本发明涉及一种环保无毒的厨房除污剂及其制备方法,由A组份与B组份按4:1的重量份数比混合而成;所述A组份的组成成份按重量份数计如下:十二烷基二甲基氧化胺22‑36份、聚乙烯醇10‑18份、醋酸镁0‑8份、硅油5‑20份、氢氧化钠0.1‑3份、柠檬酸钠12‑20份、乙二胺四乙酸四钠0.5‑5份、水150‑160份;所述B组份的组成成份按重量份数计如下:淀粉1‑15份、活性炭颗粒1‑6份、二乙二醇丁醚0.5‑3份、二丙二醇甲醚0‑6份、乙醇2‑8份、水50‑60份,除污效果好,环保无毒副作用。

一种环保无毒的厨房除污剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及日用化学品技术领域,具体涉及一种环保无毒的厨房除污剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
在日常生活中,厨房用的油烟机、墙壁瓷砖或者灶台等地方经常会积聚油污,难以清理。传统的做法是喷涂除污剂后,用抹布擦掉。但是传统的除污剂粘稠度低,喷涂时容易飞溅,容易损伤使用者和二次污染其他物品,而且除污剂的除污效果不理想。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题提出了一种环保无毒的厨房除污剂及其制备方法,除污效果好,环保无毒副作用。
具体的技术方案如下:
一种环保无毒的厨房除污剂,由A组份与B组份按4:1的重量份数比混合而成;
所述A组份的组成成份按重量份数计如下:
十二烷基二甲基氧化胺22-36份、
聚乙烯醇10-18份、
醋酸镁0-8份、
硅油5-20份、
氢氧化钠0.1-3份、
柠檬酸钠12-20份、
乙二胺四乙酸四钠0.5-5份、
水150-160份;
所述B组份的组成成份按重量份数计如下:
淀粉1-15份、
活性炭颗粒1-6份、
二乙二醇丁醚0.5-3份、
二丙二醇甲醚0-6份、
乙醇2-8份、
水50-60份。
上述一种环保无毒的厨房除污剂,其中,所述活性炭颗粒的粒径为120nm。
上述一种环保无毒的厨房除污剂,其中,所述二乙二醇丁醚与二丙二醇甲醚的重量份数比为1:2。
上述一种环保无毒的厨房除污剂的制备方法,其制备方法如下:
(1)制备A组份:将水加热至40-50℃后,依次加入十二烷基二甲基氧化胺、聚乙烯醇、醋酸镁、氢氧化钠、柠檬酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸四钠,边搅拌边自然冷却至20-35℃,加入硅油继续搅拌10-18min;
(2)制备B组份:常温下将二乙二醇丁醚、二丙二醇甲醚、乙醇、水50-60份混合后搅拌15-25min,加入活性炭颗粒搅拌5-10min后,再继续加入淀粉,边搅拌边加热直至温度升高至35-40℃;
(3)按4:1的重量份数比将A组份和B组份加入反应釜中,在10-30Mpa的压力下搅拌10-30min后的到厨房除污剂。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明粘附力好,喷洒后附着在油污表面,能够快速对油污进行分解,易于清洗和擦除,既抑制了化学试剂对物品表面的腐蚀,又避免了污垢再次沉积于物品表面,在物品表面清洗一层保护膜,增强了除油污效果,清洁效果彻底,减少了清洗周期,环保无毒副作用。
具体实施方式
为使本发明的技术方案更加清晰明确,下面对本发明进行进一步描述,任何对本发明技术方案的技术特征进行等价替换和常规推理得出的方案均落入本发明保护范围。
实施例一
一种环保无毒的厨房除污剂的制备方法,其制备方法如下:
(1)制备A组份:按重量份数计将水155份加热至45℃后,依次加入十二烷基二甲基氧化胺30份、聚乙烯醇14份、醋酸镁5份、氢氧化钠1.5份、柠檬酸钠15份、乙二胺四乙酸四钠3份,边搅拌边自然冷却至28℃,加入硅油12份继续搅拌15min;
(2)制备B组份:常温下按重量份数计将二乙二醇丁醚1.8份、二丙二醇甲醚3.6份、乙醇5份、水55份混合后搅拌20min,加入活性炭颗粒3份搅拌8min后,再继续加入淀粉8份,边搅拌边加热直至温度升高至38℃;
(3)按4:1的重量份数比将A组份和B组份加入反应釜中,在20Mpa的压力下搅拌20min后的到厨房除污剂。
所述活性炭颗粒的粒径为120nm。
所述二乙二醇丁醚与二丙二醇甲醚的重量份数比为1:2。
实施例二
一种环保无毒的厨房除污剂的制备方法,其制备方法如下:
(1)制备A组份:按重量份数计将水152份加热至45℃后,依次加入十二烷基二甲基氧化胺25份、聚乙烯醇12份、醋酸镁6份、氢氧化钠2.2份、柠檬酸钠18份、乙二胺四乙酸四钠1.5份,边搅拌边自然冷却至22℃,加入硅油8份继续搅拌12min;
(2)制备B组份:常温下按重量份数计将二乙二醇丁醚1.2份、二丙二醇甲醚2.4份、乙醇3份、水58份混合后搅拌18min,加入活性炭颗粒1.5份搅拌6min后,再继续加入淀粉4份,边搅拌边加热直至温度升高至40℃;
(3)按4:1的重量份数比将A组份和B组份加入反应釜中,在15Mpa的压力下搅拌22min后的到厨房除污剂。
所述活性炭颗粒的粒径为120nm。
实施例三
一种环保无毒的厨房除污剂的制备方法,其制备方法如下:
(1)制备A组份:按重量份数计将水150份加热至40℃后,依次加入十二烷基二甲基氧化胺22份、聚乙烯醇10份、氢氧化钠0.1份、柠檬酸钠12份、乙二胺四乙酸四钠0.5份,边搅拌边自然冷却至30℃,加入硅油5份继续搅拌10-18min;
(2)制备B组份:常温下按重量份数计将二乙二醇丁醚2.5份、二丙二醇甲醚5份、乙醇7份、水50份混合后搅拌15-25min,加入活性炭颗粒4.2份搅拌10min后,再继续加入淀粉2份,边搅拌边加热直至温度升高至35℃;
(3)按4:1的重量份数比将A组份和B组份加入反应釜中,在12Mpa的压力下搅拌15min后的到厨房除污剂。
所述活性炭颗粒的粒径为120nm。
实施例四
一种环保无毒的厨房除污剂的制备方法,其制备方法如下:
(1)制备A组份:按重量份数计将水160份加热至50℃后,依次加入十二烷基二甲基氧化胺36份、聚乙烯醇18份、醋酸镁8份、氢氧化钠3份、柠檬酸钠20份、乙二胺四乙酸四钠5份,边搅拌边自然冷却至35℃,加入硅油20份继续搅拌18min;
(2)制备B组份:常温下按重量份数计将二乙二醇丁醚3份、二丙二醇甲醚6份、乙醇8份、水60份混合后搅拌25min,加入活性炭颗粒6份搅拌10min后,再继续加入淀粉12份,边搅拌边加热直至温度升高至40℃;
(3)按4:1的重量份数比将A组份和B组份加入反应釜中,在30Mpa的压力下搅拌30min后的到厨房除污剂。
所述活性炭颗粒的粒径为120nm。

1.一种环保无毒的厨房除污剂,其特征为,由A组份与B组份按4:1的重量份数比混合而成;
所述A组份的组成成份按重量份数计如下:
十二烷基二甲基氧化胺 22-36份、
聚乙烯醇 10-18份、
醋酸镁 0-8份、
硅油 5-20份、
氢氧化钠 0.1-3份、
柠檬酸钠 12-20份、
乙二胺四乙酸四钠 0.5-5份、
水 150-160份;
所述B组份的组成成份按重量份数计如下:
淀粉 1-15份、
活性炭颗粒 1-6份、
二乙二醇丁醚 0.5-3份、
二丙二醇甲醚 0-6份、
乙醇 2-8份、
水 50-60份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种环保无毒的厨房除污剂,其特征为,所述活性炭颗粒的粒径为120nm。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种环保无毒的厨房除污剂,其特征为,所述二乙二醇丁醚与二丙二醇甲醚的重量份数比为1:2。
4.一种环保无毒的厨房除污剂的制备方法,其特征为,其制备方法如下:
(1)制备A组份:将水加热至40-50℃后,依次加入十二烷基二甲基氧化胺、聚乙烯醇、醋酸镁、氢氧化钠、柠檬酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸四钠,边搅拌边自然冷却至20-35℃,加入硅油继续搅拌10-18min;
(2)制备B组份:常温下将二乙二醇丁醚、二丙二醇甲醚、乙醇、水50-60份混合后搅拌15-25min,加入活性炭颗粒搅拌5-10min后,再继续加入淀粉,边搅拌边加热直至温度升高至35-40℃;
(3)按4:1的重量份数比将A组份和B组份加入反应釜中,在10-30Mpa的压力下搅拌10-30min后的到厨房除污剂。
