Abstract
本发明提供一种常温不水洗漆前锌钙磷化液,其
组分重量配比为锌、钙盐0.2—4%,磷酸盐、油酸盐
等与有机酸组成的活化剂0.7—4%,钼酸盐、醋酸
盐、磷酸盐等钝化剂0.2—1.5%,铁盐、亚铁盐等添加
剂0.02—0.08%,水90—99%。该磷化液稳定性好、
沉渣极少,可反复使用不失效,不排放,无有害气体产
生,一步完成表调、磷化、钝化全过程,且不水洗、膜层
均匀,连续、致密、可用于钢铁及其制品涂装前的磷化
处理。
Description
本发明涉及一种磷化液,特别是涉及一种常温不洗漆前锌钙磷化液。
磷化液广泛用于钢铁及其制品涂装前,例如烤漆、喷漆、静电喷塑、电泳浸漆等之前的磷化处理,也可用于金属加工工序间的防锈。目前磷化液的种类很多,其中锌钙系磷化液是一种磷化效果较好的磷化液,中国专利申请号86100516A公开了一种锌钙系磷化液,其组成为磷酸二氢锌∶硝酸钙∶磷酸∶硝酸镍∶柠檬酸或葡萄糖酸∶柠檬酸或葡萄糖酸的钠盐或钙盐∶氟化钠∶水为2.5-3.5∶4.9-8.4∶0.5-1∶0.02-0.16∶0.015-0.06∶0.002-0.04∶0.002-0.08∶4-60。该磷化液中含有硝酸根和氟离子等有害物质,且由于含强酸根,磷化后要水洗,磷化温度高,一般为50-75℃,磷化液沉渣多。
本发明的目的在于克服上述缺点,提供一种不含硝酸根、氟离子等,能在常温下一次完成表调、磷化、钝化全过程的常温不水洗漆前锌钙磷化液。
本发明常温不水洗锌钙磷化液其组份包括成膜剂0.2-4%(重量)、活化剂0.7-4%(重量)、钝化剂0.2-1.5%(重量)、添加剂0.02-0.08%(重量)、水90-99%(重量)。其中成膜剂是磷酸锌盐、磷酸钙盐、轻质碳酸锌盐、轻质碳酸钙盐中一种或一种以上锌盐和钙盐的混合物,锌∶钙为1∶0.3-1.2,以锌系为主辅以钙系成膜剂,可改善膜层结晶组织,提高膜层附着力,使膜层致密、均匀、耐蚀力强。活化剂是无机酸或盐、如磷酸钛盐、磷酸钠盐、磷酸和油酸盐等中的一种或一种以上与有机酸、如丙烯酸、酒石酸、柠檬酸和葡萄糖酸等中的一种或一种以上的混合物,其作用是加速磷化速度,细化晶粒,形成致密低孔的膜。本发明活化剂中不含毒性强的硝酸钠、亚硝酸钠和氟离子等,使用更加安全。钝化剂是钼酸盐、醋酸盐及磷酸盐中的至少一种,其作用是有效地封闭所成磷化膜中的微孔,使膜层均匀致密,提高抗蚀力。添加剂、是不含强酸根的铁盐或亚铁盐中的至少一种,其作用是为了保持适当的金属离子深度,加速磷化,使膜层细致。以水作溶剂无毒、不燃、经济。
本发明常温不水洗漆前锌钙磷化液的PH值控制在0.5-3.5,总酸度高,磷化膜结晶细致,但是过高会使磷化膜太薄,过低膜厚、粗糙。
本发明常温不水洗漆前锌钙磷化液的优点在于:
1、磷化液稳定性好、不变质、不排放、可反复使用,只需按实际消耗补充新液。
2、磷化液无毒、无臭味、无有害气体产生,基本无沉渣,不水洗,不污染环境。
3、磷化后形成的磷化膜致密、均匀、牢固、挠性良好,厚度适宜,防腐性强,增加涂层与金属基体的结合力,可在一定程度上提高涂层的光泽和节约涂料。
4、使用该磷化液将常规磷化的七道工序减为两道(即磷化、干燥),在一个槽内即可完成磷化全过程,工艺简单,操作方便。
5、磷化液综合成本低,可快速地在一个槽子内完成磷化全过程,提高了磷化效率。
本发明常温不水洗漆前锌钙磷化液可用于各种形状钢铁及其制品的漆前处理,与电泳浸漆、喷塑、烤漆、喷漆等涂装工艺配套。
下面结合实施例详细说明本发明
实施例1:
磷酸二氢锌100克、轻质碳酸钙50克、磷酸钛60克和酒石酸80克、加入500克水中,充分搅拌,再加钼酸铵30克,充分搅拌,最后加入4176克水,混合均匀,插入铁片并控制溶液中亚铁离子含量在4克左右,配制成淡黄色磷化液,其理化指标如表1所示。
将工件浸入上述磷化液中,于10℃下浸泡5分钟取出,自然干燥后涂装,其膜层性能指标如表2、表3所示。
实施例2:
磷酸二氢锌6克、磷酸二氢钙3克、磷酸2.5克、磷酸钛2克、酒石酸3.5克、磷酸三钠2克加入300克水中,充分搅拌,插入铁片,控制溶液中亚铁离子含量在0.25左右,最后加水180.75克搅拌均匀,配制成淡黄色磷化液,静置12小时后使用。其理化指标如表1所示。
将工件放入磷化液中,15℃下磷化3分钟取出,自然干燥后涂装,其膜层性能指标如表2、表3所示。

Claims (4)
1、一种常温不水洗漆前锌钙磷化液,其组份包括成膜剂0.2-4%(重量)、活化剂0.7-4%(重量)、钝化剂0.2-1.5%(重量)、添加剂0.02-0.08%(重量)、水90-99%(重量),其中成膜剂是磷酸锌盐、磷酸钙盐,轻质碳酸锌盐、轻质碳酸钙盐中一种或一种以上锌盐和钙盐的混合物,活化剂是无机酸或盐和有机酸组成的混合物,钝化剂是钼酸盐、醋酸盐、磷酸盐中一种或一种以上,添加剂是不含强酸根的铁盐、亚铁盐中的至少一种。
2、如权利要求1所述的常温不水洗漆前锌钙磷化液,其特征在于活化剂中的无机酸或盐是磷酸钛盐、磷酸钠盐、磷酸、油酸盐中的一种或一种以上与有机酸丙烯酸、酒石酸、柠檬酸、葡萄糖酸中的一种或一种以上的混合物。
3、如权利要求1所述的常温不水洗漆前锌钙磷化液,其特征在于成膜剂中锌∶钙为1∶0.3-1.2。
4、如权利要求1所述的常温不水洗漆前锌钙磷化液,其特征在于PH值为0.5-3.5。
