Abstract
本发明公开了一种消光粉末涂料及其制备方法,按重量份数计,所述粉末涂料的原料组成为:环氧树脂35~45份、聚酯树脂15~25份、丙烯酸消光固化剂10~20份、流平剂0.5~1.5份、表面助剂1.5~2.5份、色料15~25份、二氧化硅2~5份、滑石粉2~5份、埃洛石粉3~4份、碳纳米管0.5~1份和活化的硅灰石粉3~5份。本发明通过对涂料配方进行改进,制得的粉末涂料消光性好,并具有良好的耐腐蚀性、储存稳定性、热稳定性和抗冲击等力学性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于粉末涂料的制备领域,具体涉及一种消光粉末涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,各种类型的粉末涂料屡见不鲜,如闪光型粉末涂料、各种色彩艳丽的粉末涂料等,这些高光泽的涂料反光比较严重,容易对人体的眼睛产生危害,而且消费者的审美也逐渐偏向于休闲时尚化,因此具有柔和外观的消光粉末涂料的需求急剧增加。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术不足,提供一种消光粉末涂料及其制备方法。本发明通过对涂料配方进行改进,制得的粉末涂料消光性好,并具有良好的耐腐蚀性、储存稳定性、热稳定性和抗冲击等力学性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种消光粉末涂料,按重量份数计,其原料组成为:环氧树脂35~45份、聚酯树脂15~25份、丙烯酸消光固化剂10~20份、流平剂0.5~1.5份、表面助剂1.5~2.5份、色料15~25份、二氧化硅2~5份、滑石粉2~5份、埃洛石粉3~4份、碳纳米管0.5~1份和活化的硅灰石粉3~5份。
所述的活化的硅灰石粉的制备方法为:将硅灰石于850℃下煅烧4.5h,空冷至室温,随后采用气流粉碎机对其进行气流粉碎,气流粉碎压力为0.45Mpa;将粉碎得到的硅灰石粉用1.5wt%的硫酸进行浸泡处理20min;将得到的酸化的硅灰石粉烘干后,利用干法处理,用偶联剂对其表面进行改性处理,得到活化的硅灰石粉。
所述活化的硅灰石粉的长径比为18~24。
按配比将所有原料混合均匀,进入双螺杆挤出机,螺杆转速950r/min,温度120℃,挤出并压片,粉碎、过筛即得消光粉末涂料。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明通过对涂料配方进行改进,制得的粉末涂料消光性好,并具有良好的耐腐蚀性、储存稳定性、热稳定性和抗冲击等力学性能。

以下结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明,但本发明不仅仅限于这些实施例。
实施例1
一种消光粉末涂料,按重量份数计,其原料组成为:环氧树脂35份、聚酯树脂15份、丙烯酸消光固化剂10份、流平剂0.5份、表面助剂1.5份、色料15份、二氧化硅2份、滑石粉2份、埃洛石粉3份、碳纳米管0.5份和活化的硅灰石粉3份。
按配比将所有原料混合均匀,进入双螺杆挤出机,螺杆转速950r/min,温度120℃,挤出并压片,粉碎、过筛即得消光粉末涂料。
实施例2
一种消光粉末涂料,按重量份数计,其原料组成为:环氧树脂45份、聚酯树脂25份、丙烯酸消光固化剂20份、流平剂1.5份、表面助剂2.5份、色料25份、二氧化硅5份、滑石粉5份、埃洛石粉4份、碳纳米管1份和活化的硅灰石粉5份。
按配比将所有原料混合均匀,进入双螺杆挤出机,螺杆转速950r/min,温度120℃,挤出并压片,粉碎、过筛即得消光粉末涂料。
实施例3
一种消光粉末涂料,按重量份数计,其原料组成为:环氧树脂40份、聚酯树脂20份、丙烯酸消光固化剂15份、流平剂1份、表面助剂2份、色料20份、二氧化硅3份、滑石粉3份、埃洛石粉3.5份、碳纳米管0.8份和活化的硅灰石粉4份。
按配比将所有原料混合均匀,进入双螺杆挤出机,螺杆转速950r/min,温度120℃,挤出并压片,粉碎、过筛即得消光粉末涂料。
实施例1~3所述的活化的硅灰石粉的制备方法为:将硅灰石于850℃下煅烧4.5h,空冷至室温,随后采用气流粉碎机对其进行气流粉碎,气流粉碎压力为0.45Mpa;将粉碎得到的硅灰石粉用1.5wt%的硫酸进行浸泡处理20min;将得到的酸化的硅灰石粉烘干后,利用干法处理,用偶联剂对其表面进行改性处理,得到活化的硅灰石粉。

1.一种消光粉末涂料,其特征在于:按重量份数计,所述粉末涂料的原料组成为:环氧树脂35~45份、聚酯树脂15~25份、丙烯酸消光固化剂10~20份、流平剂0.5~1.5份、表面助剂1.5~2.5份、色料15~25份、二氧化硅2~5份、滑石粉2~5份、埃洛石粉3~4份、碳纳米管0.5~1份和活化的硅灰石粉3~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的消光粉末涂料,其特征在于:所述的活化的硅灰石粉的制备方法为:将硅灰石于850℃下煅烧4.5h,空冷至室温,随后采用气流粉碎机对其进行气流粉碎,气流粉碎压力为0.45Mpa;将粉碎得到的硅灰石粉用1.5wt%的硫酸进行浸泡处理20min;将得到的酸化的硅灰石粉烘干后,利用干法处理,用偶联剂对其表面进行改性处理,得到活化的硅灰石粉。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的消光粉末涂料,其特征在于:所述活化的硅灰石粉的长径比为18~24。
4.一种制备如权利要求1所述的消光粉末涂料的方法,其特征在于:按配比将所有原料混合均匀,进入双螺杆挤出机,螺杆转速950r/min,温度120℃,挤出并压片,粉碎、过筛即得消光粉末涂料。
