对照组:1)采收:根据晒烟由上到下成熟的特征,分2~3次采收。2)编烟:把两片烟叶背对背安顺序编在绳扣中,使叶柄露出绳3厘米左右。3)变黄期:把上完架的烟绳以15~20个为一组并拢,烟绳距保持在3厘米左右。变黄初期在烟绳上面盖上帘子等覆盖物遮阳,避免叶片烫伤。变黄过程中必须打开烟绳2~3次,进行通风透气。待到上部叶变黄60~70%、中部叶变黄70~80%、下部叶变黄40~50%时,逐渐拉开烟绳距离晾晒。4)变红期:在烟叶变黄的基础上,逐渐变成红色,根据烟叶变红程度逐渐扩大绳距晾晒。要经常查架并轻推勤摇,避免叶片粘连。5)干筋期:前期拉大绳距暴晒,后期缩小绳距提高晒架利用率,直到烟叶主脉一折即断为止。6)夜间吃露:让烟叶适当吃露。当叶片变红、叶肉基本晒干,开始具有吸露返潮能力时,选择晴天夜间拉开烟绳距离吸露,次日继续晾晒,如此反复2~3次即可。7)下架堆放:烟叶晒好后,放入室内堆垛发酵。烟垛要离地面30厘米,离墙10厘米。堆积时要做到叶尖在里、叶柄朝外,垛高1.5米,然后覆盖塑料、麻袋片等物密封。发酵期间要勤检查,若垛内温度达人体温度,翻垛,经15天后分级、包装。Control group: 1) Harvesting: Harvesting in 2 to 3 times according to the characteristics of sun-cured tobacco ripening from top to bottom. 2) Tobacco weaving: Weave two tobacco leaves back to back in the rope buckle in sequence, so that the petiole is about 3 cm exposed from the rope. 3) Yellowing period: Put the finished cigarette ropes together in groups of 15 to 20, and keep the distance between the ropes at about 3 cm.
