本发明属于农业领域,涉及一种含有壳寡糖与吡唑醚菌酯的农用组合物,组合物中还含有辅助有效成分噻虫嗪、噻呋酰胺、甲基硫菌灵中的一种,壳寡糖、吡唑醚菌酯、辅助有效成分之间的质量百分含量之比为1:2‑60:4‑60。组合物制成悬浮种衣剂、种子处理可分散粉剂、种子处理干粉剂、水乳种衣剂、悬浮剂等,用于防治植物病虫害及调节植物生长,尤其用于防治地下害虫、苗期害虫以及玉米茎基腐病、马铃薯黑痣病、棉花枯萎病、小麦根腐病、番茄青枯病等。

技术领域
本发明涉及农业领域,具体地涉及含有壳寡糖、吡唑醚菌酯的农用组合物及其在病虫害防治、植物生长调节方面的应用。
背景技术
植物的病虫害一直是影响农业生产的主要因素之一,尤其比较难防治的有种传病害、土传病害和土壤害虫。种传病害是通过种子携带并传播病原的一类植物病害,病原体可以附着或寄生于种子的表面、内部或内外兼存,有的则直接以病原体混在种子中间。常见的种传病害有芹菜斑枯病、菜豆炭疽病、大豆灰斑病、霜霉病、小麦腥黑穗病、水稻恶苗病和干尖线虫病等。土传病害是指病原物如真菌、细菌、线虫或病毒随病残体生活在土壤中,在条件适宜时从植物根部或茎部侵害植物而引起的病害,是一类严重的植物病害。土传病害一般危害植物的根和茎,造成幼苗根腐烂、枯萎或腐烂猝倒,常见的土传病害有:辣椒、茄子、黄瓜的猝倒病、立枯病、疫病、根腐病、枯萎病,番茄、辣椒的青枯病,大白菜软腐病、油菜、莴苣的菌核病,小麦全蚀病、棉花立枯病、红腐病、黄萎病及线虫等。土壤害虫是指危害期在土中生活的一类害虫,主要有蛴螬、蝼蛄、地老虎和金针虫等,危害寄主广,危害小麦、玉米、高粱、棉花等作物,它们主要取食作物的种子、根、茎、块根、块茎、幼苗、嫩叶及生长点等,常常造成缺苗、断垄或使幼苗生长不良,对作物产量影响很大。
传统的施药方法如喷雾、灌根、泼浇等方法因风吹、日晒、雨淋而造成的农药流失和分解率通常达60%-90%,而且由于持效期短、重复用药而造成农药的巨大浪费、生态环境的污染和人类健康的潜在威胁。在现代农业生产中,种子药剂处理及土壤处理是防治地下害虫及农作物土传、种传病害经济简便的方法之一。种子包衣技术是在传统的浸种或拌种技术基础上发展起来的一种应用很普遍的种子处理新技术。种衣剂最大优点是能在种子外面形成一层比较牢固的薄膜,在土壤中吸水膨胀而不被溶解,允许种子正常发芽所需的水分和空气通过,所含的农药和种肥等物质缓慢释放。所以,种衣剂具有杀灭地下害虫、防治苗期病虫害和系统性病害、提高种子发芽率、促进种苗健康生长、减少种子用量等功效,最终达到防病治虫、保苗壮苗、提高产量的目的。着眼于现有的防治土壤害虫及种传、土传病害的配方、农药剂型及效果,本发明可使药剂效果更高,也顺应了农药“双减”及可持续发展的需求。
壳寡糖可改变土壤菌群、促进有益微生物的生长、还可诱导植物的抗病性、对多种真菌、细菌及病毒产生免疫和杀灭作用。吡唑醚菌酯为新型广谱、线粒体呼吸抑制剂、具有保护、治疗、渗透传导作用。壳寡糖与吡唑醚菌酯的组合物对预防植物种传、土传病害,且提高保苗、壮苗效果等具有优良效果。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了含有壳寡糖及吡唑醚菌酯的农用组合物及其在防治病虫害方面的应用。
本发明提供的含有壳寡糖与吡唑醚菌酯的农用组合物,其特征在于,组合物中还含有辅助有效成分杀虫或杀菌成分中的一种,杀虫成分选自噻虫嗪、吡虫啉、毒死蜱、噻唑膦、辛硫磷中的一种,杀菌成分选自噻呋酰胺、甲基硫菌灵、咯菌腈、恶霉灵、嘧菌酯中的一种,壳寡糖、吡唑醚菌酯、辅助有效成分之间的质量百分含量之比为1:2-60:4-60。
本发明的上述组合物中,壳寡糖的含量为0.1-20%,吡唑醚菌酯的含量为0.1-60%,杀虫或杀菌辅助有效成分的含量为0.01-60%,
本发明的上述组合物,其特征在于组合物制成悬浮种衣剂、种子处理可分散粉剂、种子处理干粉剂、水乳种衣剂、微囊悬浮种衣剂、悬浮剂、颗粒剂、微胶囊剂、水剂、水乳剂、水分散粒剂、微胶囊悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂或微乳剂,组合物中其它成分为溶剂、囊壁材料、成膜剂、乳化剂、分散剂、渗透剂、防腐剂、防冻剂、消泡剂、着色剂、增粘剂、载体等中一种或几种。优选的,组合物制成悬浮种衣剂、种子处理可分散粉剂、种子处理干粉剂、水乳种衣剂、微囊悬浮种衣剂、悬浮剂。
溶剂为水、甲苯、二甲苯、一氯甲烷、二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷、四氯化碳、一氯乙烷、一氯丙烷、乙酸丁酯、邻苯二甲酸甲酯等中的一种或几种。
微囊壁材为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(平均分子量0.5-200万)、聚苯乙烯(平均分子量0.5-200万)、聚苯乙烯-马来酸酐交替共聚物(PSMA)、聚氨酯、多聚甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯、聚醋酸丙烯酯、邻苯二甲酸纤维素酯、聚丙烯酸酯、聚酰胺、多功能团的氨基塑料、乙基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、乙二胺、聚苯乙烯磺酸钠中的一种。
为了保证有限的农药成分集中作用于种子和根部,不易脱落和飞散,减少了农药在环境中的扩散以及对非靶标的接触,所述悬浮种衣剂包括成膜剂,保证所成衣膜透气、透水性好、种子正常萌发生长,又要保证所成衣膜难溶于水,衣膜内活性成分能缓慢释放,持效时间长。本发明所述的成膜剂为阿拉伯胶、动物胶、果胶、黄原胶、甲基纤维素、乙基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠、羟丙基纤维素、海藻酸钠、聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酰胺或聚丙烯酸钠中的一种或几种,所述成膜剂占组合物的重量百分比为1~10%。
本发明所述的分散剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯脂肪酸、烷基芳基聚乙二醇醚、烷基磺酸盐、芳基磺酸盐、脂肪酸聚乙二醇、十二烷基苯磺酸盐、聚氧乙烯基酚甲醛缩合物、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚嵌段共聚物、萘或烷基萘甲醛缩合物磺酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磺酸盐、木质素及其衍生物磺酸盐、脂肪酸乙烷加成物磷酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物硫酸盐中的一种或几种,润湿分散剂占组合物的重量百分比为1~25%。
着色剂又称警色剂,可以提高悬浮种衣剂的使用安全,其中,所述的着色剂为碱性玫瑰精、水性玫红、酸性大红、品红、胭脂红等中的一种或几种,着色剂占组合物的重量百分比为0.1~5%。
本发明所述悬浮种衣剂还包括增粘剂,以提高分散介质的粘度,降低粒子的沉降速度,从而提高制剂的稳定性。所述的增粘剂为黄原胶、阿拉伯胶、甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、丙烯酸钠、海藻酸钠、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯酸钠、硅酸镁铝或膨润土中的一种或几种,增粘剂占组合物的重量百分比为0.1~5%。
本发明所述悬浮种衣剂还包括消泡剂、还可以添加防腐剂,所述消泡剂为有机硅酮类、C8-10的脂肪醇、C10-20的饱和脂肪酸及其酯类中的一种或几种;所述防腐剂为苯甲酸、苯甲醛、苯甲酸钠、苯甲酸钾、山梨酸、水杨酸钠、2-羟基联苯、对羟基苯甲醛或1,2-苯并噻唑啉-3-酮中的一种或几种。所述消泡剂占组合物的重量百分比为0.1~5%,所述防腐剂占组合物的重量百分比为0.1~5%。
本发明所述悬浮种衣剂还可以添加防冻剂,以提高种衣剂的低温储存的稳定性,所述防冻剂为乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、己二醇、尿素、硫酸铵、氯化钠或氯化钙中的一种或几种,防冻剂占组合物的重量百分比0.1~5%
本发明的农用组合物的用途,其特征在于农用组合物用于防治病虫害及调节植物生长。优选的,农用组合物用于防治土壤害虫、土传病害、种传病害及调节植物生长。进一步优选的,防治植物地下害虫、苗期害虫以及玉米茎基腐病、马铃薯黑痣病、棉花枯萎病、小麦根腐病、番茄青枯病、线虫、小麦赤霉病、水稻恶苗病、水稻立枯病、瓜类枯萎病等病害及提高出苗率、促进生长等。
根据上述的用途,所述农用组合物防治危害为人类需要而栽培的多种植物的病虫害,所述植物选自玉米、马铃薯、棉花、番茄、小麦、水稻、大豆、韭菜、生姜、烟草、辣椒、油茶、菠菜、大头菜、白菜、油菜、大蒜、葱、黄瓜、苦瓜、丝瓜、西瓜、哈密瓜、冬瓜、芹菜、甜菜、花生、毛豆、豌豆、菜豆、草莓、蓝莓等。
本发明的壳寡糖为氨基葡萄糖通过1,4-糖苷键连接而成的聚合度为2-30的高分子聚合物的混合物,平均分子量为1000-3000道尔顿。壳寡糖可以通过任意方法制备,例如如下的方法:脱乙酰度在70%以上的壳聚糖通过物理降解法、化学降解法、酶降解法、糖基转移法、复合降解法等方法制备得到的聚合度为2-30的低聚壳聚糖的混合物。或者,通过从真菌细胞壁或昆虫体壁中提取得到甲壳素并通过物理降解法、化学降解法、酶降解法、糖基转移法、复合降解法等方法制备得到的聚合度为2-30的低聚壳聚糖的混合物。或者,通过由氨基葡萄糖通过1,4-糖苷键化学合成聚合而成的聚合度为2-30的聚合物的混合物。目前壳寡糖均为不同聚合物的高分子聚合物的混合物,也就是说壳寡糖中并不是单一聚合度的壳寡糖形式,而是每种聚合度的壳寡糖单糖都可能存在。所以无论通过何种方法制备得到,或者通过上述制备方法制备得到的市售产品,只要其是氨基葡萄糖通过1,4-糖苷键连接而成的聚合度为2-30、平均分子量为1000-3000道尔顿的高分子聚合物的混合物就是本发明所述的壳寡糖,其可以含有乙酰基,但是键合乙酰基的糖单元不超过40%的量,优选不超过30%的量,尤其优选不超过20%的量。目前市售的壳寡糖基本上都为上述壳寡糖术语所阐述的壳寡糖产品。
本发明的有益效果:
含有壳寡糖和吡唑醚菌酯的农用组合物添加辅助有效成分可显著提高药剂的效果、尤其在加工成特殊制剂后提高药效、降低因重复施药造成农本提高、环境污染的可能性、改善土壤环境和促生长,同时还可以提高种子的出苗率。

为了理解本发明,下面以制剂实施例和生物实施例进一步说明本发明,但不限制本发明。
制剂实施例1 36%壳寡糖·吡唑醚菌酯·噻虫嗪悬浮种衣剂
壳寡糖1g,吡唑醚菌酯10g,噻虫嗪25g,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚4g、羧甲基纤维素钠4g,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5g,碱性玫瑰精2g,黄原胶1g,丙三醇2g,山梨酸0.5g,聚氧丙烯3g,加水30g充分混和均匀后经砂磨机研磨至粒度达到5μ以下,补水至100g即得产品。
制剂实施例2 31%壳寡糖·吡唑醚菌酯·噻呋酰胺悬浮种衣剂
壳寡糖1g,吡唑醚菌酯10g,噻呋酰胺20g,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚4g、羧甲基纤维素钠4g,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5g,碱性玫瑰精2g,黄原胶1g,丙三醇2g,山梨酸0.5g,聚氧丙烯3g,加水30g充分混和均匀后经砂磨机研磨至粒度达到5μ以下,补水至100g即得产品。
制剂实施例3 42%壳寡糖·吡唑醚菌酯·甲基硫菌灵悬浮种衣剂
壳寡糖1g,吡唑醚菌酯4.1g,甲基硫菌灵36.9g,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚4g、羧甲基纤维素钠4g,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5g,碱性玫瑰精2g,黄原胶1g,丙三醇2g,山梨酸0.5g,聚氧丙烯3g,加水30g充分混和均匀后经砂磨机研磨至粒度达到5μ以下,补水至100g即得产品。
制剂实施例4 15%壳寡糖·吡唑醚菌酯·噻虫嗪种子处理可分散粉剂
将壳寡糖0.5g,吡唑醚菌酯4.5g,噻虫嗪10g,木质素磺酸钙5g,胭脂红3g,膨润土5g,高岭土补足至100g,预混合均匀,再进行粉碎,然后混合均匀,检测中控指标合格后出料,即得产品。

壳寡糖1g,吡唑醚菌酯10g,噻呋酰胺20g,木质素磺酸盐3kg,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯4g,聚乙烯醇1.5g,有机硅消泡剂0.07g,丙二醇3kg,水补足。将原料抽入配制釜混合搅拌后经胶体磨研磨,再经砂磨机细磨,达到一定细度,即得产品。

壳寡糖1g,吡唑醚菌酯4.1g,甲基硫菌灵36.9g,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚4g、羧甲基纤维素钠4g,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5g,黄原胶1g,丙三醇2g,山梨酸0.5g,聚氧丙烯3g,加水30g充分混匀后经砂磨机研磨至粒度达到5μ以下,补水至100g即得产品。

将壳寡糖3g,吡唑醚菌酯10g,噻虫嗪7g,木质素磺酸钙5g,辛基酚聚乙二醇醚2g,阿拉伯胶5g,充分混和均匀后,用白炭黑补足至100g,将该混和物用气流粉碎机粉碎至800-1000目后再进行造粒,筛分制得产品。

将壳寡糖1g,吡唑醚菌酯4.1g,甲基硫菌灵36.9g,木质素磺酸钙5g,辛基酚聚乙二醇醚2g,阿拉伯胶5g,充分混和均匀后,用白炭黑补足至100g,将该混和物用气流粉碎机粉碎至800-1000目后再进行造粒,筛分制得产品。
制剂实施例17 20%壳寡糖·吡唑醚菌酯·噻虫嗪颗粒剂
称取5.5Kg高岭土作为包裹材料,成分研磨,称取0.2Kg壳寡糖、1Kg吡唑醚菌酯、0.8Kg噻虫嗪混匀研磨后放入圆盘包裹机中,采用热风加热。保持温度为80℃,在转动的情况下,间断地通过喷枪向农药核心喷洒熔化的硫磺,边喷边向农药核心上撒入包裹材料,直至包裹材料使用完毕,温度降至65℃左右,缓慢倒入已经预先融化成液体的聚乙烯-重油密封,停止加热,保持设备继续旋转,待温降至室温即可。过筛,称重,得到10Kg产品。
制剂实施例18 10%壳寡糖·吡唑醚菌酯·噻酰菌胺颗粒剂
称取8Kg白炭黑作为包裹材料,成分研磨,称取0.2Kg壳寡糖、0.5Kg吡唑醚菌酯、0.3Kg噻酰菌胺混匀研磨后放入圆盘包裹机中,采用热风加热。保持温度为80℃,在转动的情况下,间断地通过喷枪向农药核心喷洒熔化的聚丁烯,边喷边向农药核心上撒入包裹材料,直至包裹材料使用完毕,温度降至65℃左右,缓慢倒入已经预先融化成液体的石蜡密封,停止加热,保持设备继续旋转,待温降至室温即可。粉碎,过筛,称重,得到10Kg产品。
制剂实施例19 50%壳寡糖·吡唑醚菌酯·甲基硫菌灵颗粒剂
称取4Kg白炭黑作为包裹材料,称取0.2Kg壳寡糖、2.5Kg吡唑醚菌酯、2.3Kg甲基硫菌灵放入圆盘包裹机中,采用热风加热。保持温度为80℃,在转动的情况下,间断地通过喷枪向活性核心喷洒熔化的聚丁烯,边喷边向农药核心上撒入包裹材料,直至包裹材料使用完毕,干燥,当水分含量低于4%时,温度降至65℃左右,缓慢倒入已经预先融化成液体的石蜡密封,停止加热,保持设备继续旋转,待温降至室温即可。称重,得到10Kg产品。
制剂实施例20 25%壳寡糖·吡唑醚菌酯·噻虫嗪微胶囊剂
混合0.2kg壳寡糖、0.4Kg吡唑醚菌酯、1.9Kg噻虫嗪充分研磨,加水适量,倒入50℃7.5Kg明胶中进行糊化,然后静置凝胶,在50℃干燥,粉碎,过筛,即得产品。
制剂实施例21 50%壳寡糖·吡唑醚菌酯·噻酰菌胺微胶囊剂
混合0.2kg壳寡糖、1Kg吡唑醚菌酯、3.3Kg噻酰菌胺充分研磨,加适量水后,倒入50℃4.5Kg明胶中进行糊化,然后静置凝胶,50℃干燥,粉碎,过筛,即得产品。
制剂实施例22 40%壳寡糖·吡唑醚菌酯·甲基硫菌灵微胶囊剂
混合0.2kg壳寡糖、6Kg吡唑醚菌酯、3.8Kg甲基硫菌灵充分研磨,加适量水后,倒入50℃10Kg明胶中进行糊化,然后静置凝胶,50℃干燥,粉碎,过筛,即得产品。
制剂实施例23 30%壳寡糖·联苯菊酯·噻虫胺微囊悬浮种衣剂
壳寡糖1g,联苯菊酯10g,噻虫胺29g,聚氨酯10g,乙基纤维素10g,磺酸盐类阴离子乳化剂10g,黄原胶(增稠剂)2g,有机硅(消泡剂)1g,苯甲酸0.5g,玫瑰红2.0克,水补足余量。将相应质量的农药制剂与囊材混合搅拌成油相,搅拌0.5~1h,加温至50~80℃,得到油相液体。在其他反应器中加入相应质量的水与助剂,搅拌至完全溶解,加温至50~80℃,得到水相液体。将油相液体缓慢加入水相液体中,加入过程中,采用变频剪切,转速为1~2万转/分钟,当油相液体完全加入到水相液体中,将剪切速率维持在2~3万转/分钟,剪切30分钟,进行初步乳化。将水性囊材加入得到的初乳液中,进行聚合反应,温度恒定在50~80℃,混合搅拌2~4h,接着加入相应质量的分散剂、增稠剂和防腐剂,混合搅拌2~4h得到产品。
制剂实施例24 20%壳寡糖·联苯菊酯·噻虫胺微囊悬浮剂
壳寡糖0.5g,联苯菊酯10g,噻虫胺9.5g,聚氨酯10g,乙基纤维素10g,磺酸盐类阴离子乳化剂10g,黄原胶(增稠剂)2g,有机硅(消泡剂)1g,苯甲酸0.5g,玫瑰红2.0克,水补足余量。制备方法如制剂实施例2可得产品。
生物实施例1 含壳寡糖及吡唑醚菌酯的组合物对玉米茎基腐病原菌的毒力
采用含药培养基法:溶解原药、配制、量取各测试药剂系列浓度的药液6mL,加入冷却至45℃的54mL的PDA培养基中,制成所需要终浓度的含药培养基平板。然后从培养7天的玉米茎基腐病菌菌落边缘制取6mm直径菌丝块,移至各系列含药培养基上,菌丝面朝下,每个处理4次重复。处理完毕,置于25±1℃的恒温生化培养箱中培养。数据分析方法采用:(1)壳寡糖与吡唑醚菌酯的复配及壳寡糖、吡唑醚菌酯与噻虫嗪的复配均采用Sun&Johnson(1960)的共毒系数法(CTC)评价药剂混用的增效作用,即CTC≤80为拮抗作用,80<CTC<120为相加作用,CTC≥120为增效作用。(2)壳寡糖与噻虫嗪的复配、吡唑醚菌酯与噻虫嗪的复配方法参照黄国洋主编《农药试验技术与评价方法》,采用等效剂量比较法:将药剂单用时对靶标的LC50值,同药剂中加有增效剂后对靶标的LC50值测定出来,如果药剂中加有增效剂的LC50值比药剂单用的要小,就表示有增效作用。其增效大小,用增效指数来表示:增效指数=药剂单用时LC50/药剂加增效剂时LC50值。一般地,增效指数大于1表示增效作用,小于1为拮抗作用,等于1为相加作用。

注:噻虫嗪在1000ppm时对玉米茎基腐病原菌无活性。
由含壳寡糖、吡唑醚菌酯和噻虫嗪的组合物对玉米茎基腐病原菌的毒力测试结果可知(表1),将壳寡糖、吡唑醚菌酯、噻虫嗪按照1-8:2-39:25进行复配,组合物的LC50均高于二元复配及单剂的LC50,故组合物在该配比下对玉米茎基腐病菌的效果均高于二元复配及单剂的效果,组合物对玉米茎基腐病菌具有明显的增效作用。
生物实施例2 含壳寡糖及吡唑醚菌酯的组合物对玉米蛴螬的毒力
采用盆栽玉米接虫法。用灭菌土与灭菌河沙混匀成培养土,充分混匀后,充分拌匀后加入清水使含水量30%。根据活性测定预试验,将定量单剂及复配剂的悬浮种衣剂用少量自来水稀释进行玉米拌种(浓度以每千克种子用药剂的有效毫克量计),催芽、播种,每盆播种20颗种子,出苗后常规管理。采自玉米田的蛴螬经室内繁殖1-2代后选取整齐一致的蛴螬2龄期幼虫,接到玉米苗长至15天后的盆栽土壤中,每个处理4次重复,每个重复10头幼虫,接虫后置于室内观察培养,7天后检查蛴螬死亡情况。活性评价方法参照生物实施例1黄国洋主编《农药试验技术与评价方法》。

注:壳寡糖、吡唑醚菌酯及壳寡糖+吡唑醚菌酯均在1000ppm对蛴螬无杀虫活性。
壳寡糖、吡唑醚菌酯和噻虫嗪复配对蛴螬的毒力测定结果(表2),看出,壳寡糖吡唑醚菌酯和噻虫嗪复配的组合物对蛴螬的LC50均大于二元复配及单剂的LC50,故组合物对玉米蛴螬的杀虫效果高于二元复配及单剂的效果,组合物表现出明显的增效作用。
生物实施例3 含壳寡糖及吡唑醚菌酯的组合物对马铃薯黑痣病菌的毒力
采用菌丝干重法测定供试药剂对马铃薯黑痣病菌立枯丝核菌的毒力。溶解原药、配制各测试药剂。在前期毒力测定基础上,药剂配制成不同的浓度,每个浓度4次重复。每个三角瓶中PD培养基100mL,接种3个直径为6mm的菌盘,25℃恒温黑暗条件下培养5d,过滤后获得菌丝,然后将菌丝置于80℃烘箱中干燥3h,待菌丝冷却至室温后称其干重。根据药剂浓度与菌丝干重抑制率的关系,计算药剂的抑制中浓度LC50。复配效果的评价参考生物实施例1的方法。

注:壳寡糖在500ppm时对马铃薯黑腐病原菌无活性。
经含壳寡糖、吡唑醚菌酯的组合物对马铃薯黑痣病菌的毒力测试可知(表3),以壳寡糖及吡唑醚菌酯与噻呋酰胺或甲基硫菌灵复配均增效,即组合物在配比为1:4-60:4-60时,三元复配对马铃薯黑痣病菌的LC50均高于二元复配及单剂的LC50,组合物对马铃薯黑痣病原菌有增效作用。
生物实施例4 含壳寡糖及吡唑醚菌酯的悬浮种衣剂对植物病害的效果
将各测试药剂制成悬浮种衣剂。选择发病植物的田块,使土壤保持一定的湿度,将土壤充分耙匀。用药剂拌种,药剂浓度以每千克种子含有该药剂有效成分的克数计,充分拌匀后,催芽、播种,并设空白对照。在苗期对照发病盛期分别调查统计,玉米茎基腐病(参考GB/T 17980.106-2004)、马铃薯黑痣病及棉花枯萎病的发病情况(参考GB/T 17980.93-2004)。空白出苗后3-4天,调查各处理的出苗情况。生长一定时间后,每点取20株,调查株高、花蕾数、发病及蚜虫情况,计算防效,结果见表4。
可以看出,针对不同的植物,壳寡糖、吡唑醚菌酯与噻虫嗪的三元复配组合物对玉米茎基腐病的防效、株高均明显且无蚜虫发生;寡糖、吡唑醚菌酯与噻酰菌胺的复配组合物对马铃薯黑痣病的防效、株高均明显较高,壳寡糖、吡唑醚菌酯与甲基硫菌灵的复配组合物对棉花枯萎病的防效、花蕾数也较高。

生物实施例5 含壳寡糖及吡唑醚菌酯的种子处理可分散粉剂对小麦根腐病的效果
将各测试药剂制成种子处理可分散粉剂。选择前茬发生小麦根腐病及小麦金针虫发生严重的田块,使土壤保持一定的湿度,定量土壤混入定量的组合物,充分拌匀,加入清水使含水量30%,定量装入盆钵。用药剂拌种,药剂浓度以每千克种子含有该药剂有效成分的含量数计,充分拌匀后,催芽、播种,每盆播20粒,用一层薄土覆盖,每浓度设4次重复,放置观察室(23-25℃)中培养,并保持相同的光照、温度和浇水管理。出苗后,调查出苗情况;15天后调查小麦茎基部的发病情况(参考NY/T 1464.16-2007),统计小麦茎基部发病的各级病苗数及苗期蚜虫的防效,结果见表5。
含壳寡糖与吡唑醚菌酯的组合物经种子处理对小麦的效果见表5,可以看出,三个组合物处理,小麦出苗率及根腐病的效果都达到90%以上,所以,含壳寡糖与吡唑醚菌酯作为增效成分的组合物对小麦根腐病有明显的防效,还可看出,壳寡糖、吡唑醚菌酯与噻虫嗪的组合物对小麦有明显的保苗效果及对苗期蚜虫有优秀的防效。

生物实施例6 含壳寡糖及吡唑醚菌酯的悬浮剂对番茄青枯病的效果
将各测试药剂制成悬浮剂。选择上茬番茄青枯病发病严重的田块,称取定量土壤充分混匀后拌入用定量水稀释的药剂,药剂浓度以每千克土壤含有该药剂的有效成分的克数计,充分拌匀后加入清水使含水量30%,再拌匀后定量装入盆钵。将番茄种子播种到盆钵中,每盆播15粒,每药剂重复5次,设空白对照。待空白种子出苗后3-5天,调查出苗率,调查番茄青枯病的发病情况(参考NY/T 1464.32-2010),统计结果见表6。
供试组合物经土壤处理对番茄青枯病的效果见表6,可以看出,三个组合物对番茄出苗率及青枯病的效果都达到90%以上,所以,含壳寡糖与吡唑醚菌酯的组合物对番茄青枯病有明显的防效。

Claims (7)
1.一种含有壳寡糖与吡唑醚菌酯的农用组合物,其特征在于,组合物中还含有辅助有效成分噻虫嗪、噻呋酰胺、甲基硫菌灵中的一种,壳寡糖、吡唑醚菌酯、辅助有效成分之间的质量百分含量之比为1:2-60:4-60。
2.根据权利要求1的农用组合物,其特征在于,壳寡糖的含量为0.1-20%,吡唑醚菌酯的含量为0.1-60%,杀虫或杀菌辅助有效成分的含量为0.01-60%。
3.根据权利要求1或2的农用组合物,其特征在于,组合物制成悬浮种衣剂、种子处理可分散粉剂、种子处理干粉剂、水乳种衣剂、微囊悬浮种衣剂、悬浮剂、颗粒剂、微胶囊剂、水剂、水乳剂、水分散粒剂、微胶囊悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂或微乳剂,组合物中其它成分为溶剂、成膜剂、乳化剂、分散剂、渗透剂、防腐剂、防冻剂、消泡剂、着色剂、增粘剂、载体等中一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求3的农用组合物,其特征在于,组合物制成悬浮种衣剂、种子处理可分散粉剂、种子处理干粉剂、种子处理水乳剂、微囊悬浮种衣剂、悬浮剂。
5.权利要求3的农用组合物的用途,其特征在于农用组合物用于防治植物病虫害及调节植物生长。
6.根据权利要求5的用途,其特征在于,组合物防治地下害虫、苗期害虫以及玉米茎基腐病、马铃薯黑痣病、棉花枯萎病、小麦根腐病、番茄青枯病、线虫、小麦赤霉病、水稻恶苗病、水稻立枯病、瓜类枯萎病,提高出苗率、促进生长。
7.根据权利要求5的用途,其特征在于,所述植物选自玉米、马铃薯、棉花、番茄、小麦、水稻、大豆、韭菜、生姜、烟草、辣椒、油茶、菠菜、大头菜、白菜、油菜、大蒜、葱、黄瓜、苦瓜、丝瓜、西瓜、哈密瓜、冬瓜、芹菜、甜菜、花生、毛豆、豌豆、菜豆、草莓、蓝莓。
