本发明公开了一种水性工业烤漆,其特征在于,它的原料配方按重量百分比包括水溶性丙烯酸树脂20‑30%、二甲基乙醇胺0.2‑1%、分散剂0.1‑0.8%、去离子水40‑45%、消泡剂0.1‑0.5%、钛白粉15‑20%、沉淀硫酸钡1‑5%、胺基树脂5‑10%、流平剂0.05‑0.15%、附着力促进剂0.1‑0.4%、防闪锈剂0.1‑0.8%、乙醇2‑4%、防腐剂0.05‑0.15%、防水剂0.2‑0.8%。本发明制备方便,成本低,相比于同类型的产品,更加环保,性能更加优越。

技术领域
本发明涉及工业涂料技术领域,尤其是涉及一种水性工业烤漆。
背景技术
目前,在我国的烤漆涂料体系中,溶剂型仍然占绝大多数。究其原因,首先是绝大部分应该在于水性烤漆的某些性能与油性烤漆相比较而言有着较大的差距,其中最主要的性能差异是干膜的耐溶剂性、耐RCA织带测试性能比油性烤漆相差甚远;目前,用于工件上烤漆基本上都采用传统的油性烤漆,其采用石油类溶剂如苯、醚、醇等作为溶剂。溶剂型涂料会有大量挥发性有机溶剂VOC,在使用过程中排入大气,不仅破坏环境危害人体健康,而且浪费资源。目前,在胶木制品、玻璃、金属制成品中,为了使产品表面美观会进行烤干型面漆的喷涂,但是烤干型油漆在喷涂及烘烤中会产生有毒气体,严重危害人类健康,并且现有的烤干型面漆的涂膜附着力较弱,容易脱落。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决现有技术之不足而提供的一种制备方便,稳定性好,绿色环保的水性工业烤漆。
本发明是采用如下技术解决方案来实现上述目的:一种水性工业烤漆,其特征在于,它的原料配方按重量百分比包括水溶性丙烯酸树脂20-30%、二甲基乙醇胺0.2-1%、分散剂0.1-0.8%、去离子水40-45%、消泡剂0.1-0.5%、钛白粉15-20%、沉淀硫酸钡1-5%、胺基树脂5-10%、流平剂0.05-0.15%、附着力促进剂0.1-0.4%、防闪锈剂0.1-0.8%、乙醇2-4%、防腐剂0.05-0.15%、防水剂0.2-0.8%。
作为上述方案的进一步说明,它的原料配方按重量百分比包括水溶性丙烯酸树脂23-30%、二甲基乙醇胺0.2-0.8%、分散剂0.2-0.7%、去离子水40-44%、消泡剂0.1-0.4%、钛白粉15-18%、沉淀硫酸钡1-5%、胺基树脂5-9%、流平剂0.05-0.15%、附着力促进剂0.1-0.4%、防闪锈剂0.2-0.7%、乙醇2-4%、防腐剂0.05-0.15%、防水剂0.2-0.7%。
优选地,它的原料配方按重量百分比包括水溶性丙烯酸树脂26.81%、二甲基乙醇胺0.5%、分散剂0.4%、去离子水41.89%、消泡剂0.2%、钛白粉16%、沉淀硫酸钡3%、胺基树脂7.25%、流平剂0.1%、附着力促进剂0.25%、防闪锈剂0.2-0.7%、乙醇2.5%、防腐剂0.1%、防水剂0.5%。
进一步地,所述水溶性丙烯酸树脂和二甲基乙醇胺分两次添加,首次添加水溶性丙烯酸树脂10.61%和二甲基乙醇胺0.3%,第二次添加水溶性丙烯酸树脂16.2%和二甲基乙醇胺0.2%。
进一步地,所述去离子水分三次添加,第一次加入去离子水13%,第二次加入去离子水9%,第三次加入去离子水2.89%。
本发明采用上述技术解决方案所能达到的有益效果是:
本发明采用水溶性丙烯酸树脂、二甲基乙醇胺、分散剂、去离子水、消泡剂、钛白粉、沉淀硫酸钡、胺基树脂等原料配制而成的水性工业烤漆,在喷涂及烘烤中不会产生有毒气体,绿色环保,而且形成的涂膜吸附力强度,不易脱落。

本发明是一种水性工业烤漆,它的原料配方按重量百分比包括水溶性丙烯酸树脂20-30%、二甲基乙醇胺0.2-1%、分散剂0.1-0.8%、去离子水40-45%、消泡剂0.1-0.5%、钛白粉15-20%、沉淀硫酸钡1-5%、胺基树脂5-10%、流平剂0.05-0.15%、附着力促进剂0.1-0.4%、防闪锈剂0.1-0.8%、乙醇2-4%、防腐剂0.05-0.15%、防水剂0.2-0.8%。

实施例1
本实施例中,它的原料配方按重量百分比包括水溶性丙烯酸树脂26.81%、二甲基乙醇胺0.5%、分散剂0.4%、去离子水41.89%、消泡剂0.2%、钛白粉16%、沉淀硫酸钡3%、胺基树脂7.25%、流平剂0.1%、附着力促进剂0.25%、防闪锈剂0.2-0.7%、乙醇2.5%、防腐剂0.1%、防水剂0.5%。所述水溶性丙烯酸树脂和二甲基乙醇胺分两次添加,首次添加水溶性丙烯酸树脂10.61%和二甲基乙醇胺0.3%,第二次添加水溶性丙烯酸树脂16.2%和二甲基乙醇胺0.2%。去离子水分三次添加,第一次加入去离子水13%,第二次加入去离子水9%,第三次加入去离子水2.89%。
实施例2
本实施例中,它的原料配方按重量百分比包括水溶性丙烯酸树脂26.4%、二甲基乙醇胺0.4%、分散剂0.5%、去离子水43%、消泡剂0.2%、钛白粉15%、沉淀硫酸钡2%、胺基树脂8%、流平剂0.1%、附着力促进剂0.3%、防闪锈剂0.4%、乙醇3%、防腐剂0.1%、防水剂0.6%。
本发明与现有技术相比,采用水溶性丙烯酸树脂、二甲基乙醇胺、分散剂、去离子水、消泡剂、钛白粉、沉淀硫酸钡、胺基树脂等原料配制而成的水性工业烤漆,在喷涂及烘烤中不会产生有毒气体,绿色环保,而且形成的涂膜吸附力强度,不易脱落。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种水性工业烤漆,其特征在于,它的原料配方按重量百分比包括水溶性丙烯酸树脂20-30%、二甲基乙醇胺0.2-1%、分散剂0.1-0.8%、去离子水40-45%、消泡剂0.1-0.5%、钛白粉15-20%、沉淀硫酸钡1-5%、胺基树脂5-10%、流平剂0.05-0.15%、附着力促进剂0.1-0.4%、防闪锈剂0.1-0.8%、乙醇2-4%、防腐剂0.05-0.15%、防水剂0.2-0.8%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性工业烤漆,其特征在于,它的原料配方按重量百分比包括水溶性丙烯酸树脂23-30%、二甲基乙醇胺0.2-0.8%、分散剂0.2-0.7%、去离子水40-44%、消泡剂0.1-0.4%、钛白粉15-18%、沉淀硫酸钡1-5%、胺基树脂5-9%、流平剂0.05-0.15%、附着力促进剂0.1-0.4%、防闪锈剂0.2-0.7%、乙醇2-4%、防腐剂0.05-0.15%、防水剂0.2-0.7%。
