Abstract
本发明涉及一种珠状芳香剂及其制备方法。一种珠状芳香剂的制备方法,该方法包括以下的步骤:先将部分水加入配料罐中,开启搅拌,把芳香精油与脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚和/或异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚SIMULSOL OX 1309L、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠和/或醇醚羧酸盐AEC、烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵预混后加入配料罐,搅拌使溶解,加入乙醇、溶剂HEXASOL和二乙二醇丁醚中的一种或多种、EDTA‑4Na、凯松,染料,搅拌均匀,过滤,把珠状吸水树脂加入到料液中,浸泡24小时,过滤除掉料液,把已经吸液膨胀的珠状吸水树脂灌装到塑料瓶内即可。本发明除了具有芳香空气的作用,还具有装饰作用。本发明配方具有良好的空气芳香能力,芳香精油能快速挥发,捕捉并吸附空气中的异味分子,从而消除异味。珠状吸水树脂吸收液体后晶莹剔透,外观上具有极强吸引力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种珠状芳香剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
长期以来,居家环境中存在油烟味、烟酒味、腐臭味、霉味等各种异味,一直困扰着人们的生活。空气清新剂(芳香剂)的出现解决了异味的困扰。目前空气清新剂(芳香剂)的种类很多,其中缓蚀型空气清新剂(芳香剂)就有液体型和固体型两大类。液体型空气清新剂(芳香剂)芳香效果好,起效快,但是不方便运输,倾倒后容易洒漏。为了解决液体型空气清新剂(芳香剂)的倾倒洒漏问题,固体型空气清新剂(芳香剂)应运而生。珠状的固体空气清新剂(芳香剂),色彩亮丽,晶莹剔透,既不会倾洒,还有装饰作用,是空气清新剂(芳香剂)中的高端产品。
发明内容
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明的第一个目的是提供一种珠状芳香剂,本发明的第二个目的是提供上述的珠状芳香剂的制备方法。本发明除了具有芳香空气的作用,还具有装饰作用。
为了实现上述的第一个目的,本发明采用了以下的技术方案:

为了实现上述的第二个目的,本发明采用了以下的技术方案:
上述的珠状芳香剂的制备方法,该方法包括以下的步骤:先将部分水加入配料罐中,开启搅拌,把芳香精油与脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚和/或异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚SIMULSOL OX1309L、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠和/或醇醚羧酸盐AEC、烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵预混后加入配料罐,搅拌使溶解,加入乙醇、溶剂HEXASOL和二乙二醇丁醚中的一种或多种、EDTA-4Na、凯松,染料,搅拌均匀,过滤,把珠状吸水树脂加入到料液中,浸泡24小时,过滤除掉料液,把已经吸液膨胀的珠状吸水树脂灌装到塑料瓶内即可。
本发明由于采用上述的技术方案,除了具有芳香空气的作用,还具有装饰作用。本发明配方具有良好的空气芳香能力,芳香精油能快速挥发,捕捉并吸附空气中的异味分子,从而消除异味。珠状吸水树脂吸收液体后晶莹剔透,外观上具有极强吸引力。

一种珠状芳香剂,该珠状芳香剂按重量百分比计由以下组分构成:

3.一种制备权利要求1或2所述的珠状芳香剂的制备方法,其特征在于该方法包括以下的步骤:先将部分水加入配料罐中,开启搅拌,把芳香精油与脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚和/或异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚SIMULSOL OX 1309L、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠和/或醇醚羧酸盐AEC、烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵预混后加入配料罐,搅拌使溶解,加入乙醇、溶剂HEXASOL和二乙二醇丁醚中的一种或多种、EDTA-4Na、凯松,染料,搅拌均匀,过滤,把珠状吸水树脂加入到料液中,浸泡24小时,过滤除掉料液,把已经吸液膨胀的珠状吸水树脂灌装到塑料瓶内即可。
