本发明涉及农业技术领域中的功能性肥料及防治病害药剂为一体,尤其涉及一种含纳米银的多功能肥料及其生产方法。
背景技术
目前的施肥方式,主要是使用简单复混肥或禽畜粪便有机肥,或含多种植物生长调节剂的叶面肥,使用之后,前期长势不错,后来品质下降,病虫害增多,不得不施用有毒农药,产量上不去,农残严重,食品极不安全,还造成土壤和环境污染。为克服其上述的不足,特设计了一种含纳米银的多功能液体肥料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种含纳米银的多功能肥料及其生产方法。用于改善作物品质,提高作物免疫力和抗病虫害能力,基本消除病害,减少虫害,减少或消除农残,减少化肥用量40~60%,增产15%以上;增加功能性肥料的种类,以更全面地满足种植作物的需要;提供该功能性肥料的生产方法。
上述发明目的是通过下述组份配比而实现,重量比其原料组成如下:
纳米银 0.008~0.030%(含Ag)
有机元素化合物 4~9%
无机化合物 4~10%
免疫因子 0.2~0.8%
15%植物提取液 9~20%(或含固量1.35~3%)

纳米银指:按专利号“201310010359.2”,专利名称“不择介质和环境的高效纳米银杀菌剂及其制备方法”生产的纳米银;
有机元素化合物指:葡萄糖酸钙、葡萄糖酸锌、EDDHA-Fe、EDTACu、EDTAMg、(CH3COO)2Mn、乙二胺钴、硒化卡拉胶,配制时均用60~80℃水溶解备用;
无机化合物指:KH2PO4、硼砂、钼酸铵;
免疫因子指:聚氨基葡萄糖、海藻酸钠、琼脂中的一种,配制时用60~80℃水溶解 24小时备用;
植物提取液指:下列植物的提取液:党参、白术、当归、茯苓、川芎、赤芍、甘草、干柠檬、苦参、肉桂、罗汉果、蛇床子,各植物份量相等,总浓度为15±1%,提取方法为:各物料混合,粉碎成1~5mm粒度,在反应釜中加入去离子水,用柠檬酸或醋酸调节水的PH3~4,加入粉碎物料,物料:水按约1:4的比例投入,混匀后,再加热到70~110℃,加热时间约1天,加热完后过滤,洗涤2次,并去滤渣,再将滤液用微米级滤布过滤,取滤液,用KOH中和至PH6~7,再测滤液含固量,当含固量为15±1%为最好,滤液备用;
腐殖酸盐指:腐殖酸钾或黄腐酸钾。
含纳米银的多功能肥料的配制方法:在配制罐中按下列顺序加入各原料:加入溶好的有机元素化合物;无机化合物用水溶解,再加入;再加入植物提取液;再用水溶解腐殖酸盐;加入各物料搅拌均匀,在温度20~25℃时加入纳米银,搅拌均匀;最后加入免疫因子,搅拌均匀;完成配制后包装。
多功能肥使用方法:叶面喷施、冲施、浸种、果品采前保鲜、富硒作物种植、果树消毒杀菌。
叶面喷施:每100ml液肥兑水10~30kg,于作物苗期至旺长期进行喷施,苗期喷1次,旺长期喷3~4次;冲施;每100ml液肥兑水30~60kg,于作物旺长期作追肥冲施;浸种:每100ml液肥兑水5kg浸种,以淹没为度,根据种子的耐泡程度,浸种2~48小时,浸种后作物出苗整齐、健壮,可增产8%以上;果品采前保鲜:果品采摘前约40天及25天分别用液肥喷施果树全株一次,喷施浓度仍按每100ml液肥兑水10~30kg,喷施后采摘的果品不易腐烂,保鲜期延长1倍以上;果树消毒、杀菌:果树于冬春需消毒杀菌时,以液肥喷施果树全株,可基本杀灭树上病菌。
采用本技术方案的有益效果:该肥料集肥效与杀菌、植物生长调节为一体,可减少一半以上的化肥施用量,不污染环境,使用方便可降低成本,提高作物品质,增加作物产量。

用纳米银0.008%;有机元素化合物6.71%,其中葡萄糖酸钙2%,葡萄糖酸锌0.5%,EDDHA-Fe0.5%,EDTACu0.2%,EDTAMg2%,(CH3COO) 2 Mn1%,乙二胺钴0.01%,硒化卡拉胶0.5%;无机化合物6.1%,其中KH2PO45%,硼砂1%,钼酸胺0.1%;免疫因子聚氨基葡萄糖0.5%;浓度15%植物提取液20%(含固量3%);黄腐酸钾10%;加水至100%,该功能肥用于叶面喷施或根施。为发挥该多功能肥的作用,使用的基肥需减少一半用量。

种植实例之一:2014年在贵州遵义县银江村果农张某的20亩李子上试验,于花谢后喷施5次,每隔15天1次,至收获时再未用任何杀菌剂和杀虫剂,果树无任何病虫害,收获果品与施传统对比来比较,口感极佳,糖、氨基酸、维生素含量提高8%,增产19%。
实施例3,用于番茄、茄子、辣椒等茄科作物种植:
用纳米银0.015%;有机元素化合物4.205%,其中葡萄糖酸钙1.8%,葡萄糖酸锌0.3%,EDDHA-Fe0.2%,EDTACu0.1%,EDTAMg1%,(CH3COO)2Mn0.5%,乙二胺钴0.005%,硒化卡拉胶0.3%;无机化合物4.9%,其中KH2PO44%,硼砂0.6%,钼酸胺0.3%,免疫因子琼脂0.5%,浓度15%植物提取液9%;黄腐酸钾8%,加水至100%,该功能肥亦用于叶面喷施或根施。
为发挥该多功能肥的作用,使用的基肥需减少一半用量。
种植实例之一为:2015年在遵义县尚稽镇金秋专业合作社种植的5亩番茄上突然发生青枯病,于是用多功能肥灌根和喷施各3次,每5天1次,结果青枯病治住,往后未再用任何农药,番茄获得丰收。
实施例4,用于富硒茶叶种植:
用纳米银0.013%;有机元素化合物4.603%,其中葡萄糖酸钙1.6%,葡萄糖酸锌0.4%,EDDHA-Fe0.5%,EDTACu0.2%,EDTAMg0.8%,(CH3COO)2Mn0.7%,乙二胺钴0.003%,硒化卡拉胶0.4%;无机化合物6.6%,其中KH2PO46%,硼砂0.5%,钼酸胺0.1%;免疫因子聚氨基葡萄糖0.4%;浓度15%植物提取液12%;黄腐酸钾9%;加水至100%,多功能肥用于叶面喷施,用法如前述。为发挥该多功能肥的作用,使用的基肥需减少一半用量。
实施例5,用于浸种:
用纳米银0.020%;有机元素化合物4.204%,其中葡萄糖酸钙1.1%,葡萄糖酸锌0.2%,EDDHA-Fe0.4%, EDTACu0.2%,EDTAMg0.7%,(CH3COO)2Mn0.9%,乙二胺钴0.04%,硒化卡拉胶0.7%;无机化合物9.5%,其中KH2PO49%,硼砂0.3%,钼酸胺0.2%;免疫因子聚氨基葡萄糖0.6%;浓度15%植物提取液14%;黄腐酸钾11%;加水至100%,浸种方法和效果如前所述。
实施例6,用于果品采前保鲜:
用纳米银0.020%;有机元素化合物5.91%,其中葡萄糖酸钙1.5%,葡萄糖酸锌0.5%,EDDHA-Fe0.9%, EDTACu0.3%,EDTAMg1.1%,(CH3COO)2Mn1.0%,乙二胺钴0.01%,硒化卡拉胶0.6%;无机化合物9.15%,其中KH2PO48%,硼砂1%,钼酸胺0.15%;免疫因子聚氨基葡萄糖0.35%;浓度15%植物提取液18%;腐殖酸钾7%,加水至100%,使用方法和效果如前所述。
实施例7,果树消毒杀菌:
用纳米银0.030%;有机元素化合物5.85%,其中葡萄糖酸钙0.9%,葡萄糖酸锌0.7%,EDDHA-Fe0.8%, EDTACu0.4%,EDTAMg0.6%,(CH3COO)2Mn1.5%,乙二胺钴0.05%,硒化卡拉胶0.9%;无机化合物5.9%,其中KH2PO45%,硼砂0.5%,钼酸胺0.4%;免疫因子聚氨基葡萄糖0.8%;浓度15%植物提取液13%(含固量1.95%);黄腐酸钾5%,加水至100%,使用方法和效果如前所述。
实施例8,用于富硒水稻种植:
用纳米银0.018%;有机元素化合物4.71%,其中葡萄糖酸锌0.3%,葡萄糖酸钙0.9%,EDDHA-Fe0.6%、EDTACu0.1%、EDTAMg1.2%、(CH3COO)2Mn1.1%,乙二胺钴0.01%、硒化卡拉胶0.5%;无机化合物4.2%,其中KH2PO43.9%,硼砂0.2%,钼酸胺0.1%,免疫因子海藻酸钠0.2%;浓度15%植物提取液16%(含固量2.4%);黄腐酸钾6%,加水至100%;该功能肥亦用于叶面喷施或冲施。为发挥该多功能肥的作用,使用的基肥需减少一半用量。
Claims (8)
1.一种含纳米银的多功能肥料,其特征在于:通过下述组份重量配比组成:
纳米银含Ag : 0.008~0.030%;
有机元素化合物 4~9%;
无机化合物 4~10%;
免疫因子 0.2~0.8%;
15%植物提取液 9~20%,含固量1.35~3%;
腐殖酸盐 8~12%;
其余为水;
所述纳米银为:按专利号201310010359.2,名称为不择介质和环境的高效纳米银杀菌剂及其制备方法生产的纳米银;
所述有机元素化合物为:葡萄糖酸钙、葡萄糖酸锌、EDDHA-Fe、EDTACu、EDTAMg、(CH3COO)2Mn、乙二胺钴、硒化卡拉胶,配制时均用60~80℃水溶解备用;
所述无机化合物为:KH2PO4、硼砂、钼酸铵;
所述免疫因子为:聚氨基葡萄糖、海藻酸钠、琼脂中的一种,配制时用60~80℃水溶解24小时备用;
所述植物提取液中中药为:党参、白术、当归、茯苓、川芎、赤芍、甘草、干柠檬、苦参、肉桂、罗汉果、蛇床子,各中药份量相等,总浓度为15±1%;
所述腐殖酸盐为:腐殖酸钾或黄腐酸钾。
2.一种含纳米银的多功能肥料的配制方法,其特征在于:在配制罐中按下列顺序加入各原料:加入溶好的有机元素化合物;无机化合物用水溶解;再加入植物中药提取液;再用水溶解腐殖酸盐;加入各物料搅拌均匀,在温度20~25℃时加入纳米银,搅拌均匀;最后加入免疫因子,搅拌均匀;完成配制后包装。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的含纳米银的多功能肥料及其配制方法,特征在于:以党参、白术、当归、茯苓、川芎、赤芍、甘草、干柠檬、苦参、肉桂、罗汉果、蛇床子,各植物中药等量提取液,提取方法为,将各中药物料混合,粉碎成1~5mm粒度,在反应釜中加入去离子水,用柠檬酸或醋酸调节水的PH3~4,加入粉碎物料,物料:水按约1:4的比例投入,混匀后,再加热到70~110℃,加热时间约1天,加热完后过滤,洗涤2次,并去滤渣,再将滤液用微米级滤布过滤,取滤液,用KOH中和至PH6~7,再测滤液含固量,当含固量为15±1%,滤液备用。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含纳米银的多功能肥料,其特征在于:
用纳米银0.008%;有机元素化合物6.71%,其中葡萄糖酸钙2%,葡萄糖酸锌0.5%,EDDHA-Fe0.5%,EDTACu0.2%,EDTAMg2%,(CH3COO) 2 Mn1%,乙二胺钴0.01%,硒化卡拉胶0.5%;无机化合物6.1%,其中KH2PO45%,硼砂1%,钼酸胺0.1%;免疫因子聚氨基葡萄糖0.5%;浓度15%植物提取液20%,含固量3%;黄腐酸钾10%;加水至100%,用于药用植物,当归、党参、何首乌、白术、白芍、太子参的种植,
用于叶面喷施或根施。
5.根据权利要求1所述的含纳米银的多功能肥料,其特征在于:用纳米银0.012%;有机元素化合物7.41%,其中葡萄糖酸锌0.6%,葡萄糖酸钙2%,EDDHA-Fe1%、EDTACu0.3%、EDTAMg1.5%、(CH3COO)2Mn1.2%,乙二胺钴0.01%、硒化卡拉胶0.8%;无机化合物9.2%,其中KH2PO47%,硼砂2%,钼酸胺0.2%,免疫因子海藻酸钠0.2%;浓度15%植物提取液16%,含固量2.4%;黄腐酸钾12%,加水至100%;用于果树花后期喷施或根施。
6.根据权利要求1所述的含纳米银的多功能肥料,其特征在于:用纳米银0.020%;有机元素化合物5.91%,其中葡萄糖酸钙1.5%,葡萄糖酸锌0.5%,EDDHA-Fe0.9%, EDTACu0.3%,EDTAMg1.1%,(CH3COO)2Mn1.0%,乙二胺钴0.01%,硒化卡拉胶0.6%;无机化合物9.15%,其中KH2PO48%,硼砂1%,钼酸胺0.15%;免疫因子聚氨基葡萄糖0.35%;浓度15%植物提取液18%;腐殖酸钾7%,加水至100%,用于果品采前保鲜。
7.根据权利要求1所述的含纳米银的多功能肥料,其特征在于:用纳米银0.018%;有机元素化合物4.71%,其中葡萄糖酸锌0.3%,葡萄糖酸钙0.9%,EDDHA-Fe0.6%、EDTACu0.1%、EDTAMg1.2%、(CH3COO)2Mn1.1%,乙二胺钴0.01%、硒化卡拉胶0.5%;无机化合物4.2%,其中KH2PO43.9%,硼砂0.2%,钼酸胺0.1%,免疫因子海藻酸钠0.2%;浓度15%植物提取液16%,含固量2.4%;黄腐酸钾6%,加水至100%;用于果实叶面喷施保鲜。
8.根据权利要求1所述的含纳米银的多功能肥料,其特征在于:用纳米银0.018%;有机元素化合物4.71%,其中葡萄糖酸锌0.3%,葡萄糖酸钙0.9%,EDDHA-Fe0.6%、EDTACu0.1%、EDTAMg1.2%、(CH3COO)2Mn1.1%,乙二胺钴0.01%、硒化卡拉胶0.5%;无机化合物4.2%,其中KH2PO43.9%,硼砂0.2%,钼酸胺0.1%,免疫因子海藻酸钠0.2%;浓度15%植物提取液16%(含固量2.4%);黄腐酸钾6%,加水至100%;用于水稻、茶叶、烟叶叶面喷施或根施。
