本发明属于一种喷墨打印接受介质。
背景技术
常规地,商业打印机打印的目录、小册子,和直接邮件使用胶印。然而,喷墨技术的进展导致增加地渗透到商业印刷厂中。喷墨技术提供高质量的胶印替代方案以供改进应答速度、降低成本和对产品增加的需求。除了打印高质量的可变图像和文本以外,这些打印机引入成卷-馈送的输送体系,该体系使得能快速、高容量地打印。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种节约能源,打印清晰干燥时间短的一种喷墨打印接受介质。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种喷墨打印接受介质,其特征是,包括基体,基体上部设有粘胶层,粘胶层上部设有墨水吸收层;粘胶层由以下重量组分构成:丙烯酸酯乳液25份、聚乙烯醇35份、阴离子表面活性剂3份、交联剂1份、纯净水36份;
墨水吸收层由以下重量组分构成:亲水性有机粒子33份、丙烯酸酯基阳离子乳胶40份、碳酸锌3份、无水乙醇4份、二氧化硅分散液20份。
其中,亲水性有机粒子的直径为0.5微米。
其中,墨水吸收层的厚度为0.8微米。
其中,墨水吸收层上部设有防静电层。
本发明的有益效果是:打印清晰、节约能源:可以提供更好的反射色浓度,像点清晰度高,尺寸稳定,干燥时间短。

1.一种喷墨打印接受介质,其特征是,包括基体,基体上部设有粘胶层,粘胶层上部设有墨水吸收层;粘胶层由以下重量组分构成:丙烯酸酯乳液25份、聚乙烯醇35份、阴离子表面活性剂3份、交联剂1份、纯净水36份;
墨水吸收层由以下重量组分构成:亲水性有机粒子33份、丙烯酸酯基阳离子乳胶40份、碳酸锌3份、无水乙醇4份、二氧化硅分散液20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种喷墨打印接受介质,其特征是,亲水性有机粒子的直径为0.5微米。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种喷墨打印接受介质,其特征是,墨水吸收层的厚度为0.8微米。
