Abstract

本发明公开了一种铜合金的制备方法,属于铜合金制备技术领域。该铜合金含有重量百分比为含有重量百分比为0.05%铅、0.7%铁、0.04%镁、0.4~0.5%铬和0.55~0.70%锆,其余为铜。制备方法是将上述重量比的各组分,混合熔炼、铸锭、热轧、固溶、冷轧和酸洗处理即成。其导电率为为91~95%IACS,延伸率为12~20%,抗拉强度为620~655MPa。能够较好地满足电子工业领域导线用对铜合金材料的性能要求,也可用于要求高导高延伸率的铜合金材料领域。并具有工艺简单,成本低廉的优点。

Description

一种铜合金的制备方法
本发明专利申请是针对申请号为:2014106299394的分案申请,原申请的申请日为:2014-11-11,发明创造名称为:一种高强高导导线用铜合金及其制备方法。
技术领域
本发明属于铜合金制备技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种铜合金的制备方法。
背景技术
多元复合微合金化技术是目前高性能铜合金材料的研究热点。铜导线合金材料要求具有高导电率,较高的强度要求和良好的延伸率。申请号为02133772.1的中国专利申请公开了一种接触网导线用铜合金材料,此种铜合金材料中含有碲、锂和镁,使铜合金的强度有所提高,但导电率偏低,最高仅为76%IACS。申请号为02133772.1的中国专利申请公开了一种接触网导线用铜合金材料,此种铜合金材料中不仅含有碲,还含有锂和镁,镁的加入,使铜碲合金的强度有所提高,但导电率偏低,最高仅为76%IACS。申请号为03135189.1的中国专利申请公开了一种非含银稀土铜碲高导合金材料,其缺点是难以实现高强度和高导电率的匹配,尤其是在导电率达到94.5%IACS时,强度明显不足,仅为330MPa左右。因此研发出一种铜导线用的高强高导的合金材料是发明人所需要解决的问题。
发明内容

针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,本发明提供一种铜合金的制备方法,含有重量百分比为0.05%铅、0.7%铁、0.04%镁、0.4~0.5%铬和0.55~0.70%锆,其余为铜,并且结合特殊的热处理工艺得到导电率和延伸率优良的导线用铜合金材料。

为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种高强高导导线用铜合金及其制备方法材料。
本发明的另一个目的是在于提供一种高强高导导线用铜合金及其制备方法材料的制备方法。
为了实现本发明的第一个技术目的,其技术方案为:一种高强高导导线用铜合金材料,其特征在于,含有重量百分比为0.05%铅、0.7%铁、0.04%镁、0.4~0.5%铬和0.55~0.70%锆,其余为铜。
该技术方案的一种优化组分为,含有重量百分比为0.05%铅、0.7%铁、0.04%镁,0.4%铬和0.55%锆,其余为铜。

为了实现本发明的另一个技术目的,其技术方案为:一种高强高导导线用铜合金的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)按照上述重量比称取各组分,混合后在1200~1350℃下熔炼,熔融后注入结晶轮,形成扁锭;
(2)对扁锭热轧,其温度为800~950℃,进行12个道次的热轧,压下率为75%,得到热轧物料;
(3)对热轧物料进行固溶处理,其温度为850~950℃,保温时间为1~2h,然后水淬,得到冷物料;
(4)对该冷物料进行20~40%的冷轧处理,最后进行酸洗,去除表面的氧化物。
利用本发明制备方法所得的导线用铜合金材料的导电性和延伸率能兼备,组织均匀,析出相细小弥散,合金价格低廉,其导电率达到91~95%IACS,延伸率为12~20%,抗拉强度为620~655MPa,能够较好的满足电子工业领域中铜导线对铜合金的性能要求。
、有益效果
相比于现有技术,本发明的有益效果为:
(1)本发明大胆的在熔融铜中加入微量的且价格低廉的元素铅,使其熔融后的合金材料导电率大大提高。
(2)本发明加入了元素铁,因其明显的固溶强化作用和弥散强化效果,使合金材料得导电性得到了恢复,且延伸率得到了提高。
(3)本发明还加入了元素镁,其形成的合金材料比强度高、减振性好、热疲劳性能好、不易老化,又有良好的导热性和良好的压铸工艺性能。
(4)本发明中加入的,Cr 与 Zr 主要起时效析出强化和阻碍再结晶的作用。在铜中加入溶解度随温度降低而明显减小的合金元素(如 Cr、Zr)通过高温固溶处理形成饱和固溶体,而后通过时效,使过饱和固溶体分解,合金元素以沉淀相的形式析出弥散分布在基体中。沉淀相能有效地阻止晶界和位错的移动,大大提高合金强度。
(5)本发明还结合了水淬和固溶处理,使得合金的性能得到了进一步的提高,且本发明工艺简单,成本低廉。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进一步进行描述。
实施例1:按照重量百分比称取0.05%铅、0.7%铁、0.04%镁,0.4%铬和0.55%锆,其余为铜。
各组分混合在1200-1350℃下熔炼,熔融后注入浇包,再由浇包注入结晶轮结晶,形成扁锭,对扁锭热锻,其温度为其温度为800~950℃,进行12个道次的热轧,压下率为75%,得到热轧物料;对热轧物料进行固溶处理,其温度为850~950℃,保温时间为1~2h,然后水淬,得到冷物料;然后对该冷物料进行20~40%的冷轧处理,最后进行酸洗,去除表面的氧化物。即得到导线用铜合金材料,其导电率达到91%IACS,延伸率为12%,抗拉强度为630MPa。

本发明的铜合金材料的工艺简单,成本低廉,性能满足导线用材料性能需求。但是本发明的保护范围并不局限应用于铜合金导线领域,也可用于要求高导高延伸率的铜合金材料领域。

Claims (5)

1.一种铜合金的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)按照重量比称取各组分,混合后在1200~1350℃下熔炼,熔融后注入结晶轮,形成扁锭;
(2)对扁锭热轧,其温度为800~950℃,进行12个道次的热轧,压下率为75%,得到热轧物料;
(3)对热轧物料进行固溶处理,其温度为850~950℃,保温时间为1~2h,然后水淬,得到冷物料;
(4)对该冷物料进行20~40%的冷轧处理,最后进行酸洗,去除表面的氧化物;
采用上述步骤制备的铜合金其导电率为89~95%IACS,延伸率为12~20%,抗拉强度为620~655MPa。
2.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种铜合金的制备方法,其特征在于:所述铜合金含有重量百分比为0.05%铅、0.7%铁、0.04%镁、0.4~0.5%铬和0.55~0.70%锆,其余为铜等。
