Abstract
一种展膜油悬浮剂及其在防治农作物刺吸式口器害虫方面的应用。本发明提供了一种含淡紫拟青霉的展膜油悬浮剂,包括以下重量百分含量的组分:有效成分0.4~50%,所述有效成分包括淡紫拟青霉;表面活性剂3.0~25%,成膜剂0.6~20%,余量为油性分散介质。在本发明中,提供的淡紫拟青霉的展膜油悬浮剂对刺吸式口器害虫的防治效果显著,防治效果可达83~85%。本发明提供的淡紫拟青霉的展膜油悬浮剂相比传统展膜油悬浮剂效果良好,展膜油悬浮剂在液面的展布性能佳。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及生物农药技术领域,尤其涉及一种展膜油悬浮剂及其在防治农作物刺吸式口器害虫方面的应用。
背景技术
展膜油剂是施于水面形成薄膜的油剂,具有防治效果显著的特点,省工节本防治费用低,与其他农药相比,用量及成本都较低。而且在使用过程中,操作简便,不用植保器械,直接把药滴入水中,比常规施药提高工效20倍,极大减轻施药劳动强度,有利于劳力转化,改变了现有传统繁重施药方法。另外该剂型不受气候的影响,在防治时期无论下雨或阴天均可直接滴药。该剂型属于低毒剂型,由于特殊的施药方式,使其在使用过程中不产生药液飘移,不污染环境,不产生药害,对天敌杀伤力小,对人畜安全。
而且展膜油剂的剂型产品不需要兑水稀释,直接撒滴在作物水面后会迅速铺展开,形成一层均匀的药膜,同时在助剂的作用下,药膜会沿着作物茎秆向上铺展,集中于水生植物茎秆基部,从而实现常规施药方式难以实现的水生作物病虫草害的有效防治。
然而,现有展膜油剂的种类在水面铺展性能欠佳,形成的药膜性能对产品的防治效果有较大的起伏。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,而提供了一种含淡紫拟青霉的展膜油悬浮剂。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
本发明提供了一种展膜油悬浮剂,包括以下质量百分含量的组分:活性成分0.4~50%,所述的活性成分包括淡紫拟青霉;表面活性剂3~25%;成膜剂0.6~25%;余量的油性分散介质。
优选的,所述淡紫拟青霉中活孢子含量为1~50亿个/克。
优选的,所述的活性成分还包括有机杀虫剂,所述的有机杀虫剂为甲氨基阿维菌素、呋虫胺、噻虫嗪、阿维菌素、噻虫啉、多杀菌素、氟啶虫酰胺、灭幼脲、氯虫苯甲酰胺、除虫脲、高效氯氰菊酯、高效氯氟氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯和茚虫威中的一种或几种。
优选的,所述淡紫拟青霉与有机杀虫剂的重量比为(1~40):(1~50)。
优选的,所述成膜剂包括十二碳醇酯、十八醇、丙二醇苯醚、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯和丁醚醋酸酯中的一种或几种。
优选的,所述成膜剂在展膜油悬浮剂中的质量百分含量为3~20%。
优选的,所述表面活性剂包括异辛基琥珀酸钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或两种。
优选的,包括5~20%的表面活性剂。
优选的,所述油性分散介质为白油、二甲苯、溶剂油、甲基萘和醋酸乙酯中的一种或几种。

具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种展膜油悬浮剂,包括以下质量百分含量的组分:活性成分0.4~50%,所述的活性成分包括淡紫拟青霉;表面活性剂3~25%;成膜剂0.6~25%;余量的油性分散介质。
在本发明中所述的活性成分的质量含量优选为0.4~50%,更优选为8~35%,最优选为15~25%。本发明中所述的活性成分包括淡紫拟青霉,所述的淡紫拟青霉中活孢子含量优选的为1~50亿个/克,更优选的为2~20亿个/克,最优选的为5亿个/克。
在本发明中,所述淡紫拟青霉优选为选自生物保藏编号为CGMCC No.7994的菌种活化培养得到。
在本发明中,所述提淡紫青霉的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)将淡紫拟青霉菌种活化;
2)将所述步骤1)得到的活化后的淡紫拟青霉接种于淡紫拟青霉一级液体培养基中进行一级液体培养,得到淡紫拟青霉一级种子液;
3)将所述步骤2)得到的一级种子液接种于淡紫拟青霉二级液体培养基中进行二级液体培养,得到淡紫拟青霉二级种子液;
4)将所述步骤3)得到的二级种子液接种于淡紫拟青霉固体培养基中,进行固体培养,得到淡紫拟青霉。
本发明中淡紫拟青霉菌种的活化是将保藏的淡紫拟青霉菌种接种于装有营养琼脂培养基的茄型瓶中,25~30℃培养10~14h进行活化培养。
得到活化的淡紫拟青霉,本发明将所述活化的淡紫拟青霉接种到淡紫拟青霉一级液体培养基中进行淡紫拟青霉一级液体培养,得到淡紫拟青霉一级种子液。在本发明中,所述一级液体培养的接种量优选为0.5~1.5%,更优选为0.8~1.2%,最优选为1.0%。
在本发明中,所述一级液体培养基优选包括以下质量含量的组分:葡萄糖30~50g/L,黄豆粉5~15g/L,硝酸钠5~15g/L,磷酸氢二钾1.8~2.2g/L,氯化钾0.25~0.75g/L,硫酸镁0.18~0.30g/L,硫酸铁0.01~0.08g/L,余量为水;更优选为葡萄糖35~45g/L,黄豆粉8~12g/L,硝酸钠8~12g/L,磷酸氢二钾1.9~2.15g/L,氯化钾0.35~0.65g/L,硫酸镁0.20~0.26g/L,硫酸铁0.03~0.07g/L,余量为水;最优选为葡萄糖40g/L,黄豆粉10g/L,硝酸钠10g/L,磷酸氢二钾2.06g/L,氯化钾0.5g/L,硫酸镁0.24g/L,硫酸铁0.05g/L,余量为水。本发明对上述药品的来源没有特殊限制,采用本领域技术人员常规用于制备培养基的药品即可。
在本发明中,所述一级液体培养的时间优选为35~50h,更优选为40~48h,最优选为43h。所述一级液体培养的温度优选为25~30℃,更优选为26~29℃,最优选为28℃。所述一级液体培养的初始pH值优选6.0~7.0,更优选为6.4~6.8,最优选为6.5。
在本发明中,在一级液体培养的过程进行通气,具体优选为:进入培养24h内,通气量为10~20m3/h,培养24h后,通气量为15~24m3/h;更优选为:进入培养24h内,通气量为12~18m3/h,培养24h后,通气量为18~22m3/h;最优选为:进入培养24h内,通气量为15m3/h,培养24h后,通气量为20m3/h。本发明对所述通气的设备没有特殊限定,采用本领域技术人员熟知的通气设备即可,如通风机。
在本发明中,所述一级液体培养在黑暗条件下进行培养。本发明对提供黑暗条件的方法没有特殊限定,采用本领域技术人员常规选用的提供黑暗条件的方法即可。
得到淡紫拟青霉一级种子液后,本发明将所述一级淡紫拟青霉一级种子液接种于淡紫拟青霉二级液体培养基中进行淡紫拟青霉二级液体培养,得到淡紫拟青霉二级种子液。在本发明中,所述二级液体培养的接种量优选为5~15%,更优选为8~12%,最优选为10%
在本发明中,所述二级液体培养基优选包括以下质量含量的组分:蔗糖10~80g/L,黄豆粉1~30g/L,硝酸钠0.1~20g/L,磷酸氢二钾0.05~5g/L,硫酸锌0.03~3g/L,硫酸铁0.01~1g/L,余量为水;更优选为蔗糖25~60g/L,黄豆粉8~22g/L,硝酸钠3~15g/L,磷酸氢二钾0.5~3g/L,硫酸锌0.1~2g/L,硫酸铁0.03~0.07g/L,余量为水;最优选为蔗糖40g/L,黄豆粉20g/L,硝酸钠5g/L,磷酸氢二钾1.5g/L,硫酸锌0.24g/L,硫酸铁0.05g/L,余量为水。本发明对上述药品的来源没有特殊限制,采用本领域技术人员常规用于制备培养基的药品即可。

在本发明中,在二级液体培养过程通入空气,具体优选为进入培养24h内,通气量为130~170m3/h,培养24h后,通气量为200~260m3/h;更优选为进入培养24h内,通气量为140~160m3/h,培养24h后,通气量为210~250m3/h;最优选为进入培养24h内,通气量为150m3/h,培养24h后,通气量为230m3/h。本发明对所述通气的设备没有特殊的限定,采用本领域技术人员熟知的通气设备即可,如通风机。
在本发明中,所述二级液体培养需要在搅拌下进行,所述搅拌的频率优选为1~2次/h,更优选为2次/h;每次搅拌的时间优选为10~20min,更优选为12~18min,最优选为15min。本发明对所述搅拌的设备没有特殊的限定,采用本领域技术人员熟知的搅拌设备即可。
在本发明中,所述二级液体培养在黑暗条件下进行培养。本发明对提供黑暗条件的方法没有特殊限定,采用本领域技术人员常规选用的提供黑暗条件的方法即可。
得到淡紫拟青霉二级种子液后,本发明将得到的淡紫拟青霉二级种子液接种于淡紫拟青霉固体培养基中,进行固体培养,得到淡紫拟青霉。在本发明中,所述淡紫拟青霉固体培养的接种量优选为5~15%,更优选为8~12%,最优选为10%。
在本发明中,所述淡紫拟青霉固体培养基优选包括以下质量含量的组分:麦麸40~60%,玉米粉25~35%,黄豆粉5~15%,谷壳5~13%,硫酸铵0.5~1.5%;更优选为麦麸45~55%,玉米粉27~32%,黄豆粉8~12%,谷壳7~11%,硫酸铵0.8~1.2%;最优选为麦麸50%,玉米粉30%,黄豆粉10%,谷壳9%,硫酸铵1%。本发明对上述原料的来源没有特殊的限定,采用本领域技术人员常规配置培养基的原料即可。
在本发明中,所述淡紫拟青霉固体培养基的初始含水量优选为30~70%,更优选为40~60%,最优选为50%。在本发明中,所述固体培养的培养基厚度优选为1~6cm,更优选为2~4cm,最优选为3cm。
在本发明中,所述淡紫拟青霉固体培养的过程温度和湿度的控制,所述温度和湿度的控制程序具体优选为:在进入固体培养1~3d之内控制环境湿度为80~90%,环境温度为24~28℃,菌料温度控制为24~28℃,在进入固体培养4~5d之内控制环境湿度为40~50%,环境温度为26℃,6~7d之内环境温度为28~30℃;更优选为:在进入固体培养1~3d之内控制环境湿度为85%,环境温度为26℃,菌料温度控制为26℃,在进入固体培养4~5d之内控制环境湿度为45%,环境温度为26℃,6~7d之内环境温度为29℃,环境湿度为自然条件下的湿度。
在本发明中,所述淡紫拟青霉固体培养优选在28~32h时翻盘散热,更优选为29~31h,最优选为30h。
在本发明中,所述淡紫拟青霉固体培养优选在45~55h时将营养液喷洒到菌料上,更优选为48~52h,最优选为50h。所述营养液的喷洒量优选为菌料体积的5~10%,更优选为6~9%,最优选为8%。本发明对喷洒营养液的设备没有特殊限定,采用本领域技术人员熟知的喷洒设备即可。
在本发明中,所述营养液优选包括以下质量含量的组分:5%葡萄糖,0.002%CaCl2和0.003%ZnSO4。本发明对上述药品的来源没有特殊限定,采用本领域技术人员常规使用的药品即可。
所述固体培养后,本发明优选对得到孢子粉的进行收集,得到淡紫拟青霉孢子。在本发明中,所述孢子粉的收集具体采用微生物固态发酵真菌孢子分离设备的仪器进行。所述微生物固态发酵真菌孢子分离设备的仪器购自江西天人生态股份有限公司。
在本发明中,所述的活性成分优选还包括有机杀虫剂;具体的所述有机杀虫剂优选为甲氨基阿维菌素、呋虫胺、噻虫嗪、阿维菌素、噻虫啉、多杀菌素、氟啶虫酰胺、灭幼脲、氯虫苯甲酰胺、除虫脲、高效氯氰菊酯、高效氯氟氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯和茚虫威中的一种或几种。本发明对上述有机杀虫剂的来源没有特殊限定,采用市售商品即可。
在本发明中,当所述的活性成分同时包括淡紫拟青霉和有机杀虫剂时,淡紫拟青霉与有机杀虫剂的质量比优选为(1~40):(1~50),更优选为(3~38):(2~45),最优选为(8~30):(10~35)。
本发明提供的展膜油悬浮剂包括质量含量优选为3~25%的表面活性剂,更优选为5~20%,最优选为12~16%。在本发明中,对所述的表面活性剂没有特殊限定,采用本领域技术人员熟知的市售商品即可。具体的可优选为异辛基琥珀酸钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或两种,更优选为异辛基琥珀酸钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。当所述表面活性剂为上述两种试剂时,所述异辛基琥珀酸钠与脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的质量比优选为(1~10):5,更优选为(3~7):5,最优选为5:5。在本发明中,所述表面活性剂吸附于农药微粒表面,形成不同的分散体系,起到乳化、润湿、增溶、消泡、稳定的作用。在农药使用过程中,表面活性剂可以改善药液在植物叶面或防治对象表面上的分布、附着、渗透等,提高农药剂量的有效转移,直接或间接地提高农药的有效利用率。
本发明提供的展膜油悬浮剂优选包括质量含量为0.6~25%的成膜剂,更优选为3~20%,最优选为10~15%。在本发明中,对所述成膜剂的来源没有特殊限定,采用本领域技术人员常规选用的市售商品即可。具体的可优选为十二碳醇酯、十八醇、丙二醇苯醚、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯和丁醚醋酸酯中的一种或几种,更优选为2~4种,最优选为5种。当所述成膜剂为上述试剂的2~4种时,可任意比例混合。当所述成膜剂为上述试剂的5种时,所述十二碳醇酯与十八醇、丙二醇苯醚、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、丁醚醋酸酯的质量比优选为(0.5~8):(1~8):(0.5~7):(1~10):(0.1~4.5),更优选为(1~7):(2~7):(1~6):(3~8):(0.5~4),最有选为(3~5):(3~4):(4~5):(4~5):(1~2)。在本发明中,所述成膜剂的作用为促进展膜油悬浮剂塑性流动和弹性变形,可以使展膜油悬浮剂具有更好的铺展性能。
本发明提供的淡紫拟青霉的展膜油悬浮剂余量为油性分散介质。在本发明中,对所述油性分散介质的来源没有特殊限定,采用本领域技术人员熟知的常规市售商品即可。具体的可优选为白油、二甲苯、溶剂油、甲基萘和醋酸乙酯中的一种或几种。油性分散介质具体的可为上述试剂中的任意几种,可任意比例混合。在本发明中,所述油性分散介质能够将有效成分分散均匀,使展膜油悬浮剂质地均匀、分散性能好。
本发明对所述淡紫拟青霉的展膜油悬浮剂的制备方法没有特殊的限定,采用本领域技术人员熟知的展膜油悬浮剂的制备方法即可。具体的可将所述的有效成分、表面活性剂、成膜剂和油性分散介质混合后制备得到。
本发明还提供了淡紫拟青霉展膜油悬浮剂在防治农作物刺吸式口器害虫方面的应用。本发明所述的淡紫拟青霉展膜油悬浮剂可防治各类害虫和害螨,包括南方根结线虫、孢囊线虫、白色球孢囊线虫、穿刺线虫、金线虫、异皮线虫、珍珠线虫、蚜虫、木虱、褐飞虱等。
本发明对所述淡紫拟青霉的展膜油悬浮剂的施药方法没有特殊限定,采用本领域技术人员熟知的展膜油悬浮剂的施药方法即可。
下面将结合本发明中的实施例,对本发明中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
以下实施例活性成分含量均按折百公斤计算后加入,其中淡紫拟青霉如无特别指出含孢量,含孢量为5亿/克。
实施例1
淡紫拟青霉一级种子液的制备:将保藏的淡紫拟青霉菌种接种于装有营养琼脂培养基的茄型瓶中,28℃培养12h进行活化培养,完成菌种活化;活化后的淡紫拟青霉菌种按照1%的接种量接种于淡紫拟青霉一级液体培养基中,一级液体培养基包括以下质量含量的组分:葡萄糖40g/L,黄豆粉10g/L,硝酸钠10g/L,磷酸氢二钾2.06g/L,氯化钾0.5g/L,硫酸镁0.24g/L,硫酸铁0.05g/L,余量为水。淡紫拟青霉一级液体培养的温度为28℃,初始pH值为6.8,进入培养24h内按照15m3/h通气量进行通气培养,液体培养24h后按照20m3/h的通气量进行通气培养,黑暗培养43h后,停止培养,得到淡紫拟青霉一级种子液。
淡紫拟青霉二级种子液的制备:将得到的淡紫拟青霉一级种子液以10%接种量接种于淡紫拟青霉二级液体培养基中,二级液体培养基包括以下质量含量的组分:蔗糖40g/L,黄豆粉20g/L,硝酸钠5g/L,磷酸氢二钾1.5g/L,硫酸锌0.24g/L,硫酸铁0.05g/L,余量为水。二级液体培养的温度为28℃,pH值为6.5,进入培养24h内,通气量为150m3/h,培养24h后,通气量为230m3/h,每小时搅拌2次,每次搅拌时间为15min,黑暗培养65h后,停止培养,得到淡紫拟青霉二级种子液。
淡紫拟青霉的固体培养:将得到的淡紫拟青霉二级种子液以10%的接种量接种于淡紫拟青霉固体培养基中,固体培养基包括以下质量含量的组分:麦麸50%,玉米粉30%,黄豆粉10%,谷壳9%,硫酸铵1%。淡紫拟青霉固体培养基的初始含水量为50%,固体培养第1d环境温度为28℃,物料温度为24℃,环境湿度在90%下进行培养;固体培养第2d环境温度为24℃,菌料温度为28℃,环境湿度在85%下进行培养,在培养30h时进行翻盘;固体培养第3d环境温度为26℃,物料温度为28℃,环境湿度在80%下进行培养,在培养50h时将5%葡萄糖、0.002%CaCl2和0.003%ZnSO4的营养液喷洒到菌料上;固体培养第4d环境温度为26℃,环境湿度在50%下进行培养;固体培养第5d环境温度为26℃,环境湿度在40%下进行培养;固体培养第6d环境温度为28℃,环境湿度在自然条件下进行培养;固体培养第7d环境温度为30℃,环境湿度在自然条件下进行培养,固体培养7d后,停止培养,得到的淡紫拟青霉有效孢子量在5亿/g以上。
将固体培养后的菌料采用微生物固态培养真菌孢子分离设备收集淡紫拟青霉孢子,将收集的孢子在显微镜下观察孢子形态,以确定为淡紫拟青霉孢子。
实施例2
以重量百分比计,将实施例1制备的淡紫拟青霉20%,异辛基琥珀酸钠7.5%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚7.5%,十二碳醇酯1%,十八醇7%,丙二醇苯醚6%,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯3%,丁醚醋酸酯0.5%,溶剂油补足至100%。
制备工艺:在带搅拌器的混合釜中,先将淡紫拟青霉、异辛基琥珀酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、十二碳醇酯、十八醇、丙二醇苯醚、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、丁醚醋酸酯、溶剂油,充分搅拌混合后,再泵入砂磨机中砂磨,砂磨至颗粒大小D90≤5μm后,即得含淡紫拟青霉展膜油悬浮剂。
按照与实施例2相同的制备工艺,制备以下实施例。
实施例3
以重量百分比计,将实施例1制备的淡紫拟青霉4%,甲氨基阿维菌素2%,异辛基琥珀酸钠7.0%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚7.5%,十二碳醇酯7%,十八醇3%,丙二醇苯醚1%,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯3%,丁醚醋酸酯5%,白油22%,溶剂油补足至100%;得到含有甲氨基阿维菌素和淡紫拟青霉的展膜油悬浮剂。
实施例4
以重量百分比计,将实施例1制备的淡紫拟青霉25%,呋虫胺15%,异辛基琥珀酸钠4%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚12%,十二碳醇酯2%,十八醇2%,丙二醇苯醚5%,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯5%,丁醚醋酸酯2%,醋酸乙酯8%,甲基萘补足至100%。得到含有呋虫胺和淡紫拟青霉的展膜油悬浮剂。。
实施例5
以重量百分比计,将实施例1制备的淡紫拟青霉18%,噻虫嗪14%,异辛基琥珀酸钠8%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚4%,十二碳醇酯5%,白油补足至100%,得到含有噻虫嗪和淡紫拟青霉的展膜油悬浮剂。
实施例6
以重量百分比计,将实施例1制备的淡紫拟青霉26%,阿维菌素4%,异辛基琥珀酸钠6.5%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚8.5%,十八醇4%,丙二醇苯醚5%,溶剂油补足至100%。得到含有阿维菌素和淡紫拟青霉的展膜油悬浮剂。
实施例7
以重量百分比计,将实施例1制备的淡紫拟青霉38%,噻虫啉12%,异辛基琥珀酸钠12%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚8%,丁醚醋酸酯4%,十二碳醇酯7%,白油补足至100%,得到含有噻虫啉和淡紫拟青霉的展膜油悬浮剂。
实施例8
以重量百分比计,将实施例1制备的淡紫拟青霉4%,氟啶虫酰胺15%,异辛基琥珀酸钠5%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚14%,十二碳醇酯6%,十八醇3%,丙二醇苯醚5%,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯4%,丁醚醋酸酯2%,醋酸乙酯补足至100%,得到含有氟啶虫酰胺和淡紫拟青霉的展膜油悬浮剂。
实施例9
以重量百分比计,将实施例1制备的淡紫拟青霉3%,灭虫脲45%,异辛基琥珀酸钠5%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6%,十二碳醇酯2%,十八醇4%,丙二醇苯醚3%,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯4%,丁醚醋酸酯2%,二甲苯补足至100%,得到含有灭幼脲和淡紫拟青霉的展膜油悬浮剂。
实施例10
以重量百分比计,将实施例1制备的淡紫拟青霉18%,氯虫苯甲酰胺22%,异辛基琥珀酸钠6%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚12%,十二碳醇酯5%,十八醇6%,丙二醇苯醚4%,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯5%,丁醚醋酸酯1%,溶剂油补足至100%,得到含有氯虫苯甲酰胺和淡紫拟青霉的展膜油悬浮剂。
实施例11
以重量百分比计,将实施例1制备的淡紫拟青霉4%,除虫脲32%,异辛基琥珀酸钠8%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚8%,十二碳醇酯2%,十八醇4%,丙二醇苯醚3%,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯4%,丁醚醋酸酯2%,二甲苯补足至100%,得到含有除虫脲和淡紫拟青霉的展膜油悬浮剂。
实施例12
以重量百分比计,将实施例1制备的淡紫拟青霉10%,茚虫威20%,异辛基琥珀酸钠8%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚14%,十二碳醇酯4%,十八醇2%,丙二醇苯醚4%,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯4%,丁醚醋酸酯1%,白油补足至100%,得到含有茚虫威和淡紫拟青霉的展膜油悬浮剂。
实施例13
以重量百分比计,将实施例1制备的淡紫拟青霉15%,甲氨基阿维菌素1%,噻虫啉16%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚12%,十二碳醇酯2%,十八醇2%,丙二醇苯醚3%,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯8%,丁醚醋酸酯1%,溶剂油补足至100%,得到含有甲氨基阿维菌素、噻虫啉和淡紫拟青霉的展膜油悬浮剂。
实施例14
以重量百分比计,将实施例1制备的淡紫拟青霉15%,灭幼脲12%,茚虫威2%,异辛基琥珀酸钠8%,十二碳醇酯4%,十八醇6%,丙二醇苯醚2%,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯4%,丁醚醋酸酯2%,甲基萘补足至100%,得到含有甲氨基阿维菌素、噻虫啉和淡紫拟青霉的展膜油悬浮剂。
对实施例2~14获得的含淡紫拟青霉的展膜油悬浮剂进行水面性能以及对防治褐飞虱效果的测试,以8%噻嗪酮展膜油剂为对照,结果见表1:

从表1可以得出,采用本发明提供的淡紫拟青霉展膜油悬浮剂的铺展时间为1.7~2.2s,铺展速度为67~73cm/s,铺展面积为5.7~6.4m2,杀虫效果在83%以上。与对照组相比,淡紫拟青霉的展膜油悬浮剂的铺展性能佳,达到的杀虫效果稳定且要高于8%噻嗪酮展膜油剂。
由以上实施例可知,本发明所述的展膜油悬浮剂与传统的展膜油剂相比,本发明提供的展膜油悬浮剂的铺展性能良好,达到的防治虫害的效果稳定。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种展膜油悬浮剂,包括以下质量百分含量的组分:
活性成分0.4~50%,所述的活性成分包括淡紫拟青霉;
表面活性剂3~25%;
成膜剂0.6~25%;
余量的油性分散介质。
2.根据权利要求1所述的展膜油悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述淡紫拟青霉中活孢子含量为1~50亿个/克。
3.根据权利要求1所述的展膜油悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述的活性成分还包括有机杀虫剂,所述的有机杀虫剂为甲氨基阿维菌素、呋虫胺、噻虫嗪、阿维菌素、噻虫啉、多杀菌素、氟啶虫酰胺、灭幼脲、氯虫苯甲酰胺、除虫脲、高效氯氰菊酯、高效氯氟氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯和茚虫威中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的展膜油悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述淡紫拟青霉与有机杀虫剂的重量比为(1~40):(1~50)。
5.根据权利要求1所述展膜油悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述成膜剂包括十二碳醇酯、十八醇、丙二醇苯醚、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯和丁醚醋酸酯中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1或5所述展膜油悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述成膜剂在展膜油悬浮剂中的质量百分含量为3~20%。
7.根据权利要求1所述展膜油悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂包括异辛基琥珀酸钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或两种。
8.根据权利要求1或7所述的展膜油悬浮剂,其特征在于,包括5~20%的表面活性剂。
9.根据权利要求1所述的展膜油悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述油性分散介质为白油、二甲苯、溶剂油、甲基萘和醋酸乙酯中的一种或几种。
10.根据权利要求1~9任意一项所述的展膜油悬浮剂在防治农作物刺吸式口器害虫方面的应用。
