Abstract
即时混合饮料瓶,它涉及饮料瓶改进技术领域。它包含瓶体、瓶盖;瓶盖与瓶体通过螺纹连接,瓶盖中心有一个密封的储料仓,将饮料的溶剂部分和可混合、溶解的溶质部分分开,饮用前破坏密封膜将物质混合摇匀饮用;本发明能能够使饮料混合后达到新鲜的口感,避免了通常的混合饮料添加防腐剂的隐忧,也避免了产品失效给人体带来的危害,保证了饮料的品质,尤其是使用前需要将溶剂和营养物质分开的产品,使用简单,携带方便。

本发明是一种将溶质和溶剂分开的饮料设计。
背景技术
常规饮料含有一定比例的固溶物的混合液体,在生产过程中要求极高的灭菌及防腐要求,而且不容易保证饮料的安全性,尤其是固溶物和水混合在一起无法保存的饮料,本技术将固溶物或浓缩汁与水分开包装,在无菌车间组装后在使用时按下瓶盖,即可将固溶物或浓缩汁与水混合,保证饮料的品质。
发明内容
即时混合饮料瓶,分两部分,上部也是储料仓,是由瓶盖和储料仓一体的密封舱体,包含溶质,下部是瓶体,包含溶剂,消费者饮用前 按下储料仓的混合装置,使得储料仓的戳穿器戳穿储料仓底部的密封膜,使瓶体和储料仓相互连通,使得溶剂和溶质进行充分混合。图1为即时混合饮料瓶结构图。

1.即时混合饮料瓶,分两部分,上部也是储料仓是,由瓶盖和储料仓一体的密封舱体,包含溶质,下部是瓶体,包含溶剂,消费者饮用前
按下储料仓的混合装置,使得储料仓的戳穿器戳穿储料仓底部的密封膜,使瓶体和储料仓相互连通,使得溶剂和溶质进行充分混合,主要特征是储料仓由舱体、波纹下按部分、戳穿器组成。
