本发明涉及一种支承构件,其具有外部的滚动轨道和内部的滚动轨道,和容纳在外部的滚动轨道和内部的滚动轨道之间的滚珠。
背景技术
在支承构件中,为滚动轨道使用不同的几何形状。还已知的是:在滚珠丝杠传动机构中,滚珠滚动轨道不但在主轴上制造,而且在具有哥特式轮廓的滚珠丝杠螺母上制造。类似地,在轴向球轴承中(四点轴承)中也能够为内环和外环配设哥特式轮廓。
在具有哥特式轮廓的滚动轨道中,可能会出现不期望的三点接触,所述三点接触不利地影响滚动轴承的滚动。
另一方面,常见的是:其中径向球轴承设有内环和外环,所述内环和外环具有连续的半径,即具有球形轮廓。在此,内环和外环匹配于滚珠的直径。
然而,这两种结构类型也具有缺点。轴向球轴承(四点轴承)适合于承受力矩,当然其制造由于下述而变难:必须遵守窄的公差。因为在哥特式轮廓中与球形轮廓相比必须更大程度地进行控制,所以制造是耗费的。
从文献CH 356 319中已知一种球轴承,所述球轴承的滚动轨道在球上具有不同的贴靠部(Schmiegungen)。
发明内容
本发明所基于的目的是:提供一种支承构件,所述支承构件在结构空间相同的情况下适合于更高的负荷。
为了实现所述目的,在开始提出类型的支承构件中,根据本发明提出:一个滚动轨道具有哥特式轮廓,并且另一滚动轨道具有球形轮廓。
根据本发明的支承构件将哥特式轮廓的优点与连续轮廓的优点相结合。因为仅在一个滚动轨道中设有哥特式轮廓,所以与如下支承构件相比,降低制造耗费和测量耗费,所述支承构件具有两个滚动轨道,这两个滚动轨道具有哥特式轮廓。当然前提是:在根据本发明的支承构件中,在运行中允许轴向间隙。
根据本发明的支承构件的一个优选的改进形式提出:外部的滚动轨道具有哥特式轮廓,并且内部的滚动轨道具有球形轮廓。在该设计方案中,得到在内环上的更紧密的贴靠,由此能够提高待由支承构件承受的负荷。与之相应地,在结构空间相同的情况下,根据本发明的支承构件能够承受和传递更高的负荷。
根据本发明的支承构件的第一设计方案提出:所述支承构件构成为球轴承,其中外部的滚动轨道构成在外环上,并且内部的滚动轨道构成在内环上。因此,根据本发明的支承构件是特定的球轴承,其中优选外环具有哥特式轮廓,并且内环具有球形轮廓。
根据本发明的替选的第二设计方案,根据本发明的支承构件能够构成为滚珠丝杠传动机构,其中外部的滚动轨道构成在滚珠丝杠螺母上,并且内部的滚动轨道构成在丝杠上。构成为丝杠的支承构件同样特征在于:小的结构空间需求和大的可承受的负荷。
此外,本发明涉及电的中央分离器,所述电的中央分离器具有所描述类型的支承构件。

图1示出常规的支承构件1的细节,其具有外环2、内环3和容纳在其之间的滚珠4。在图1中识别出:外环2的和内环3的滚动轨道分别构成为哥特式轮廓。在图1中,在两个相对置的部位处绘制箭头5、6,在所述部位处需遵守窄的制造公差,以便在所述部位处防止在滚珠4和轴承环的哥特式轮廓之间的接触。
与之相对,图2示出支承构件7,所述支承构件具有外环8和内环9,所述外环具有哥特式轮廓,并且所述内环具有连续的轮廓。因此,支承构件7包括外环8、内环9和设置在其之间的滚珠10。在图2中通过箭头11表明的部位处,滚珠10和内环9之间的间距与图1的常规的支承构件1相比更大。因此,即使在考虑公差的情况下,在内环9和滚珠10之间也不可能出现不期望的点接触。因为能实现更紧密的贴靠,所以支承构件7能够尤其紧凑地构成,并且其杰出之处在于与常规的支承构件相比更高的寿命。

1.一种支承构件(7),其具有外部的滚动轨道和内部的滚动轨道,和容纳在所述外部的滚动轨道和所述内部的滚动轨道之间的滚珠(10),
其特征在于,一个滚动轨道具有哥特式轮廓,并且另一个滚动轨道具有球形轮廓。
2.根据权利要求1所述的支承构件,其特征在于,所述外部的滚动轨道具有哥特式轮廓,并且所述内部的滚动轨道具有球形轮廓。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的支承构件,其特征在于,所述支承构件构成为球轴承,其中所述外部的滚动轨道构成在外环(8)上,并且所述内部的滚动轨道构成在内环(9)上。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的支承构件,其特征在于,所述支承构件构成为滚珠丝杠传动机构,其中所述外部的滚动轨道构成在滚珠丝杠螺母上,并且所述内部的滚动轨道构成在丝杠上。
5.一种电的中央分离器,其具有根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的支承构件(7)。
