本发明公开了一种易于弯曲轻体保温板,其特征在于内层板上与外层板相对的面上设有等距排列的纵向棱,纵向棱顶面为凹陷曲面,外层板上与内层板相对的面上设有与纵向棱一一相对的纵向配合棱,纵向配合棱顶面为与凹陷曲面吻合的凸起曲面,凹陷曲面与凸起曲面通过粘接剂粘合,纵向棱和纵向配合棱的两端均由板的边缘处向内收,内层板和外层板间设有嵌入内收位置一半的板条,板条在一组相对的面上分别排列有能够吻合如纵向棱间的插块;本发明弯曲幅度大,不易断裂,气密性良好,具有很好地隔热性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种易于弯曲的轻体保温板,特别是涉及一种易于弯曲轻体保温板。
背景技术
在建筑领域,保温板作为保温材料随着技术的进步不断地更新换代,以玻化微珠为基材的保温板以其优异的特性逐渐成为市场主导,玻化微珠颗粒是由矿砂在电炉加热方式下膨化产生,颗粒表面溶融气孔玻化封闭,光泽平滑,内部是多孔空腔结构,具有质轻、绝热、防火、强度高、吸水率低等优点,而且理化性能十分稳定,使用寿命长,非常适合作为新型建材行业保温板的轻质骨料,生产时将玻化微珠与粘接剂等混合搅拌,然后压制成型,制得性能优异的保温板材,适用范围平面铺装,而在一些曲面建筑面上铺设就比较困难,弯曲度小,过度受力容易断裂,而现代建筑曲面设计是越来越多,这些仍有待于技术解决。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种易于弯曲轻体保温板。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种易于弯曲轻体保温板,其特征在于包括内层板和外层板,内层板上与外层板相对的面上设有等距排列的纵向棱,纵向棱顶面为凹陷曲面,外层板上与内层板相对的面上设有与纵向棱一一相对的纵向配合棱,纵向配合棱顶面为与凹陷曲面吻合的凸起曲面,凹陷曲面与凸起曲面通过粘接剂粘合,内层板外面设有与纵向棱位置相对的向外凸起的第一棱,外层板外面设有与纵向配合棱位置相对的向外凸起的第二棱,纵向棱和纵向配合棱的两端均由板的边缘处向内收,内层板和外层板间设有一半嵌入内收位置的板条,板条在一组相对的面上分别排列有能够吻合入纵向棱间的插块。
进一步的,所述内层板上相邻纵向棱间的板面、外层板上相邻纵向配合棱间的板面均呈凹陷的U型。
进一步的,所述内层板上相邻第一棱间的板面、外层板上相邻第二棱间的板面均呈凹陷的U型。
本发明由带有纵向棱的两片保温板通过粘接剂粘合,粘接面在纵向棱上,粘接面曲面,粘接面积大,粘接后粘接面立体空间凸显,受力不易断裂连接牢固,沿纵向棱排布方向弯曲具更好的柔韧性,弯曲幅度大,而且不易断裂,通过板条和插块的密封可以形成气密性良好的腔室,具有很好地隔热性能,第一棱、第二棱不但可以提高强度,施工时具有与施工面更好的啮合连接性。

具体实施方式
本发明实施例如图1、2所示,该一种易于弯曲轻体保温板,设有内层板1和外层板2,均由玻化微珠制成,内层板上与外层板相对的面上设有等距排列的纵向棱3,纵向棱顶面为凹陷曲面4,外层板上与内层板相对的面上设有与纵向棱一一相对的纵向配合棱5,纵向配合棱顶面为与凹陷曲面吻合的凸起曲面6,凹陷曲面与凸起曲面通过粘接剂粘合,内层板外面设有与纵向棱位置相对的向外凸起的第一棱7,外层板外面设有与纵向配合棱位置相对的向外凸起的第二棱8,纵向棱和纵向配合棱的两端均由板的边缘处向内收,内层板和外层板间设有一半嵌入内收位置的板条9,板条在一组相对的面上分别排列有能够吻合入纵向棱间的插块10,密封纵向棱端头开口,施工时板条好插块可以沾胶连接安装,板条可以跨两个保温板块,交错连接,提高施工过后保温层的整体性,相邻块间不易开裂。
本发明由带有纵向棱的两片保温板通过粘接剂粘合,粘接面在纵向棱上,粘接面曲面,粘接面积大,粘接后粘接面立体空间凸显,受力不易断裂连接牢固,沿纵向棱排布方向弯曲具更好的柔韧性,弯曲幅度大,而且不易断裂,通过板条和插块的密封可以形成气密性良好的腔室,具有很好地隔热性能,第一棱、第二棱不但可以提高强度,施工时具有与施工面更好的啮合连接性。
实施时,内层板上相邻纵向棱间的板面、外层板上相邻纵向配合棱间的板面均呈凹陷的U型,内层板上相邻第一棱间的板面、外层板上相邻第二棱间的板面均呈凹陷的U型,进一步提高弯曲幅度,弯曲变形应力向U型底部逐渐加大释放,突变小,柔韧性更好。
综上所述仅为本发明较佳实施例,凡依本申请所做的等效修饰和现有技术添加均视为本发明技术范畴。

1.一种易于弯曲轻体保温板,其特征在于包括内层板和外层板,内层板上与外层板相对的面上设有等距排列的纵向棱,纵向棱顶面为凹陷曲面,外层板上与内层板相对的面上设有与纵向棱一一相对的纵向配合棱,纵向配合棱顶面为与凹陷曲面吻合的凸起曲面,凹陷曲面与凸起曲面通过粘接剂粘合,内层板外面设有与纵向棱位置相对的向外凸起的第一棱,外层板外面设有与纵向配合棱位置相对的向外凸起的第二棱,纵向棱和纵向配合棱的两端均由板的边缘处向内收,内层板和外层板间设有一半嵌入内收位置的板条,板条在一组相对的面上分别排列有能够吻合入纵向棱间的插块;所述内层板上相邻纵向棱间的板面、外层板上相邻纵向配合棱间的板面均呈凹陷的U型;所述内层板上相邻第一棱间的板面、外层板上相邻第二棱间的板面均呈凹陷的U型。
