技术领域
本发明涉及纺织领域,特别涉及一种抗污性高的羊毛复合面料。
背景技术
现有技术中有一种羊毛面料,包括羊毛纤维和维纶纤维,所述羊毛纤维的规格为细度85s~150s、长度95~115mm;所述维纶纤维的规格为3.5~4.5dtex×50 ~ 75mm。这种羊毛复合面料具有保暖、富于弹性的特点。但是这种羊毛复合面料抗污性差,采用这种羊毛复合面料制成的衣物在长时间穿着后表面易脏。
发明内容
针对上述缺点,本发明目的在于提供一种抗污性高的羊毛复合面料,提高了羊毛复合面料抗污性。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种抗污性高的羊毛复合面料,包括羊毛纤维和维纶纤维,所述羊毛纤维的规格为细度85s~150s、长度95~115mm;所述维纶纤维的规格为3.5~4.5dtex×50 ~ 75mm ;其特征在于,还包括酚醛纤维和聚酰胺中空纤维,聚酰胺中空纤维包覆于酚醛纤维外;所述酚醛纤维的规格为细度28s~45s、长度40~80mm;所述聚酰胺中空纤维的规格为1.2~1.8dtex×70 ~ 85mm;所述酚醛纤维、聚酰胺中空纤维、羊毛纤维和维纶纤维的重量百分比为: 22~35:32~47:31~42:35~55。
本发明与现有技术相比所具有的优点是:在羊毛复合面料内增加酚醛纤维和聚酰胺中空纤维,由于聚酰胺中空纤维具有过滤杂质以及抗污性高特点,将聚酰胺中空纤维包覆于酚醛纤维外,然后再制成布料,使得羊毛复合面料的抗污性提高,维护保养方便。
