Abstract

本发明涉及一种以协同增效有效量的杀菌组合物。
背景技术
粉唑醇(Flutriafol),先正达公司开发的三唑类杀菌剂,化学名称:α-(2-氟苯基)-α-(4-氟苯基)-1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-乙醇,结构式为:其制备及其对有害真菌的作用由文献中已知(EP-A 15756、US 4623654、JP 1728595C、SE 8005909)。粉唑醇是一种三唑类杀菌剂,属于甾醇脱甲基化抑制剂,可有效抑制麦角甾醇的生物合成,能引起真菌细胞壁破裂,对担子菌和子囊菌引起的许多病害具有良好的保护和治疗作用,并兼有一定的熏蒸作用,但对卵菌和细菌无活性。原药为无色晶体,在酸、碱、热和潮湿的环境中稳定,具有广谱的杀菌活性,内吸性强,在植物体内向顶部传导,对病害有保护治疗作用。可防治禾谷类作物(主要包括小麦、大麦、黑麦、玉米等)茎叶、穗部病害以及土传病害和种传病害,如白粉病、锈病、云纹病、叶斑病、网斑病、黑穗病等。同时,也可防治土壤和种子传播的病害。对谷物白粉病有特效,尤其对麦类白粉病的孢子堆具有铲除作用,用药后5~10天,原来形成的病斑即可消失。推荐剂量下,对作物安全,无要害现象。
丙硫菌唑(prothioconazole),化学名称:(RS)-2-[2-(1-氯环丙基)-3-(2-氯苯基)-2-羟基丙基]-2,4-二氢-1,2,4-三唑-3-硫酮,结构式为:其制备及其对有害真菌的作用由文献中已知(WO-A 96/16048、CN 1058712B、CN 1060473B、CN1164229、CN 1174193)。丙硫菌唑为低毒杀菌剂,通过抑制真菌中甾醇的前体的脱甲基化作用,从而起到杀菌作用,该品种不仅具有很好的内吸活性、优异的保护、防治和铲除活性,且持效期长,对作物安全。丙硫菌唑主要应用于防治禾谷类作物如小麦、大麦、花生、水稻和豆类作物上的多种病害,几乎对所有麦类病害都具有很好的防治效果,如小麦白粉病、纹枯病、枯萎病、叶斑病、锈病、菌核病、网斑病、云纹病等。还能防治油菜和花生的土传病害,如菌核病,以及主要的叶部病害,如灰霉病、黑斑病、褐斑病、黑胫病和锈病等。使用剂量通常为每公顷有效成分200g左右,在此剂量下,其活性优于或等于目前的常规杀菌剂品种。
三唑类杀菌剂是目前杀菌剂市场上销售额最大的一类杀菌剂,也是在市场上出现的制剂品种最多的一类杀菌剂,在农作物、蔬菜、果树、经济作物等病害防治上发挥着十分重要的作用。但目前来看,三唑类杀菌剂的抗性问题正逐步显现,尤其是蔬菜病害。为了延长三唑类杀菌剂相关品种的使用寿命,目前通常将三唑类杀菌剂与其他药物复配,例如与咪鲜胺铜盐复配,但未见将三唑类杀菌剂进行复配的报道。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有协同增效作用的杀菌组合物。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请采用如下技术方案:
本发明的一个目的是提供一种杀菌组合物,所述的杀菌组合物包括活性组分,所述的活性组分包括丙硫菌唑和粉唑醇,所述的丙硫菌唑和所述的粉唑醇的重量比为1:50至50:1。
优选地,所述的丙硫菌唑和所述的粉唑醇的重量比为1:5至5:1。
进一步优选地,所述的丙硫菌唑和所述的粉唑醇的重量比为1~3:1,最有选为2:1。
根据一个实施方式,所述的活性组分还包括其他活性组分,所述的其他活性组分为选自其他杀菌活性化合物、杀虫活性化合物、具有植物生长调节作用或保健作用的活性化合物、植物微量元素中的一种或多种。
具体地,其他杀菌活性化合物为选自甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂、酰胺类杀菌剂、氨基甲酸盐类杀菌剂、其他杂环杀菌剂、抗生素类杀菌剂中的一种或多种。
甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂为选自嘧菌酯、吡唑醚菌酯、肟菌酯、啶氧菌酯、醚菌酯、氟嘧菌酯、嘧菌胺中的一种或多种。
酰胺类杀菌剂为选自苯酰菌胺、氟吗啉、烯酰吗啉、(精)甲霜灵、磺菌胺、噻呋酰胺、硅噻菌胺、稻瘟酰胺、双炔酰菌胺、萎锈灵中的一种或多种。
氨基甲酸盐类杀菌剂为选自代森锰锌、代森锌、代森联、福美双、苯噻菌胺、霜霉威、乙霉威、异丙菌胺中的一种或多种。
其他杂环杀菌剂为选自咪鲜胺、啶酰菌胺、粉锈宁、噁唑菌酮、啶菌噁唑、咯菌腈、氯苯嘧啶醇、氟苯嘧啶醇中的一种或多种。
抗生素类杀菌剂为选自春雷霉素、多抗霉素、农用链霉素、井冈霉素中的一种或多种。
杀虫活性化合物为选自吡虫啉、噻虫嗪、噻虫胺、氯虫苯甲酰胺、溴氰虫酰胺、氟虫腈中的一种或多种。
具有植物生长调节作用或保健作用的活性化合物为选自胺鲜脂、赤霉素、芸苔素内酯、多效唑、烯效唑中的一种或多种。
植物微量元素为选自游离态或螯合态的钙、铁、锌、硼、钼、镁中的一种或多种。
本发明中的杀菌组合物中的其他活性组分,其制备及其对有害真菌的作用通常是已知的(参见刘长令.世界农药大全-杀菌剂卷[M].化学工业出版社,2008.)。它们可以市购或自制的。
优选地,所述的丙硫菌唑与所述的其他活性组分的重量比为1:0.1~10,优选为1:0.5~8。
根据一个实施方式,所述的杀菌组合物还包括助剂,所述的活性组分占所述的杀菌组合物总重量的0.5~90%,优选为5~85%。
优选地,所述的助剂为选自润湿剂、分散剂、增稠剂、乳化剂、防冻剂、消泡剂、防腐剂、载体或填料、崩解剂、粘结剂、稳定剂中的一种或多种。
可选用的润湿剂有十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、拉开粉BX、润湿渗透剂F、皂角粉、茶枯、蚕沙、无患子粉中的一种或多种。
可选用的分散剂有羟基萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物(NNO)、木质素磺酸钠或钙、油酸甲基氨基乙基磺酸钠(LS)、十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯或硫酸(磺酸)酯、多芳基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠中的一种或多种。

可选用的崩解剂有碳酸氢钠、碳酸钠、膨润土、尿素、硫酸铵、氯化铝中的一种或多种。
可选用的粘结剂有聚醋酸乙烯的聚合物、聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、可溶性淀粉、膨润土中的一种或多种。
可选用的稳定剂有BHT、亚磷酸三苯酯、环氧氯丙烷、磷酸三丁酯、三乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、乙醇胺中的一种或多种。
本发明杀菌组合物中活性组分的含量取决于单独使用时的施用量,也取决于一种活性化合物与另一种或几种活性化合物的混配比例以及增效作用程度,同时也与目标真菌有关。不同剂型中的活性组分含量范围有所不同,通常情况下,液体制剂中的活性化合物的重量百分含量为杀菌组合物总重量的1至70%,优选为5至50%;固体制剂中的活性化合物的重量百分含量为为杀菌组合物总重量的5至85%,优选为10至80%。
本发明中,所述的杀菌组合物可以按需要加工成任何农药上可接受的剂型,优选可制备成悬浮种衣剂、悬浮剂、悬乳剂、水分散粒剂或可湿性粉剂。
这些制剂以已知的方式制成,例如制备悬浮剂,将活性化合物、润湿剂、分散剂、增稠剂、防冻剂、消泡剂和水混合后制成浆料,再将浆料移入砂磨机中研磨至一定细度后,取出进行各项质量指标的检测合格后得到产品;制备可湿性粉剂,将活性化合物、载体、润湿剂、分散剂混合后,经气流粉碎机粉碎和再混合均匀后得到产品;制备水分散粒剂,将活性化合物、润湿剂、分散剂、崩解剂、填料混合后经气流粉碎机粉碎后,再加入粘结剂和水,再捏合机中捏合成可塑性物料,再送入挤压造粒机中造粒,经流化床干燥、筛分后得到产品。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种所述的杀菌组合物在防治植物致病菌中的用途。
其中,植物致病菌优选为子囊菌纲(Ascomycetes)、半知菌纲(Deuteromycetes)、和担子菌纲(Basidiomycetes)的真菌。
优选地,一种所述的杀菌组合物在防治农作物的病害中的用途。
其中,农作物包括粮食作物、油料作物、果树、蔬菜、花卉。
它们对在各种作物如小麦、大麦、黑麦、燕麦、水稻、油料作物(如油菜、花生、油葵、大豆)、蔬菜(如辣椒、白菜、黄瓜、番茄)、果树(如梨、苹果、柑橘、葡萄)、花卉(如菊花、月季、玫瑰)以及多种种子中防治多种植物致病菌尤其重要。
它们有利地适合防治下列植物病害:
小麦和大麦上的白粉菌属(Erysiphae)和布氏白粉菌属(Blumeria),例如小麦上的禾布氏白粉菌小麦专化型Blumeria graminis、大麦上的禾谷类白粉菌大麦专化型Erysiphe graminis;
大豆、油菜和花生上的核盘菌属(Sclerotinia),例如花生上的落花生核盘菌Sclerotinia arachidis;
小麦、大麦、玉米、水稻、大豆上的丝核菌属(Rhizoctonia),例如小麦上的禾谷丝核菌Rhizoctonia cerealis;
小麦上的小麦网腥黑粉菌Tilletia caries和小麦光腥黑粉菌T.foetida;
玉米上的黍轴黑粉菌Sphacelotheca reiliana和玉蜀黍黑粉菌Ustilagomaydis;
小麦、大麦、玉米、高粱、花生上的柄锈菌属(Puccinia),例如小麦上的条形柄锈菌小麦专化型Puccinia striiformis、禾柄锈锈菌Puccinia graminis和小麦隐匿柄锈菌Puccinia recondita;
禾谷类、蔬菜、果树和花卉上的葡萄孢属(Botrytis),例如黄瓜上的灰葡萄孢菌Botrytis cinerea;
辣椒、番茄、黄瓜上的刺盘孢属(Colletotrichum),例如辣椒上的辣椒刺盘孢Colletotrichum capsici;
小麦、玉米、大豆上的镰刀霉属(Fusarium),例如小麦上的禾谷镰孢Fusariumgraminearum;花生上的落花生尾孢Cercospora arachidicola、平头刺盘孢Colletotrichum truncatum和齐整小核菌Sclerotium rolfsii;
大豆上的大豆壳二孢Ascochyta glycines、大豆壳针孢Septoria glycines、大豆小丛壳Golletotrichum glycines、大豆球腔菌Mycosphaerella sojae;
番茄上的番茄叶霉菌Clodosporium fulvum;
菊花、月季、玫瑰上的白粉菌属(Erysiphe),例如菊花上的菊科白粉菌Erysiphecichoracearum。
本发明的杀菌组合物尤其适于防治禾谷类病害,例如白粉菌、黑粉菌、腥黑粉菌、柄锈菌、镰孢菌、丝核菌和旋孢腔菌。
本发明的第三个目的是提供一种防治植物致病菌的方法,将所述的杀菌组合物施用于植物致病菌和/或其生境中。
其中,施用杀菌组合物处理需保护的植物的根部、周围的土壤或基质、茎、叶片、花和/或果实。
通过采用上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下优点:
本发明通过对丙硫菌唑和粉唑醇或及其他活性化合物进行复配,达到减缓有害生物对其抗性的发展速度,提高其对有害生物的防治效果,拓宽其防治谱,减少施药次数,减轻其对作物的药害和提高对哺乳动物及其他环境生物的安全性。
此外,我们发现与施用单一化合物相比,同时施用丙硫菌唑和粉唑醇可更好地防治植物致病菌(协同增效作用)。丙硫菌唑和粉唑醇联合使用对宽范围的植物病原性真菌,尤其是选自子囊菌纲(Ascomycetes)、半知菌纲(Deuteromycetes)、和担子菌纲(Basidiomycetes)的真菌具有优异的活性。并且该组合物的内吸作用强,可以作为叶面杀菌剂、拌种用杀菌剂和土壤杀菌剂用于作物保护中。
该杀菌组合物在防治植物病害所需浓度下具有良好的植物耐受性,可对植物的叶片、茎、果实、根、种子以及土壤进行处理。本发明的杀菌组合物的制剂可通过叶面喷雾、种子处理、灌根以及其他施药方式进行施用。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明不应限于这些实施例,下面所述含量均为质量含量。
实施例1 30%丙硫菌唑·粉唑醇悬浮剂
丙硫菌酯20%、粉唑醇10%、木质素磺酸盐5%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3%、黄原胶0.5%、硅酸镁铝1.5%、乙二醇2%、有机硅酮消泡剂0.5%、去离子水加至100%,混合制得30%丙硫菌唑·粉唑醇悬浮剂。
实施例2 40%丙硫菌唑·粉唑醇·嘧菌酯悬浮剂
丙硫菌酯20%、粉唑醇10%、嘧菌酯10%、萘磺酸甲醛缩合物钠盐6%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2%、黄原胶0.5%、硅酸镁铝1.5%、丙二醇2%、有机硅酮消泡剂0.5%、去离子水加至100%,混合制得40%丙硫菌唑·粉唑醇·嘧菌酯悬浮剂。
实施例3 10%丙硫菌唑·粉唑醇悬浮种衣剂
丙硫菌酯7%、粉唑醇3%、木质素磺酸钠2%、萘磺酸甲醛缩合物钠盐2%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3%、黄原胶1%、硅酸镁铝2.5%、丙三醇3%、有机硅酮消泡剂1%、玫瑰精0.5%、去离子水加至100%,混合制得10%丙硫菌唑·粉唑醇悬浮种衣剂。
实施例4 30%丙硫菌唑·粉唑醇·噻虫嗪悬浮种衣剂
丙硫菌酯3%、粉唑醇3%、噻虫嗪24%、萘磺酸甲醛缩合物钠盐5%、皂角粉2%、黄原胶0.75%、硅酸镁铝2%、丙三醇3%、有机硅酮消泡剂1%、玫瑰精0.5%、去离子水加至100%,混合制得30%丙硫菌唑·粉唑醇·噻虫嗪悬浮种衣剂。
实施例5 40%丙硫菌唑·粉唑醇可湿性粉剂
丙硫菌酯30%、粉唑醇10%、木质素磺酸钠5%、渗透剂T 6%、白炭黑5%、硅藻土加至100%,混合物进行气流粉碎,制得40%丙硫菌唑·粉唑醇可湿性粉剂。
实施例6 40%丙硫菌唑·粉唑醇·代森锰锌可湿性粉剂
丙硫菌酯10%、粉唑醇10%、代森锰锌20%、SOPA-230 7%、二异丙基萘磺酸钠5%、轻质碳酸钙5%、膨润土加至100%,混合物进行气流粉碎,制得40%丙硫菌唑·粉唑醇·代森锰锌可湿性粉剂。
实施例7 60%丙硫菌唑·粉唑醇水分散粒剂
丙硫菌唑30%、粉唑醇30%、木质素磺酸钙3%、萘磺酸甲醛缩合物钠盐3%、Morwet 30083%、硫酸铵2%、硅藻土加至100%,混合制得60%丙硫菌唑·粉唑醇水分散粒剂。
实施例8 60%丙硫菌唑·粉唑醇·代森联水分散粒剂
丙硫菌唑15%、粉唑醇15%、代森联30%、木质素磺酸钠2%、萘磺酸甲醛缩合物钠盐3%、渗透剂JFC 3%、尿素3%、凹凸棒土加至100%,混合制得60%丙硫菌唑·粉唑醇·代森联水分散粒剂。
本发明的实施例1和2的悬浮剂主要技术指标:悬浮率≥96%、持久起泡性≤20mL、倾倒性合格、热储稳定性合格、低温稳定性合格。
本发明的实施例3和4的悬浮种衣剂主要技术指标:粒径分布95%≤2μm、倾倒性合格、成膜时间≤30min、热储稳定性合格、低温稳定性合格。
本发明的实施例5和6的可湿性粉剂主要技术指标:分散性≥91%、悬浮率≥90%、润湿时间≤75秒、细度≥98%过35μm试验筛、含水量≤1.2%。
本发明的实施例7和8的水分散粒剂主要技术指标:分散性≥90%、悬浮率≥90%、润湿时间≤80秒、细度≥98%过35μm试验筛、含水量≤1.5%。
本发明实施例是采用室内毒力测定和田间试验相结合的方法。先通过室内毒力测定,明确两种药剂按一定比例复配后的增效比值(SR),SR<0.5为拮抗作用,0.5≤SR≤1.5为相加作用,SR>1.5,为增效作用,在此基础上,再进行田间试验。
计算公式如下:
SR=EC50(理论值)/EC50(实际值)
混合剂理论EC50=1/(A的百分含量/A的EC50+B的百分含量/B的EC50+…)
该试验中A为丙硫菌唑,B为粉唑醇。
实施应用例一:
丙硫菌唑与粉唑醇复配对辣椒炭疽病菌室内毒力测定。
试验药剂均由江苏七洲绿色化工股份有限公司提供。
参照《农药室内生物测定试验准则杀菌剂NY/T 1156.2-2006》进行,采用菌丝生长速率法测定药剂对作物病菌的毒力。经预试确定各药剂有效抑制浓度范围后,每个药剂按有效成分含量分别设5个剂量处理,设清水对照。72h后用十字交叉法测量菌落直径,计算各处理净生长量、菌丝生长抑制率。
净生长量(mm)=测量菌落直径-5
菌丝生长抑制率(%)=(对照组净生长量-处理组净生长量)/对照组净生长量×100
使用数据处理软件SPSS 16.0计算出每种药剂的EC50值。同时根据Wadley法计算两种药剂不同配比联合增效比值(SR),SR<0.5为拮抗作用,0.5≤SR≤1.5为相加作用,SR>1.5为增效作用。
毒力测定结果见表1。

由表1可知,丙硫菌唑和粉唑醇对辣椒炭疽病的EC50分别为1.86mg/L和1.33mg/L。丙硫菌唑和粉唑醇复配,配比在50:1至1:50时,增效比值均大于1,无明显的拮抗作用;在配比1:5至5:1时,增效比值均大于1.5,有明显的增效作用;在配比为2:1时,增效比值最高,为1.99,丙硫菌唑和粉唑醇对辣椒炭疽病的增效作用最为明显。
实施应用例二:
丙硫菌唑与粉唑醇复配对小麦白粉病菌室内毒力测定。
试验药剂均由江苏七洲绿色化工股份有限公司提供。
参照《农药室内生物测定试验准则杀菌剂NY/T 1156.4-2006》进行,采用盆栽法测定杀菌剂防治小麦白粉病试验。经预试确定各药剂有效抑制浓度范围后,每个药剂按有效成分含量分别设5个剂量处理,用喷雾法将药剂均匀喷洒于备用的小麦苗上,自然晾干,设清水对照。将发病小麦叶片上24h内产生的白粉病菌新鲜孢子均匀抖落接种于处理的2叶期至3叶期盆栽小麦苗上。每处理3盆,每盆10株。在药剂处理后24h接种,然后置适宜条件下培养,接种后14天后调查试验结果。
根据空白对照发病情况分级调查。采用如下分级方法:
0级:无病;
1级:病斑面积占整片叶面积的5%以下;
3级:病斑面积占整片叶面积的6%~15%;
5级:病斑面积占整片叶面积的16%~25%;
7级:病斑面积占整片叶面积的26%~50%;
9级:病斑面积占整片叶面积的50%以上。
根据调查数据,计算各处理的病情指数和防治效果。
病情指数=∑(各级病叶数×相对级数值)/(调查总叶数×9)×100
防治效果(%)=(空白对照病情指数-药剂处理病情指数)/空白对照病情指数×100

由表2可知,丙硫菌唑和粉唑醇对小麦白粉病的EC50分别为20.37mg/L和12.55mg/L。丙硫菌唑和粉唑醇复配,配比在50:1至1:50时,增效比值均大于1,无明显的拮抗作用;在配比1:5至5:1时,增效比值均大于1.5,有明显的增效作用;在配比为2:1时,增效比值最高,为1.72,丙硫菌唑和粉唑醇对小麦白粉病的增效作用最为明显。
实施应用例三:
丙硫菌唑与粉唑醇复配对小麦叶锈病菌室内毒力测定。
试验药剂均由江苏七洲绿色化工股份有限公司提供。
参照《农药室内生物测定试验准则杀菌剂NY/T 1156.15-2008》进行,采用盆栽法测定杀菌剂防治小麦叶锈病试验。经预试确定各药剂有效抑制浓度范围后,每个药剂按有效成分含量分别设5个剂量处理,用喷雾法将药剂均匀喷洒于备用的小麦苗上,自然晾干,设清水对照。将发病小麦叶片上24h内产生的新鲜叶锈病菌新鲜孢子悬浮液喷雾接种于处理的2叶期至3叶期盆栽小麦苗上。每处理3盆,每盆10株。在药剂处理后24h接种,接种后,黑暗保湿培养12h以上,保湿阶段要求的最适温度为15-20℃,然后在18-22℃的温室中培养,每天光照12h以上。
待空白对照发病率达到80%以上时,分级调查各处理发病情况,分级方法为:
0级:无孢子堆;
1级:孢子堆占整片叶面积的5%以下;
3级:孢子堆占整片叶面积的5%-10%;
5级:孢子堆占整片叶面积的10%-25%;
7级:孢子堆占整片叶面积的25%-50%;
9级:孢子堆占整片叶面积的50%以上。
根据调查数据,计算各处理的病情指数和防治效果。
病情指数=∑(各级病叶数×相对级数值)/(调查总叶数×9)×100
防治效果(%)=(空白对照病情指数-药剂处理病情指数)/空白对照病情指数×100

由表3可知,丙硫菌唑和粉唑醇对小麦叶锈病的EC50分别为8.17mg/L和5.38mg/L。丙硫菌唑和粉唑醇复配,配比在50:1至1:50时,增效比值均大于1,无明显的拮抗作用;在配比1:5至5:1时,增效比值均大于1.5,有明显的增效作用;在配比为2:1时,增效比值最高,为1.76,丙硫菌唑和粉唑醇对小麦叶锈病的增效作用最为明显。
实施应用例四:
30%丙硫菌唑·粉唑醇悬浮剂防治小麦白粉病田间药效试验。
30%丙硫菌唑·粉唑醇悬浮剂(20%丙硫菌唑+10%粉唑醇)按照实施例1配方制备,制剂各项指标均合格。原药均由江苏七洲绿色化工股份有限公司提供。
对照药剂为480g/L丙硫菌唑悬浮剂(市购),25%粉唑醇悬浮剂(市购)。
参照《田间药效试验准则GB/T 17980.22-2000》进行田间试验。试验地点位于江苏省涟水县郊区,小麦品种为淮麦33。药前调查小麦白粉病病情,于病情初期第一次施药,每7天施药一次,共施药2次。第一次施药前调查病情基数,第一次施药后7天、第二次施药后7天、14天调查病情指数并计算防效。
调查方法为:
每小区对角线五点取样,每点调查20株,小麦起身拔节期调查基部1-5片叶,抽穗后调查每株的旗叶及旗叶下第一片叶。
白粉病的分级方法(以叶片为单位):
0级:无病;
1级:病斑面积占整片叶面积的5%以下;
3级:病斑面积占整片叶面积的6%-15%;
5级:病斑面积占整片叶面积的16%-25%;
7级:病斑面积占整片叶面积的26%-50%;
9级:病斑面积占整片叶面积的50%以上。
病情指数=∑(各级病叶数×相对级数值)/(调查总叶数×9)×100
防治效果(%)=[1-(CK0×PT1)/(CK1×PT0)]×100
CK0:空白对照区施药前病情指数;
CK1:空白对照区施药后病情指数;
PT0:药剂处理区施药前病情指数;
PT1:药剂处理区施药后病情指数。
使用数据处理软件SPSS 16.0分析各药剂处理间防效的差异性(Duncan法,P>0.05)。
实施例1的制剂对小麦白粉病的防治效果参见表4。

在田间试验中发现,在试验剂量下各药剂处理对小麦没有明显的药害,对小麦安全。
从表4中可以看出,30%丙硫菌唑·粉唑醇悬浮剂90g/hm2、135/hm2、180/hm2处理,在第二次施药后14天,对小麦白粉病的防治效果分别为75.83%、80.13%和84.99%。30%丙硫菌唑·粉唑醇悬浮剂低剂量处理对小麦白粉病的防效与对照药剂480g/L丙硫菌唑悬浮剂150g/hm2处理无明显差异,但明显高于对照药剂25%粉唑醇悬浮剂90g/hm2处理的防效。30%丙硫菌唑·粉唑醇悬浮剂中高剂量处理对小麦白粉病的防效明显高于对照药剂25%粉唑醇悬浮剂90g/hm2处理和25%粉唑醇悬浮剂90g/hm2处理的防效。
通过田间试验结果表明,丙硫菌唑和粉唑醇的复配制剂对小麦白粉病具有良好的防治效果,且优于单剂的防治效果。
实施应用例五:
30%丙硫菌唑·粉唑醇悬浮剂防治小麦锈病田间药效试验。
30%丙硫菌唑·粉唑醇悬浮剂(20%丙硫菌唑+10%粉唑醇)按照实施例1配方制备,制剂各项指标均合格。原药均由江苏七洲绿色化工股份有限公司提供。
对照药剂为480g/L丙硫菌唑悬浮剂(市购),25%粉唑醇悬浮剂(市购)。
参照《田间药效试验准则GB/T 17980.23-2000》进行田间试验。试验地点位于江苏省涟水县郊区,小麦品种为淮麦33。药前调查小麦锈病病情,于病情初期第一次施药,每7天施药一次,共施药2次。第一次施药前调查病情基数,第一次施药后7天、第二次施药后7天、14天调查病情指数并计算防效。
调查方法为:
每小区对角线五点取样调查,每点调查20株,每株调查顶部三片叶(若有旗叶则包括旗叶),以每片叶上病斑面积占整个叶面积的百分率分级,秆锈以叶鞘或项部麦秆为调查单位。
小麦锈病的分级方法(以叶片为单位):
0级:无病;
1级:病斑面积占整片叶面积的5%以下;
3级:病斑面积占整片叶面积的6%-25%;
5级:病斑面积占整片叶面积的26%-50%;
7级:病斑面积占整片叶面积的51%-75%;
9级:病斑面积占整片叶面积的76%以上。
病情指数=∑(各级病叶数×相对级数值)/(调查总叶数×9)×100
防治效果(%)=[1-(CK0×PT1)/(CK1×PT0)]×100
CK0:空白对照区施药前病情指数;
CK1:空白对照区施药后病情指数;
PT0:药剂处理区施药前病情指数;
PT1:药剂处理区施药后病情指数。
使用数据处理软件SPSS 16.0分析各药剂处理间防效的差异性(Duncan法,P>0.05)。
实施例1的制剂对小麦锈病的防治效果参见表5。

在田间试验中发现,在试验剂量下各药剂处理对小麦没有明显的药害,对小麦安全。
从表5中可以看出,30%丙硫菌唑·粉唑醇悬浮剂90g/hm2、135/hm2、180/hm2处理,在第二次施药后14天,对小麦白粉病的防治效果分别为75.93%、82.98%和87.67%。30%丙硫菌唑·粉唑醇悬浮剂低剂量处理对小麦白粉病的防效与对照药剂480g/L丙硫菌唑悬浮剂150g/hm2处理和25%粉唑醇悬浮剂90g/hm2处理的防效无明显差异,但30%丙硫菌唑·粉唑醇悬浮剂中高剂量处理对小麦白粉病的防效明显高于对照药剂25%粉唑醇悬浮剂90g/hm2处理和25%粉唑醇悬浮剂90g/hm2处理的防效。
通过田间试验结果表明,丙硫菌唑和粉唑醇的复配制剂对小麦锈病具有良好的防治效果,且优于单剂的防治效果。
Claims (10)
1. 一种杀菌组合物,所述的杀菌组合物包括活性组分,其特征在于: 所述的活性组分包括丙硫菌唑和粉唑醇,所述的丙硫菌唑和所述的粉唑醇的重量比为1:50至50:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:所述的丙硫菌唑和所述的粉唑醇的重量比为1:5至5:1。
3.根据权利要求2所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:所述的丙硫菌唑和所述的粉唑醇的重量比为1~3:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:所述的活性组分还包括其他活性组分,所述的其他活性组分为选自其他杀菌活性化合物、杀虫活性化合物、具有植物生长调节作用或保健作用的活性化合物、植物微量元素中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:所述的丙硫菌唑与所述的其他活性组分的重量比为1:0.1~10。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:所述的杀菌组合物还包括助剂,所述的活性组分占所述的杀菌组合物总重量的0.5~90%。
7.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:所述的杀菌组合物可制备成悬浮种衣剂、悬浮剂、悬乳剂、水分散粒剂或可湿性粉剂。
8.一种如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的杀菌组合物在防治植物致病菌中的用途。
9.一种如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的杀菌组合物在防治农作物的病害中的用途。
10.一种防治植物致病菌的方法,其特征在于:将权利要求1至7中任一项所述的杀菌组合物施用于植物致病菌和/或其生境中。
