Abstract
本发明提供一种能净化水质的陶杯,包括杯身,杯耳,杯盖,过滤网杯,过滤网盖,过滤净水层;过滤净水层位于过滤网杯和过滤网盖之间的空间;过滤净水层采用麦饭石+活性炭双层过滤设计,以达到快速过滤、高效过滤的效果。麦饭石是多孔性的,吸附能力很强,麦饭石中包含的天然矿物质易于释放从麦饭石上无数的小孔中释放出氧,并且散发出的钙、铁、钠等矿物质可改良饮用水;活性炭在各行各业都有广泛应用,主要是用作空气净化、净化水处理,脱色。本发明利用麦饭石与活性炭的过滤原理和吸附原理来净化水,具有轻便,体积小,低成本,有效净化水、改善水质口感的特点。

技术领域
本发明属于茶具设备领域,尤其涉及一种能净化水质的陶杯。
背景技术
茶杯作为盛茶用具,它是茶具的一种,主要用来喝茶。
陶杯一般采用原生陶土加工而成,确实具有吸附水垢的功能,能够有效净化水质,提升水的口感。中国的制陶业最早可以追溯到新石器时代,制陶技艺一直领先世界,在茶业中使用陶杯却是近几年的事。陶杯盛水妙处在于粗陶材质气孔多,可净化水质,增添茶香茶韵。
随着人们生活水平的提高,健康生活的理念已深入人心,人们对饮用水的水质要求也越来越高。而在国内,茶杯的设计多种多样,但其设计思路都是把茶叶和茶分开,而并没有考虑到水质对茶味道的影响。用水质不好的水去冲泡的茶,味道晦涩。
发明内容
基于现有技术存在上述问题,本发明提供一种能净化水质的陶杯,包括杯身,杯耳,杯盖,过滤网杯,过滤网盖,过滤净水层;过滤净水层位于过滤网杯和过滤网盖之间的空间;过滤净水层采用麦饭石+活性炭双层过滤设计,以达到快速过滤、高效过滤的效果。麦饭石是多孔性的,吸附能力很强,麦饭石中包含的天然矿物质易于释放从麦饭石上无数的小孔中释放出氧,并且散发出的钙、铁、钠等矿物质可改良饮用水;活性炭在各行各业都有广泛应用,主要是用作空气净化、净化水处理,脱色。本发明利用麦饭石与活性炭的过滤原理和吸附原理来净化水,具有轻便,体积小,低成本,有效净化水、改善水质口感的特点。

其中,过滤网杯与过滤网盖连接处,过滤网杯设有卡槽,过滤网盖设有凹槽,过滤网盖的凹槽与过滤网杯的卡槽相对应,旋转扣紧后过滤网盖不易掉落。
其中,过滤网杯杯口向外微弯,形成“弧形”设计;杯身杯口向外微弯,形成“弧形”设计;过滤网杯杯口弧形弧度与杯身杯口弧形弧度保持一致,弧度一致便于过滤网杯放置入杯身时,过滤网杯杯口与杯身杯口紧密贴合。
其中,过滤网杯杯底有多个排水孔,排水孔的设计便于当水渗透过滤净水层后,过滤好的水透过排水孔流入杯身。
其中,杯身,杯耳,杯盖,过滤网杯,过滤网盖,过滤净水层均由高温陶烧制而成,高温陶具有密封性佳、透气性好、沉淀杂质、净化水源的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例和附图对本发明作进一步的描述。
如附图所示的一种能净化水质的陶杯,包括杯身1,杯耳2,杯盖3,过滤网杯4,过滤网盖5,过滤净水层6;
过滤网杯4悬挂于杯身1顶部,过滤网杯4内设有水平放置的过滤网盖5,过滤净水层6位于过滤网盖5与过滤网杯4之间的空间;杯耳2位于杯身1一侧,杯耳2与杯身1一体成型;杯盖3设置在杯身1最上方,杯盖3能覆盖住杯身1顶部。
作为优选实施例,过滤网杯4与过滤网盖5连接处,过滤网杯4设有3个卡槽8,过滤网盖5设有3个凹槽7,过滤网盖5的凹槽7与过滤网杯4的卡槽8分别相对应,旋转扣紧后过滤网盖5不易掉落,可拆卸的过滤网盖5设计方便用户更换过滤净水层6。
作为优选实施例,过滤净水层6为麦饭石+活性炭双层过滤设计,麦饭石放置在过滤网杯4底部,活性炭则选用椰壳活性炭,椰壳活性炭平铺在麦饭石上方。
作为优选实施例,过滤网杯4杯口向外微弯,形成“弧形”设计;杯身1杯口向外微弯,形成“弧形”设计;过滤网杯4杯口弧形弧度与杯身1杯口弧形弧度保持一致,弧度一致便于过滤网杯4放置入杯身1时,过滤网杯4杯口与杯身1杯口紧密贴合。
作为优选实施例,过滤网杯4杯底有多个排水孔9,排水孔9的设计便于当水渗透过滤净水层6后,过滤好的水透过排水孔9流入杯身1。
作为优选实施例,杯身1,杯耳2,杯盖3,过滤网杯4,过滤网盖5,过滤净水层6均由高温陶烧制而成,高温陶具有密封性佳、透气性好、沉淀杂质、净化水源的优点。
用户打开杯盖3,把过滤网杯4放入杯中,然后把水倒入过滤网杯4中,当过滤网杯4水满时停止倒水,放置一段时间,通过麦饭石与椰壳活性炭过滤后,水通过排水孔9流入杯身1;此时继续往过滤网杯4中倒水,重复以上步骤,直到杯身1水满8成,再把过滤网杯4从杯身1上拿开,然后用户就可以轻松喝到净化后的水,净化后的水味道微甜,口感醇滑。
本发明采用的麦饭石+活性炭双层过滤设计,能达到快速过滤、高效过滤的效果,净化后的水味道微甜,口感醇滑;本发明利用麦饭石与活性炭的过滤原理和吸附原理来净化水,具有轻便,体积小,低成本,有效净化水、改善水质口感的特点。

1.一种能净化水质的陶杯,其特征在于,包括杯身,杯耳,杯盖,过滤网杯,过滤网盖,过滤净水层;
过滤网杯悬挂于杯身顶部,过滤网杯内设有水平放置的过滤网盖,过滤净水层位于过滤网盖与过滤网杯之间的空间;杯耳位于杯身一侧,杯耳与杯身一体成型;杯盖设置在杯身最上方,杯盖能覆盖住杯身顶部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种能净化水质的陶杯,其特征在于,过滤网杯与过滤网盖连接处,过滤网杯设有卡槽,过滤网盖设有凹槽,过滤网盖的凹槽与过滤网杯的卡槽相对应。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种能净化水质的陶杯,其特征在于,过滤网杯杯口向外微弯,形成弧形;杯身杯口向外微弯,形成弧形;过滤网杯杯口弧形弧度与杯身杯口弧形弧度保持一致。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种能净化水质的陶杯,其特征在于,过滤网杯杯底有多个排水孔。
