Abstract
本发明公开一种含灭草松的水稻直播田三元除草组合物,包括有效成分,所述有效成分为氰氟草酯、灭草松和嘧啶肟草醚,所述氰氟草酯、灭草松和嘧啶肟草醚的质量比为1~20∶10~50∶1~10。本发明的水稻直播田的除草组合物具有增效作用,主要用于水稻直播田移载后10天左右进行喷雾,防除水稻直播田盛行的稗草、千金子等禾本科杂草,也能兼防其它节节菜、鸭舌、泽漆草等阔叶杂草和牛毛毡、异型莎草等莎草科杂草。具有除草活性高、杀草谱广,方便使用的特点,并对水稻安全。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于农药除草剂技术领域,特别涉及一种含灭草松的水稻直播田三元除草组合物。
背景技术
水稻是我国的主要粮食作物之一,其播种面积约占全国总播种面积的18.5%,稻谷产量占粮食总产的39.23%,因此水稻的产量的增减具举足轻重的影响。但一直以来,各类杂草影响了水稻的产量,据调查,杂草为害的田块其水稻产量损失一般在10-20%,严重的损失40-50%。近年来,一种省工、节水的种植方式直播水稻兴起迅速,其防除杂草更显得尤其重要,其中影响较大且比较难防的是稗草、千金子等禾本科杂草,其次是鸭舌草、节节菜、眼子草等阔叶杂草。水稻田除草剂发展比较滞后,品种不多,应用的较广的是苄嘧磺隆、乙草胺、二甲四氯等,但由于这些产品使用年限较长,杂草产生了耐药性,而且他们对稗草、千金子的效果并不理想。
氰氟草酯是芳氧苯氧丙酸类除草剂中唯一对水稻(移栽和直播)具有高度安全性的品种,对水稻等具有优良的选择性,选择性基于不同的代谢速度。在水稻体内,氰氟草酯可被迅速降解为对乙酰辅酶A羧化酶无活性的二酸态,因而对水稻具有高度的安全性。因其在土壤中和典型的稻田水中降解迅速,故对后作安全。主要用于防除重要的禾本科杂草。氰氟草酯不仅对各种稗草(包括大龄稗草)高效,还可防除千金子、马唐、双穗雀稗、狗尾草、牛筋草、看麦娘等。
灭草松又叫苯达松、排草丹。是一种选择性的触杀型苗后除草剂,用于杂草苗期茎叶处理。主要用于水稻、大豆、花生、小麦等作物,防除阔叶杂草和莎草科杂草,对禾本科杂草无效。
嘧啶肟草醚是一种新颖的肟酯类化合物,广谱选择性芽后除草剂。作用机制与磺酰脲类除草剂相似,属乙酰乳酸合成酶(ALS)抑制剂。对水稻、普通小麦、结缕草具有选择性超高效芽后除草活性,无芽前除草活性,用于防除稗草、大穗看麦娘、辣蓼等各种禾本科杂草和阔叶杂划效果卓著,对水稻、普通小麦安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的是就是提供一种增效作用显著、杀草谱广的含灭草松的水稻直播田三元除草组合物。
本发明的采取以下方案实现的:
一种含灭草松的水稻直播田三元除草组合物,所述除草组合物包括有效成分,所述有效成分为氰氟草酯、灭草松和嘧啶肟草醚,所述氰氟草酯、灭草松和嘧啶肟草醚的质量比为1~20∶10~50∶1~10。
进一步方案,所述氰氟草酯、灭草松和嘧啶肟草醚的质量比为4~20∶12~50∶2~10,最优的为8:20:2。
进一步方案,所述除草组合物还含有农业上可接受的表面活性剂和载体。
进一步方案,所述除草组合物的剂型为可湿性粉剂、可分散油悬浮剂或水分散性粒剂。
本发明除草组合物中活性组分为氰氟草酯、灭草松和嘧啶肟草醚,其用量取决于单独使用时各自的施用量以及三者组合比例和增效程度,本发明特别保护了氰氟草酯、灭草松和嘧啶肟草醚的质量比为1~20∶10~50∶1~10,最佳的配比是8:20:2。
本发明的除草组合物,可以添加农业上可接受的表面活性剂和载体,配成可湿性粉剂、可分散油悬浮剂、水分散粒剂等。其中表面活性剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、蓖麻油环氧乙烷加成物、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、苄基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、十二烷基苯磺酸钙、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、木质素磺酸盐、NNO、NO、MF、ZS—1、十二烷基硫酸钠、拉开粉、N-甲基脂肪酰基牛磺酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物硫酸盐、茶枯粉、皂素、亚硫酸纸浆废液、脂肪醇硫酸盐、渗透剂T、渗透剂OT、JFC、脂肪酰胺—N—甲基牛磺酸钠盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、拉开粉等。
载体分为固体载体和溶剂,固体载体有膨润土,白碳黑、高岭土、轻质碳酸钙、硫酸钠、硫酸铵、硅藻土、淀粉、陶土等;溶剂有甲苯、二甲苯、氯苯、溶剂油、α—甲基萘、松节油、二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷、甲醇、乙醇、丙三醇、乙二醇、丁醇、异戊醇、丙二醇、环己酮、异佛尔酮、苯乙酮、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丙酯、乙酸丁酯、DMF、DMSO、溶纤剂等,上述可单独使用,也可二种以上复合使用。
以上各种助剂或载体均可在市场上买到。
本发明的水稻直播田的除草组合物具有相加或增效作用,主要用于水稻直播田移载后10天左右进行喷雾,防除水稻直播田盛行的稗草、千金子等禾本科杂草,也能兼防其它节节菜、鸭舌、泽漆草等阔叶杂草和牛毛毡、异型莎草等莎草科杂草。具有除草活性高、杀草谱广,方便使用的特点,并对水稻安全,属环境友好型除草剂。
具体实施方式
下面以几种不同剂型的具体实施例来进一步说明本发明。但本发明绝非仅限于这些例子。所有配方中百分比均为重量分数。
一、剂型配方例:
实施例1、22%可分散油悬浮剂:
氰氟草酯 4%
灭草松 16%
嘧啶肟草醚 2%
蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚 10%
油酸甲酯 补齐到100%。
实施例2、25%可分散油悬浮剂:
氰氟草酯 6%
灭草松 15%
嘧啶肟草醚 4%
木质素磺酸钙 5%
司盘80 7%
油酸甲酯补齐到100%。
实施例3、30%可分散油悬浮剂:
实施例4、40%可湿性粉剂
实施例5、60%可湿性粉剂
实施例6、80%可湿性粉剂
实施例7、50%水分散粒剂
实施例8、45%水分散粒剂
实施例9、75%水分散粒剂
二、室内生物活性测定:
以下通过氰氟草酯、灭草松、嘧啶肟草醚组合物除草剂对水稻田杂草室内生物活性测定来验证配方的合理性。
本发明组合物中,氰氟草酯(97%原药)由江苏中旗化工有限公司生产,灭草松(95%原药)由江苏绿利来股份有限公司生产,嘧啶肟草醚(95%原药)由韩国LG生命科学有限公司生产。
试验方法是采用温室盆栽法,在盆中播种定量的杂草(每盆40株)及水稻种子,待杂草出土后长至2-4叶期时,用喷雾机进行茎叶喷雾处理,处理后6小时后放在温室内继续培养观察,15天后调查对杂草的防除效果及对水稻的安全性。调查方法采用绝对值调查法,先调查每盆残存杂草的鲜重,再按下列公式计算各处理的鲜重防效:E=(C-T)/C×100%,式中E为鲜重防效,C为对照杂草鲜重,T为处理杂草鲜重。然后以Colby法对杂草活性进行检测对杂草的联合毒力作用,按Colby法,当E0-E>10%为增效作用;当E0-E<-10%为拮抗作用;当-10%≤E0-E≤10%为加成作用。
其中:1.氰氟草酯、灭草松、嘧啶肟草醚复配对稗草的E0-E值为11.92---33.78之间,其联合作用类型为增效作用,以氰氟草酯、灭草松、嘧啶肟草醚的重量比为8:20:2的效果最明显,E0-E值为33.78,具体数据如表1所示:

2.氰氟草酯、灭草松、嘧啶肟草醚复配对千金子的联合毒力作用如表2所示,其E0-E在14.18~29.86之间,联合作用类型为增效作用,以氰氟草酯、灭草松、嘧啶肟草醚的重量比为8:20:2的效果最明显,E0-E值29.86。

三、药效实施例:
1.试验作物及对象:供试作物为水稻直播田,试验对象为以稗草、千金子等为主的禾本科杂草以及少部分三棱草及鸭舌草等。
试验药剂:实施例3中药剂:30%氰氟·灭·嘧啶油悬浮剂(8%氰氟草酯·20%灭草松·2%嘧啶肟草醚)(本公司生产);
对照药剂:480克/升灭草松水剂(江苏绿利来股份有限公司);
100克/升氰氟草酯乳油(广东中讯农科股份有限公司);
5%嘧啶肟草醚乳油(上海绿泽生物科技有限责任公司)。
施药时间及方法:试验于是2015年6月25日施药,当时水稻3~4叶一心期,稗草4~5叶一心期,千金子2~3叶一心期,按常规每亩配制药液15KG进行喷雾,施药后6小时以内未见有降雨。
调查时间和次数:施药前调查杂草基数,施药后2、3天观察处理区秧苗叶片颜色、生长状况,如有异常即详细记录。施药后7天(2015年7月2日)、10天(2015年7月5日)分别调查株防效和杂草地上部鲜重。
调查方法:采用5点取样法,每个小区随机选择调查5个点,每点面积0.25m2,施药7天后分别调查两种主要杂草和总杂草的株数,10天后同时调查各类杂草和总杂草的株数以及地上部鲜重,计算减退率和防效率。
药效计算方法如下:

结果分析:30%氰氟·灭·嘧啶油悬浮剂水稻直播田杂草对总杂草防效效果,药10天后,30%氰氟·灭·嘧啶油悬浮剂的防效最高,平均减退率高达90.55%,平均防除率为91.78%。5%嘧啶肟草醚乳油与100克/升氰氟草酯乳油的平均减退率为75.37%、72.21%,两者平均防除率分别71.82%、66.08%,而480克/升灭草松水剂的平均减退率仅达63.17%,平均防除率为57.56%。说明30%氰氟·灭·嘧啶油悬浮剂对水稻直播田杂草的防治效果明显高于氰氟草酯、灭草松、嘧啶肟草醚的单剂效果,因此具有较好的推广应用前景。

5%嘧啶肟草醚乳油(上海绿泽生物科技有限责任公司)。

结果分析:60%可湿性粉剂水稻直播田杂草对总杂草防效效果,用药10天后的防效最高,平均减退率高达87.49%,平均防除率为90.26%。100克/升氰氟草酯乳油%与5%嘧啶肟草醚乳油的平均减退率为72.36%、68.55%,两者平均防除率分别83.24%、81.27%,而480克/升灭草松水剂的平均减退率仅达52.78%,平均防除率为73.83%。说明60%可湿性粉剂对水稻直播田杂草的防治效果明显高于灭草松、氰氟草酯、嘧啶肟草醚的单剂效果,因此具有较好的推广应用前景。

5%嘧啶肟草醚乳油(上海绿泽生物科技有限责任公司)。

结果分析:45%水分散粒剂水稻直播田杂草对总杂草防效效果,用药10天后的防效最高,平均减退率高达88.21%,平均防除率为90.52%。100克/升氰氟草酯乳油与5%嘧啶肟草醚乳油的平均减退率为75.74%、68.89%,两者平均防除率分别75.49%、77.01%。而480克/升灭草松水剂的平均减退率仅达55.48%,平均防除率为67.07%。说明45%水分散粒剂对水稻直播田杂草的防治效果明显高于灭草松、氰氟草酯、嘧啶肟草醚的单剂效果,因此具有较好的推广应用前景。
本发明不限于这里的实施例,本领域技术人员根据本发明的揭示,不脱离本发明范畴所做出的改进和修改都应该在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种含灭草松的水稻直播田三元除草组合物,所述除草组合物包括有效成分,其特征在于:所述有效成分为氰氟草酯、灭草松和嘧啶肟草醚,所述氰氟草酯、灭草松和嘧啶肟草醚的质量比为1~20∶10~50∶1~10。
2.根据权利要求1所述的除草组合物,其特征在于:所述氰氟草酯、灭草松和嘧啶肟草醚的质量比为4~20∶12~50∶2~10。
3.根据权利要求1所述的除草组合物,其特征在于:所述除草组合物还含有农业上可接受的表面活性剂和载体。
4.根据权利要求1所述的除草组合物,其特征在于:所述除草组合物的剂型为可湿性粉剂、可分散油悬浮剂或水分散性粒剂。
