Abstract
本发明涉及具有一个传导片(5)、尤其用于刮水器控制装置的齿轮的制造方法:首先在正面设置一个与传导片(5)配合的型腔(6),再把传导片(5)放在型腔(6)里,然后传导片(5)被固定安装在齿轮的正面(2)上。在齿轮的正面(2)有型腔(6)的呈凸起的压边(10,11,13)。
Description
本发明涉及装有一个传导片的、尤其用于刮水器控制装置的齿轮的制造方法。该方法包括如下步骤:首先在正面设置一个与传导片配合的型腔,再把传导片放在型腔里,然后把传导片固定联接在齿轮的正面。
大家知道,在法国FR 2142627号专利中,一个齿轮具有一个传导片,但该传导片是通过对圆盘切割弯曲得到的安装脚被固定在齿轮上。安装脚穿过正面的表层进入槽里,一直达到背面的表层。这种制造方法需要多道机械加工和安装工序,使制造费用提高。
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,并提出一种降低成本的制造方法。
为此,本发明特别涉及一种齿轮的制造方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
-在齿轮正面,把型腔边预先制成凸起的压边;
-当传导片放入型腔时,给凸起的压边上施加一个指向传导片的径向力,使凸起的压边变形,直到压边压住传导片为止;
压边是铸模成型的。
根据一种适当的改型,齿轮的正面是热塑材料制成的。借助一种热膜具沿着径向,在压边上施加压力,使得压边变形。
热模具最好有沟槽,沟槽的宽度与压边的宽度相适应,而沟槽的外边向传导片的方向倾斜。
本发明同样也涉及用上述方法安装的齿轮。这种齿轮是:在它的正面上有一个型腔的凸起的压边,压边至少能压住放在型腔里的传导片的一部分周边。
传导片相对齿轮表面的距离最好在0.20毫米与-0.05毫米之间。
正面上有一个凸起的轮毂,传导片具有截面互补的孔。
根据一个优选的改型,轮毂有一个凸起的定位凸台,传导片具有互补的切口。
本发明还涉及实施本发明方法的工具。该工具是一个热模具,它至少有一个截面为梯形的沟槽;
-这个梯形沟槽大底边的尺寸大于压边的宽度,
-这个梯形沟槽小底边的尺寸小于压边的宽度,
-这个梯形沟槽的高度小于或等于压边的高度。
参照附图阅读下面的描述,会更好地理解本发明。附图中:
-图1是齿轮的正视图;
-图2是压边变形之前的沿O-A线的剖面图;
-图3是压边变形后的沿O-B线的剖面图。
图1是根据已实现的发明绘制的注塑齿轮的正视图。此图表示出:一个相对平面2凸起的轮毂3,这个轮毂3周围有一个高出正面2的凸台4。
传导片5被固定在齿轮的正面上。传导片的形状由一个个扇面构成,各扇面的角度由与传导片相接触的刮水器装置(没示出)需要提供的信息来决定。
传导片是通过切削一块金属板制成的。中心孔是为了能使轮毂3和凸台4通过。中心孔的不对称保证了传导片在齿轮正面的角定位,凸台4保证不发生错位。
正面上有一个与传导片5配合的型腔6。这个型腔在图2和图3的剖面图中被表示出来。这个型腔有一定的高度,以便传导片安装时与平面2的表面在同一水平面。也就是说,平面2的表面7和传导片5延伸的平面8、9所在的平面基本上共面。这两个平面的距离在-0.05毫米到0.20毫米之间。
正面有相对凸出的压边10、11围绕着传导片。根据剖面图2所示,有个齿轮轴和压边10和11,在没安装传导片之前,压边的截面为长方形。离传导片最近的压边侧面12与正面的上表面8垂直,以便安装传导片。
传导片5装入型腔6时,用热模具20使压边10、11变形。这种热模具20有一个沟槽14,这个沟槽是用来使压边10、11按沟槽形状压成形。
图2就示出了这样一个热模具20的剖面图。
沟槽是由最前面的斜侧外边15和与之相对的另一个斜边18限定的,两个侧边与上底边16相交形成了一个梯形。沟槽14的梯形截面的面积等于压边10的相应截面的面积。
-这个梯形沟槽大底边的尺寸大于压边10的宽度。
-梯形沟槽小底边的尺寸小于压边10的宽度。
-梯形沟槽的高度小于或等于压边10的高度。
在受到模具20加压后,压边10和11的截面在传导片5上方形成一个梯形。它的突出部分21把传导片5锁定在型腔的底部。
图1的例子中,在轮毂3周围有凸起的压边13,矗立在平面2平面8、9的上面。安装传导片5之前,凸起的边17和平面2的上表面8垂直。
当传导片5安装到型腔6里时,在图3中可以清楚地看到,凸起的压边13被压变形,就像通过嵌装来压住传导片的内周边19。
传导片5的外边由压边10和11固定住,内边19由轮毂周围的压边13固定住。
本发明不限于上面所描述的范围,本领域技术人员当然可以做出各种各样的改型,但是不会超出本发明的范围;尤其是压边的数量、形状和位置可以有多种变化。
Claims (8)
1.一种齿轮的制造方法,该齿轮的正面具有一个传导片(5),并特别用于刮水器的控制装置,该方法包括以下步骤:首先在正面设置一个与传导片(5)相配合的型腔(6),再把传导片(5)放入型腔(6),然后把传导片(5)固定联接在齿轮的正面(2)上;其特征在于:齿轮的正面(2)是热塑材料制成的,在齿轮正面上把型腔(6)的边(10,11,13)做成凸起的压边(10,11,13);传导片(5)被放入型腔(6)时,借助一种形状与压边相匹配的热模具(20)给凸起的压边(10,11)施加一个指向传导片(5)的径向力,使凸起的压边(10,11,13)变形,直到凸起的压边压住传导片(5)的边为止。
2.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于:热模具(20)有一个沟槽(14),这个沟槽(14)的宽与压边(10,11)的宽相适应,而沟槽(14)的斜边向传导片(5)的方向倾斜。
3.一种用于刮水器控制装置的齿轮,它的正面具有一个传导片(5),正面(2)设有一个与传导片(5)配合的型腔,传导片(5)放入型腔(6),并固定联接在齿轮的正面(2)上;其特征在于齿轮的正面(2)有型腔(6)凸起的压边(10,11,13),这些压边(10,11,13)至少能压住放在型腔(6)里的传导片(5)的部分周边。
4.根据权利要求3的齿轮,其特征在于:压边(10,11)和传导片(5)的外边靠紧。
5.根据权利要求3或4的齿轮,其特征在于:压边(13)和传导片(5)的内周边靠紧。
6.根据权利要求3的齿轮,其特征在于:传导片(5)相对于齿轮表面的距离在0.20毫米到-0.05毫米之间。
7.根据权利要求3或4的齿轮,其特征在于:齿轮的正面(2)有凸起的轮毂(3),传导片(5)具有一截面互补的切口,在里面有内周边(19)。
8.根据权利要求7的齿轮,其特征在于:轮毂有一个凸起的定位凸台(4),传导片(5)具有一个互补的切口。
