本发明公开了一种丁腈超细发泡手套的制备方法;包括配置丁腈超细发泡浆料,所述浆料包括如下重量份数的各组分:丁腈胶800~1200份,水性PU100份,发泡剂20~40份,球磨料30~60份,水150~250份;将针织手套浸入凝固剂,且进行淋凝固剂处理后,浸入所述浆料中,并进行淋浆匀浆处理;再浸入表面处理剂后,进行预硫化烘干;对预硫化后的手套进行泡水清洗;对泡水清洗完的手套进行高温硫化烘干,制得所述丁腈超细发泡手套。本发明制备得到的丁腈超细发泡手套防滑效果显著,不容易开裂,且柔软,透气性好,弹性好,耐磨好,抓握力好。

本发明涉及一种丁腈超细发泡手套的制备方法。
背景技术
纺织手套、布缝制手套,或者皮制手套表面浸渍各种天然胶、合成胶或者合成树脂后,如天然乳胶、丁腈胶、PU树脂、PVC树脂等,在手套的表面形成一层保护层,使手套具有耐磨、防滑等作用。
为了加强手套的防滑效果,通常将手套浸泡在溶剂里,腐蚀而产生了皱纹,进而起到了防滑效果。然而上述方法中使用的溶剂为二甲苯、醋酸等化学产品,在生产过程中,产生了较多的刺激性毒气,不但对环境造成了一定的破坏,同时对生产人员的健康也造成了很大的危害。传统的生产工艺成本较高,危险系数大,不环保,容易开裂。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种丁腈超细发泡手套的制备方法。

S1、配置丁腈超细发泡浆料,所述浆料包括如下重量份数的各组分:
S2、将针织手套坯浸入凝固剂,且进行浸凝固剂处理后,浸入所述浆料中,并进行淋浆匀浆处理;
S3、再浸入表面处理剂后,进行预硫化;
S4、对预硫化后的手套进行泡水清洗;
S5、对泡水清洗后的手套进行高温硫化烘干,制得所述丁腈超细发泡手套。
优选的,步骤S1中,所述球磨料包括如下重量份数的各组分:

步骤三,浸浆后不浸表面活性剂,而是直接进行预硫化,温度为75℃,时间为20分钟后,烘干。

本对比例为市售的丁腈超细发泡手套--深圳博洋得PIP 34-8264丁腈超细发泡手套。
性能测试
对上述实施例、对比例制得的丁腈超细发泡手套产品进行性能测试,以15针尼龙针织内胆浸渍以上不同比例浆料后的产品为基础,检测标准参照欧盟EN388,其中,防滑性能评价是让受试者10人戴上手套,将握持带有切削油的不锈钢棒(直径30mm、长度200mm)时的感想评价为下述的5级;将评价结果加以平均后示于表1;其中A:夹紧力非常高,根本不滑B:夹紧力高,基本不滑C:略有夹紧力,不易滑动D:夹紧力低,光滑。透气性采用温州际高的YG461E手套透气性测试仪进行检测。结果如下表1:

由表1中对比例3与各实施例的对比可知,与市场上的丁腈超细发泡手套对比,本发明产品耐磨更好。对比例1与各实施例在以上性能上相差无几,但是,在对比例1普通丁腈胶乳+喷盐的手套,在生产过程中会有盐的残留对金属有腐蚀性、容易掉渣污染工作环境,而本发明的超细发泡手套生产不存在以上问题。对比例2与实施例1相比区别仅在于未浸表面处理剂;本发明的浸处理剂的产品表面存在开口气泡,使手套透气性更好、表面防滑且更柔软、亚光,没有浸处理剂的产品(对比例2)表面光亮、容易开裂(耐撕裂等级差)、防滑性差、透气性极差。
以上对本发明的具体实施例进行了描述。需要理解的是,本发明并不局限于上述特定实施方式,本领域技术人员可以在权利要求的范围内做出各种变形或修改,这并不影响本发明的实质内容。

Claims (10)

1.一种丁腈超细发泡手套的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1、配置丁腈超细发泡浆料,所述浆料包括如下重量份数的各组分:
S2、将针织手套坯浸入凝固剂,且进行浸凝固剂处理后,浸入所述浆料中,并进行淋浆匀浆处理;
S3、再浸入表面处理剂后,进行预硫化;
S4、对预硫化后的手套进行泡水清洗;
S5、对泡水清洗后的手套进行高温硫化烘干,制得所述丁腈超细发泡手套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的丁腈超细发泡手套的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中,所述球磨料包括如下重量份数的各组分:
3.根据权利要求2所述的丁腈超细发泡手套的制备方法,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为2.6-二叔丁基对甲酚、4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚或4.4’-双(α.α-二甲基苄基)二苯胺;所述扩散剂为亚甲基二萘磺酸钠或二丁基萘磺酸钠;所述增稠剂为聚丙烯酸钠、干酪素或羧甲基纤维素钠。
4.根据权利要求1所述的丁腈超细发泡手套的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中,所述发泡剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、对苯二甲酸二辛酯、油酸钾、蓖麻油酸钠中的一种或几种的组合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的丁腈超细发泡手套的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中,所述浆料的粘度为1000~3000mpa.s。
6.根据权利要求1所述的丁腈超细发泡手套的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中,所述凝固剂选用重量比为1~5∶100的硝酸钙、氯化钙、氯化锌中的一种与甲醇或乙醇的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的丁腈超细发泡手套的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中,浸入所述浆料前,对浆料进行机械发泡,使得发泡量达10~30%。
8.根据权利要求1所述的丁腈超细发泡手套的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中,所述表面处理剂是由质量比为18~22∶0.2~0.4∶1的甲醇、发泡剂和乙酸组成;所述发泡剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、对苯二甲酸二辛酯、油酸钾、蓖麻油酸钠中的一种或几种的组合。
9.根据权利要求8所述的丁腈超细发泡手套的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中,是在浸浆后5~10秒后浸表面处理剂。
10.根据权利要求1所述的丁腈超细发泡手套的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中,所述预硫化烘干具体为:预硫化温度72~78℃,预硫化时间15~25分钟。
