本发明属于造纸助剂领域,尤其涉及一种纸张印刷适性改良剂及其制备方法,所述纸张印刷适性改良剂按照重量份数包括以下成分:50‑100份氯氧化锆,70‑120份醋酸盐,50‑100份冰醋酸,0.03‑0.08份稳定剂,500‑800份水,本发明是针对目前涂布纸印刷适性开发出的无机盐高分子产品,零甲醛、无氨味,所配制的涂料流变性更好、更稳定;下机即熟化,可以有效提升纸张的抗水效果,提高印刷时网点再现性能,印刷色泽更鲜艳,有效减少印刷斑点,改善油墨吸收性能,减少或有效解决纸张油墨沾脏问题。

技术领域
本发明属于造纸助剂领域,尤其涉及一种纸张印刷适性改良剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
纸张的印刷适性是纸和纸板应具备的性能,是所有影响印刷品质量的纸张性能的总称。主要包括印刷平滑度、油墨接受性能、力学性质、光学性质等。涂布后的纸张在印刷时,会遇到油墨吸收、湿拉毛强度等方面的问题;油墨吸收性太高或太低,导致印刷图文暗淡或出现花点;湿拉毛强度差,可能会玷污印刷版面和印鼓,在印纹上出现白点。若在涂布过程中,添加具有抗水作用的化学品,则可有效提高涂布纸的光学、抗液体、湿拉毛强度等方面的性能。目前纸张使用较广泛的印刷适性改性剂多为改性已二醛、PAPU、碳酸锆铵产品,产品含有游离甲醛或者氨味,对车间操作工人身体造成伤害,且抗水效率低,对纸张印刷适性的改善存在局限性。。
发明内容
本发明针对上述的问题,提出一种纸张印刷适性改良剂及其制备方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为,本发明提供一种纸张印刷适性改良剂,其特征在于,所述纸张印刷适性改良剂按照重量份数包括以下成分:
氯氧化锆 50-100份
醋酸盐 70-120份
冰醋酸 50-100份
稳定剂 0.03-0.08份
水 500-800份。
作为优选,所述醋酸盐为醋酸钠或醋酸钾的一种或两种按任意比例组合。
作为优选,所述稳定剂以酒石酸作为高锆化合物的稳定剂。
此外,本发明还提供一种纸张印刷适性改良剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)在反应釜中加入醋酸盐,温度低于30℃条件下搅拌;
(2)将氯氧化锆加入水中,制得氯氧化锆溶液,不断搅拌;
(3)在反应釜中滴加氯氧化锆溶液,滴加30min,不断搅拌,30~40℃条件下保温2h,形成聚醋酸氧锆溶液;
(4)另一反应釜中加入冰醋酸,温度低于30℃条件下搅拌;
(5)冰醋酸溶液中滴加剩余氯氧化锆溶液,滴加30min,不断搅拌,30~40℃条件下保温2h,形成醋酸锆溶液;
(6)将醋酸锆溶液加入到聚醋酸氧锆溶液中,加入稳定剂,不断搅拌,保温30min;
(7)升温至50℃,保温0.5~1h;保温结束后接着升温至60℃,保温1~2h;
(8)降温至50℃,过滤制得成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点和积极效果在于,
1、本发明下机即熟化,纸品下机后无需经过长期贮存或多段干燥就具有良好的抗水性;
2、具有较高的化学活性,在固化交联中无需加热,在涂料干燥过程中迅速固化,可节省大量热能,并能提高车速,增加产量;
3、高pH值下不失效,特别适用于碳酸钙等弱碱性颜料;
4、可以大幅度改善提高纸张的抗湿拉毛及耐湿性摩擦阻抗性能;
5、降低胶黏剂在涂层中的不良迁移,能与合成胶黏剂、改性淀粉、CMC反应而产生高度的抗水性;
6、提高印刷时网点的再现性能,使印刷色泽更鲜艳;
7、有效减少印刷斑点;
8、减少或有效解决油墨的粘脏问题,提高油墨固着性;
9、能够改善或有效解决涂布层气泡问题;
10、不含甲醛等有机物,无刺激性气味,环保卫生,属于环境友好型产品。

在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明,但是,本发明还可以采用不同于在此描述的其他方式来实施,因此,本发明并不限于下面公开说明书的具体实施例的限制。
本发明提供本发明提供一种纸张印刷适性改良剂,所述纸张印刷适性改良剂按照重量份数包括以下成分:50-100份氯氧化锆,70-120份醋酸盐,50-100份冰醋酸,0.03-0.08份稳定剂,500-800份水,其中,醋酸盐为醋酸钠或醋酸钾的一种或两种按任意比例组合,而稳定剂则选用酒石酸作为高锆化合物的稳定剂,对于纸张印刷适性改良剂中成分配比以及制备过程中步骤、方法、温度的控制,发明人做了大量实验才得出,在下面的实施例中,就不同选择作出详细说明。
实施例1
选取50份氯氧化锆,70份醋酸钠,50份冰醋酸,0.03份酒石酸,500份水;在反应釜中加入醋酸钠,使温度保持在10~30℃条件下搅拌,然后将氯氧化锆加入水中,制得氯氧化锆溶液,不断搅拌,在反应釜中滴加氯氧化锆溶液,滴加30min,不断搅拌,30℃条件下保温2h,形成聚醋酸氧锆溶液;在另一反应釜中加入冰醋酸,同样温度在10~30℃条件下搅拌,在冰醋酸溶液中滴加剩余氯氧化锆溶液,滴加30min,不断搅拌,在30℃条件下保温2h,形成醋酸锆溶液;将醋酸锆溶液加入到聚醋酸氧锆溶液中,加入酒石酸,不断搅拌,保温30min;然后升温至50℃,保温0.5h,保温结束后接着升温至60℃,保温2h,降温至50℃,过滤制得成品。
实施例2
选取100份氯氧化锆,100份醋酸钾,100份冰醋酸,0.05份酒石酸,600份水;在反应釜中加入醋酸钠,使温度保持在10~30℃条件下搅拌,然后将氯氧化锆加入水中,制得氯氧化锆溶液,不断搅拌,在反应釜中滴加氯氧化锆溶液,滴加30min,不断搅拌,40℃条件下保温2h,形成聚醋酸氧锆溶液;在另一反应釜中加入冰醋酸,同样温度在10~30℃条件下搅拌,在冰醋酸溶液中滴加剩余氯氧化锆溶液,滴加30min,不断搅拌,在40℃条件下保温2h,形成醋酸锆溶液;将醋酸锆溶液加入到聚醋酸氧锆溶液中,加入酒石酸,不断搅拌,保温30min;然后升温至50℃,保温1h,保温结束后接着升温至60℃,保温1h,降温至50℃,过滤制得成品。
实施例3
选取100份氯氧化锆,50份错酸钠,70份醋酸钾,80份冰醋酸,0.08份酒石酸,800份水;在反应釜中加入醋酸钠,使温度保持在10~30℃条件下搅拌,然后将氯氧化锆加入水中,制得氯氧化锆溶液,不断搅拌,在反应釜中滴加氯氧化锆溶液,滴加30min,不断搅拌,35℃条件下保温2h,形成聚醋酸氧锆溶液;在另一反应釜中加入冰醋酸,同样温度在10~30℃条件下搅拌,在冰醋酸溶液中滴加剩余氯氧化锆溶液,滴加30min,不断搅拌,在35℃条件下保温2h,形成醋酸锆溶液;将醋酸锆溶液加入到聚醋酸氧锆溶液中,加入酒石酸,不断搅拌,保温30min;然后升温至50℃,保温1h,保温结束后接着升温至60℃,保温1h,降温至50℃,过滤制得成品。
按照上述实施例制备的一种纸张印刷适性改良剂,其检测性能指标如下表所示:

2、实验采用定量为80g/m2铜版原纸作为涂布原纸,使用线性涂布棒进行单层涂布,涂布量15g/m2;
3、涂布压光条件:分别取上述涂布纸样用小型压光机硬压光两次(0.3Mpa,85℃)。

涂布纸样指标可得,同样条件下,与原工艺相比,应用印刷适性改良剂的涂布纸样的印刷光泽度提高,Cobb值较低,说明本发明产品能够有效提高纸张的抗水性能与印刷适应性。

1.一种纸张印刷适性改良剂,其特征在于,所述纸张印刷适性改良剂按照重量份数包括以下成分:
氯氧化锆 50-100份
醋酸盐 70-120份
冰醋酸 50-100份
稳定剂 0.03-0.08份
水 500-800份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种纸张印刷适性改良剂,其特征在于:所述醋酸盐为醋酸钠或醋酸钾的一种或两种按任意比例组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种纸张印刷适性改良剂,其特征在于:所述稳定剂以酒石酸作为高锆化合物的稳定剂。
4.一种纸张印刷适性改良剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)在反应釜中加入醋酸盐,温度低于30℃条件下搅拌;
(2)将氯氧化锆加入水中,制得氯氧化锆溶液,不断搅拌;
(3)在反应釜中滴加氯氧化锆溶液,滴加30min,不断搅拌,30~40℃条件下保温2h,形成聚醋酸氧锆溶液;
(4)另一反应釜中加入冰醋酸,温度低于30℃条件下搅拌;
(5)冰醋酸溶液中滴加剩余氯氧化锆溶液,滴加30min,不断搅拌,30~40℃条件下保温2h,形成醋酸锆溶液;
(6)将醋酸锆溶液加入到聚醋酸氧锆溶液中,加入稳定剂,不断搅拌,保温30min;
(7)升温至50℃,保温0.5~1h;保温结束后接着升温至60℃,保温1~2h;
(8)降温至50℃,过滤制得成品。
