本发明公开了一种汽车顶棚吸声板，包括：PVC薄膜层、第一吸音纤维板、吸音海绵层、第二吸音纤维板和泡沫缓冲层，第一吸音纤维板和第二吸音纤维板通过粘结剂连接在吸音海绵层的上下两个表面，PVC薄膜层和泡沫缓冲层通过热压方式分别设置在第一吸音纤维板的上表面和第二吸音纤维板的下表面，第一吸音纤维板和第二吸音纤维板的表面沿纵向分布有吸音孔。通过上述方式，本发明汽车顶棚吸声板对各个频率的声音均具有优良的吸声效果，加速了吸音效率，起到了隔声降噪的效果，同时还具有阻燃隔热的作用。

汽车顶棚吸声板
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车内饰件技术领域，特别是涉及一种汽车顶棚吸声板。
背景技术
随着我国汽车工业的发展，人们对汽车的外观、舒适性、安全性和节能性等要求也不断提高，因此汽车内饰件的用量和质量也在不断提高。
汽车内饰件主要是指汽车内部改装所用到的汽车产品，涉及到汽车内部的方方面面，比如汽车防晒膜、汽车握手套、汽车地垫、汽车防滑垫和坐垫等等，均是汽车内饰用产品。
汽车顶棚是整车内饰的重要组成部分，需要实用性和装饰性兼具。目前的汽车顶棚在吸音隔声方面达不到要求，常常会导致汽车室内噪声较大。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种汽车顶棚吸声板，对各个频率的声音均具有优良的吸声效果，加速了吸音效率，起到了隔声降噪的效果，同时还具有阻燃隔热的作用。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的一个技术方案是：提供一种汽车顶棚吸声板，包括：PVC薄膜层、第一吸音纤维板、吸音海绵层、第二吸音纤维板和泡沫缓冲层，第一吸音纤维板和第二吸音纤维板通过粘结剂连接在吸音海绵层的上下两个表面，PVC薄膜层和泡沫缓冲层通过热压方式分别设置在第一吸音纤维板的上表面和第二吸音纤维板的下表面，第一吸音纤维板和第二吸音纤维板的表面沿纵向分布有吸音孔。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述泡沫缓冲层有聚氨酯或交联聚乙烯泡沫复合制成。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述第一吸音纤维板和第二吸音纤维板为木质吸音纤维板。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述木质吸音纤维板表面设有长条状凹槽。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述顶棚吸声板的截面设有凹凸卡槽，相邻的顶棚吸声板通过凹凸卡槽进行扣接。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明汽车顶棚吸声板对各个频率的声音均具有优良的吸声效果，加速了吸音效率，起到了隔声降噪的效果，同时还具有阻燃隔热的作用。

请参阅图1，本发明实施例包括：
一种汽车顶棚吸声板，包括：PVC薄膜层100、第一吸音纤维板200、吸音海绵层300、第二吸音纤维板400和泡沫缓冲层500。
第一吸音纤维板200和第二吸音纤维板400通过粘结剂连接在吸音海绵层300的上下两个表面。
PVC薄膜层100和泡沫缓冲层500通过热压方式分别设置在第一吸音纤维板200的上表面和第二吸音纤维板400的下表面。
泡沫缓冲层500有聚氨酯或交联聚乙烯泡沫复合制成，起到了隔声降噪的效果，同时还具有阻燃隔热的作用。
第一吸音纤维板200和第二吸音纤维板400的表面沿纵向分布有吸音孔600，加速了吸音效率，声音进入小孔内便会在吸音海绵内壁中形成反射，直至大部分声波被消耗掉达到隔音效果。
第一吸音纤维板200和第二吸音纤维板400为木质吸音纤维板，对各个频率的声音均具有优良的吸声效果，另外还起到了装饰作用，提供良好的视觉效果。
木质吸音纤维板表面设有长条状凹槽，减轻木质吸音纤维板的重量，降低成本。
顶棚吸声板的截面设有凹凸卡槽，相邻的顶棚吸声板通过凹凸卡槽进行扣接，插接方便快捷，可根据实际大小来调整吸声板的大小。
本发明汽车顶棚吸声板的有益效果是：
对各个频率的声音均具有优良的吸声效果，加速了吸音效率，起到了隔声降噪的效果，同时还具有阻燃隔热的作用。

1.一种汽车顶棚吸声板，其特征在于，包括：PVC薄膜层、第一吸音纤维板、吸音海绵层、第二吸音纤维板和泡沫缓冲层，第一吸音纤维板和第二吸音纤维板通过粘结剂连接在吸音海绵层的上下两个表面，PVC薄膜层和泡沫缓冲层通过热压方式分别设置在第一吸音纤维板的上表面和第二吸音纤维板的下表面，第一吸音纤维板和第二吸音纤维板的表面沿纵向分布有吸音孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车顶棚吸声板，其特征在于，所述泡沫缓冲层有聚氨酯或交联聚乙烯泡沫复合制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车顶棚吸声板，其特征在于，所述第一吸音纤维板和第二吸音纤维板为木质吸音纤维板。
4.根据权利要求3所述的汽车顶棚吸声板，其特征在于，所述木质吸音纤维板表面设有长条状凹槽。
5.根据权利要求1所述的汽车顶棚吸声板，其特征在于，所述顶棚吸声板的截面设有凹凸卡槽，相邻的顶棚吸声板通过凹凸卡槽进行扣接。
