十二烷基磺酸钠、用量为0.05-0.5份,水用去离子水、用量40-60份,PH值用Na2CO3溶液调节;加料顺序为:搅拌下把乳化剂加入带有去离子水的反应釜中,加单体,用碱调PH值至规定值,加入引发剂,升温至规定温度,回流反应1-2小时,冷却即成。
反应所得乳液中加入5-8份太古油,混匀。
所得乳液中加入3-8份松香钠,混匀。
本发明产品使用方法为:用水稀释(1份水泥防水剂加水20份)后加入水泥,以代替混凝土中需水量。可加入混凝土进行各种防水工程防水处理,如游泳池、水池、卫生间、浴室、厨房、地下室、基础、内外墙防水,隧道、渠道、地铁、人防工程抗渗防漏,曲线、异型结构防水等;可用于制作各种水泥制品、混凝土输水管等;可用于制作下水道、排污管道、造纸厂废水管道等;可用于粘结大理石、瓷砖等贴面装饰材料。
本发明产品制作中所用单体苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯为硬单体,丙烯酸丁酯为软单体,甲基丙烯酸为交联剂,制成的聚合物既具一定强度又具良好的柔韧性和弹性,抗冻融性好。
本发明水泥防水剂稀释后代替混凝土中水的含量加入后,在结构表面迅速形成防水层,同时在结构内部填充了工业上无法完全消除的孔隙,从而由内到外形成保护层,达到彻底防水效果。当把它稀释并代替混凝土应加水量加入后,水泥的水化过程因水量减少会比正常情况较长,但较长的水合过程使热量的产生减少,这样因水泥固化过程中干缩作用而产生的发状裂纹也会减少。另外,本发明产品中聚合物作为骨架物质,既可提高结构强度,又使其具有一定柔性和弹性,结构抗拉强度、压剪强度,柔度均得以提高,不易断裂。
参照国家96年版混凝土强度等级配合比C25,把本发明产品用水稀释20倍代替混凝土中的水含量,对其技术性能进行测试结果如下:
(1)、凝结时间:初凝约1小时,终凝小于6小时;
(2)、柔度:在80±2℃高温和-15±2℃低温下绕φ10mm水泥圆棒无裂纹;
(3)、粘结强度:
抗拉强度:7-28天强度比标准提高15-20%;
压剪强度:28天强度比标准提高10-1596;
(4)、耐热冷循环性:-20-+20℃冻融循环200次,重量损失为零,无裂纹出现。
(5)、抗渗性:在0.5-1.0MPa保持水压1小时不透水;
(6)、耐高低温性能:80℃水煮3天无裂纹出现;-20℃冰冻3天无变化;
(7)、耐碱性:25%重量百分比浓度的Ca(OH)2溶液浸泡500小时不粉化,无裂纹;
(8)、耐侯性:无裂纹,粉化≤1级。
另外本产品不含有机溶剂,无毒害,冷施工作业,不污染环境,可根据用户需要做成各种彩色防水层,抹面后既可作防水层,又可作装饰层。产品生产工艺简单、周期短、易操作,生产成本较低。
下面通过实施例进一步说明本发明:
实施例1,2,3,4制作过程如下:往搅拌反应釜中放入规定份数去离子水,加入阴离子表面活性剂搅匀,把单体加入反应釜中,用碱(如碳酸氢钠)调PH值至规定值。加入引发剂(如过硫酸铵、过硫酸钾)升温至规定值,回流反应规定时间。出料。出料后加入规定量太古油,搅匀。再加入规定份数松香钠,搅匀成乳状液即可。各实施例中物料用量及反应参数见下表:

1、一种水泥防水剂,由单体乳液聚合反应制得,本发明特征在于,单体包括重量份数20-30份苯乙烯、20-30份丙烯酸丁酯、14-22份甲基丙烯酸甲酯;乳化剂可用0.05-0.5份的十二烷基磺酸钠或十二烷基碘酸钠,引发剂可用0.1-0.5份的过硫酸铵。
2、如权利要求1所述的防水剂,其特征在于,单体还包括重量份数1-2份丙烯酸、1-5份甲基丙烯酸。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的防水剂,其特征在于还含有重量份数5-8份太古油、3-8份松香钠。
4、权利要求1所述水泥防水剂的制备方法,本发明特征在于,由包括重量份数20-30份苯乙烯、20-30份丙烯酸丁酯、14-22份甲基丙烯酸甲酯在内的单体在0.05-0.5份的十二烷基磺酸钠或十二烷基碘酸钠乳化剂存在下和在0.1-0.5份的过硫酸铵引发剂作用下于PH=8-10、T=70-86℃条件下乳液聚合而成。
5、如权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,单体还包括重量份数1-2份丙烯酸、1-5份甲基丙烯酸。
6、如权利要求4或5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,水用去离子水用量40-60份,PH值用Na2CO3溶液调节;加料顺序为:搅拌下把乳化剂加入带有去离子水的反应釜中,加单体,用碱调PH值至规定值,加入引发剂,升温至规定温度,回流反应1-2小时,冷却即成。
7、如权利要求4或5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,反应所得乳液中加入5-8份太古油,混匀。
8、如权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于,反应所得乳液中加入3-8份松香钠,混匀。
9、如权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,反应所得乳液中加入5-8份太古油,混匀。
10、如权利要求9所述的制备方法,其特征在于,反应所得乳液中加入松香钠,混匀。
