技术领域
本发明涉及农药增效助剂领域,具体地说是一种含β-细辛醚和胡椒碱的杀虫剂增效助剂。
技术背景
β-细辛醚是一种神经毒剂类杀虫单体,主要通过抑制害虫体内的乙酰胆碱酯酶与谷胱甘S2转移酶的活性,从而使得害虫逐渐停止取食,活力消失,瘫痪,最终死亡。虽然β-细辛醚对害虫有一定的活性,但不足于单独开发成杀虫剂。
胡椒碱是从胡椒中分离提取出来的一类植物源活性成分,在自然中容易降解,对人畜安全,绿色环保,对双翅目、鳞翅目害虫有一定的活性,但不足于单独开发成杀虫剂。
杀虫剂增效剂是指对昆虫没有或者很少有杀虫性能的一类化学品,但添加于某一杀虫剂后,能大大地提升杀虫剂的杀虫效果。添加增效剂的优点在于,能大大增加杀虫效果,减少杀虫剂用量,从而降低成本,减少人类环境的污染,对于环境保护、造福人类有不可忽视的作用,可有效延缓害虫对杀虫剂的抗药性,并且能更加经济、有效地对害虫进行防控。
目前,很多昆虫杀虫剂的增效剂具有一定的专一性,而且稳定性较差。市场上缺乏广谱的稳定性较高的杀虫剂增效助剂。本发明的目的提供一种以β-细辛醚与胡椒碱为主要成分的杀虫剂增效剂,该增效助剂不仅可以当助剂应用于杀虫剂配方中,还可以当桶混助剂直接与各类杀虫剂现配现用,同时该增效助剂具有较强展着渗透性,稳定性好,增效效果显著。
发明内容
本发明的具体技术方案如下:
一种杀虫剂增效助剂,其特征在于:它是以β-细辛醚与胡椒碱为有效成分,加入表面活性剂、稳定剂、展着剂和溶剂水制备而得。
以上所述各组分重量百分比为:
β-细辛醚1-5%;胡椒碱1-5%;表面活性剂5-15%;稳定剂0.1-1.5%;展着剂1-5%;溶剂补足100%。
优选各组分重量百分比为:
β-细辛醚2-3%;胡椒碱2-3%;表面活性剂10-12%;稳定剂0.1-1%;展着剂3-5%;溶剂补足100%。
以上所述的表面活性剂是烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚和苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚中一种或一种以上的组合。
以上所述的稳定剂是三苯基亚磷酸酯、丁基羟基茴香醚、二丁基羟基甲苯、特丁基对苯二酚中一种或一种以上的组合。
以上所述的展着剂是有机硅,具体可选择广州多利多化Agrowet 820或西陇化工ES-80中一种或一种以上的组合。
以上所述的溶剂是松脂基植物油、150#溶剂油中一种或一种以上的组合。
本发明的制备方法:预先将上述组份按照重量百分比称取好备用,在常温下先将溶剂投入反应釜中,开启反应釜搅拌器,在搅拌条件下投入β-细辛醚和胡椒碱至完全溶解后,投入表面活性剂后,停止加料,关闭抽料阀门,打开反应釜的放空阀,分别加入稳定剂和展着剂,待物料加完后继续搅拌30分钟即可。
本发明的优点:
1、广谱性。可广泛应用于各类杀虫剂中,不仅可以当助剂应用于杀虫剂配方中,还可以当桶混助剂直接与各类杀虫剂现配现用。

实施例1增效助剂
按以下重量配比:β-细辛醚3%;胡椒碱2%;烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚12%;三苯基亚磷酸酯0.5%;Agrowet 820 5%;松脂基植物油补至足100%。
实施例1中增效助剂的制备方法是:预先将上述组份按照重量百分比称取好备用,在常温下先将溶剂投入反应釜中,开启反应釜搅拌器,在搅拌条件下投入β-细辛醚和胡椒碱至完全溶解后,投入表面活性剂后,停止加料,关闭抽料阀门,打开反应釜的放空阀,分别加入稳定剂和展着剂,待物料加完后继续搅拌30分钟即可。

2.一种杀虫剂增效助剂,其特征在于:所述各组分重量百分比优选为:β-细辛醚2-3%,胡椒碱2-3%,表面活性剂10-12%,稳定剂0.5-1%,展着剂3-5%,余量为溶剂。
