Abstract
本发明公开一种含氨唑草酮的玉米田三元除草组合物,其有效成分为烟嘧磺隆、硝磺草酮和氨唑草酮,所述烟嘧磺隆、硝磺草酮和氨唑草酮的质量比为1~15∶10~40∶1~20。本发明的玉米田除草组合物具有相加或增效作用,使用时期为玉米苗后3‑5叶期,一年生杂草2‑4叶期,多年生杂草6叶期以前,大多数杂草出齐时施药,除草效果好,对玉米也安全。防除玉米田盛行的稗草、狗尾草、牛筋草、苘麻、马唐、灰菜等一年生杂草和多年生阔叶杂草。具有除草活性高、杀草谱广,方便使用的特点,并对玉米安全,属环境友好型除草剂。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于农药除草剂技术领域,特别涉及一种含氨唑草酮的玉米田三元除草组合物。
背景技术
玉米是世界三大粮食作物之一,因其成熟快、产量高、耐寒能力强,且极具营养价值,所以是世界上公认的黄金食品。尤其近一个世纪,随着食品科技的发展,以及人们对健康与饮食认识化不断提高,对玉米营养方面的意义愈加重视。年来,在农业技术部门的宣传、引导下,玉米田化学除草技术以其省时、省工、经济、高效的优点逐渐被广大农民群众所接受,其在保障粮食安全、促进玉米高产、提高农业综合生产能力方面发挥了积极的推动作用。但同时也产生了大量的除草剂药害问题,或因选择产品不对路,或因施药技术不规范,或因不良气候等因素,对农业生产造成了一定的损失,引起农药使用纠纷、矛盾冲突。因此,科学分析玉米田除草剂药害产生原因,做好除草剂科学使用技术、药害防控知识的宣传普及,对大力推广玉米田化除技术、保障粮食生产安全具有非常现实的指导意义。
玉米田除草剂产品日益增多,品种繁杂:烟嘧磺隆是内吸传导型除草剂,可被植物的茎叶和根部吸收并迅速传导,通过抑制植物体内乙酰乳酸合成酶的活性,阻止支链氨基酸、亮氨酸与异亮氨酸合成进而阻止细胞分裂,使敏感植物停止生长。杂草受害症状为心叶变黄、失绿、白化,然后其他叶由上到下依次变黄。一般在施药后3~4天可以看到杂草受害症状,一年生杂草1~3周死亡,6叶以下多年生阔叶杂草受抑制,停止生长,失去同玉米的竞争能力。用于防除玉米田一年生和多年生禾本科杂草、莎草和某些阔叶杂草,对狭叶杂草活性超过阔叶杂草,对玉米作物安全。
硝磺草酮是一种能够抑制羟基苯基丙酮酸酯双氧化酶(HPPD)的芽前和苗后广谱选择性除草剂,可有效防治主要的阔叶杂草和一些禾本科杂草。硝磺草酮容易在植物木质部和韧皮部传导,具有触杀作用和特效性。对玉米田一年生阔叶杂草和部分禾本科杂草如苘麻、苋菜、藜、稗草、马唐等有较好的防治效果。
氨唑草酮为光合作用抑制剂,敏感植物的典型症状为褪绿,停止生长,组织枯黄直至最终死亡,主要通过根系和叶面吸收。可以有效防治玉米田的主要一年生阔叶杂草和许多一年生禾本科杂草,对苘麻、藜、野苋等具有优秀的防效。其触杀性和持效性决定了它具有较宽的施药时期,可以方便地选择种植前或芽前土壤使用,也可以芽后使用。氨唑草酮可以与许多商品化除草剂混配使用,以进一步扩大防治谱,提高药效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是就是提供一种增效作用显著、杀草谱广的含氨唑草酮的玉米田三元除草组合物。
本发明的采取以下方案实现的:
一种含氨唑草酮的玉米田三元除草组合物,包括有效成分,所述有效成分为烟嘧磺隆、硝磺草酮和氨唑草酮,所述烟嘧磺隆、硝磺草酮和氨唑草酮的质量比为1~15∶10~40∶1~20。
进一步方案,所述烟嘧磺隆、硝磺草酮和氨唑草酮的质量比为2~15∶10~40∶3~20。
更优选,所述烟嘧磺隆、硝磺草酮和氨唑草酮的最佳质量比为3:12:10。
进一步方案,还含有农业上可接受的表面活性剂和载体。
进一步方案,所述除草组合物的剂型为可湿性粉剂、可分散油悬浮剂或水分散性粒剂。
本发明除草组合物中活性组分为烟嘧磺隆、硝磺草酮和氨唑草酮,其用量取决于单独使用时各自的施用量以及三者组合比例和增效程度,本发明特别保护了烟嘧磺隆、硝磺草酮和氨唑草酮的质量比为1~15∶10~40∶1~20,最佳的配比是3:12:10。
本发明的除草组合物,可以添加农业上可接受的表面活性剂和载体,配成可湿性粉剂、可分散油悬浮剂、水分散粒剂等。其中表面活性剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、蓖麻油环氧乙烷加成物、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、苄基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、十二烷基苯磺酸钙、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、木质素磺酸盐、NNO、NO、MF、ZS—1、十二烷基硫酸钠、拉开粉、N-甲基脂肪酰基牛磺酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物硫酸盐、茶枯粉、皂素、亚硫酸纸浆废液、脂肪醇硫酸盐、渗透剂T、渗透剂OT、JFC、脂肪酰胺—N—甲基牛磺酸钠盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、拉开粉等。
载体分为固体载体和溶剂,固体载体有膨润土,白碳黑、高岭土、轻质碳酸钙、硫酸钠、硫酸铵、硅藻土、淀粉、陶土等;溶剂有甲苯、二甲苯、氯苯、溶剂油、α—甲基萘、松节油、二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷、甲醇、乙醇、丙三醇、乙二醇、丁醇、异戊醇、丙二醇、环己酮、异佛尔酮、苯乙酮、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丙酯、乙酸丁酯、DMF、DMSO等,上述可单独使用,也可二种以上复合使用。
以上各种助剂或载体均可在市场上买到。
本发明的玉米田除草组合物具有相加或增效作用,使用时期为玉米苗后3-5叶期,一年生杂草2-4叶期,多年生杂草6叶期以前,大多数杂草出齐时施药,除草效果好,对玉米也安全。防除玉米田盛行的稗草、狗尾草、牛筋草、苘麻、马唐、灰菜等一年生杂草和多年生阔叶杂草。具有除草活性高、杀草谱广,方便使用的特点,并对玉米安全,属环境友好型除草剂。
具体实施方式
下面以几种不同剂型的具体实施例来进一步说明本发明。但本发明绝非仅限于这些例子。
下面所有配方中百分比均为重量分数。
一、剂型配方例:

二、室内生物活性测定:
以下通过烟嘧磺隆、硝磺草酮、氨唑草酮三元组合除草剂对玉米田杂草室内生物活性测定来验证配方的合理性。
本发明组合物中,烟嘧磺隆(95%原药)由安徽久易农业股份有限公司生产,硝磺草酮(97%原药)由江苏长青农化股份有限公司生产,氨唑草酮(97%原药)由爱利思达生物化学品北美有限公司生产。
药剂配制:烟嘧磺隆、硝磺草酮与氨唑草酮分别用丙酮溶解后配制成高浓度的母液,在预备实验的基础上,用0.1%吐温80水溶液将上述单剂与混剂稀释成系列浓度(见表1、表2)。
试验方法是采用温室盆栽法,在盆中播种定量的杂草(每盆40株)及玉米种子,待杂草出土后长至2-4叶期时,用喷雾机进行茎叶喷雾处理,处理后6小时后放在温室内继续培养观察,15天后调查对杂草的防除效果及对玉米的安全性。调查方法采用绝对值调查法,先调查每盆残存杂草的鲜重,再按下列公式计算各处理的鲜重防效:E=(C-T)/C×100%,式中E为鲜重防效,C为对照杂草鲜重,T为处理杂草鲜重。然后以Colby法对杂草活性进行检测对杂草的联合毒力作用,按Colby法,当E0-E>10%为增效作用;当E0-E<-10%为拮抗作用;当-10%≤E0-E≤10%为加成作用。
1.烟嘧磺隆、硝磺草酮、氨唑草酮复配对马唐的联合毒力作用如表1所示,其中烟嘧磺隆、硝磺草酮、氨唑草酮复配对马唐的E0-E值为13.36-31.55之间,其联合作用类型为增效 作用,以烟嘧磺隆、硝磺草酮、氨唑草酮的重量比为3:12:10的效果最明显,E0-E值为31.55,具体数据如表1所示:

2.烟嘧磺隆、硝磺草酮、氨唑草酮复配对苘麻的联合毒力作用如表2所示,其E0-E在16.18~29.78之间,联合作用类型为增效作用,以烟嘧磺隆、硝磺草酮、氨唑草酮的重量比为3:12:10的效果最明显,E0-E值29.78。

三、药效实施例:
1.试验作物及对象:供试作物为玉米田,试验对象为稗草、狗尾草、牛筋草、苘麻、马唐、灰菜等杂草。
试验药剂:实施例3中药剂:25%烟嘧·硝磺·氨唑可分散油悬浮剂(3%烟嘧磺隆·12%硝磺草酮·10%氨唑草酮)(本公司生产);
对照药剂:40克/升烟嘧磺隆可分散油悬浮剂(海利尔药业集团股份有限公司);
15%硝磺草酮可分散油悬浮剂(江苏瑞邦农药厂有限公司);
70%氨唑草酮水分散粒剂(爱利思达生物化学品北美有限公司)。
施药时间及方法:试验于是2015年6月28日施药,当时玉米3~4叶一心期,稗草4~5叶一心期,苘麻3~5叶一心期,按常规每亩配制药液15KG进行喷雾,施药后6小时以内未见有降雨。
调查时间和次数:施药前调查杂草基数,施药后2、3天观察处理区叶片颜色、生长状况,如有异常即详细记录。施药后7天(2015年7月5日)、10天(2015年7月8日)分 别调查株防效和杂草地上部鲜重。
调查方法:采用5点取样法,每个小区随机选择调查5个点,每点面积0.5m2,施药7天后分别调查两种主要杂草和总杂草的株数,10天后同时调查各类杂草和总杂草的株数以及地上部鲜重,计算减退率和防效率。
药效计算方法如下:

结果分析:25%烟嘧·硝磺·氨唑油悬浮剂对玉米田杂草的防效效果,药10天后,25%烟嘧·硝磺·氨唑油悬浮剂的防效最高,平均减退率高达91.00%,平均防除率为91.68%。40克/升烟嘧磺隆可分散油悬浮剂、15%硝磺草酮可分散油悬浮剂与70%氨唑草酮水分散粒剂的平均减退率分别为57.44%、56.41%、66.72%,平均防除率分别56.44%、56.13%、67.55%。说明25%烟嘧·硝磺·氨唑可分散油悬浮剂对玉米田杂草的防治效果明显高于烟嘧磺隆、硝磺草酮、氨唑草酮的单剂效果,因此具有较好的推广应用前景。
2、试验作物及对象:供试作物为玉米田,试验对象为以马唐、狗尾草等为主的禾本科杂草以及铁苋菜、刺儿菜等阔叶杂草。
试验药剂:实施例5中药剂:60%可湿性粉剂(15%烟嘧磺隆·35%硝磺草酮·10%氨唑草酮)(本公司生产);
对照药剂:40克/升烟嘧磺隆可分散油悬浮剂(海利尔药业集团股份有限公司);
15%硝磺草酮可分散油悬浮剂(江苏瑞邦农药厂有限公司);
70%氨唑草酮水分散粒剂(爱利思达生物化学品北美有限公司)。
施药时间及方法:试验于2015年6月28日施药,当时马唐4~5叶一心期,狗尾草4~5叶一心期,按常规每亩配制药液15KG进行喷雾,施药后6小时以内未见有降雨。

结果分析:60%可湿性粉剂对玉米田杂草的防效效果,用药10天后的防效最高,平均减退率高达91.10%,平均防除率为89.41%。40克/升烟嘧磺隆可分散油悬浮剂、15%硝磺草酮可分散油悬浮剂与70%氨唑草酮水分散粒剂的平均减退率为53.30%、64.10%、66.38%,平均防除率分别49.28%、64.50%、67.41%。说明60%可湿性粉剂对玉米田杂草的防治效果明显高于烟嘧磺隆、硝磺草酮、氨唑草酮的单剂效果,因此具有较好的推广应用前景。
3、试验作物及对象:供试作物为玉米田,试验对象为以千金子、牛筋草、狗尾草等为主的禾本科杂草以及龙葵、牛繁缕等阔叶杂草。
试验药剂:实施例9中药剂:70%水分散粒剂(12%烟嘧磺隆·38%硝磺草酮·20%氨唑草酮)(本公司生产);
对照药剂:40克/升烟嘧磺隆可分散油悬浮剂(海利尔药业集团股份有限公司);
15%硝磺草酮可分散油悬浮剂(江苏瑞邦农药厂有限公司);
70%氨唑草酮水分散粒剂(爱利思达生物化学品北美有限公司)。

结果分析:70%水分散粒剂对玉米田总杂草防效效果,用药10天后的防效最高,平均减退率高达89.45%,平均防除率为90.76%。40克/升烟嘧磺隆可分散油悬浮剂、15%硝磺草酮可分散油悬浮剂与70%氨唑草酮水分散粒剂的平均减退率为49.74%、59.40%、64.53%,平均防除率分别59.30%、69.06%、73.75%。说明70%水分散粒剂对玉米田杂草的防治效果明显高 于烟嘧磺隆、硝磺草酮、氨唑草酮的单剂效果,因此具有较好的推广应用前景。
