Abstract
金属矿粉造粒粘合剂,属于一种高分子聚合物粘合剂。金属矿粉造粒粘合剂由母液、单体、交联剂、引发剂、中和剂和水配制成。母液为含多糖结构的碳水化合物,如造纸苇浆红液,其固含量占总量10-50%。单体为水溶性单体,如丙烯酸,占母液总重量10-30%。交联剂,如甲叉基双丙烯酰胺,占母液总量0.05-0.5%。引发剂,如过氧化氢占母液总量0.05-1.0%。中和剂,如氢氧化钠,调解pH值达到3-9。水相占总重量的40-70%。上述百分比为重量百分比。发明可用于黑色和有色金属矿粉造粒,可提高造粒率和产品质量,并能降低成本。
Description
本发明涉及一种用于黑色金属烧结混合料造粒,冷固球团造块及有色金属制团的粘合剂,特别是涉及一种用造纸废液,经浓缩、氧化反应、接枝共聚而制成的高分子聚合物粘合剂。
矿粉造粒(或是矿粉制成块状),是冶金工业中极其重要的环节。目前在黑色金属烧结混合料造粒中,主要是使用无机粘合剂、烧结矿用生石灰或熟石灰。采用上述无机粘合剂,造球率低、强度差、返矿多。冷固球团,目前主要采用硅酸钠粘合剂,用量大。由于用量大,使大量硅和钠进入高炉,影响了还原指数和还原膨胀指数,降低了铁的质量;有色金属制团,目前有的厂家采用造纸浓缩废液,由于粘接力差,使用量大,如每吨锌矿需500-700Kg,且工艺较复杂,提高了生产成本。
本发明的目的,是提供一种由造纸废液,经浓缩,氧化反应,接枝共聚而制成的,可提高造粒(块)率,降低造粒成本和提高产品质量的金属矿粉造粒(块)粘合剂。
金属矿粉造粒(块)粘合剂,由母液、单体、交联剂、引发剂、中合剂和水配制成;母液为含多糖结构的碳水化合物,其固体含量占总量10-50%;单体为水溶性单体或水解后为水溶性单体,占母液总量10-30%;交联剂占母液总量0.05-0.5%;引发剂占母液总量0.05-1.0%:中和剂,依据调解PH值达到3-9的实际需要而定:水相,占总量40-70%。
因此,本发明的金属矿粉造粒(块)粘合剂,是大约由40-70%的水相和30-60%溶于水的高分子聚合物组成。
上述百分比为重量比分比。
在母液中加入单体的目的,是使母液改性和接枝。加入交联剂的目的,是使改性后的母液增加强度和防止吸水潮解。引发剂是一种催化剂,以加速反应过程。
本发明的配方组成:
一、母液包含至少一种含多糖结构的碳水化合物。如:淀粉、纤维素、蛋白质、果胶等及其衍生物,纸浆及其碱法制浆回收的黑液,亚硫酸盐法制浆回收的红液、糖厂及化纤厂废液浓缩物等。
1、水溶性单体:(1)含羧酸基单体,主要有丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、顺丁烯二酸、反丁烯二酸等及它们的酸酐和羧酸盐(碱金属盐、铵盐、胺盐),如顺丁烯二酸酐、丙烯酸钠、丙烯酸三乙醇胺、甲基丙烯酸钠、马来酸钠等。
(2)含磺酸基单体,主要有乙烯磺酸、丙烯磺酸、乙烯甲苯磺酸、甲基丙烯磺酸等及其它们的碱金属盐、铵盐、胺盐等。
(3)含羟基或(酯)醚基单体,主要有丙烯醇、甲基丙烯醇、乙烯二醇、丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸乙三甘醇酯、甲基丙烯酸乙三甘醇酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯等。
(4)含酰胺基单体,主要有丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酰胺,N-烷基丙烯酰胺、N.N-二烷基丙烯酰胺、N-羟烷基丙烯酰胺、N.N-二羟烷基丙烯酰胺、乙烯基内酰胺等,以及含氨基单体和季铵盐单体等。
2、水解后为水溶性单体,这种单体至少有一个水解基(酯基、氰基)。
(1)含乙烯基不饱和羧酸的低级烷基酯,主要有丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸2-乙基己酯等。
(2)含乙烯基醇酯,主要有醋酸乙烯、醋酸丙烯、醋酸甲基丙烯酯等。
(3)含腈基单体,主要有丙烯腈、甲基丙烯腈。
本发明最适宜的单体为丙烯酸或丙烯酰胺。
三、交联剂:
(1)具有非共轭多双键化合物,主要有二或三乙烯基化合物、二乙烯苯、二乙烯醚等。
(2)不饱和单羧酸与多元醇或多环氧化物形成的酯。主要有乙二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、甘油、聚乙二醇与丙烯酸形成的二丙烯酸酯等。
(3)不饱和多羧酸与多元醇形成的不饱和聚酯、双丙烯酰胺、尿酯、聚乙二醇二醚等。
(4)形成离子交联的多价金属化合物,如碱金属化合物及锌化物等。
(5)其它可作交联剂的还有N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、乙二胺、乙二醛等。
本发明最适宜的交联剂为甲叉基双丙烯酰胺和N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺。
四、引发剂:
1、过氧化物引发剂,主要有过氧化苯甲酰、过氧化氢、过硫酸铵、过硫酸钾等。
2、偶氮类引发剂,主要有偶氮二异丁腈,其它引发剂还有硝酸铈、三氯化铁、五价钒盐等。
五、中和剂为氨水、氢氧化钾、氢氧化钠、乙醇胺等。
金属矿粉造粒(块)粘合剂的生产方法是:
一、根据不同金属矿粉造粒(块)粘合剂的实际需要,配制好母液、单体、交联剂、引发剂。
二、将母液加入到反应釜内,加热、升温,当达到聚合要求的温度时,再分别加入配制好的单体、交联剂、引发剂,使之发生氧化还原及聚合反应,产生高分子聚合物,聚合反应是在55℃-95℃温度下进行。反应时间2-8小时,聚合反应一般在大气压力下进行外,也可以低于或高于大气压力。反应最好在惰性气体(如氮气)保护下进行。聚合反应产生相当大的热量,必须及时排除。搅拌速度一般在60-80转/分为宜。反应结束时降温,并用中和剂调PH值,冷却至室温时出料。
实施例一、
1、母液配制。取亚硫酸盐法造纸苇浆红液浓缩,使其固体含量按重量比达到45-55%;
2、单体配制。单体为丙烯酸,按重量比占母液总量8%;
3、引发剂配制。将按重量比占母液总重量0.1%的过硫酸铵溶于去离子水中,配成水溶液;
4、将母液-配制好的亚硫酸盐法造纸苇浆红液浓缩液放入糖瓷反应釜内,加温至90℃,再分别加入占母液总量8%的单体丙烯酸和由占母液总量为1%的过硫酸铵配制成的引发剂过硫酸铵溶液,在90℃温度条件下反应5小时,反应过程,在氮气保护下进行。反应釜搅拌速度为65转/分。调解PH值为8,冷却至室温出料。
产品为棕黑色液体,固含量为45-55%,PH值为8,粘度为55CPa·S,表面张力为40达因/厘米。
该种金属矿粉造粒(块)粘合剂,主要用于烧结混合料制粒。
实施例二、
1、母液配制:取亚硫酸盐法造纸苇浆红液浓缩,使其固体含量达到45-55%;
2、单体配制:丙烯酸,数量为母液总量的8%;
3、交联剂配制:甲叉基双丙烯酰胺,其量为占母液总量的0.2%,溶于去离子水中,配制成水溶液;
4、引发剂配制:将占母液总重量0.1%的过硫酸铵溶于去离子水中,配成水溶液。
5、制造工艺与实施例一相同。
产品为棕黑色液体,固含量为50%,PH值为3-5,粘度为40CPa·S。
该粘合剂用于冷固球团加压成块。
实施例3
1、母液配制:取亚硫酸盐法造纸苇浆红液浓缩,使其固含量达到45-55%;
2、单体配制:丙烯酸,占母液总量20%;
3、交联剂配制:N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺,占母液总量0.2%溶于去离子水中配成水溶液;
4、引发剂配制:取0.5%过硫酸铵,溶于去离子水中,配成水溶液。
5、制造工艺与实施例一相同。
实施例1、2、3中所述的百分比为重量百分比。
产品为棕黑色液体,固含量按重量百分比为40%,PH值为3-5,粘度为50CPa·s。该种粘合剂主要用于有色金属矿粉制团粒用。
本发明的金属矿粉造粒(块)粘合剂,用于铁矿粉造粒,造粒率高,强度大,透气性好,提高了铁的品位和质量,增加了产量,并可降低能耗。用于冷固球团,粘合剂用量少,还原性好,可提高铁的质量。用于有色金属矿粉制团如锌矿粉,每吨仅用20kg左右,并可简化制团工序,降低了成本。由于本发明的金属矿粉造粒(块)粘合剂的母液是利用造纸厂废液,因此减少了污染,变废为宝,实现了综合利用,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。
Claims (2)
1、金属矿粉造粒粘合剂,由母液、单体、交联剂、中和剂和水配制成,其特征在于:
A、母液为包含至少一种含多糖结构的碳水化合物,其固体含量按重量比占总量的10-50%;
B、单体为水溶性单体或水解后为水溶性单体;水溶性单体包括可为含羧酸基单体,也可为含磺酸基单体、含羟基或(酯)醚基单体、含酰胺基单体;含羧酸基单体主要有:丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、顺丁烯二酸、反丁烯二酸及它们的酸酐和羧酸盐,如顺丁烯二酸酐、丙烯酸钠、丙烯酸三乙醇胺、甲基丙烯酸钠、马来酸钠;含磺酸基单体主要有乙烯磺酸、丙烯磺酸、乙烯甲苯磺酸、甲基丙烯磺酸及它们的碱金属盐、铵盐、胺盐;含羟基或(酯)醚基单体,主要有丙烯醇、甲基丙烯醇、乙烯二醇、丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸三甘醇酯、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯、甲基丙烯酸乙三甘醇酯;含酰胺基单体主要有丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酰胺、N-烷基丙烯酰胺、N·N-二烷基丙烯酰胺、N-羟烷基丙烯酰胺、N·N-二羟烷基丙烯酰胺、乙烯基内酰胺;水解后的水溶性单体,可为含乙烯基不饱和羧酸的低级烷基酯,主要有丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸2-乙基已酯,也可为含乙烯基醇酯、含腈基单体;含乙烯基醇酯主要有醋酸乙烯、醋酸丙烯、醋酸甲基丙烯酯,含腈基单体主要有丙烯腈、甲基丙烯腈;单体按重量比占母液总量的10-30%:
C、交联剂可为具有非共轭多双键化合物,主要有二或三乙烯基化合物、二乙烯苯、二乙烯醚,也可为不饱和单羧酸与多元醇或多环氧化物形成的酯,主要有乙二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、甘油、聚乙二醇与丙烯酸形成的二丙烯酸酯;还可为不饱和多羧酸与多元醇形成的不饱和聚酯、双丙烯酰胺、尿酯、聚乙二醇二醚、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、乙二胺、乙二醛;交联剂占母液总量的0.05-0.5%;
D、引发剂主要有:过氧化苯甲酰、过氧化氢、过硫酸铵、过硫酸钾、偶氮二异丁腈、硝酸铈、三氯化铁、五价钒盐;引发剂占母液总量的0.05-1.0%:
E、中和剂为氨水,也可为氢氧化钾、氢氧化钠、乙醇胺;调解PH值至3-9。
F、固体总含量为30-60%。
2、根据权利要求1所述的金属矿粉造粒粘合剂,其特征在于所述的母液、单体、交联剂、引发剂、中和剂及水的组成为:
A、母液选用亚硫酸盐法造纸苇浆红液浓缩液,固体含量按重量比达到45-55%;
B、单体为丙烯酸或丙烯酰胺;单体含量按重量比占母液总量的8%。
C、交联剂为甲叉基双丙烯酰胺或N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺,按重量比占母液总量的0.2%;
D、引发剂为过硫酸铵,占按重量比母液总重量的0.1%;
E、中和剂可为乙醇胺,调解PH值至3-9;
F、固体总含量按重量比为30-60%。
