本发明涉及一种快拆式铰链。
背景技术
现有技术中的铰链的两个合页的结构不相同，因此当其中一个合页被损坏后，整个合页即报废，浪费较严重；拆卸和安装较为麻烦，两个合页容易发生脱落现象，使用不够安全。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题，从而提供一种组成铰链的两个页页的结构相同，通用性较好，拆卸和安装都较为方便，连接可靠，不容易发生脱落现象，使用安全的快拆式铰链。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的：
一种快拆式铰链，包括一合页板和一支撑板，所述的支撑板与所述的合页板相互垂直连接，所述的快拆式铰链还包括一连接筒和一连接柱，所述的连接筒与所述的支撑板的上侧固定连接，所述的连接柱与所述的支撑板的下侧固定连接，所述的连接筒与所述的连接柱同轴布置，所述的连接筒的内直径等于所述的连接柱的直径。
作为本发明较佳的实施例，所述的连接筒的侧壁上开设有一“L”形槽，所述的“L”形槽的上端布置在所述的连接筒的顶部边沿上；
所述的连接柱上设置有一防脱柱，所述的防脱柱与所述的连接柱相互垂直连接；
所述的连接柱的直径与所述的“L”形槽的宽度相等。
本发明的快拆式铰链的优点是：组成铰链的两个页页的结构相同，通用性较好，拆卸和安装都较为方便，连接可靠，不容易发生脱落现象，使用安全。

下面结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行详细阐述，以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解，从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
本发明的快拆式铰链的优点是：组成铰链的两个页页的结构相同，通用性较好，拆卸和安装都较为方便，连接可靠，不容易发生脱落现象，使用安全。
如图1、图2所示，一种快拆式铰链，包括一合页板1和一支撑板2，该支撑板2与该合页板1相互垂直连接，该快拆式铰链还包括一连接筒3和一连接柱4，该连接筒3与该支撑板2的上侧固定连接，该连接柱4与该支撑板2的下侧固定连接，该连接筒3与该连接柱4同轴布置，该连接筒3的内直径等于该连接柱4的直径。使用两个这种快拆式铰链才能够组成一个完整的铰链，使用时，将其中一个与门框相连接、另一个与门扇相连接，将门扇相连接的快拆式铰链上的连接柱4插入与门框相连接的快拆式铰链上的连接筒3中，即可组成一个完整的铰链。
该连接筒3的侧壁上开设有一“L”形槽31，该“L”形槽31的上端布置在该连接筒3的顶部边沿上；
该连接柱4上设置有一防脱柱41，该防脱柱41与该连接柱4相互垂直连接；
该连接柱4的直径与该“L”形槽31的宽度相等。
设置该“L”形槽31和该防脱柱41可以防止两个快拆式铰链发生脱落现象，同时安装这种快拆式铰链仍然较为方便，将该防脱柱41对准该“L”形槽31的上端即可。
以上仅仅是本发明的部分实施方式的设计思路，在系统允许的情况下，本发明可以扩展为同时外接更多的功能模块，从而最大限度扩展其功能。
以上所述，仅为本发明的具体实施方式，但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此，任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换，都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此，本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种快拆式铰链，包括一合页板（1）和一支撑板（2），所述的支撑板（2）与所述的合页板（1）相互垂直连接，其特征在于：所述的快拆式铰链还包括一连接筒（3）和一连接柱（4），所述的连接筒（3）与所述的支撑板（2）的上侧固定连接，所述的连接柱（4）与所述的支撑板（2）的下侧固定连接，所述的连接筒（3）与所述的连接柱（4）同轴布置，所述的连接筒（3）的内直径等于所述的连接柱（4）的直径；
所述的合页板（1）上设置有两个安装孔；所述的合页板（1）与所述的支撑板（2）之间还通过一加强筋相连接，所述的加强筋布置在所述的支撑板（2）的下侧；
使用两个这种快拆式铰链组成一个完整的铰链，使用时，将其中一个与门框相连接、另一个与门扇相连接，将门扇相连接的快拆式铰链上的连接柱（4）插入与门框相连接的快拆式铰链上的连接筒（3）中，即可组成一个完整的铰链。
2.根据权利要求1所述的快拆式铰链，其特征在于：所述的连接筒（3）的侧壁上开设有一“L”形槽（31），所述的“L”形槽（31）的上端布置在所述的连接筒（3）的顶部边沿上；
所述的连接柱（4）上设置有一防脱柱（41），所述的防脱柱（41）与所述的连接柱（4）相互垂直连接；
所述的连接柱（4）的直径与所述的“L”形槽（31）的宽度相等。
