Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于将数据组传输给移动终端设备的方法,所述终端设备经由无线电网络与连接到数据网络的数据服务器相连接,所述数据组能借助该数据服务器经由无线电网络以广播信号的形式或者可选地以特定针对一个或多个终端设备的个性信号的形式传输给位于无线电网络的无线电单元中的终端设备,其中,发到无线电单元中的整体信号包含相应的广播信号部分和相应的个性信号部分,所述方法包括这样的步骤:
a)通过数据服务器鉴定位于无线电单元内的终端设备;
b)基于由在无线电单元内被鉴定出的终端设备所要求的数据需求,通过数据服务器求取用于整体信号的优选的广播信号部分因数;
c)将数据组的第一份额以整体信号的广播信号部分的形式从数据服务器传输给终端设备,以及将数据组的第二份额以整体信号的个性信号部分的形式从数据服务器传输给终端设备,其中,传输给终端设备的整体信号的广播信号部分基于所求取的优选的广播信号部分因数来确定。
背景技术
这种方法由US 2013/0051331A1已知。
在该已知的方法中,在使用EMBMS协议(增强型多媒体广播多播业务协议)的情况下,数据服务器将数据组经由LTE网络(长期演进网络)传输给移动终端设备、例如智能手机或手提电脑。在EMBMS 的情况下,数据传输通过时分多路方法来实现,在该时分多路方法中,广播信号和单播信号在同一频道中、但在不同的时间段内传输。
在该已知的方法中,通过使用EMBMS协议将数据组通过由广播信号部分和单播信号部分组成的整体信号传输给与LTE网络的基站连接的终端设备。出于该目的,数据服务器求取用于所发出的整体信号的优选的广播信号部分因数。在本说明书的范畴内,广播信号部分因数可理解为整体信号在时间上的份额,所述份额可有利地用于以广播信号的形式发送数据组。为此,典型地确定不需要用于发送如下数据组的份额,所述数据组必须强制地以个性信号的形式发送。在该已知的方法中,数据服务器为了求取优选的广播信号部分因数而考虑由终端设备所要求的内容,并且尤其是如许多终端设备已经要求相同的能经过广播传输的内容那样。通过经由整体信号的广播信号部分来传输相同的内容,相应的终端设备不必再经由单播信号来作用 (ansprechen),从而能够高效地利用基站的总体上仅有限地提供的发送容量。数据服务器基于所求取的优选的广播信号部分因数来调整广播信号部分在整体信号中的份额,也就是说,数据服务器给广播信号部分分配相应的用于在频道中传输的时间段。
众所周知,在广播传输的情况下,在某一时刻仅一个单独的公共的内容能够同时传输给相应的终端设备,而在单播传输的范畴内,不同的内容能够传输给不同的终端设备。因此,所述已知的方法尤其是在如下情况下是强烈受限的,在这些情况下,各终端设备同时要求各许多不同的内容。在一种这样的场景中,仅少量要传输的内容是相同的,从而因此经由整体信号的广播信号部分也仅能够传输相应小的部分。因此,所述内容的大部分必须强制地以单播信号部分的形式来传输,然而,这基于无线电网络的仅有限地提供的总发送容量而经常不能得到保证。因此,终端设备的理想地必须经由单播信号部分来提供内容的部分在超过可用的总发送容量时必须强制地也经由整体信号的广播信号部分来作用。然而,因此会给这些终端设备的用户提供可能不符合他们的兴趣的内容。
此外,由US 2013/0051331A1已知,在求取优选的广播信号因数时也可以考虑与无线电网络的基站连接的终端设备的总数量。以这种方式例如能够鉴定出无线电网络的如下无线电单元,在这些无线电单元中有很大的可能性超过总发送容量,并且因此在这些无线电单元中,经由广播信号部分来供应终端设备是特别有意义的。但因此同样不可能的是,经由广播信号部分传输的内容与相应用户的兴趣一致。
任务提出
本发明的任务是,如此改进一种这样的方法,使得经由广播信号部分传输的内容更好地符合终端设备的相应用户的兴趣。
发明内容
该任务通过根据本发明的用于将数据组传输给移动终端设备的方法来解决,即,所述终端设备经由无线电网络与连接到数据网络上的数据服务器相连接,所述数据组能借助该数据服务器经由无线电网络以广播信号的形式或者可选地以特定针对一个或多个终端设备的个性信号的形式传输给位于无线电网络的无线电单元中的终端设备,其中,发到无线电单元中的整体信号包含相应的广播信号部分和相应的个性信号部分,所述方法包括以下步骤:
a)通过数据服务器鉴定位于无线电单元内的终端设备;
b)基于由在无线电单元内被鉴定出的终端设备所要求的数据需求,通过数据服务器求取用于整体信号的优选的广播信号部分因数;
c)将数据组的第一份额以整体信号的广播信号部分的形式从数据服务器传输给终端设备,以及将数据组的第二份额以整体信号的个性信号部分的形式从数据服务器传输给终端设备,其中,传输给终端设备的整体信号的广播信号部分基于所求取的优选的广播信号部分因数来确定,其中,给在无线电单元中被鉴定出的终端设备分别配设一个用户档案,并且根据保存在用户档案中的信息来组合以广播信号部分的形式传输的数据组的内容。
因此,按照本发明的方法能够实现根据保存在用户档案中的信息变化地组合经由广播信号部分传输的内容。相比于由现有技术已知的方法,由此能够经由广播信号部分给更大数量的用户提供与他们相关的内容。为此,数据服务器例如经由IP地址来鉴定处于无线电网络的无线电单元中的终端设备并且根据相应的用户的兴趣来组合经由整体信号的广播信号部分传输的内容。由此,尤其是即使在提供的无线电网络总发送容量不充足时也能够给所有用户提供符合他们的兴趣的内容。在此,数据服务器能够以不同的方式取得配设于在无线电单元中被鉴定出的终端设备、如智能手机或手提电脑的用户档案。
在按照本发明的方法的一种备选的实施方式中规定,由数据服务器经由连接的数据网络来取得用户档案。因此,数据服务器例如可以经由第三方供应商的互联网、例如Facebook、google或last.fm来取得用户档案。数据服务器例如可以经由单播信号从终端设备调用为此所需要的访问数据。为此,所述访问数据例如可以由用户事先在终端设备上输入亦或存储在该终端设备中。当然也可能的是,存储以前经由数据网络取得的用户档案用于将来被数据服务器使用。
在按照本发明的方法的一种优选的实施方式中规定,由数据服务器建立用户档案。由此可以完全放弃用户的访问数据。数据服务器例如可以通过对其已知的IP地址并且通过由相应的终端设备所要求的内容来建立相应配设给每个终端设备的用户档案。
在按照本发明的方法的另一种优选的实施方式中规定,处于无线电单元内的终端设备通过独立于无线电网络的识别系统来识别,借助该识别系统将关于处于无线电单元内的终端设备的识别信息传输给数据服务器,从而处于无线电单元内的终端设备能被该数据服务器鉴定出。当无线电单元的发送容量不再足以能够将所有处于无线电单元内的终端设备经由它们的IP地址来鉴定时,该实施方式是尤其有利的。在这样的情况下,能够以有利的方式通过独立于无线电网络的GPS系统例如鉴定新进入到这种无线电单元中的车辆(代表在该车辆中实现的家庭基站或者与该车辆连接的终端设备),然后,该GPS系统告知数据服务器关于所述车辆进入到所述无线电单元中的信息。以这种方式能够通过数据服务器鉴定出车辆,并且能够在组合经由广播信号部分传输到无线电单元中的内容时相应地考虑相应所配设的用户档案。

图1示出按照本发明的方法的一种实施方式的图解。在图1中可见包括广播多播业务中心(BM-SC)11和内容服务器12的数据服务器1。在此,内容服务器12连接到数据网络2上,内容服务器经由该数据网络与第三方供应商21连接。在图1中还示出的是,BM-SC11 经由无线电单元41的基站411将由广播信号部分412和个性信号部分 413组成的整体信号发到无线电单元41中,该整体信号在使用 EMBMS(增强型多媒体广播多播业务)协议的情况下产生。在此,将整体信号的广播信号部分412传输给终端设备414、415,将个性信号部分413传输给终端设备416。个性信号部分413在图1中示出的实施例中是单播信号部分。在图1中还示出的是,识别系统5经由在 LTE无线电网络4的无线电单元41内的GPS信号51、52、53 来识别终端设备414、415、416并且将识别信息传输给内容服务器12。内容服务器12借助该识别信息鉴定终端设备414、415和416并且识别出这些终端设备处于无线电单元41中。内容服务器12从第三方供应商 21获得配设于终端设备414、415和416的用户档案。基于保存在用户档案中的信息,内容服务器在图1中示出的实施例中确定配设于终端设备414和415的用户具有类似的音乐品味,并且与BM-SC11协调地求取优选的广播信号部分因数,经由基站411对于该BM-SC已知的是,终端设备416已经要求仅能以整体信号的单播信号部分413 的形式传输的E-Mail数据组。在图1中示出的实施例中,内容服务器 12和BM-SC11确定整体信号的如下时间段作为广播信号部分因数,这些时间段除了对于传输E-Mail数据组来说强制必需的时间段之外还提供给广播传输使用。因此,内容服务器12组合如下的音乐数据组,所述音乐数据组的内容符合终端设备414和415的用户的音乐品位并且所述音乐数据组能在所求取的还提供使用的时间段内传输给终端设备414和415。内容服务器12将所组合的数据组传输给BM-SC11,该BM-SC将所述数据组以整体信号的广播信号部分412的形式传输给终端设备414和415,所述广播信号部分通过还提供给广播传输使用的时间段来确定。同时,BM-SC11以整体信号的个性信号部分413 的形式将同样由内容服务器12事先传输的E-Mail数据组传输给终端设备416。
当然,在所述专门的说明中讨论的并且在图中所示的实施方式仅仅是本发明的解释性的实施例。对于本领域技术人员来说,基于本公开内容知晓宽泛的多种变型可能性。例如,整体信号的个性信号不必强制地是单播信号部分。更确切地说,在此可以使用每种特定针对一个或多个终端设备的个性信号。因此,个性信号部分尤其也可以是多播信号部分,利用该多播信号部分能够对特定的终端设备群经由这些终端设备的IP地址进行作用并且能够同时提供一个单独的公共的内容。按照本发明的方法可以通过不同的事件来初始化。例如可以借助详细的要求来检测无线电通信负载(traffic load)的实际增加。但也可能的是,基于移动设备的高的密度来预测高的通信负载,该密度被实际检测出或者从第三方供应商的上下文信息、例如从拥堵报告中导出。移动设备的这样的密度也能够自身从历史数据中预测出。

1.用于将数据组传输给移动的终端设备(414、415、416)的方法,所述终端设备经由无线电网络(4)与连接到数据网络(2)上的数据服务器(1)相连接,所述数据组能借助该数据服务器经由无线电网络(4)以广播信号的形式或者以特定针对一个或多个终端设备(414、415、416)的个性信号的形式传输给位于无线电网络(4)的无线电单元(41)中的终端设备(414、415、416),其中,发到无线电单元(41)中的整体信号包含相应的广播信号部分(412)和相应的个性信号部分(413),其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
通过独立于无线电网络(4)的识别系统(5)来识别位于无线电单元(41)内的终端设备(414、415、416);
借助该识别系统将关于位于无线电单元(41)内的终端设备(414、415、416)的识别信息传输给数据服务器(1);
通过数据服务器(1)借助该识别信息鉴定位于无线电单元(41)内的终端设备(414、415、416);
基于由在无线电单元(41)内被鉴定出的终端设备(414、415、416)所要求的数据需求,通过数据服务器(1)求取用于整体信号的优选的广播信号部分因数;
将数据组的第一份额以整体信号的广播信号部分(412)的形式从数据服务器(1)传输给终端设备(414、415、416),以及将数据组的第二份额以整体信号的个性信号部分(413)的形式从数据服务器传输给终端设备,其中,传输给终端设备(414、415、416)的整体信号的广播信号部分(412)基于所求取的优选的广播信号部分因数来确定,
给在无线电单元(41)内被鉴定出的终端设备(414、415、416)分别配设一个用户档案,并且根据保存在所述用户档案中的信息来组合以广播信号部分(412)的形式传输的数据组的内容。
