the bill inlet and outlet mechanism comprises a drawer type bill box, a scanning component, a first adsorption component and a conveying roller component, wherein the scanning component is arranged above a drawer and used for scanning bill information and sending the bill information to a central server, a first guide rail extending towards the inner side of the drawer is arranged above the drawer, the first adsorption component is sleeved on the first guide rail, the conveying roller component is arranged on the inner side of the bill box, the first adsorption component adsorbs and lifts bills in the bill box and sends the bills into an output roller component through inward movement of the first guide rail;
the classification processing mechanism comprises a leading-in part and a classification box, the leading-in part is arranged at the output port of the conveying roller assembly, and the input port of the classification box is arranged opposite to the leading-out port of the leading-in part;
the aligning and pasting mechanism comprises a regular box, a sol part and a second adsorption part, wherein a transition area is arranged on one side of the regular box, a second guide rail extending from the regular box to the transition area is arranged on a machine body above the regular box, the second adsorption part is sleeved on the second guide rail, the sol part is arranged corresponding to the position where the bill is pasted, and the second adsorption part adsorbs and lifts the bill in the regular box when the sol part is glued and sends the bill to the transition area through the second guide rail until the sol part is glued;
the scanning component is in communication connection with the central server, and the driving components of the first lifting adsorption component, the conveying roller component, the second lifting adsorption component and the sol component are all electrically connected with the central server.

the image identification module is used for receiving the picture information collected by the scanning component and identifying and obtaining bill information according to the picture gray level information;
the standard reference module is used for collecting and recording the bill types and the pasting sequence of the standard bills and simultaneously storing the normal working parameters of all the electrical modules in the automatic account-reporting material integration machine;
the cloud database query module is used for comparing the bill information acquired by the scanning module with information stored in the database and judging the authenticity of the bill;
the classification judgment module is used for classifying the bills according to the bill information, the bill types stored in the standard reference module and the pasting sequence;
the abnormal situation judging module is used for judging whether all the electrical modules in the automatic posting material integration machine work normally or not according to the normal working parameters stored in the standard reference module;
the prompting module is used for sending prompting information to a user when work is finished or abnormal work occurs;
the communication module is used for establishing a communication path between the user mobile terminal and the central server;
the system comprises an image identification module, a standard reference module, a cloud database query module, a classification judgment module and an abnormal situation judgment module, and a prompt module and a communication module are in communication connection with a central control module.

Preferably, the classification processing mechanism further comprises a sorting component, the leading-in end of the sorting component is arranged between the output port of the conveying roller and the leading-in component, the other leading-out end extends downwards to the upper end of the regular box to form an inlet, meanwhile, the sorting component extends out of a control part to one side, the control part is fixedly arranged at the power output end of the fifth driving motor, the sorting component is driven by the fifth driving motor to move up and down, and the fifth driving motor is electrically connected with the central control module.

The invention provides an automatic account-reporting material integrating machine, which receives and stores bill information through a central server and classifies the bill information; the first adsorption part is controlled to generate negative pressure to adsorb and lift the bills in the bill box and send the bills into the output roller assembly; the bills are conveyed into the integrating machine through the conveying roller assemblies; controlling the up-and-down movement of the sorting components according to the classification information stored in the standard reference module, sorting the bills into corresponding classification boxes according to categories, controlling the opening sequence of the bottoms of the classification boxes according to the pasting sequence after classification is finished, enabling the bills to sequentially fall into the regular boxes, adsorbing and lifting the bills in the second sequence by controlling the second adsorption component to generate negative pressure when the bill pairs in the second sequence fall into the regular boxes, moving the bills to one side, then controlling the sol component to coat the adhesive on the bills in the first sequence, then controlling the second adsorption component to paste the bills in the second sequence onto the bills in the first sequence, and according to the same pasting operation until all the bills are pasted according to the sequence, thereby realizing the automatic integration and pasting work of the bills, and solving the problems of complexity of bill sorting work and high error rate in the account-reporting program, and the account reporting efficiency is improved.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the present invention provides an automatic accounting material integrating machine, which includes an integrating machine body 10; the whole machine body 10 is internally provided with a central server 20, a bill inlet and outlet mechanism 30, a classification processing mechanism 40 and an alignment pasting mechanism 50; the bill inlet and outlet mechanism 30 comprises a drawer type bill box 31, a scanning component 32, a first adsorption component 33, a first guide rail 34 and a conveying roller component 35; the sorting processing mechanism 40 includes a sorting part 41, a introducing part 42, and a sorting cassette 43; the aligning and bonding mechanism 50 includes a gauge box 51, a sol member 52, a second adsorption member 53, a second guide rail 54, a pressing member 55, and a toggle assembly 56.
As shown in fig. 6, the central server 20 includes a central control module 21, an image recognition module 22, a standard reference module 23, a cloud database query module 24, a classification judgment module 25, an abnormal situation judgment module 26, a prompt module 27, and a communication module 28;
the image identification module 22 is used for receiving the picture information collected by the scanning component 32 and identifying the bill information according to the picture gray scale information; the bill information comprises invoice information such as invoice provinces, invoice codes, invoice numbers, taxpayer identification codes and the like.
The standard reference module 23 is used for collecting and recording the bill type and the pasting sequence of the standard bill, and storing the normal working parameters of all the electrical modules in the automatic account-reporting material integration machine; this work requires information entry when the automated posting material integration machine is first used. Specifically, the electronic document of the standard bill may be input into the standard reference module 23, and the pasting sequence of the electronic document may be set and archived, and the scanning component 32 may also be used to scan and archive the standard bill in sequence according to the pasting sequence, that is, the information entry of the standard bill is realized.
The cloud database query module 24 is configured to compare the bill information identified by the image identification module 22 with information stored in the database, and determine whether the bill is true or false;
the classification judgment module 25 is used for classifying the bills according to the bill information and the bill types and the pasting sequence stored in the standard reference module 23;
the abnormal situation judging module 26 is used for judging whether all the electrical modules in the automatic posting material integration machine work normally according to the normal working parameters stored in the standard reference module 23;
the prompting module 27 is used for sending prompting information to the user when the work is finished or the work is abnormal;
the communication module 28 is used for establishing a communication path between the user mobile terminal and the central server 20;
the image identification module 22, the standard reference module 23, the cloud database query module 24, the classification judgment module 25, the abnormal situation judgment module 26, the prompt module 27 and the communication module 28 are all in communication connection with the central control module 21.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in the note inlet and outlet mechanism 30, the scanning component 32 and the first adsorption component 33 are both arranged above the drawer, and the conveying roller assembly 35 is arranged inside the note box; specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the first adsorption part 33 includes an adsorption rod 331 having an adsorption channel 332 therein, the adsorption channel 332 is hermetically connected to an air inlet of the first air compressor 334, an adsorption end of the adsorption rod 331 is provided with a rubber head 333, the rubber head 333 is provided with an adsorption port for adsorbing and lifting bills in a bill box, the other installation end of the adsorption rod 331 is fixedly connected to an expansion end of the first driving motor 335, a first guide rail 34 extending toward the inner side of the drawer is provided above the drawer, the first driving motor 335 is sleeved on the first guide rail 34 through a slider, and a second driving motor 341 provided at one end of the first guide rail 34 drives the first driving motor to move inward along the guide rail to feed the bills into the output roller assembly.
The scanning component 32 is fixedly arranged above the drawer, the scanning end of the scanning component is arranged downwards, and the area in the drawer falls into the scanning range. The scanning part 32 is used for sending an operation signal to the central server 20 when a bill box is put in a bill, scanning bill information, sending the bill information to the central server 20, and judging, classifying and sequencing by the central server 20.
As shown in fig. 1, the conveying roller assembly 35 includes a first roller 351 and a second roller 352, which are disposed in parallel up and down and have rolling surfaces abutting against each other, the first roller 351 and the second roller 352 are driven by a third driving motor 353 and a fourth driving motor 354 to rotate in opposite directions, and specifically, the rotation directions of the first roller 351 and the second roller 352 are both towards the inner side of the drawer for feeding bills into the integrator.
The first air compressor 334, the first driving motor 335, the second driving motor 341, the third driving motor 353 and the fourth driving motor 354 are electrically connected to the central control module 21.
When bills are put into the bill box, the scanning component 32 sends a working signal to the central server 20, the central control module 21 controls the first air compressor 334, the third driving motor 353 and the fourth driving motor 354 to start working, so that the suction end of the first suction component 33 generates negative pressure, the first roller 351 and the second roller 352 perform relative reverse rotation movement, meanwhile, the first driving motor 335 is driven to drive the first suction component 33 to move downwards until the suction end is abutted to the bills and sucks and lifts the bills on the uppermost layer, and then the second driving motor 341 is driven to drive the first suction component 33 to move towards the inner side of the drawer along the first guide rail 34, so that the sucked bills are sent into the conveying roller component 35, and the bills are sent into the machine body through the conveying roller component 35 to perform next classification work.
When the first adsorption part 33 works, the scanning part 32 scans the image information of the bill and sends the image information to the central server 20, the central server 20 receives the bill information collected by the scanning part 32, the image recognition module 22 recognizes the bill information to obtain the bill information, the recognized bill information is sent to the cloud database query module 24, the recognized bill information is compared with the information stored in the database to judge the authenticity of the bill, the judgment result is sent to the central control module 21, and if the bill is judged to be a real bill, the bill is classified and processed by the classification judgment module 25 according to the bill type and the pasting sequence stored in the standard reference module 23.
If the bill is judged to be a false bill, the central control module 21 controls the prompt module 27 to send out an early warning signal, the early warning signal can be an information window or a voice prompt to remind a user to process a false bill, the central server 20 also includes a display module that actively displays an information window on the display to alert the user, however, in actual operation, a user may not be in front of the equipment, so that false bills cannot be processed in time, therefore, in order to avoid the work interruption of the automatic accounting material integrating machine, the central control module 21 is provided with a time delay unit, when the prompting module 27 starts to work, the time delay unit starts to time, when the working time of the prompting module 27 exceeds the set time delay time, it is judged that no user exists in front of the device, that is, the central control module 21 establishes a communication path between the user mobile terminal and the central server 20 through the communication module 28; and sending early warning reminding information to the user mobile terminal through the communication path, establishing an independent classification for the false bills, uniformly distributing the subsequent false bills into the independent classification, and simultaneously sending the early warning reminding information to the user mobile terminal each time. Therefore, the false bills can be separated, and the work of the automatic accounting material integrating machine cannot be interrupted.
In the sorting mechanism 40, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the introducing part 42 is disposed at the outlet of the conveying roller assembly 35, the introducing end of the sorting part 41 is disposed between the outlet of the conveying roller and the introducing part 42, the other introducing end extends downward to the inlet of the upper end of the regulating box 51, and the inlet of the sorting box 43 is disposed opposite to the outlet of the introducing part 42.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the guiding-in component 42 is a fixedly arranged arc-shaped guiding portion, the guiding-in component 42 is arranged at the output port of the conveying roller assembly 35, the guiding-in end thereof is arranged opposite to the output port of the conveying roller, and the other guiding-out end thereof is arranged opposite to the input port of the sorting box 43.
The sorting part 41 is also an arc guide part movably arranged, the leading-in end of the sorting part 41 is arranged between the output port of the conveying roller and the leading-in part 42, the other leading-out end extends downwards to the upper end of the regulating box 51 to be arranged at the inlet, meanwhile, the sorting part 41 extends out of a control part 411 to one side, the control part 411 is fixedly arranged at the power output end of the fifth driving motor 412, and the sorting part 41 is driven by the fifth driving motor 412 to move up and down. When the sorting component 41 is driven by the fifth driving motor 412 to move upwards and the leading end of the sorting component is arranged opposite to the output port of the conveying roller, a guide channel is formed between the sorting component 41 and the whole machine body 10.
As shown in fig. 4, the sorting mechanism 40 includes an endless belt 44, the sorting boxes 43 are disposed on the endless belt 44, and a plurality of sorting boxes 43 are fixedly disposed on the endless belt 44, specifically, a second sequence sorting box 43, a third sequence sorting box 43, a fourth sequence sorting box 43, etc. are sequentially disposed on the endless belt 44 according to a pasting sequence, wherein the sorting box 43 arranged at the end is a waste-ticket sorting box 43 loaded with a false ticket, when the sorting box 43 is driven by the endless belt 44 to rotate to an output port of the conveying roller, an input port of the sorting box 43 is disposed opposite to an output port of the introducing part 42, wherein a box depth of the sorting box 43 is smaller than an entire length of the ticket and larger than a half of the entire length of the ticket.
The fifth driving motor 412 and the driving motor 441 of the circulating conveyor belt are electrically connected with the central processing module, so that when the conveyed bills are judged to be real bills, the bills are classified and processed by the classification judgment module 25 according to the types and the pasting sequence of the bills stored in the standard reference module 23, the classification judgment module 25 sends the classification result to the central processing module, and the central processing module controls the working states of the fifth driving motor 412 and the driving motor 441 of the circulating conveyor belt according to the classification result. That is, if the classification judgment module 25 judges that the current bill is the bill of the first order position, the central processing module drives the fifth driving motor 412 to drive the sorting component 41 to move upwards, so that the bill of the first order position directly falls into the sorting box 51 along a guide channel formed between the sorting component 41 and the whole machine body 10, if the classification judgment module 25 judges that the current bill is the bill of the next order position, the central processing module drives the driving motor 441 of the circulating conveyor belt to rotate the sorting box 43 to the output port of the conveying roller, so that the bill of the next order position is guided into the sorting box 43 through the guide component 42, and according to the classification mode of the bill of the next order position, the bills of other order positions are respectively divided into the sorting boxes 43 corresponding to the order positions by controlling the driving motor 441 of the circulating conveyor belt, so that the false bills are guided into the waste bill sorting boxes 43. The spaces between the sorting boxes 43 are the same, and therefore, the accurate positioning of the sorting boxes 43 can be realized by controlling the number of rotation turns of the driving motor.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the bottom 431 of the classification box 43 is an iron sheet, the iron sheet is movably hinged to one side 432 of the classification box 43, the classification box 43 is provided with an electromagnet 434 with the other side 433 corresponding to the movable end of the iron sheet, the movable end of the iron sheet is attracted and connected with the electromagnet 434 of the classification box 43, the electromagnet 434 is electrically connected with the central control module 21, and a contact point 435 is arranged below the iron sheet for limiting the opening and closing angle of the iron sheet, so that the phenomenon that the opening and closing angle of the iron sheet is too large to be adsorbed and closed with the electromagnet 434 is avoided. When categorised box 43 is driven by endless conveyor belt 44 and is rotated to conveying roller's delivery outlet, the bottom of categorised box 43 sets up relatively from top to bottom with regular box 51's input port, consequently, finishes the back when all bills are all categorised, central control module 21 is through control endless conveyor belt 44's motion to the electro-magnet 434 disconnection of corresponding categorised box 43 of control in proper order according to the order of pasting of bill with inhaling of iron sheet, make in the categorised box 43 in the bill falls into regular box 51 from the input port, can make the bill fall into regular box 51 according to pasting the order and paste.
Further, in order to avoid the bill inlay card in categorised box 43, the bill can't normally fall down when leading to categorised box bottom 431 to open and shut, consequently, categorised box one side 432 is equipped with push motor 436, push motor 436 and central control module 21 electric connection, push motor 436 is close to categorised box bottom 431 setting and its flexible end sets up towards the opposite side 433 of categorised box, works as when the iron sheet of categorised box bottom 431 and electro-magnet 434 open and shut, central control module 21 starts push motor 436, push motor 436's flexible end extends to the opposite side 433 of categorised box to with the bill in categorised box 43 to the opening and shutting mouth propelling movement, make the bill normally drop.
In the aligning and pasting mechanism 50, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, an infrared sensing module 511 is arranged at an input port of the regular box 51 and used for sensing whether a bill falls into the regular box 51, a transverse conveyor belt 512 and a longitudinal conveyor belt 513 are arranged in the regular box 51, the transverse conveyor belt 512 is arranged relative to an output port of the regular box 51, the longitudinal conveyor belt 513 is arranged relative to the input port of the regular box 51, the transverse conveyor belt 512 is controlled by a thirteenth driving motor 514 to perform transverse conduction work, and the longitudinal conveyor belt 513 is controlled by a fourteenth driving motor 515 to perform longitudinal conduction work. The cross contained angle between horizontal conveyer belt 512 and the vertical conveyer belt 513 is for lining up the right angle, it sets up with regular box 51's input port relatively to align the right angle, and compares the input port and slope the setting slightly downwards, and the convenient bill that falls into from the input port can be followed the box body and drawn into and align the right angle.
The sol component 52 comprises a glue head 521 arranged corresponding to the position where the bill is pasted, the glue head 521 is fixedly arranged at the telescopic end of a sixth driving motor 522, the sixth driving motor 522 is sleeved on a third guide rail 524 transversely arranged on one side of the rule box 51 through a sliding block, and the sixth driving motor 522 is controlled by a seventh driving motor 523 arranged at one end of the third guide rail 524 and moves transversely along the third guide rail 524.
The second adsorption part 53 has the same structure as the first adsorption part 33, the installation end of the adsorption rod 331 of the second adsorption part 53 is fixedly arranged on the eighth driving motor 531, and the adsorption channel 332 is hermetically connected with the air inlet of the second air compressor 532. One side of the regulating box 51 is provided with a transition region 57, a second guide rail 54 is arranged on the machine body above the regulating box 51, the second guide rail 54 extends to the transition region 57 from the regulating box 51, the eighth driving motor 531 is movably sleeved on the second guide rail 54 through a sliding block, and is controlled by a ninth driving motor 532 arranged at one end of the second guide rail 54 to move along the second guide rail 54.
As shown in fig. 5, a first shifting rod 561 and a second shifting rod 562 are respectively disposed on two right-angle sides of the aligned right angle, and the first shifting rod 561 and the second shifting rod 562 constitute a shifting assembly 56. Specifically, the first poke rod 561 is driven by the eleventh driving motor 563 to poke towards the direction of the right-angle side provided with the second poke rod 562, the second poke rod 562 is driven by the twelfth driving motor 564 to poke towards the direction of the right-angle side provided with the first poke rod 561, and the poke action of the first poke rod 561 and the poke action of the second poke rod 562 are arranged in a staggered manner, so that the bills falling into the regulating box 51 are aligned to the alignment right angle.
The pressing end of the pressing part 55 is arranged downwards relative to the gluing area of the bill, and the pressing end is driven by a tenth driving motor 551 arranged on the regular box 51 to perform pressing action, so that the bill to be glued is pressed and positioned, and the bill to be pasted is pressed onto the bill coated with the glue.
The infrared sensing module 511 is in communication connection with the central control module 21, and the second air compressor 532, the sixth driving motor 522, the seventh driving motor 523, the eighth driving motor 531, the ninth driving motor 532, the tenth driving motor 551, the eleventh driving motor 563, the twelfth driving motor 564, the thirteenth driving motor 514 and the fourteenth driving motor 515 are all electrically connected with the central control module 21.
When a first bill falls into the regular box 51 from the input port of the sorter, the infrared ray of the infrared ray induction module 511 is shielded by the bill, that is, a reminding signal is generated to the central control module 21, then the central control module 21 controls an eleventh driving motor 563, a twelfth driving motor 564, a thirteenth driving motor 514 and a fourteenth driving motor 515 to start working, the thirteenth driving motor 514 drives the transverse conveyor belt 512 to rotate relative to the aligned right angle of the output port of the regular box 51, the fourteenth driving motor 515 drives the longitudinal conveyor belt 513 to rotate relative to the aligned right angle of the input port of the regular box 51, so that the bill falling from the input port is conveyed to the aligned right angle, and meanwhile, the eleventh driving motor 563 drives the first poking rod 561 to do poking action towards the right angle side provided with the second poking rod 562, the twelfth driving motor 564 drives the second poke rod 562 to poke towards the direction of the right-angle side provided with the first poke rod 561, and the poking of the first poke rod 561 and the poking of the second poke rod 562 are staggered, so that the first bill is aligned to the alignment right-angle side.
