涂层面料是一种经特殊工艺处理的面料。就是利用溶剂或水将所需要的涂层胶粒(有PU胶,A/C胶,PVC,PE胶)等溶解成流涎状,再以一种某种方式(圆网,刮刀或者滚筒)均匀的涂在布料上(有棉,涤纶,锦纶等基材),然后再经过烘箱内温度的固着,使在面料表面形成一层均匀的覆盖胶料,从而达到防水,防风,透气等功能。
由于涂层面料应用领域的不同,涂层面料所需要的各项性能指标也不同。对于目前的涂层面料使用领域,使面料具备充气的性能来增加面料的厚度以适应不同的应用领域,并且使面料还具备强度高的性能还是缺乏的,所以,对于本领域内的技术人员,还有待对这种涂层面料进行研发和生产加工。
但是,对该种涂层面料进行加工的过程中,也就是将涂料涂到涂层面料上时,往往会存在涂料不均匀等问题,同时,在涂层面料涂完整之后,涂层面料的表面会出现毛刺等问题。所以,对于本领域内的技术人员,还有待对这种涂层面料进行涂料时的设备进行研发和生产加工。
发明内容
本发明的第一个目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种高强度机织基布涂层充气面料,本发明解决的技术问题是如何实现涂层面料具备充气且强度高的性能。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种高强度机织基布涂层充气面料,包括基布,其特征在于,所述的基布采用经纬密度为50X50根/英寸的机织布,机织布均为竹炭纤维材料制成,所述的基布的一侧从内到外依次设有第一阻燃层、第一金属网层、第一气囊层和第一防水层,基布的另一侧从内到外依次设有第二阻燃层、第二金属网层、第二气囊层和第二防水层,第一防水层和第二防水层外表面均匀开设有若干防滑纹,且第一防水层和第二防水层外表面分别覆有第一尼龙层和第二尼龙层。
本高强度机织基布涂层充气面料,通过设置第一防水层和第二防水层使涂层面料具备不易进水、渗水的性能;通过设置第一气囊层和第二气囊层使面料具备充气的性能;通过设置第一阻燃层和第二阻燃层使面料具备不易燃烧的性能;通过设置第一金属网层和第二金属网层使面料具备高强度的性能;防滑纹可以增加涂层面料的防滑效果;第一尼龙层和第二尼龙层可以保护涂层面料。
在上述的高强度机织基布涂层充气面料中,所述的第一气囊层的内部具有第一空腔,第一气囊层的一侧开设有进气口一,进气口一中固连有充气管一,充气管一上设有单向阀一;所述的第二气囊层的内部具有第二空腔,第二气囊层的一侧开设有进气口二,进气口二中固连有充气管二,充气管二上设有单向阀二。
在上述的高强度机织基布涂层充气面料中,所述的基布的厚度为0.2-0.3mm。
在上述的高强度机织基布涂层充气面料中,所述的第一阻燃层和第二阻燃层均为聚氨酯涂料层,第一阻燃层和第二阻燃层的厚度为0.05-0.1mm。
在上述的高强度机织基布涂层充气面料中,所述的第一金属网层包括若干横向布置的金属丝一,第二金属网层包括若干纵向布置的金属丝二,金属丝一与金属丝二相垂直,第一金属网层和第二金属网层的厚度为0.1-0.3mm。
在上述的高强度机织基布涂层充气面料中,所述的第一防水层和第二防水层均为JS防水涂料层,第一防水层和第二防水层的厚度为0.05-0.1mm。
本发明的第二个目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种高强度机织基布涂层充气面料的喷涂装置,本发明解决的技术问题是如何在高强度机织基布涂层充气面料上快速、均匀的涂料,并在涂料后能够对涂层面料进行刮料。
一种高强度机织基布涂层充气面料的喷涂装置,包括机架和固定在机架上的涂料箱,涂料箱的一侧开设有一进料口,涂料箱的另一侧开设有一出料口,进料口与出料口相对设置,其特征在于,所述的涂料箱内依次设有能将涂料喷射到面料上的喷涂辊一、喷涂辊二和喷涂辊三,喷涂辊一、喷涂辊二和喷涂辊三平行设置,喷涂辊一与一能够带动其上下移动的升降气缸一相连,升降气缸一的缸体固定在涂料箱的顶部,喷涂辊一的正下方设有一支撑辊一,支撑辊一与一能够带动其上下移动的支撑气缸一相连,支撑气缸一的缸体固定在涂料箱的底部;喷涂辊二与一能够带动其上下移动的升降气缸二相连,升降气缸二的缸体固定在涂料箱的顶部,喷涂辊二的正下方设有一支撑辊二,支撑辊二与一能够带动其上下移动的支撑气缸二相连,支撑气缸二的缸体固定在涂料箱的底部;喷涂辊三与一能够带动其上下移动的升降气缸三相连,升降气缸三的缸体固定在涂料箱的顶部,喷涂辊三的正下方设有一支撑辊三,支撑辊三与一能够带动其上下移动的支撑气缸三相连,支撑气缸三的缸体固定在涂料箱的底部;所述的喷涂辊一上开设有若干阀嘴一,阀嘴一中设有单向阀一,喷涂辊二上开设有若干阀嘴二,阀嘴二中设有单向阀二,喷涂辊三上开设有若干阀嘴三,阀嘴三中设有单向阀三,且阀嘴一的直径大于阀嘴二的直径,阀嘴二的直径大于阀嘴三的直径,所述的涂料箱上还设有能够分别对喷涂辊一、喷涂辊二和喷涂辊三提供涂料的送料机构,所述的喷涂辊三与出料口之间设有能够对喷涂过后的面料进行刮料的刮料机构,所述的刮料机构包括刮料辊,所述的喷涂箱的内侧壁上开设有两个竖直设置的滑动槽一和滑动槽二,刮料辊的一端固定有滑动块一,刮料辊的另一端固定有滑动块二,刮料辊的两端分别通过轴承固定在滑动块一和滑动块二上,刮料辊还与一能够带动其上下升降的移动气缸三相连,移动气缸三的缸体固定在喷涂箱的顶部;所述刮料辊的棍面上固定有若干安装座,所述的安装座上均开设有插接槽,所述的插接槽中均设有刮料刀。
本高强度机织基布涂层充气面料的喷涂装置,其工作原理是这样的:面料从进料口进入,面料依次经过喷涂辊一、喷涂辊二和喷涂辊三,并由送料机构对喷涂辊一、喷涂辊二和喷涂辊三进行送料,首先,当面料经过喷涂辊一的时候,由于喷涂辊一的阀嘴一较大,可以先对面料进行粗略一次喷涂;然后,面料经过喷涂辊二,由于喷涂辊二的阀嘴二小于喷涂辊一的阀嘴一,可以对面料进行均匀二次喷涂;最后,面料经过喷涂辊三,由于喷涂辊三的阀嘴三小于喷涂辊二的阀嘴二,可以对面料进行细化均匀三次喷涂,最终,面料经过刮料辊上的刮料刀刮涂,面料从出料口中送出,经过三次喷涂后的面料,其上的涂料分布较为均匀且牢固。
在上述的高强度机织基布涂层充气面料的喷涂装置中,所述的送料机构包括储料箱,储料箱的上方设有能够灌入涂料的进料斗,储料箱的下部分别开设有出料口一、出料口二和出料口三,所述的出料口一连接有连接管一,连接管一的另一端与喷涂辊一相连通,所述的出料口二连接有连接管二,连接管二的另一端与喷涂辊二相连通,所述的出料口三连接有连接管三,连接管三的另一端与喷涂辊三相连通。
在上述的高强度机织基布涂层充气面料的喷涂装置中,所述的进料口的外侧设有进料辊一和进料辊二,进料辊一处于进料辊二上方,进料辊一和进料辊二均以周向转动且轴向固定的方式设置在机架上;所述的出料口的外侧设有出料辊一和出料辊二,出料辊一处于出料辊二上方,出料辊一和出料辊二均以周向转动且轴向固定的方式设置在机架上。
在上述的高强度机织基布涂层充气面料的喷涂装置中,所述的涂料箱的下部固定有两个染料回收槽,两个染料回收槽分别处于涂料箱的两侧。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
1、本高强度机织基布涂层充气面料通过设置防霉剂层、防水层、阻燃层可以使面料具备不易发霉、不易渗水、不易燃烧等性能;通过设置尼龙层可以很好的保护涂层面料。
2、本高强度机织基布涂层充气面料的喷涂装置通过设置喷涂辊一、喷涂辊二和喷涂辊三,可以使喷涂更加均匀,涂料着附效果更加好。
2、本高强度机织基布涂层充气面料的喷涂装置通过设置刮料机构,可以使面料的光滑性能更好。

具体实施方式
以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
如图1所示,一种高强度机织基布涂层充气面料,包括基布1,基布1采用经纬密度为50X50根/英寸的机织布,机织布均为竹炭纤维材料制成,基布1的厚度为0.2-0.3mm,具体的,该基布1的厚度可以根据制作本涂层面料实际的情况,在0.2-0.3mm之间波动。
基布1的一侧从内到外依次设有第一阻燃层1a、第一金属网层1b、第一气囊层1c和第一防水层1d,基布1的另一侧从内到外依次设有第二阻燃层1e、第二金属网层1f、第二气囊层1g和第二防水层1h。第一气囊层1c的内部具有第一空腔,第一气囊层1c的一侧开设有进气口一,进气口一中固连有充气管一,充气管一上设有单向阀一;第二气囊层1g的内部具有第二空腔,第二气囊层1g的一侧开设有进气口二,进气口二中固连有充气管二,充气管二上设有单向阀二。第一阻燃层1a和第二阻燃层1e均为聚氨酯涂料层,第一阻燃层1a和第二阻燃层1e的厚度为0.07mm,具体的,该第一阻燃层1a和第二阻燃层1e的厚度可以根据制作本涂层面料实际的情况,在0.05-0.1mm之间波动。通过设置第一阻燃层1a和第二阻燃层1e使面料具备不易燃烧的性能。第一防水层1d和第二防水层1h均为JS防水涂料层,第一防水层1d和第二防水层1h的厚度为0.08mm,具体的,该第一防水层1d和第二防水层1h的厚度可以根据制作本涂层面料实际的情况,在0.05-0.1mm之间波动。通过设置第一防水层1d和第二防水层1h使面料具备不易进水、渗水的性能。第一金属网层1b包括若干横向布置的金属丝一,第二金属网层1f包括若干纵向布置的金属丝二,金属丝一与金属丝二相垂直,第一金属网层1b和第二金属网层1f的厚度为0.2mm。具体的,该第一金属网层1b和第二金属网层1f的厚度可以根据制作本涂层面料实际的情况,在0.1-0.3mm之间波动。通过设置第一金属网层1b和第二金属网层1f使面料具备高强度的性能。
第一防水层1d和第二防水层1h外表面均匀开设有若干防滑纹,且第一防水层1d和第二防水层1h外表面分别覆有第一尼龙层1i和第二尼龙层1j。防滑纹可以增加涂层面料的防滑效果;第一尼龙层1i和第二尼龙层1j可以保护涂层面料。
如图2所示,一种高强度机织基布涂层充气面料的喷涂装置,包括机架和固定在机架上的涂料箱2,涂料箱2的一侧开设有一进料口,涂料箱2的另一侧开设有一出料口,进料口与出料口相对设置。进料口的外侧设有进料辊一28和进料辊二29,进料辊一28处于进料辊二29上方,进料辊一28和进料辊二29均以周向转动且轴向固定的方式设置在机架上。出料口的外侧设有出料辊一30和出料辊二31,出料辊一30处于出料辊二31上方,出料辊一30和出料辊二31均以周向转动且轴向固定的方式设置在机架上。涂料箱2的下部固定有两个染料回收槽32,两个染料回收槽32分别处于涂料箱2的两侧。
涂料箱2内依次设有能将涂料喷射到面料上的喷涂辊一3、喷涂辊二4和喷涂辊三5,喷涂辊一3、喷涂辊二4和喷涂辊三5平行设置。喷涂辊一3与一能够带动其上下移动的升降气缸一6相连,升降气缸一6的缸体固定在涂料箱2的顶部,喷涂辊一3的正下方设有一支撑辊一7,支撑辊一7与一能够带动其上下移动的支撑气缸一8相连,支撑气缸一8的缸体固定在涂料箱2的底部。喷涂辊二4与一能够带动其上下移动的升降气缸二9相连,升降气缸二9的缸体固定在涂料箱2的顶部,喷涂辊二4的正下方设有一支撑辊二10,支撑辊二10与一能够带动其上下移动的支撑气缸二11相连,支撑气缸二11的缸体固定在涂料箱2的底部。喷涂辊三5与一能够带动其上下移动的升降气缸三12相连,升降气缸三12的缸体固定在涂料箱2的顶部,喷涂辊三5的正下方设有一支撑辊三13,支撑辊三13与一能够带动其上下移动的支撑气缸三14相连,支撑气缸三14的缸体固定在涂料箱2的底部。
在本实施例中,喷涂辊一3与升降气缸一6、喷涂辊二4与升降气缸二9、喷涂辊三5与升降气缸三12均通过一个连接支架一连接。
在本实施例中,支撑辊一7与支撑气缸一8、支撑辊二10与支撑气缸二11、支撑辊三13与支撑气缸三14均通过一个连接支架二连接。
喷涂辊一3上开设有若干阀嘴一,阀嘴一中设有单向阀一,喷涂辊二4上开设有若干阀嘴二,阀嘴二中设有单向阀二,喷涂辊三5上开设有若干阀嘴三,阀嘴三中设有单向阀三,且阀嘴一的直径大于阀嘴二的直径,阀嘴二的直径大于阀嘴三的直径。
进料口与喷涂辊一3之间设有能够对面料进行压平的压平机构,该压平机构包括压平辊一20和压平辊二21,压平辊一20和压平辊二21上下设置,所述的压平辊一20与一能够带动其上下升降的移动气缸一22相连,移动气缸一22的缸体固定在喷涂箱的顶部,所述的压平辊二21与一能够带动其上下升降的移动气缸二23相连,移动气缸二23的缸体固定在喷涂箱的底部。
涂料箱2上还设有能够分别对喷涂辊一3、喷涂辊二4和喷涂辊三5提供涂料的送料机构,该送料机构包括储料箱15,储料箱15的上方设有能够灌入涂料的进料斗16,储料箱15的下部分别开设有出料口一、出料口二和出料口三,所述的出料口一连接有连接管一17,连接管一17的另一端与喷涂辊一3相连通,所述的出料口二连接有连接管二18,连接管二18的另一端与喷涂辊二4相连通,所述的出料口三连接有连接管三19,连接管三19的另一端与喷涂辊三5相连通。连接管一17、连接管二18和连接管三19上分别设有电磁阀一、电磁阀二和电磁阀三。
喷涂辊三5与出料口之间设有能够对喷涂过后的面料进行刮料的刮料机构,该刮料机构包括刮料辊24,所述的喷涂箱的内侧壁上开设有两个竖直设置的滑动槽一和滑动槽二,刮料辊24的一端固定有滑动块一,刮料辊24的另一端固定有滑动块二,刮料辊24的两端分别通过轴承固定在滑动块一和滑动块二上,刮料辊24还与一能够带动其上下升降的移动气缸三25相连,移动气缸三25的缸体固定在喷涂箱的顶部。刮料辊24的棍面上固定有若干安装座26,所述的安装座26上均开设有插接槽,所述的插接槽中均设有刮料刀27。
本高强度机织基布涂层充气面料的喷涂装置,其工作原理是这样的:面料从进料口进入,首先,在压平机构的作用下,对面料进行压平;然后,面料依次经过喷涂辊一3、喷涂辊二4和喷涂辊三5,并由送料机构对喷涂辊一3、喷涂辊二4和喷涂辊三5进行送料,1、当面料经过喷涂辊一3的时候,由于喷涂辊一3的阀嘴一较大,可以先对面料进行粗略一次喷涂;2、面料经过喷涂辊二4,由于喷涂辊二4的阀嘴二小于喷涂辊一3的阀嘴一,可以对面料进行均匀二次喷涂;3、面料经过喷涂辊三5,由于喷涂辊三5的阀嘴三小于喷涂辊二4的阀嘴二,可以对面料进行细化均匀三次喷涂;最后,在刮料机构的作用下,对面料表面进行刮料,面料从出料口中送出,经过三次喷涂后的面料,其上的涂料分布较为均匀且牢固。

1.一种高强度机织基布涂层充气面料的喷涂装置,包括机架和固定在机架上的涂料箱,涂料箱的一侧开设有一进料口,涂料箱的另一侧开设有一出料口,进料口与出料口相对设置,其特征在于,所述的涂料箱内依次设有能将涂料喷射到面料上的喷涂辊一、喷涂辊二和喷涂辊三,喷涂辊一、喷涂辊二和喷涂辊三平行设置,喷涂辊一与一能够带动其上下移动的升降气缸一相连,升降气缸一的缸体固定在涂料箱的顶部,喷涂辊一的正下方设有一支撑辊一,支撑辊一与一能够带动其上下移动的支撑气缸一相连,支撑气缸一的缸体固定在涂料箱的底部;喷涂辊二与一能够带动其上下移动的升降气缸二相连,升降气缸二的缸体固定在涂料箱的顶部,喷涂辊二的正下方设有一支撑辊二,支撑辊二与一能够带动其上下移动的支撑气缸二相连,支撑气缸二的缸体固定在涂料箱的底部;喷涂辊三与一能够带动其上下移动的升降气缸三相连,升降气缸三的缸体固定在涂料箱的顶部,喷涂辊三的正下方设有一支撑辊三,支撑辊三与一能够带动其上下移动的支撑气缸三相连,支撑气缸三的缸体固定在涂料箱的底部,喷涂辊一与升降气缸一、喷涂辊二与升降气缸二、喷涂辊三与升降气缸三均通过一个连接支架一连接,支撑辊一与支撑气缸一、支撑辊二与支撑气缸二、支撑辊三与支撑气缸三均通过一个连接支架二连接;所述的喷涂辊一上开设有若干阀嘴一,阀嘴一中设有单向阀一,喷涂辊二上开设有若干阀嘴二,阀嘴二中设有单向阀二,喷涂辊三上开设有若干阀嘴三,阀嘴三中设有单向阀三,且阀嘴一的直径大于阀嘴二的直径,阀嘴二的直径大于阀嘴三的直径,所述的涂料箱上还设有能够分别对喷涂辊一、喷涂辊二和喷涂辊三提供涂料的送料机构,所述的喷涂辊三与出料口之间设有能够对喷涂过后的面料进行刮料的刮料机构,所述的刮料机构包括刮料辊,所述的喷涂箱的内侧壁上开设有两个竖直设置的滑动槽一和滑动槽二,刮料辊的一端固定有滑动块一,刮料辊的另一端固定有滑动块二,刮料辊的两端分别通过轴承固定在滑动块一和滑动块二上,刮料辊还与一能够带动其上下升降的移动气缸三相连,移动气缸三的缸体固定在喷涂箱的顶部;所述刮料辊的棍面上固定有若干安装座,所述的安装座上均开设有插接槽,所述的插接槽中均设有刮料刀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高强度机织基布涂层充气面料的喷涂装置,其特征在于,所述的送料机构包括储料箱,储料箱的上方设有能够灌入涂料的进料斗,储料箱的下部分别开设有出料口一、出料口二和出料口三,所述的出料口一连接有连接管一,连接管一的另一端与喷涂辊一相连通,所述的出料口二连接有连接管二,连接管二的另一端与喷涂辊二相连通,所述的出料口三连接有连接管三,连接管三的另一端与喷涂辊三相连通。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高强度机织基布涂层充气面料的喷涂装置,其特征在于,所述的进料口的外侧设有进料辊一和进料辊二,进料辊一处于进料辊二上方,进料辊一和进料辊二均以周向转动且轴向固定的方式设置在机架上;所述的出料口的外侧设有出料辊一和出料辊二,出料辊一处于出料辊二上方,出料辊一和出料辊二均以周向转动且轴向固定的方式设置在机架上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的高强度机织基布涂层充气面料的喷涂装置,其特征在于,所述的涂料箱的下部固定有两个染料回收槽,两个染料回收槽分别处于涂料箱的两侧。
