Abstract
本发明公开了全干法火化机烟气净化处理立式布袋除尘器，涉及净化除尘，除尘后由烟气出口排出，打开顶部检修盖，可检修布袋除尘器，布袋上的烟尘经高压空气喷吹系统吹落进入集灰斗经卸料阀排出。布袋除尘过程中不会因一个布袋的堵塞而造成整个烟气除尘过程的瘫痪，同时也方便了烟气的后续流畅排放。

本发明涉及净化除尘设备领域，尤其涉及全干法火化机烟气净化处理立式布袋除尘器。
背景技术
布袋除尘器也称袋式除尘器、袋式收尘器，随着现代研发技术的提高，布袋除尘器已经成为目前使用最广泛的除尘设备，其中脉冲布袋除尘器更是成为最主要的布袋除尘器类型；在火化机烟气处理过程中，布袋除尘也是必不可少的一个除尘设备；但传统的布袋除尘方式不能满足大排量排烟管道进行布袋除尘，如何使得烟气除尘过程中分流的更加便捷且易于后续排放，成为需要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供全干法火化机烟气净化处理立式布袋除尘器，从而使得烟气除尘过程中分流的更加便捷且易于后续排放。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
本发明提全干法火化机烟气净化处理立式布袋除尘器，包括除尘器主体、顶部检修盖、高压空气喷吹系统、除尘布袋、烟气进口、集灰斗、卸料阀、烟气出口：
烟气进口、烟气出口装设在除尘器主体两端，高压空气喷吹系统、除尘布袋装设在除尘器主体内部，卸料阀、烟气出口装设在除尘器主体下部。
与现有的技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：本发明布袋除尘过程中不会因一个布袋的堵塞而造成整个烟气除尘过程的瘫痪，同时也方便了烟气的后续流畅排放。

本发明为全干法火化机烟气净化处理立式布袋除尘器，包括顶部检修盖1、除尘器主体2、高压空气喷吹系统3、除尘布袋4、烟气进口5、集灰斗6、卸料阀7、烟气出口8：
烟气进口5、烟气出口8装设在除尘器主体2两端，高压空气喷吹系统3、除尘布袋4装设在除尘器主体2内部，卸料阀7、烟气出口8装设在除尘器主体2下部。
烟气经烟气进口5、除尘布袋4，除尘后由烟气出口8排出，打开顶部检修盖1，可检修布袋除尘器，布袋上的烟尘经高压空气喷吹系统3吹落进入集灰斗6经卸料阀7排出。
