Abstract
高铁列车表面顽垢高效清洗剂,原料组分及质量百分比如下:非离子表面活性剂0.1~10%,精油0.1~5%,含氧溶剂0.1~20%,醇类溶剂0.5~15%,水50~90%。制备方法,依次按如下步骤进行:a、在搅拌釜中加入水,将非离子表面活性剂、含氧溶剂、及醇类溶剂加入混合并搅拌均匀;b、再加入精油,搅拌均匀;清洗方法,机洗或人工清洗,所述的机洗为在列车通用清洗机中使用,8‑10节编组,用量5‑8公斤,常温使用;所述的人工清洗为用自来水配制成5%左右清洗液,用抹布、毛刷或拖布蘸清洗液擦洗列车表面即可。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高铁列车表面顽垢高效清洗剂,尤其是一种安全、环保、高效、易操作、可显著降低列车顽垢清洗劳动强度的高铁列车表面顽垢高效清洗剂、制备方法及清洗方法。
背景技术
目前,动车组列车、高铁列车发展迅猛,列车的保养、维护,特别是列车外皮清洗保养则显现出许多不足,主要表现在大量出现黄斑、顽垢,且很难清洗。
经分析,列车外皮黄斑、顽垢的主要组成为:铁、硅、硫、钙、镁、钠等元素组成的,它们主要是由尘土、铁粉、有机物,在水汽及一定的温度下粘合而成。这些物质用强碱性或强酸性清洗剂容易清洗,但是,动车组列车和高铁列车外皮均为油漆涂层,强碱、强酸对油漆和车窗玻璃均有腐蚀,致使油漆和玻璃变色、粗糙、失光;而且强碱、强酸对人体皮肤也有很强的腐蚀性,使用不安全;强碱、强酸对清洗机、轨道、清洗机室地面均有腐蚀;强碱性、强酸性清洗剂不环保,不能直接排放。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决现有技术所存在的上述技术问题,提供一种安全、环保、高效、易操作、可显著降低列车顽垢清洗劳动强度的高铁列车表面顽垢高效清洗剂、制备方法及清洗方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种高铁列车表面顽垢高效清洗剂,原料组分及质量百分比如下:非离子表面活性剂0.1~10%;精油0.1~5%;含氧溶剂0.1~20%;醇类溶剂0.5~15%;水50~90%。
所述非离子表面活性剂是脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(10)及脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(3)的混合物,质量比为4~5︰1~3。
所述精油是松节油,主要成分为萜烯的混合物。
所述含氧溶剂是丙二醇苯醚、二丙二醇丁醚中的至少一种或任意配比的两种。
所述醇类溶剂是2-乙基己醇、呋喃糠醇中的至少一种或任意配比的两种。
所述水是去离子水。
一种上述机润滑油过滤器再生清洗剂的制备方法,依次按如下步骤进行:
a. 在搅拌釜中加入水,将非离子表面活性剂、含氧溶剂、及醇类溶剂加入混合并搅拌均匀;
b. 再加入精油,搅拌均匀。
c.清洗剂的pH值为6.5-8.5。
一种采用上述高铁列车表面顽垢高效清洗剂的清洗方法,包括机洗或人工清洗,所述的机洗为在列车通用清洗机中使用,8-10节编组,用量5-8公斤,常温使用;所述的人工清洗为用自来水配制成5%左右清洗液,用抹布、毛刷或拖布蘸清洗液擦洗列车表面即可。
本发明采用了多种原料相互配伍作用,尤其是亲油性表面活性剂和水溶性溶剂复配,兼顾了对水性污垢和油性污垢的清洗去除能力;植物提取物——精油是一种高渗透、高润湿型清洗添加剂,可快速渗透、润湿污垢,从而快速彻底清除列车表面顽垢,本清洗剂pH值为6.5-8.5,属中性清洗剂。

非离子表面活性剂 0.1%或2%或4%或6%或8%或10%
精油 0.1%或1%或2%或3%或4%或5%
含氧溶剂 0.1%或1%或4%或8%或12%或14%或16%或18%或20%
醇类溶剂 0.5%或1%或4%或8%或12%或14%或15%
水 50%或60%或70%或80%或90%。

非离子表面活性剂 4.4千克
精油 5千克
含氧溶剂 0.1千克

水 90千克。

含氧溶剂是丙二醇苯醚、二丙二醇丁醚中的至少一种或任意配比的两种。

本发明的高铁列车表面顽垢高效清洗剂的清洗方法,机洗或人工清洗,机洗为在列车通用清洗机中使用,8-10节编组,用量5-8公斤,常温使用;人工清洗为用本清洗剂和自来水配制成含4%或5%或6%的本清洗剂的清洗液,然后用抹布、毛刷或拖布蘸清洗液擦洗列车表面即可。
本发明的高铁列车表面顽垢高效清洗剂的清洗效果:人工清洗可以达到强碱性、强酸性清洗剂的清洗效果,用抹布擦拭1-2遍即可轻松清除列车表面顽垢;用于机洗可以彻底清洗列车表面尘土等污垢,避免表面顽垢积累,免除人工清洗。

1.一种高铁列车表面顽垢高效清洗剂,其特征在于:原料组分及质量百分比如下:
非离子表面活性剂 0.1~10%
精油 0.1~5%
含氧溶剂 0.1~20%
醇类溶剂 0.5~15%
水 50~90%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高铁列车表面顽垢高效清洗剂,其特征在于:所述非离子表面活性剂是脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(10)及脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(3)的混合物,质量比为4~5︰1~3。
