Abstract
本发明涉及一种沙棘油复合胶囊。本发明是将超临界CO2萃取的沙棘籽油、沙棘果渣油,沙棘果油同沙棘黄酮粉、沙棘黄酮浸膏复合而成。它的组份和含量如下:沙棘籽油20-50份;沙棘果渣油10-30份;沙棘果油10-30份;沙棘黄酮粉10-30份;沙棘黄酮浸膏10-30份;制备方法是将以上原料均匀混合制成胶囊。其主要成份:不饱和脂肪酸、沙棘总黄酮、氨基酸、维生素E、胡萝卜素、类胡萝卜素、甾醇类及各种微量元素:钙、铁、锌、钾、硒等。主要功效:调节血脂,抗血管硬化;抑制肿瘤细胞;抗辐射,增强免疫机能,滋润营养皮肤等。
Description
本发明涉及一种沙棘油复合胶囊,沙棘油复合胶囊是由超临界CO2萃取的沙棘油和沙棘黄酮复合而制成的软胶囊。
沙棘油是极为珍贵的药用植物油,具有调节免疫、抗辐射、抗炎生肌、抗衰老等药理作用。现有的沙棘油胶囊是单一的沙棘籽油。沙棘黄酮粉是从沙棘果汁、果肉中提取的极为珍贵的原料药,以单一的沙棘黄酮粉为原料制成片剂用来治疗冠心病、心绞痛。但这种剂型丢掉了很多沙棘的生物活性成份。沙棘黄酮口服液能明显调节血脂,有效防治冠心病、心绞痛、早搏等心脑血管病。但这种剂型却又有口感、不便携带的不足
中国专利,申请号为96104896公开了一种“归元胶囊”,虽然该胶囊中含有沙棘油,但其它成份为中草药。未能充分利用沙棘中的有效成份。
本发明的目的就是针对上述现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种可充分利用沙棘中的生物活性成份组成的沙棘油复合胶囊。
本发明是将超临界CO2萃取的沙棘籽油、沙棘果渣油及沙棘果油,同沙棘黄酮粉、沙棘黄酮浸膏复合在一起,制成沙棘油复合胶囊。成为更有效地调节血脂,调节免疫,治疗、预防冠心病、心绞痛、早搏、脑血栓、脑梗塞等心脑血管病,抗辐射、抗放化疗,抗炎生肌,抗衰老的保健药品。口感、携带等问题也同时得到解决。
沙棘油复合胶囊,可制成每粒为0.25g、0.45g、1g重的软胶囊。
沙棘油复合胶囊的组份和含量如下:
沙棘籽油 20-50份; 沙棘果渣油 10-30份;
沙棘果油 10-30份; 沙棘黄酮粉 10-30份;
沙棘黄酮浸膏10-30份。
其中所述的沙棘果渣油是以沙棘果榨汁后的果渣为原料通过超临界CO2萃取制得的,而所述的沙棘黄酮浸膏是以乙醇提取制得的。
其中各组份的重量配比为:沙棘籽油30份,沙棘果渣油17份,沙棘果油20份,沙棘黄酮粉15份,沙棘黄酮浸膏18份。
沙棘油复合胶囊的制备采用一般方法均匀混合而成,具体步骤:(1)先将沙棘黄酮粉和沙棘黄酮浸膏与少量沙棘籽油或沙棘果油调配均匀混合;(2)再把调配均匀的组合物再与沙棘籽油、沙棘果渣油、沙棘果油均匀混合后制成胶囊。其中沙棘籽油、沙棘果油、沙棘黄酮粉是已知物质、市场上可购买到。中国专利专利号为93104942,名称为“沙棘籽油的制取方法”也公开了其制备方法,中国专利申请号91104383,名称为:属植物全果油的提取方法”也公开了制备方法。沙棘果渣油和沙棘黄酮浸膏的制备方法如下所述:
本发明采用超临界CO2萃取的沙棘果渣油,其原料为沙棘果榨汁后的果渣。其工艺参数为压力20-30兆帕、温度40-65℃,流量300-600公斤CO2/小时。超临界CO2萃取沙棘果渣油低温萃取,无溶剂残留。
本发明采用食用乙醇提取沙棘黄酮浸膏,可单独以沙棘浓缩汁、沙棘果渣、沙棘叶为原料,也可将三种原料按同等比例或任意比例混合提取。三种原料混合提取比单一原料提取得到的沙棘黄酮浸膏的生物活性成份要多。
本发明具有以下优点:
沙棘籽油是极其珍贵的药用植物油,沙棘果渣油、沙棘果油同样是极为珍贵的药用植物油,它们在成份、含量上有一定的差异,如不饱和脂肪酸,籽油含量就比果渣油、果油高得多;而α-VE、不皂化物、胡萝卜素,果渣油就比籽油、果油高;而氨基酸,果油就比籽油、果渣油高。将上述几种沙棘油复合在一起,则组合成沙棘油生物活性成份更完整,药理作用更强的沙棘油。
沙棘黄酮浸膏是以沙棘浓缩汁、沙棘果渣、沙棘叶为原料提取、浓缩制成的沙棘黄酮浸膏,这种浸膏含有沙棘总黄酮、氨基酸、甜菜碱、有机酸、微量元素等多种沙棘生物活性成份。
本发明是将多种沙棘油和沙棘黄酮粉、沙棘黄酮浸膏复合在一起,即将沙棘100多种营养、生物活性成份重新组合成营养、保健、治疗作用更强的沙棘油复合胶囊。该发明将沙棘通过不同加工方法提取后的产品再次合理组配,从而最大限度的保留了同人体需要相适应的沙棘生物活性成份。
沙棘油复合胶囊的主要成份:
不饱和脂肪酸≥40%
沙棘总黄酮≥5mg/g
氨基酸、维生素E、胡萝卜素、类胡萝卜素、甾醇类、有机酸、常量及微量元素:钙、铁、锌、钾、硒等。
主要功效:
可调节血脂、抗血管硬化、抑制肿瘤细胞、辅助抗癌;抗辐射、减轻放疗及化疗的毒副作用;增强免疫机能、延缓衰老;抗炎生肌、促进组织再生和溃疡愈合,健脑益智、改善记忆;滋润营养皮肤。
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但是本发明不仅限于这些例子。
沙棘油复合胶囊的组份及含量如下:

沙棘籽油 20kg 沙棘果渣油 10kg
沙棘果油 30kg 沙棘黄酮粉 10kg
沙棘黄酮浸膏30kg。

沙棘籽油 25kg 沙棘果渣油 25kg
沙棘果油 10kg 沙棘黄酮粉 30kg
沙棘黄酮浸膏10kg。
实施例3:
沙棘籽油 30kg 沙棘果渣油 17kg
沙棘果油 20kg 沙棘黄酮粉 15kg
沙棘黄酮浸膏18kg。
实施例4:
沙棘籽油 45kg 沙棘果渣油 12kg
沙棘果油 13kg 沙棘黄酮粉 15kg
沙棘黄酮浸膏15kg。
实施例5:
沙棘籽油 50kg 沙棘果渣油10kg
沙棘果油 15kg 沙棘黄酮粉10kg
沙棘黄酮浸膏15kg。
以上实施例1-5的制造方法一样,原料都购于山西爱心生物技术开发中心。
采用一般方法均匀混合而成。具体步骤:(1)先将沙棘黄酮粉和沙棘黄酮浸膏与少量沙棘籽油或沙棘果油调配均匀混合;(2)再把调配均匀的组合物再与沙棘籽油、沙棘果渣油、沙棘果油均匀混合后制成胶囊。每粒1g,服用方法:每日2-3次,每次1-4粒。

1、一种沙棘油复合胶囊,其特征在于:它的组份及含量为:
沙棘籽油 20-50份; 沙棘果渣油 10-30份;
沙棘果油 10-30份; 沙棘黄酮粉 10-30份;
沙棘黄酮浸膏10-30份;
其中所述的沙棘果渣油是以沙棘果榨汁后的果渣为原料通过超临界CO2萃取制得的,而所述的沙棘黄酮浸膏是以乙醇提取制得的。
2、根据权利要求1所述的沙棘油复合胶囊,其中各组份的重量配比为:沙棘籽油30份,沙棘果渣油17份,沙棘果油20份,沙棘黄酮粉15份,沙棘黄酮浸膏18份。
