本发明涉及富锌涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种干燥快隔热性优良的钢结构表面处理用水性硅酸钾富锌底漆及其制作方法。
背景技术
富锌底漆是以具有牺牲阳极作用的锌粉作为主要防锈颜料的一类防腐涂料产品,对钢材基底有阴极保护作用,长久以来被广泛用于轮船、海上采油平台、集装箱、码头、闸门、储罐、管道和桥梁等的防护。目前常用的主要有环氧富锌底漆、醇溶性无机富锌底漆和水性无机富锌底漆。
水性无机富锌底漆是以水为溶剂、硅酸盐(包括硅酸钾、硅酸钠、硅酸锂等)为成膜基液(黏合剂)、锌粉为颜料的重防腐涂料。锌粉与硅酸盐反应生成网状结构的硅酸锌,同时还与钢铁反应在金属表面形成了硅酸锌铁络合物,因而在钢铁表面形成键能较强的化学吸附。而环氧富锌底漆的附着力来自树脂对钢铁表面的黏合力,属于物理吸附。无机物较有机物导电性能好,因此锌粉的阴极保护作用较强,水性无机富锌底漆的耐腐蚀性远远优于有机富锌涂层,但同样也具有无机涂料的通病,如涂膜较脆易开裂,附着力不强,装饰效果不佳等,而有机材料成膜后柔韧性较好, 因此可以在水性无机富锌底漆中添加一些水溶性乳液作为辅助成膜物,使有机物填充在“—Si—O—Si—”网状结构中以改善涂层的柔韧性,比如文献《苯丙乳液对富锌涂层的改性研究》就以苯丙乳液为改性剂制备了一种苯丙乳液改性的水性无机富锌涂料。
然而文献中仅仅对苯丙乳液添加量及对涂层的柔韧性作了介绍,随着生产工艺和配方的不断优化,发现鳞片状锌粉较球状锌粉在遮盖能力、漂浮能力和屏蔽能力方面优点突出,因而鳞片状锌粉逐渐成为富锌涂料首选填料,但其在水性无机硅酸盐碱性涂料中活性过强、抗沉降性差、易团聚,导致涂层失效过快、表面不平整,在一定程度上限制了涂料的应用。因此研究能够克服锌粉易沉降、分散性差等问题的新型多功能水性无机富锌防腐底漆配方是现阶段亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种干燥快隔热性优良的钢结构表面处理用水性硅酸钾富锌底漆及其制作方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种干燥快隔热性优良的钢结构表面处理用水性硅酸钾富锌底漆,由下列重量份的原料制成:鳞片锌粉105-108、硅酸钾14-16、水性聚氨酯乳液1.4-1.8、苯丙乳液5.5-6.5、甲基三乙氧基硅烷4.1-4.6、氯化镨1.1-1.3、水镁石纤维5-7、氧化锡锑2.2-2.5、木质素磺酸钠0.7-0.9、氧化铝0.9-1.2、二甲基乙醇胺3.2-3.5、钠基膨润土7-9、去离子水23-25。
所述的一种干燥快隔热性优良的钢结构表面处理用水性硅酸钾富锌底漆的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)往苯丙乳液中缓慢滴加水性聚氨酯乳液,升温至70-80℃,恒温反应20-30分钟,冷却至50-60℃,加入氧化锡锑超声处理25-30分钟,加入氧化铝继续超声处理10-15分钟,得改性苯丙乳液;
(2)将去离子水水与无水乙醇以体积比1∶4的混合,加入甲基三乙氧基硅烷、氯化镨调节pH为4.5左右,在25-30℃下剧烈搅拌1小时,保持温度不变恒温水解24小时得改性液;
(3)将鳞片锌粉除油烘干处理后与步骤(2)改性液混合,搅拌研磨30分钟,经离心、乙醇洗涤、过滤、烘干得改性鳞片锌粉;
(4)将钠基膨润土于830-900℃下高温煅烧20-30分钟,冷却至室温加入水镁石纤维、二甲基乙醇胺研磨1-2小时;
(5)将硅酸钾溶液和步骤(1)改性苯丙乳液搅拌30-40分钟,加入步骤(3)改性鳞片锌粉、步骤(4)物料及其他剩余成分搅拌混匀出料。
本发明的优点是:本发明将苯丙乳液用水性聚氨酯乳液改性处理后添加到原料中和硅酸钾溶液复合,阻止了硅酸钾在干燥成膜过程中产生收缩应力,避免涂膜出现微裂纹,提高涂层的柔韧性;本发明用硅烷掺杂稀土共同改性鳞片锌粉,可在锌粉表面形成硅烷膜和稀土金属氧化膜,增强了锌粉之间的斥力与空间位阻,增大了锌粉的相对接触角,使得锌粉不易被浸湿,提高了锌粉在乳液中的分散性, 同时,锌粉表面的硅烷膜对锌粉自身具有一定的保护作用,使得锌粉在涂层中作阴极保护时可以持续更久的时间,而且稀土的加入能够促进乳液间的交联程度,使得涂层的致密性得到进一步提高从而提高了涂层的耐腐蚀性,再配伍其他有效助剂制得的富锌底漆干燥速度极快,隔热性优良,早期耐水性好,干燥后20分钟即可耐一定压力的水洗。
具体实施方式
一种干燥快隔热性优良的钢结构表面处理用水性硅酸钾富锌底漆,由下列重量份的原料制成:鳞片锌粉105、硅酸钾14、水性聚氨酯乳液1.4、苯丙乳液5.5、甲基三乙氧基硅烷4.1、氯化镨1.1、水镁石纤维5、氧化锡锑2.2、木质素磺酸钠0.7、氧化铝0.9、二甲基乙醇胺3.2、钠基膨润土7、去离子水23。
所述的一种干燥快隔热性优良的钢结构表面处理用水性硅酸钾富锌底漆的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)往苯丙乳液中缓慢滴加水性聚氨酯乳液,升温至70-80℃,恒温反应20-30分钟,冷却至50-60℃,加入氧化锡锑超声处理25-30分钟,加入氧化铝继续超声处理10-15分钟,得改性苯丙乳液;
(2)将去离子水水与无水乙醇以体积比1∶4的混合,加入甲基三乙氧基硅烷、氯化镨调节pH为4.5左右,在25-30℃下剧烈搅拌1小时,保持温度不变恒温水解24小时得改性液;
(3)将鳞片锌粉除油烘干处理后与步骤(2)改性液混合,搅拌研磨30分钟,经离心、乙醇洗涤、过滤、烘干得改性鳞片锌粉;
(4)将钠基膨润土于830-900℃下高温煅烧20-30分钟,冷却至室温加入水镁石纤维、二甲基乙醇胺研磨1-2小时;
(5)将硅酸钾溶液和步骤(1)改性苯丙乳液搅拌30-40分钟,加入步骤(3)改性鳞片锌粉、步骤(4)物料及其他剩余成分搅拌混匀出料。
利用本发明制得的水性硅酸钾富锌底漆涂覆于钢结构表面,表干时间缩短了23%,实干时间缩短了9.2%,附着力提高了1级,耐冲击性与铅笔硬度也有所提高。
Claims (2)
1.一种干燥快隔热性优良的钢结构表面处理用水性硅酸钾富锌底漆,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:鳞片锌粉105-108、硅酸钾14-16、水性聚氨酯乳液1.4-1.8、苯丙乳液5.5-6.5、甲基三乙氧基硅烷4.1-4.6、氯化镨1.1-1.3、水镁石纤维5-7、氧化锡锑2.2-2.5、木质素磺酸钠0.7-0.9、氧化铝0.9-1.2、二甲基乙醇胺3.2-3.5、钠基膨润土7-9、去离子水23-25。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种干燥快隔热性优良的钢结构表面处理用水性硅酸钾富锌底漆的制作方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)往苯丙乳液中缓慢滴加水性聚氨酯乳液,升温至70-80℃,恒温反应20-30分钟,冷却至50-60℃,加入氧化锡锑超声处理25-30分钟,加入氧化铝继续超声处理10-15分钟,得改性苯丙乳液;
(2)将去离子水水与无水乙醇以体积比1∶4的混合,加入甲基三乙氧基硅烷、氯化镨调节pH为4.5左右,在25-30℃下剧烈搅拌1小时,保持温度不变恒温水解24小时得改性液;
(3)将鳞片锌粉除油烘干处理后与步骤(2)改性液混合,搅拌研磨30分钟,经离心、乙醇洗涤、过滤、烘干得改性鳞片锌粉;
(4)将钠基膨润土于830-900℃下高温煅烧20-30分钟,冷却至室温加入水镁石纤维、二甲基乙醇胺研磨1-2小时;
(5)将硅酸钾溶液和步骤(1)改性苯丙乳液搅拌30-40分钟,加入步骤(3)改性鳞片锌粉、步骤(4)物料及其他剩余成分搅拌混匀出料。
