本发明公开了一种基于激光弱化的汽车仪表盘材料,其包括TPO面层、TPO底层、印刷在所述TPO面层正面的油漆涂层,所述TPO面层与TPO底层在压花机中复合压花,制得仪表盘材料,再将制备的仪表盘材料放入激光弱化机器中进行激光弱化,然后将激光弱化后的仪表盘材料与PU发泡层贴合,激光弱化后的仪表盘材料与PU发泡层贴合处的表面张力大于42dyn,激光弱化后的仪表盘材料与PU发泡层贴合处无鼓包。本发明使用激光作为表皮弱化手段,通过控制表皮透光率可获得均匀的残厚,保证了良好的气囊爆破效果。同时又能带来良好的柔软手感、耐老化性能和耐刮擦性能,并且也可以降低气味、VOC以及材料的重量,达到绿色环保的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车内饰材料领域,具体涉及一种基于激光弱化的汽车仪表盘材料。
背景技术
汽车安全性是评价汽车性能的一个重要指标,安全气囊是在汽车安全事故中保护人身的一个重要部件,因此,人们越来越重视汽车安全气囊,传统的盖板式的气囊装配已经无法满足大众对于车内美观的需求,产生了无缝线的气囊装配。这种无缝线的气囊装配对表皮及骨架的要求较高,需要在保证不同温度成功爆破的前提下满足无可视的气囊区域弱化线。
目前汽车内饰中,大部分高档的车为使仪表盘、门板等,达到一定的手感及美观效果,同时降低车内气味和VOC,汽车内饰材料开始采用搪塑PVC表皮加PU发泡,而低端车则采用硬塑的仪表板。
搪塑PVC表皮其方法是将PVC粉增塑剂稳定剂等倒入预先加热至一定温度的模具(凹模或阴模)中,接近模腔内壁的糊塑料即会因受热而凝胶,然后将没有凝胶的糊塑料倒出,并将附在模腔内壁上的糊塑料进行热处理(烘熔),再经冷却即可从模具中取得搪塑PVC表皮。发泡时将表皮定位后,用机器手臂注入发泡料,合模进行发泡,冷却后获得成品。硬塑一般为ABS、PP等常用的塑料原料进行注塑。
搪塑PVC材料虽然价格便宜,也可以给门板仪表盘带来良好的手感,但其过程控制差以及带来的气味大,VOC高是难以解决的问题。搪塑PVC耐老化性及耐刮擦性较差。硬塑作为仪表盘材料,又会带来手感较硬等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的以上问题,提供一种基于激光弱化的汽车仪表盘材料,本发明使用激光作为表皮弱化手段,通过控制表皮透光率可获得均匀的残厚,保证了良好的气囊爆破效果。同时又能带来良好的柔软手感、耐老化性能和耐刮擦性能,并且也可以降低气味、VOC以及材料的重量,达到绿色环保的目的。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种基于激光弱化的汽车仪表盘材料,其包括TPO面层、TPO底层、印刷在所述TPO面层正面的油漆涂层,所述TPO面层与TPO底层在压花机中复合压花,制得仪表盘材料,再将制备的仪表盘材料放入激光弱化机器中进行激光弱化,然后将激光弱化后的仪表盘材料与PU发泡层贴合,激光弱化后的仪表盘材料与PU发泡层贴合处的表面张力大于42dyn,激光弱化后的仪表盘材料与PU发泡层贴合处无鼓包;

进一步地,所述TPO面层材料的制备方法包括:
S101、以配方中三分之二的聚丙烯作为基料,加入高密度聚乙烯、聚烯烃树脂、三元乙丙橡胶、光稳定剂混合均匀;
S102、将色母粒与S101中的混合物混合投入双螺杆挤出机中,滑石粉从双螺杆挤出机的侧喂料口进行喂料,螺杆分五段加温,各段温度控制在190-245℃,螺杆转速为180-300r/min,获得粒料一;
S103、将剩余的三分之一聚丙烯与S102中的粒料一混合均匀,投入双螺杆挤出机中,螺杆分五段加温,各段温度控制在200-250℃,螺杆转速为200-320r/min,获得TPO面层材料。

进一步地,所述油漆涂层为水性聚氨酯油漆,按照重量份数计,所述水性聚氨酯油漆包括:60-75份水性聚氨酯分散体,0.5-1.5份聚氨酯增稠剂,0.1-0.5份异氰酸酯类固化剂,30-60份水,0.5-2份二氧化硅。
进一步地,所述水性聚氨酯油漆的制备方法为:
S301、将水性聚氨酯分散体、二氧化硅和水混合搅拌均匀;
S302、将聚氨酯增稠剂加入S301中的混合溶液中,充分搅拌均匀;
S303、将异氰酸酯类固化剂加入S 302中的混合溶液中,充分搅拌均匀,制得水性聚氨酯油漆。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明使用激光作为表皮弱化手段,通过控制表皮透光率可获得均匀的残厚,保证了良好的气囊爆破效果。同时又能带来良好的柔软手感、耐老化性能和耐刮擦性能,并且也可以降低气味、VOC以及材料的重量,达到绿色环保的目的。
本发明使用TPO材料应用到汽车仪表盘骨架上,可使之具有良好的柔软手感以及各种花纹效果。与PVC为主体的搪塑表皮相比,具有相同甚至更好的软硬度的基础上,能够降低汽车内VOC和气味,保护环境,保护使用者安全健康;与ABS表皮相比,具有柔软手感,美观的花纹外观。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
参照图1所示,本实施例中公开了一种基于激光弱化的汽车仪表盘材料,其包括TPO面层2、TPO底层3、印刷在所述TPO面层2正面的油漆涂层1,所述TPO面层2与TPO底层3在压花机中复合压花,制得仪表盘材料,再将制备的仪表盘材料放入激光弱化机器中进行激光弱化,然后将激光弱化后的仪表盘材料与PU发泡层贴合,激光弱化后的仪表盘材料与PU发泡层贴合处的表面张力大于42dyn,保证激光弱化后的仪表盘材料与PU发泡层贴合处无鼓包。
上述TPO面层与TPO底层的材料相同,按照重量份数计,上述TPO面层与TPO底层材料配方中包括:
其中,上述聚丙烯的熔融指数为30g/10min,聚丙烯中的α-烯烃单体包括:自由基乙烯,1-丁烯,1-戊烯,1-己烯。
具体的,上述聚烯烃树脂为α-烯烃类共聚物、烯烃类共聚物弹性体、或者α-烯烃类共聚物与烯烃类共聚物弹性体的混合物。上述滑石粉的粒度为3000目。
其中,上述TPO面层材料的制备方法包括:
S101、以配方中三分之二的聚丙烯作为基料,加入高密度聚乙烯、聚烯烃树脂、三元乙丙橡胶、光稳定剂混合均匀;
S102、将色母粒与S101中的混合物混合投入双螺杆挤出机中,滑石粉从双螺杆挤出机的侧喂料口进行喂料,螺杆分五段加温,各段温度控制在190-245℃,螺杆转速为180r/min,获得粒料一;
S103、将剩余的三分之一聚丙烯与S102中的粒料一混合均匀,投入双螺杆挤出机中,螺杆分五段加温,各段温度控制在200-250℃,螺杆转速为200r/min,获得TPO面层材料。
上述TPO底层材料的制备方法包括:
S201、以聚丙烯作为基料,加入高密度聚乙烯、聚烯烃树脂、三元乙丙橡胶、光稳定剂混合均匀;
S202、将色母粒与S201中的混合物混合投入双螺杆挤出机中,滑石粉从双螺杆挤出机的侧喂料口进行喂料,螺杆分五段加温,各段温度控制在190-245℃,螺杆转速为180r/min,获得TPO底层材料。
上述油漆涂层为水性聚氨酯油漆,按照重量份数计,上述水性聚氨酯油漆包括:60份水性聚氨酯分散体,0.5份聚氨酯增稠剂,0.1份异氰酸酯类固化剂,30份水,0.5份二氧化硅。
上述水性聚氨酯油漆的制备方法为:
S301、将水性聚氨酯分散体、二氧化硅和水混合搅拌均匀;
S302、将聚氨酯增稠剂加入S301中的混合溶液中,充分搅拌均匀;
S303、将异氰酸酯类固化剂加入S 302中的混合溶液中,充分搅拌均匀,制得水性聚氨酯油漆。
实施例2
按照重量份数计,上述TPO面层与TPO底层材料配方中包括:
其中,上述聚丙烯的熔融指数为60g/10min,聚丙烯中的α-烯烃单体包括:自由基乙烯,1-丁烯,1-戊烯,1-己烯。
上述聚烯烃树脂为α-烯烃类共聚物、烯烃类共聚物弹性体、或者α-烯烃类共聚物与烯烃类共聚物弹性体的混合物。
上述滑石粉的粒度为4000目。
上述TPO面层材料的制备方法包括:
S101、以配方中三分之二的聚丙烯作为基料,加入高密度聚乙烯、聚烯烃树脂、三元乙丙橡胶、光稳定剂混合均匀;
S102、将色母粒与S101中的混合物混合投入双螺杆挤出机中,滑石粉从双螺杆挤出机的侧喂料口进行喂料,螺杆分五段加温,各段温度控制在190-245℃,螺杆转速为230r/min,获得粒料一;
S103、将剩余的三分之一聚丙烯与S102中的粒料一混合均匀,投入双螺杆挤出机中,螺杆分五段加温,各段温度控制在200-250℃,螺杆转速为280r/min,获得TPO面层材料。
上述TPO底层材料的制备方法包括:
S201、以聚丙烯作为基料,加入高密度聚乙烯、聚烯烃树脂、三元乙丙橡胶、光稳定剂混合均匀;
S202、将色母粒与S201中的混合物混合投入双螺杆挤出机中,滑石粉从双螺杆挤出机的侧喂料口进行喂料,螺杆分五段加温,各段温度控制在190-245℃,螺杆转速为230r/min,获得TPO底层材料。
上述油漆涂层为水性聚氨酯油漆,按照重量份数计,上述水性聚氨酯油漆包括:68份水性聚氨酯分散体,1份聚氨酯增稠剂,0.2份异氰酸酯类固化剂,45份水,1.5份二氧化硅。
上述水性聚氨酯油漆的制备方法为:
S301、将水性聚氨酯分散体、二氧化硅和水混合搅拌均匀;
S302、将聚氨酯增稠剂加入S301中的混合溶液中,充分搅拌均匀;
S303、将异氰酸酯类固化剂加入S 302中的混合溶液中,充分搅拌均匀,制得水性聚氨酯油漆。
实施例3
按照重量份数计,上述TPO面层与TPO底层材料配方中包括:
其中,上述聚丙烯的熔融指数为90g/10min,聚丙烯中的α-烯烃单体包括:自由基乙烯,1-丁烯,1-戊烯,1-己烯。
上述聚烯烃树脂为α-烯烃类共聚物、烯烃类共聚物弹性体、或者α-烯烃类共聚物与烯烃类共聚物弹性体的混合物。
上述滑石粉的粒度为5000目。
上述TPO面层材料的制备方法包括:
S101、以配方中三分之二的聚丙烯作为基料,加入高密度聚乙烯、聚烯烃树脂、三元乙丙橡胶、光稳定剂混合均匀;
S102、将色母粒与S101中的混合物混合投入双螺杆挤出机中,滑石粉从双螺杆挤出机的侧喂料口进行喂料,螺杆分五段加温,各段温度控制在190-245℃,螺杆转速为300r/min,获得粒料一;
S103、将剩余的三分之一聚丙烯与S102中的粒料一混合均匀,投入双螺杆挤出机中,螺杆分五段加温,各段温度控制在200-250℃,螺杆转速为320r/min,获得TPO面层材料。
上述TPO底层材料的制备方法包括:
S201、以聚丙烯作为基料,加入高密度聚乙烯、聚烯烃树脂、三元乙丙橡胶、光稳定剂混合均匀;
S202、将色母粒与S201中的混合物混合投入双螺杆挤出机中,滑石粉从双螺杆挤出机的侧喂料口进行喂料,螺杆分五段加温,各段温度控制在190-245℃,螺杆转速为300r/min,获得TPO底层材料。
上述油漆涂层为水性聚氨酯油漆,按照重量份数计,上述水性聚氨酯油漆包括:75份水性聚氨酯分散体,1.5份聚氨酯增稠剂,0.5份异氰酸酯类固化剂,60份水,2份二氧化硅。
上述水性聚氨酯油漆的制备方法为:
S301、将水性聚氨酯分散体、二氧化硅和水混合搅拌均匀;
S302、将聚氨酯增稠剂加入S301中的混合溶液中,充分搅拌均匀;
S303、将异氰酸酯类固化剂加入S 302中的混合溶液中,充分搅拌均匀,制得水性聚氨酯油漆。
经过性能测试,实施例2中制备的材料的伸缩率最低,以实施例2为最佳实施例,实施例1-3的材料可以应用在仪表盘气囊位置,

Claims (7)
1.一种基于激光弱化的汽车仪表盘材料,其特征在于,其包括TPO面层、TPO底层、印刷在所述TPO面层正面的油漆涂层,所述TPO面层与TPO底层在压花机中复合压花,制得仪表盘材料,再将制备的仪表盘材料放入激光弱化机器中进行激光弱化,然后将激光弱化后的仪表盘材料与PU发泡层贴合,激光弱化后的仪表盘材料与PU发泡层贴合处的表面张力大于42dyn,激光弱化后的仪表盘材料与PU发泡层贴合处无鼓包;
所述TPO面层与TPO底层的材料相同,按照重量份数计,所述TPO面层与TPO底层材料配方中包括:
其中,所述聚丙烯的熔融指数为30-90g/10min,聚丙烯中的α-烯烃单体包括:自由基乙烯,1-丁烯,1-戊烯,1-己烯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于激光弱化的汽车仪表盘材料,其特征在于,所述聚烯烃树脂为α-烯烃类共聚物、烯烃类共聚物弹性体、或者α-烯烃类共聚物与烯烃类共聚物弹性体的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的基于激光弱化的汽车仪表盘材料,其特征在于,所述滑石粉的粒度为3000-5000目。
4.根据权利要求1-3任意一项中所述的基于激光弱化的汽车仪表盘材料,其特征在于,所述TPO面层材料的制备方法包括:
S101、以配方中三分之二的聚丙烯作为基料,加入高密度聚乙烯、聚烯烃树脂、三元乙丙橡胶、光稳定剂混合均匀;
S102、将色母粒与S101中的混合物混合投入双螺杆挤出机中,滑石粉从双螺杆挤出机的侧喂料口进行喂料,螺杆分五段加温,各段温度控制在190-245℃,螺杆转速为180-300r/min,获得粒料一;
S103、将剩余的三分之一聚丙烯与S102中的粒料一混合均匀,投入双螺杆挤出机中,螺杆分五段加温,各段温度控制在200-250℃,螺杆转速为200-320r/min,获得TPO面层材料。
5.根据权利要求1-3任意一项中所述的基于激光弱化的汽车仪表盘材料,其特征在于,所述TPO底层材料的制备方法包括:
S201、以聚丙烯作为基料,加入高密度聚乙烯、聚烯烃树脂、三元乙丙橡胶、光稳定剂混合均匀;
S202、将色母粒与S201中的混合物混合投入双螺杆挤出机中,滑石粉从双螺杆挤出机的侧喂料口进行喂料,螺杆分五段加温,各段温度控制在190-245℃,螺杆转速为180-300r/min,获得TPO底层材料。
6.根据权利要求1所述的基于激光弱化的汽车仪表盘材料,其特征在于,所述油漆涂层为水性聚氨酯油漆,按照重量份数计,所述水性聚氨酯油漆包括:60-75份水性聚氨酯分散体,0.5-1.5份聚氨酯增稠剂,0.1-0.5份异氰酸酯类固化剂,30-60份水,0.5-2份二氧化硅。
7.根据权利要求6所述的基于激光弱化的汽车仪表盘材料,其特征在于,所述水性聚氨酯油漆的制备方法为:
S301、将水性聚氨酯分散体、二氧化硅和水混合搅拌均匀;
S302、将聚氨酯增稠剂加入S301中的混合溶液中,充分搅拌均匀;
S303、将异氰酸酯类固化剂加入S302中的混合溶液中,充分搅拌均匀,制得水性聚氨酯油漆。
