Abstract
本发明涉及一种含有氟吡菌酰胺的杀线虫组合物及其应用,包括有效成分A和有效成分B;所述有效成分A为氟吡菌酰胺;所述有效成分B为水杨酸和茉莉酸中的一种。有效成分A与有效成分B的重量比50‑1:1‑50。本组合物可应用于农药制药,配制成农业上允许的多种剂型。本发明组分复配合理,对植物线虫防治效果好,且其杀线虫效果不是各组分活性的简单叠加,与单一制剂相比,增效作用明显,具有更优异的杀线虫效果。在实际应用中,降低了农药残留,用药量少,延长农药的使用寿命,延缓害虫耐药性的产生,对作物安全性好,并且具有调节植物生物活性,增强作物抗逆性的功效。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及农药复配技术领域,特别涉及一种含有氟吡菌酰胺的杀线虫组合物及其应用。
背景技术
线虫属于线形动物门线虫纲,体形微小,借助显微镜才能观察到。在中国发生普遍,危害严重,对植物有害的线虫就有3000多种,大多生活在土壤中,有的也寄生在植物体内。线虫通过土壤或种子传播,能破坏植物的根系;线虫直接采食植物,可大幅减少植物对营养和水分的吸收;线虫采食植物造成伤口,还给植物病原菌入侵提供了便利,这样就与真菌、细菌、病毒相互作用形成复合侵染,间接地传播由其他微生物引起的真菌和细菌性病害,加重了对作物的危害,造成巨大的经济损失。
目前药剂防治线虫是最普遍的方法,主要采用土壤处理或种子处理。杀线虫剂一般应具有较好的亲脂性和环境稳定性,能在土壤中以液态或气态形式扩散,从线虫表皮透入起毒杀作用。多数杀线虫剂对人畜有较高毒性,有些品种对作物有药害。随着线虫危害的日益严重,急需开发新型、高效、低毒杀线虫剂。
氟吡菌酰胺(floupyram),化学名称为:N-{2-[3-氯-5-(三氟甲基)-2-吡啶基]乙基}-α,α,α-三氟-0-甲苯酰胺,是一类新型的苯甲酰胺类药剂。氟吡菌酰胺最初被开发为杀菌剂,系有特色的琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂,主要用于防治由真菌病原菌引起的各种植物病害,如灰霉病、白粉病、晚疫病、霜霉病、稻瘟病、菌核病等。不过在许多公开报道中,氟吡菌酰胺对线虫病害也具有较好的防治效果。氟吡菌酰胺杀虫机理是其作用于线粒体呼吸电子传递链上的复合体II[即琥珀酸脱氢酶(succinate dehydrogenase,SDH)或琥珀酸辅酶Q还原酶(succinate-coenzyme Q reductase,SQR)],通过阻断琥珀酸脱氢酶的呼吸链中的电子传递来抑制线粒体的呼吸作用。氟吡菌酰胺具有优异的触杀性能,当使用剂量达到推荐用量,药剂一旦与线虫接触就能杀死线虫,在植物中有强烈的内吸传导作用,能有效的防治线虫侵入植物体内,对已侵入体内的线虫也能有效杀死。
研究表明,水杨酸在植物的抗病、抗旱、抗冷和抗盐等方面,以及对种子萌发、果实成熟和园艺产品保鲜等具有明显的作用;茉莉酸能够促进细胞增长、分裂,核酸与蛋白质的合成,延缓器官脱落与作物衰老以及叶绿素合成。茉莉酸诱导植物防御蛋白例如蛋白酶抑制剂的产生,并可以通过诱导植物防御基因的表达,在植物中促进对昆虫、病原体或病毒的抗性。
合理科学的农药复配或混配能够扩大杀虫谱,提高防治效果,减少用药量,降低农药残留,延长农药使用寿命,延缓害虫耐药性的产生,改善作物的生物活性,显著增强作物抗逆性,提高产量和品质,有利于可持续发展。目前尚无关于氟吡菌酰胺与水杨酸和茉莉酸进行复配的杀线虫组合物及其应用的报道。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要针对上述的问题,提供一种含有氟吡菌酰胺的杀线虫组合物及其应用,本组合物由氟吡菌酰胺分别与水杨酸或茉莉酸复配而成,安全、高效、低毒、环保,延长农药使用寿命,改善作物的生物活性,显著增强作物抗逆性,提高产量和品质。
本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种含有氟吡菌酰胺的杀线虫组合物,其特征在于:包括有效成分A和有效成分B;
所述有效成分A为氟吡菌酰胺;
所述有效成分B为水杨酸和茉莉酸中的一种;
所述有效成分A和有效成分B的重量份数比为50-1:1-50。
进一步的,所述的有效成分A和有效成分B的重量总和在所述组合物中的重量百分比为1%-80%。
进一步的,所述的有效成分A和有效成分B的重量和在所述组合物中的重量百分比为5%-50%。
进一步的,所述组合物还包括辅助成分,所述的辅助成分包括溶剂、助溶剂、分散剂、乳化剂、润湿剂、崩解剂、增稠剂、稳定剂、消泡剂、防腐剂、抗冻剂或载体中的一种或几种。
进一步的,所述杀线虫组合物应用于农药制药领域。
进一步的,所述杀线虫组合物可制成乳油剂、颗粒剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、微乳剂、悬浮剂或水乳剂等剂型。
进一步的,所述组合物应用于防治植物线虫。
进一步的,所述组合物应用于增加植物抗逆性。
采用本发明方案能达到的有益效果:
氟吡菌酰胺分别与水杨酸和茉莉酸复配具有协同增效作用,较之单剂单独使用明显提高对害虫的防治效果。本发明在解决了防治地下线虫的同时,还具有改善作物的生物活性,显著增强作物抗逆性,提高产量和品质等特性。
氟吡菌酰胺与水杨酸和茉莉酸的复配,扩大了其杀虫谱,提高防治效果,减少用药量,降低农药残留,延长农药使用寿命,延缓害虫耐药性的产生。
具体实施方式
为了更好地阐述本发明提供的含有氟吡菌酰胺的杀线虫组合物,现结合以下实施例和各种试验做进一步说明。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以权利要求书为准。
本发明一种氟吡菌酰胺的杀线虫组合物,包括有效成分A和有效成分B;所述有效成分A为氟吡菌酰胺,所述有效成分B为水杨酸和茉莉酸中的一种。所述的有效成分A和有效成分B在所述组合物中重量比为50-1:1-50。所述的有效成分A和有效成分B重量总和在农药组合物中的重量百分比为1%-80%;优选5%-50%。以下采用室内联合毒力试验和药效试验进行说明。
对黄瓜根结线虫的室内联合毒力试验测定
药液浸泡法:挑选人工接种黄瓜根结线虫的黄瓜根部,用组织捣碎机打碎,依次过200目、325目、500目线虫标准筛,用无菌水冲洗500目筛上的虫卵,于无菌水中孵化,取第二天孵化出的幼虫(2龄幼虫)供测试。用丙酮溶解原药,根据预备实验设计方案配制相应活性成分的不同配比,再用丙酮将各处理分别稀释成若干个浓度梯度待用。用移液枪从低浓度到高浓度,一次吸取药液3ml分别加入试管中,然后吸取制备好的等量线虫悬浮液各3ml加入试管内,使药液与线虫悬浮剂等量混合均匀。用移液枪移取一定体积的上述混合液于多孔生化测试板的小孔内,加盖,于25℃恒温培养。每个处理四次重复,设无菌水为对照处理。48h解剖镜下观测线虫死亡情况,记录调查的总线虫数和死亡线虫数。死亡的线虫僵直,用发丝针触碰仍不能弯曲运动。计算死亡率及相应药剂的效力。
药剂效力(校正死亡率)计算方法:
死亡率(%)=死虫数/(存活数+死虫数)×100;
校正死亡率(%)=(处理组死亡率-对照组死亡率)/(100-对照组死亡率)×100;
活性成分混合物的预期效力E0(即理论防治效果,%),使用Colby公式确定并与实验测定效力比较:
X:有效成分A实验浓度为a时的实验效力;
Y:有效成分B实验浓度为b时的实验效力;
E0:当组合物按有效成分A的实验浓度为a、有效成分B的实验浓度为b的比例组合时相对应的预期效力;
E:当组合物中有效成分A的实验浓度为a、有效成分B的实验浓度为b的组合比例时相对应的实验测定效力;
Colby公式:E0=X+Y-X*Y/100;
当E-E0≥10%时,说明混配产生增效作用;
当E-E0≤-10%时,说明混配产生拮抗作用;
当E-E0值在±10%之间,说明混配产生相加作用;

从表1、2、3可以看出,氟吡菌酰胺对黄瓜根结线虫有较高的生物活性,分别和水杨酸、茉莉酸复配,对黄瓜根结线虫表现出协同增效作用。可见氟吡菌酰胺分别和水杨酸、茉莉酸复配具有合理性和可行性。建议进行进一步的田间药效试验,以评价其田间实际应用效果。
本发明的杀线虫组合物可以制备成适合于农业生产的各种剂型,以下为具体实施例配方中的百分比均为质量比。
实施例1:
5%氟吡菌酰胺·水杨酸颗粒剂:
氟吡菌酰胺4.8%、水杨酸0.2%、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚3%、聚氧乙醇5%、十二烷基磺酸钠5%,丁基萘磺酸钠2%,高岭土补足至100%。将上述物料经混合加水进行捏合,使用捏出造粒机捏出并成行,之后利用流化床干燥、筛分,即可制得5%氟吡菌酰胺·水杨酸颗粒剂。
实施例2:
5%氟吡菌酰胺·茉莉酸颗粒剂:
氟吡菌酰胺4.8%、茉莉酸0.2%、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚3%、聚氧乙醇5%、十二烷基磺酸钠5%,丁基萘磺酸钠2%,高岭土补足至100%。将上述物料经混合加水进行捏合,使用捏出造粒机捏出并成行,之后利用流化床干燥、筛分,即可制得5%氟吡菌酰胺·茉莉酸颗粒剂。
实施例3:
40%氟吡菌酰胺·水杨酸可湿性粉剂
氟吡菌酰胺39%、水杨酸1%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(乳化剂)3%、甘油脂肪酸酯聚氧乙烯醚(分散剂)4%、膨润土(填料)补足至100%。将原料分别经气流粉碎机后再混合均匀,即可制备成本实施例的40%氟吡菌酰胺·水杨酸可湿性粉剂。
实施例4:
40%氟吡菌酰胺·茉莉酸可湿性粉剂
氟吡菌酰胺39%、茉莉酸1%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(乳化剂)3%、甘油脂肪酸酯聚氧乙烯醚(分散剂)4%、膨润土(填料)补足至100%。将原料分别经气流粉碎机后再混合均匀,即可制备成本实施例的40%氟吡菌酰胺·茉莉酸可湿性粉剂。
实施例5:
20%氟吡菌酰胺·水杨酸悬浮剂:
氟吡菌酰胺19.5%、水杨酸0.5%、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚3%、十二烷基磺酸钠7%、羟甲基纤维素钠2%、有机硅0.2%、尿素4%、硅酸镁铝1%、黄原胶0.5%、去离子水补足100%。将上述物料经高速剪切分散、砂磨机中砂磨,在水系介质中形成高分散、稳定的悬浮体系,可制得20%氟吡菌酰胺·水杨酸悬浮剂。
实施例6:
20%氟吡菌酰胺·茉莉酸悬浮剂:
氟吡菌酰胺19.5%、茉莉酸0.5%、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚3%、十二烷基磺酸钠7%、羟甲基纤维素钠2%、有机硅0.2%、尿素4%、硅酸镁铝1%、黄原胶0.5%、去离子水补足100%。将上述物料经高速剪切分散、砂磨机中砂磨,在水系介质中形成高分散、稳定的悬浮体系,可制得20%氟吡菌酰胺·茉莉酸悬浮剂
实施例7:
25%氟吡菌酰胺·水杨酸微乳剂:
氟吡菌酰胺24.2%、水杨酸0.8%、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚4%、辛基磷酸酯钠盐8%、十二烷基磺酸钠8%、DMF5%、二甲苯10%、二甲基亚砜5%、丙二醇1.5%、磷酸三丁酯1%、PEG4003%,去离子补足100%。将有效成分用溶剂完全溶解,然后加入乳化剂、消泡剂、稳定剂混合均匀,最后不断搅拌过程中加入剩余的去离子水,即可制得25%氟吡菌酰胺·水杨酸微乳剂。
实施例8:
20%氟吡菌酰胺·茉莉酸微乳剂:
氟吡菌酰胺19.5%、茉莉酸0.5%、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚4%、辛基磷酸酯钠盐8%、十二烷基磺酸钠8%、DMF5%、二甲苯10%、二甲基亚砜5%、丙二醇1.5%、磷酸三丁酯1%、PEG4003%,去离子水补足100%。将有效成分用溶剂完全溶解,然后加入乳化剂、消泡剂、稳定剂混合均匀,最后不断搅拌过程中加入剩余的去离子水,即可制得20%含苯环的三氟丁烯基化合物·氨基寡糖素微乳剂
田间试验防治黄瓜根结线虫
试验于广东肇庆市高要区黄瓜生产基地,根结线虫危害严重。试验共设9个处理(处理区线虫危害基本均一,生态环境相同),采用施撒方式进行,药剂处理后,采取随机抽样的方法,每小区5点取样,每点随机调查3株,共计15株黄瓜苗,将黄瓜根挖出,调查记载根结线虫危害级别。调查方法按农药田间药效试验准则进行。
0级:无可见根瘤或卵块;
1级:根瘤总长度占总根长度的1%-24%;
2级:根瘤总长度占总根长度的25%-49%;
3级:根瘤总长度占总根长度的50%-74%;
4级:根瘤总长度占总根长度的75%-100%;
病情指数=∑(各级病根数×相对级数值)/(调查总株数×4)×100;
防治效果(%)=(1-处理病情指数/对照病情指数)×100。
表4为各处理药剂田间防治黄瓜根结线虫病的试验结果:

注:实施例1、2分别对应5%氟吡菌酰胺·水杨酸颗粒剂和5%氟吡菌酰胺·茉莉酸颗粒剂。
从表4可以看出,复配后的制剂用于防治黄瓜根结线虫,其效果明显优于单剂,实验过程中没有产生药害现象,该复配杀线虫组合物具有协同增效作用,可以在农业上推广使用。从试验数据可以看出,用水杨酸和茉莉酸处理实验组,药后30天的防治效果比药后14天有更优的防治效果。这说明水杨酸和茉莉酸对黄瓜抗病性具有诱导作用,为此进一步的进行田间黄瓜抗逆性诱导实验,以评价其田间对抗逆性的实际应用效果。
对黄瓜抗逆性诱导实验
本试验安排在广东省肇庆市,对长势良好、生长环境相同的黄瓜生产基地,选定六块具有相同株树(5000株)的区域进行试验。在施药前(以下处理药剂均稀释1000倍)、施药后7天、施药后30天分别记录相关发病株数。实验结果如下所示:

注:实例5、6分别对应20%氟吡菌酰胺·水杨酸SC(悬浮剂)和20%氟吡菌酰胺·茉莉酸SC(悬浮剂)。
实验结果表明:氟吡菌酰胺对黄瓜霜霉病、黑星病和白粉病都有较好的防效。20%氟吡菌酰胺SC处理实验中,施药后7天和施药后30天对病害防效基本相当,20%水杨酸SC和20%茉莉酸SC处理实验中,施药后7天基本无防效,而施药后30天黄瓜的病害显著减少,这直接说明水杨酸和茉莉酸对植物具有一定的诱导作用,增强植物免疫力,提高其抗性。
本发明提供的含有氟吡菌酰胺的杀线虫组合物,可应用在蔬菜作物、粮食作物、草坪、果树或室内外观赏树木等的线虫病害防治中。对作物安全性好,并且具有调节植物生长,增强作物抗逆性之功效。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求书为准。
Claims (8)
1.一种含有氟吡菌酰胺的杀线虫组合物,其特征在于:包括有效成分A和有效成分B;
所述有效成分A为氟吡菌酰胺;
所述有效成分B为水杨酸和茉莉酸中的一种;
所述有效成分A和有效成分B的重量份数比为50-1:1-50。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有氟吡菌酰胺的杀线虫组合物,其特征在于,所述的有效成分A和有效成分B的重量总和在所述组合物中的重量百分比为1%-80%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种含有氟吡菌酰胺的杀线虫组合物,其特征在于,所述的有效成分A和有效成分B的重量和在所述组合物中的重量百分比为5%-50%。
4.据权利要求1所述的一种含有氟吡菌酰胺的杀线虫组合物,其特征在于:还包括辅助成分,所述的辅助成分包括溶剂、助溶剂、分散剂、乳化剂、润湿剂、崩解剂、增稠剂、稳定剂、消泡剂、防腐剂、抗冻剂或载体中的一种或几种。
5.据权利要求1所述的含有氟吡菌酰胺的杀线虫组合物,其特征在于,所述杀线虫组合物应用于农药制药领域。
6.据权利要求5所述的含有氟吡菌酰胺的杀线虫组合物,其特征在于,所述杀线虫组合物可制成乳油剂、颗粒剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、微乳剂、悬浮剂或水乳剂剂型。
7.根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的含有氟吡菌酰胺的杀线虫组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物应用于防治植物线虫。
8.根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的含有氟吡菌酰胺的杀线虫组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物应用于增加植物抗逆性。
