本发明公开了一种含草甘膦的三元除草组合物及其应用,有效活性成分由第一活性成分草甘膦、第二活性成分草铵膦和第三活性成分乙羧氟草醚组成,草甘膦、草铵膦与乙羧氟草醚的质量比为(1~90):(1~90):(1~90)。本组合物可配制成农业上允许的可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、悬浮剂、可分散油悬浮剂、悬乳剂、乳油、水剂。本发明组分合理,在非耕地除草效果好,且其活性和除草效果不是各组分活性的简单叠加,与现有的单一制剂或二元复配制剂相比,除具有显著的除草效果外,而且有显著的增效作用,用药量减少,杀草谱增广,防治成本低。

背景技术
草甘膦,英文名称为glyphosate,化学名称为:N-(磷酸甲基)甘氨酸。草甘膦属于内吸传导型广谱灭生性除草剂,对天敌及有益生物较安全。主要通过抑制植物体内烯醇丙酮基莽草素磷酸合成酶,从而抑制莽草素向苯丙氨酸、酪氨酸及色氨酸的转化,使蛋白质的合成受到干扰导致植物死亡。草甘膦以内吸传导性强而著称,它不仅能通过茎叶传导到地下部分,而且在同一植株的不同分蘖间也能进行传导,对多年生深根杂草的地下组织破坏力很强,能达到一般农业机械无法达到的深度。草甘膦杀草谱很广,对40多科的植物有防除作用,包括单子叶和双子叶、一年生和多年生、草本和灌木等植物。
草铵膦,英文名称为glufosinate-ammonium,化学名称为:(RS)-2-氨基-4-(羟基甲基氧瞵基)丁酸铵。属膦酸类除草剂,是谷氨酰胺合成抑制剂,具有部分内吸作用的非选择性触杀除草剂。施药后短时间内,植物体内铵代谢陷于紊乱,细胞毒剂铵离子在植物体内累积,与此同时,光合作用被严重抑制,达到除草目的。
乙羧氟草醚,英文名称为halauxifen-methyl。化学名称为:O-[5-(2-氯-a-a-a-三氯-对-甲苯氧基)-2-硝基苯甲酰基]羟基乙酸乙酯。该产品为新型高效二苯醚类苗后除草剂。它被植物吸收后,使原卟啉氧化酶受抑制,生成对植物细胞具有毒性的四吡咯,积聚而发生作用。它具有作用速度快、活性高、不影响下茬作物等特点。适用于小麦、大麦、花生、大豆和稻田除草,可有效防除藜科、蓼科、苋菜、苍耳、龙葵、马齿苋、鸭跖草、大蓟等多种阔叶杂草。
申请人经检索发现,目前尚没有草甘膦、草铵膦和乙羧氟草醚三者复配的组合物专利。同时经过长期的试验意外地发现,将作用机理不同的草甘膦、草铵膦和乙羧氟草醚复配,对马唐、牛筋草、狗尾草、千金子、反枝苋、藜、铁苋菜、马齿苋、苘麻、空心莲子草等具有明显的增效作用,显著提高了对果园、茶园、桑园、橡胶园以及田埂、道路、庭院、仓库、机场等非耕地杂草的防治效果,扩大了杀草谱,减少用药量,降低防治成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种组分合理,用药成本低,增效作用显著,除草效果好,杀草谱广的含草甘膦的三元除草组合物。
本发明的另一目的在于提供含草甘膦的三元除草组合物制剂剂型。
本发明的再一目的在于提供上述组合物在防治非耕地杂草上的应用。
为了克服现有单一制剂或两元复配制剂的缺陷,本发明除草组合物的技术方案是这样解决的:
A)第一活性成分草甘膦;
B)第二活性成分草铵膦;
C)第三活性成分乙羧氟草醚。
第一活性成分、第二活性成分与第三活性成分质量比为(1~90):(1~90):(1~90)。
本发明一种含草甘膦的三元除草组合物按照本技术领域技术人员所公知的方法可以配制的制剂剂型是可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、悬浮剂、可分散油悬浮剂、悬乳剂、乳油、水剂。
对可湿性粉剂,可使用的助剂有:分散剂如聚羧酸盐、木质素磺酸盐、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯基醚嵌段共聚物、烷基萘甲醛缩合物磺酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磺酸盐等中的一种或多种;润湿剂如烷基硫酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐等中的一种或多种;填料如硫酸铵、尿素、蔗糖、葡萄糖、硅藻土、高岭土、白炭黑、轻钙、滑石粉、凹凸棒土、陶土等中的一种或多种。
对水分散粒剂,可使用的助剂有:分散剂如聚羧酸盐(TERSPERSE 2700、T36、GY-D06等)、木质素磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐等中的一种或多种;润湿剂如烷基硫酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、萘磺酸盐等中的一种或多种;崩解剂如硫酸铵、硫酸钠、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、淀粉及其衍生物、膨润土等中的一种或多种;粘结剂如淀粉、葡萄糖、聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇、羧甲基纤维素钠、蔗糖等中的一种或多种;填料如硅藻土、高岭土、白炭黑、轻钙、滑石粉、凹凸棒土、陶土等中的一种或多种。
对悬浮剂,可使用的助剂有:分散剂如聚羧酸盐、木质素磺酸盐、烷基萘甲醛缩合物磺酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磺酸盐、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、烷基聚氧乙烯醚磺酸盐、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯基醚嵌段共聚物、拉开粉、十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯等中的一种或多种;润湿剂如烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚甲醛缩合物硫酸盐、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、烷基硫酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐、烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚、三苯乙基苯酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯嵌段聚合物等中的一种或多种;增稠剂如黄原胶、聚乙烯醇、膨润土、硅酸镁铝、羧甲基纤维素、羧乙基纤维素、甲基纤维素等中的一种或多种;防腐剂如甲醛、苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、异噻唑啉酮等中的一种或多种;消泡剂如硅油、硅酮类化合物、C10-20饱和脂肪酸类化合物、C8-10脂肪醇类、己醇、丁醇、辛醇等中的一种或多种;防冻剂如乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、聚乙二醇、山梨醇、尿素、无机盐类等中的一种或多种;水为去离子水。
对可分散油悬浮剂,可使用的助剂有:分散剂如聚羧酸盐、木质素磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐(扩散剂NNO)、TERSPERSE 2020(美国亨斯迈公司HUNTSMAN出品,烷基萘磺酸盐类)等中的一种或多种;乳化剂如BY(蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚)系列乳化剂(BY-110、BY-125、BY-140)、农乳700#(烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚)、农乳2201、斯盘-60#(山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯)、吐温-60#(失水山梨醇单硬脂酸酯聚氧乙烯醚)、农乳1601#(苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚)、TERSPERSE 4894(美国亨斯迈公司出品)等中的一种或多种;润湿剂如烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚甲醛缩合物硫酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、烷基硫酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、萘磺酸盐、TERSPERSE 2500(美国亨斯迈公司出品)等中的一种或多种;增稠剂如白炭黑、聚乙烯醇、膨润土、硅酸镁铝等中的一种或多种;防冻剂如乙二醇、丙二醇、甘油、尿素、无机盐类如氯化钠等中的一种或多种;分散介质如大豆油、菜籽油、小麦油、油酸甲酯、柴油、机油、矿物油等中的一种或多种。
对悬乳剂,可使用的助剂有:乳化剂如十二烷基苯磺酸钙(农乳500#)、农乳700#、农乳2201、斯盘-60#、乳化剂T-60(通用名:失水山梨醇单硬酯酸酯聚氧乙烯醚)、TX-10(通用名:辛基酚聚氧乙烯(10)醚)、农乳1601#、农乳600#、农乳400#等中的一种或多种;分散剂如聚羧酸盐、木质素磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐等中的一种或多种;溶剂如邻苯二甲酸二甲酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、乙酸乙酯、苯甲酸甲酯等中的一种或多种;消泡剂如硅油、硅酮类化合物、C10-20饱和脂肪酸类化合物、C8-10脂肪醇类、己醇、丁醇、辛醇等中的一种或多种;增稠剂如白炭黑、聚乙烯醇、膨润土、硅酸镁铝等中的一种或多种;防冻剂如乙二醇、丙二醇、甘油、尿素、无机盐类如氯化钠等中的一种或多种;水为去离子水。
对乳油,可使用的助剂有:乳化剂如十二烷基苯磺酸钙(农乳500#)、农乳700#、农乳2201、斯盘-60#、乳化剂T-60(通用名:失水山梨醇单硬酯酸酯聚氧乙烯醚)、TX-10(通用名:辛基酚聚氧乙烯(10)醚)、农乳1601#、农乳600#、农乳400#等中的一种或多种;溶剂如二甲苯、溶剂油(S-150、S-180、S-200)、甲苯、生物柴油、甲酯化植物油、N-甲基吡咯烷酮等中的一种或多种;助溶剂如乙酸乙酯、甲醇、二甲基甲酰胺、环己酮、丙酮、甲乙酮等中的一种或多种;稳定剂如亚磷酸三苯酯、环氧氯丙烷、醋酐等中的一种或多种。
对水剂,可使用的助剂有:乳化剂如十二烷基苯磺酸钙、烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚、农乳2201#、山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯、失水山梨醇单硬脂酸酯聚氧乙烯醚、辛基酚聚氧乙烯(10)醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、农乳600#、农乳400#、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵等中的一种或多种;水为去离子水。
本发明组分合理,除草效果好,用药成本低,且其活性和除草效果不是各组分活性的简单叠加,而是有显著的增效作用,能扩大非耕地杂草杀草谱,延缓抗性,减少用药量,降低防治成本。本发明对马唐、牛筋草、狗尾草、千金子、反枝苋、藜、铁苋菜、马齿苋、苘麻、空心莲子草等非耕地杂草具有很好的防治效果。
具体实施方式
下面通过室内毒力测定来说明草甘膦、草铵膦与乙羧氟草醚复配对非耕地杂草的增效作用。
为了防治非耕地杂草,我们以草甘膦、草铵膦与乙羧氟草醚进行了相互复配的增效研究,试验方法参考《中华人民共和国农业行业标准 NY/T1155.4—2006农药室内生物测定试验准则 除草剂 第4部分:活性测定试验 茎叶喷雾法》和《中华人民共和国农业行业标准 NY/T1155.7—2006农药室内生物测定试验准则 除草剂 第7部分:混配的联合作用测定》。
试验对象为马唐(Digitaria sanguinalis)、牛筋草(Eleusine indica)、狗尾草(Setaria viridis)、千金子(Leptochloachinensis)、反枝苋(Amaranthus retroflexus)、藜(Chenopodium album)、铁苋菜(Acalypha australis)、马齿苋(Portulaca oleracea)、苘麻(Abutilon theophrasti)、空心莲子草(Alternanthera philoxeroides)。
将原药配制成需要的试验药剂,首先将单剂及各复配药剂设置5个不同浓度梯度(在预备试验结果的基础上,根据药剂配比不同,浓度梯度设置亦有所不同,防除率在5%~90%的范围内按等比级数设定)。设清水对照,重复4次。非耕地杂草处于正常生长期,从低剂量到高剂量分别进行喷雾处理。处理后置于温室内培养观察,以盆钵底部渗灌方式补水。
处理后21天计算各药剂处理的鲜重防效,通过防效的机率值和系列浓度的对数值之间的线性回归分析,求出各药剂的ED50值,用孙云沛法计算混剂的共毒系数(CTC),以此来评价供试药剂对非耕地杂草的活性。
复配制剂的共毒系数CTC≥120表现为增效作用;CTC≤80表现为拮抗作用;80<CTC<120表现为相加作用。

室内毒力测定结果表明:草甘膦、草铵膦与乙羧氟草醚按照(1~90):(1~90):(1~90)比例混用,对马唐、牛筋草、狗尾草、千金子、反枝苋、藜、铁苋菜、马齿苋、苘麻、空心莲子草均有较好的毒力,增效作用明显。
为了更好地说明本发明,下面结合实施例对本发明内容作进一步说明,配方中的百分比均为重量百分比。
制剂实施例1
称取30%草甘膦、5.5%草铵膦、1.5%乙羧氟草醚、5%聚羧酸钙、2%烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磺酸钠、2%十二烷基硫酸钠、5%滑石粉,轻钙加至100%重量份。上述原料经混合,气流粉碎后制得37%草甘膦·草铵膦·乙羧氟草醚可湿性粉剂。
制剂实施例2
称取20%草甘膦、4.5%草铵膦、0.5%乙羧氟草醚、4%木质素磺酸钠、3% 烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、2%聚羧酸钠、2%烷基磺酸钠、3%白碳黑,高岭土加至100%重量份。上述原料经混合,气流粉碎后制得25%草甘膦·草铵膦·乙羧氟草醚可湿性粉剂。
制剂实施例3
称取24%草甘膦、8%草铵膦、1%乙羧氟草醚、3%聚羧酸盐T36、1%扩散剂NNO(烷基萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物)、1%十二烷基苯磺酸钠、1%烷基磺酸钠、2%淀粉,滑石粉加至100%重量份。上述原料经常规制取水分散粒剂的方法即混合、超微气流粉碎、混合、造粒步骤制取33%草甘膦·草铵膦·乙羧氟草醚水分散粒剂。
制剂实施例4
称取20.3%草甘膦、5%草铵膦、0.7%乙羧氟草醚、4%烷基萘磺酸钠、3%木质素磺酸钠、2%拉开粉BX(二丁基萘磺酸钠)、2%萘磺酸钠、3%聚乙烯醇、5%硫铵,凹凸棒土加至100%重量份。上述原料经常规制取水分散粒剂的方法即混合、超微气流粉碎、混合、造粒步骤制取26%草甘膦·草铵膦·乙羧氟草醚水分散粒剂。
制剂实施例5
称取24.5%乙羧氟草醚、4.5%草甘膦、1%草铵膦、2%烷基硫酸钠、3%烷基萘磺酸钠、0.5%膨润土、5%丙二醇、0.5%异噻唑啉酮、0.5%丁醇,去离子水加至100%重量份。上述原料经混合,高速剪切分散30min,用砂磨机砂磨后制得30%草甘膦·草铵膦·乙羧氟草醚悬浮剂。
制剂实施例6
称取18%草甘膦、3%草铵膦、1%乙羧氟草醚、2%三苯乙基苯酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯嵌段聚合物、2%烷基聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠、1%硅酸镁铝、0.2%羧乙基纤维素、5%聚乙二醇、0.5%苯甲酸钠、0.5%硅油,去离子水加至100%重量份。上述原料经混合,高速剪切分散30min,用砂磨机砂磨后制得22%草甘膦·草铵膦·乙羧氟草醚悬浮剂。
制剂实施例7
称取28%草甘膦、6%草铵膦、1%乙羧氟草醚、2%木质素磺酸钠、4%农乳1601#、3%斯盘-60#、4%农乳1601#、1%烷基磺酸钠、0.5%聚乙烯醇、5%丙二醇,油酸甲酯加至100%重量份。上述原料经混合,高速剪切分散30min,用砂磨机砂磨后制得35%草甘膦·草铵膦·乙羧氟草醚可分散油悬浮剂。
制剂实施例8
称取22%草甘膦、4%草铵膦、1%乙羧氟草醚、2%烷基萘磺酸钠、4%斯盘-60#、3%吐温-60#、4%农乳700#、1%萘磺酸钠、0.5%白炭黑、5%乙二醇,大豆油加至100%重量份。上述原料经混合,高速剪切分散30min,用砂磨机砂磨后制得27%草甘膦·草铵膦·乙羧氟草醚可分散油悬浮剂。
制剂实施例9
称取16.5%草甘膦、3%草铵膦、0.5%乙羧氟草醚、8%异丙醇、6%山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯、5%肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、1%聚乙烯醇、0.3%丁醇、2%渗透剂JFC、0.5%山梨酸钾,去离子水补足余量。将乙羧氟草醚在二甲基亚砜中溶解,加入脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯搅拌均匀成油相;将去离子水和其它助剂经高速剪切均质机混合均匀,再加入草甘膦、草铵膦,在砂磨机中进行砂磨,使悬浮剂粒径D90在5μm以下。将油相加入砂磨好的悬浮剂中,在高速剪切下,使药液粒径D90在5μm以下,即可制成20%草甘膦·草铵膦·乙羧氟草醚悬乳剂。
制剂实施例10
称取20.3%草甘膦、5%草铵膦、0.7%乙羧氟草醚、15%二甲基亚砜、8%脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、7%烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、1.4%黄原胶、0.6%己醇、1%三硅氧烷、0.5%苯甲酸钠,去离子水补足余量。将乙羧氟草醚在异丙醇中溶解,加入山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯搅拌均匀成油相;将去离子水和其它助剂经高速剪切均质机混合均匀,再加入草甘膦、草铵膦,在砂磨机中进行砂磨,使悬浮剂粒径D90在5μm以下。将油相加入砂磨好的悬浮剂中,在高速剪切下,使药液粒径D90在5μm以下,即可制成26%草甘膦·草铵膦·乙羧氟草醚悬乳剂。
制剂实施例11
称取24%草甘膦、6%草铵膦、1%乙羧氟草醚、5%农乳600#、4%斯盘-60#、3%甲醇、2%环氧氯丙烷,二甲苯加至100%重量份。上述原料经混合,搅拌溶解完全后制得31%草甘膦·草铵膦·乙羧氟草醚乳油。
制剂实施例12
称取21草甘膦、7%草铵膦、1%乙羧氟草醚、5%农乳700#、6%农乳600#、3%环己酮、2%醋酐,甲苯加至100%重量份。上述原料经混合,搅拌溶解完全后制得29%草甘膦·草铵膦·乙羧氟草醚乳油。
制剂实施例13
称取30%草甘膦、5.8%草铵膦、1.2%乙羧氟草醚、5%农乳1601#,去离子水加至100%重量份。上述原料经混合,搅拌溶解完全后制得37%草甘膦·草铵膦·乙羧氟草醚水剂。
制剂实施例14
称取25%草甘膦、7.5%草铵膦、1.5%乙羧氟草醚、3%农乳2201#、3%农乳700#,去离子水加至100%重量份。上述原料经混合,搅拌溶解完全后制得34%草甘膦·草铵膦·乙羧氟草醚水剂。
生物实施例1:防治非耕地杂草药效试验。
发明人于2016年在湖北省荆州市江陵县滩桥镇旱地进行了制剂实施例1-14防治非耕地杂草药效试验,验证了该药剂对非耕地杂草的防治效果。
防治对象为非耕地杂草,杂草正常生长期施药。试验田地势平坦,土壤为潮土,肥力中等,pH值6.9。试验药剂及剂量详见表11。另设空白对照,每处理4次重复,每小区30㎡,共84个小区,小区随机区组排列。采用常规喷雾法,亩施药液45kg,施药一次。

试验结果表明,以上制剂实施例对非耕地杂草有很好的防治效果,制剂按照上表的用量喷雾1次,对非耕地杂草药后30天的平均防效均达到96%以上,明显优于各个对照药剂的防效。通过对药后30天差异显著性分析,草甘膦、草铵膦与乙羧氟草醚组合与其它对照处理防效差异性显著。
综上所述,本发明的组合物是采用三种活性成分复配方案,其活性和除草效果不是各组分活性的简单叠加,与现有的单一制剂或二元复配制剂相比,具有显著的除草效果,增效作用显著,用药量减少,使用成本降低。
Claims (6)
1.一种含草甘膦的三元除草组合物,其特征在于:活性成分由草甘膦、草铵膦与乙羧氟草醚组成,草甘膦、草铵膦与乙羧氟草醚的质量比为(1~90):(1~90):(1~90)。
2.根据权利要求1所述含草甘膦的三元除草组合物,其特征在于:草甘膦、草铵膦与乙羧氟草醚的质量比为(1~60):(1~60):(1~60)。
3.根据权利要求1所述含草甘膦的三元除草组合物,其特征在于:草甘膦、草铵膦与乙羧氟草醚的质量比为(1~40):(1~40):(1~40)。
4.根据权利要求1所述含草甘膦的三元除草组合物,其特征在于:草甘膦、草铵膦与乙羧氟草醚的质量比为(1~30):(1~30):(1~30)。
5.根据权利要求1所述含草甘膦的三元除草组合物,其特征在于:所述组合物剂型为可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、悬浮剂、可分散油悬浮剂、悬乳剂、乳油、水剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述含草甘膦的三元除草组合物在防治非耕地杂草上的用途。
