本发明提供了一种含有乙羧氟草醚的可湿性粉剂,所述可湿性粉剂的活性成分为含有乙羧氟草醚的组合物,按照重量份数计,所述含有乙羧氟草醚的组合物的组分包括:乙羧氟草醚20份、啶嘧磺隆5‑50份、丁唑隆5‑50份、二甲戊乐灵10‑80份和甲基磺草酮10‑80份。本发明人进行了广泛的研究,发现采用本发明的含有乙羧氟草醚的可湿性粉剂,可以改进除草效果,降低杂草抗药性,而且还可以降低其使用剂量,从而比过去减轻除草剂施用地点或其周边的环境负担。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于农药领域,尤其涉及一种含有乙羧氟草醚的可湿性粉剂。
背景技术
棉花是我国主要的经济作物,有效控制棉田杂草是提高棉花产量和品质的重要措施之一。棉田的杂草种类繁多,与作物争光、争肥、争水,还可顶破地膜,是造成作物产量损失的重要因素。
棉田应用的除草剂多为土壤处理除草剂,主要以二甲戊乐灵、氟乐灵、乙草胺为主,随着二甲戊乐灵等除草剂的长时间连续应用,对其产生抗药性的杂草逐年增多,且由于二甲戊乐灵等除草剂对杂草的选择性,导致敏感杂草数量下降,而不敏感杂草龙葵、灰藜、稗草、铁苋菜、茼麻等数量上升,引起杂草群落发生了明显的变化。
本研究的目的是解决目前棉田土壤处理除草剂单一,除草效果下降,且杂草抗药性及杂草群落演替逐年加重的问题。因此需要开发一种新的棉田除草剂,能够提高杀草效果、延缓杂草产生抗药性。
一种可能的改进除草剂施用特性的方法可以是使活性物质与一种或多种其他物质结合。然而,对于多种活性物质结合使用而言,发生物理不相容和生物不相容现象并不少见,例如混合制剂不稳定、活性物质分解或活性物质之间反作用。
发明内容
本发明目的是针对上述不足之处提供了一种含有乙羧氟草醚的可湿性粉剂,可用于棉花田的除草。
本发明是这样是实现的:
一种含有乙羧氟草醚的可湿性粉剂,所述可湿性粉剂的活性成分为含有乙羧氟草醚的组合物,按照重量份数计,所述含有乙羧氟草醚的组合物的组分包括:乙羧氟草醚20份、啶嘧磺隆5-50份、丁唑隆5-50份、二甲戊乐灵10-80份和甲基磺草酮10-80份。
优选地,按照重量份数计,所述含有乙羧氟草醚的组合物的组分包括:乙羧氟草醚20份、啶嘧磺隆10-40份、丁唑隆10-40份、二甲戊乐灵20-60份和甲基磺草酮20-60份。
进一步优选地,按照重量份数计,所述含有乙羧氟草醚的组合物的组分包括:乙羧氟草醚20份、啶嘧磺隆15份、丁唑隆25份、二甲戊乐灵30份和甲基磺草酮50份。
进一步优选地,按照重量份数计,所述含有乙羧氟草醚的组合物的组分包括:乙羧氟草醚20份、啶嘧磺隆30份、丁唑隆20份、二甲戊乐灵40份和甲基磺草酮40份。
应当理解的是,所述可湿性粉剂除了所述活性成分外,还含有添加剂,本发明不对添加剂的种类和含量进行限制,只要能够制成可湿性粉剂即可,这在本领域来说,是常规的。可湿性粉剂常用的添加剂有含分散剂、润湿剂、崩解剂、粘结剂、填料等。
本发明人进行了广泛的研究,发现采用本发明的含有乙羧氟草醚的可湿性粉剂,可以改进除草效果,降低杂草抗药性,而且还可以降低其使用剂量,从而比过去减轻除草剂施用地点或其周边的环境负担。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,以更好地理解本发明。
在农业管理中,保护作物对抗抑制作物生长的杂草和其它植物是一个不断重现的问题。本发明的目的是解决目前棉田土壤处理剂单一,除草效果下降,且杂草抗药性及杂草群落演替逐年加重的问题。研究的复配制剂于棉花播前或播后苗前使用,可以同时防除大多数单子叶和双子叶杂草,特别是龙葵、灰藜、稗草、铁苋菜、茼麻等杂草。
本发明的含有乙羧氟草醚的可湿性粉剂的施用量取决于待控制的杂草的具体类型、需要控制的程度和时间和施用方法。通常,本发明的含有乙羧氟草醚的可湿性粉剂可以0.001kg/ha至5.0kg/ha的施用量施用,基于含有乙羧氟草醚的可湿性粉剂中活性成分的总量计。约0.001kg/ha至3.0kg/ha的施用量是优选的,约0.01kg/ha至1.0kg/ha的施用量是特别优选的。注意在下述实施例中使用的用量是暖房用量并且低于通常施用于大田中的那些,因为在这样的条件下除草效果被放大。
以下的实施例只用于解释的目的,所述实施例并非旨在作为所有实施的实验的必然代表并不意欲以任何方式限制本发明。本领域技术人员熟知,在除草实验中,大量不易控制的因素会影响单个实验的结果并使得它们不能重视。例如所述结果可以取决于环境因素而变化,尤其是光照量和水量、土壤类型、土壤的pH、温度和湿度。还有种植的深度、单一和组合除草剂的施用量。结果可以在作物种类范围内在不同的作物之间变化。
实施例1
本实施例的含有乙羧氟草醚的可湿性粉剂包括:活性成分18wt%,萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物8wt%,聚羧酸盐1.5wt%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2wt%,十二烷基硫酸钠1.5wt%,白炭黑3wt%和余量膨润土。其中,活性成分按照重量份数计包括:乙羧氟草醚20份、啶嘧磺隆30份、丁唑隆20份、二甲戊乐灵40份和甲基磺草酮40份。将上述原料在双螺旋锥形混合器混合均匀后,经过气流粉碎机粉碎,制成粉末形状,即得。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于,活性成分按照重量份数计包括:乙羧氟草醚20份、啶嘧磺隆15份、丁唑隆25份、二甲戊乐灵30份和甲基磺草酮50份。

试验
温室盆栽法进行芽前实验处理。在播种1天后,进行土壤表面喷雾处理,处理的药液为实施例1-6,加水稀释为需要的计量,处理的盆钵静置1天后,放入温室,定期浇水,14-21天后目测法观察记录化合物的每个重复的除草活性。以植物受害症状(抑制、畸形、黄化、白化)表现程度目测化合物的除草活性,0表示没有除草效果或对作物安全,100%表示完全杀死杂草或作物。结果见表1。
由表1可知,根据本发明的含有乙羧氟草醚的可湿性粉剂,在30ml/ha剂量下对供试杂草表现出90%以上的防效。此外,除草活性和作物安全性目测法评价中,本发明的含有乙羧氟草醚的可湿性粉剂,表现出对特定杂草的高的除草活性。而且,该含有乙羧氟草醚的可湿性粉剂在推荐剂量下能选择性的控制杂草对象,同时对目标作物安全。

温室盆栽法进行苗后实验处理。在出苗后,小心的处理杂草苗的茎叶,处理的药液为实施例1-6的制剂,加水稀释为需要的剂量。结果见表2。
由表2可知,根据本发明的含有乙羧氟草醚的可湿性粉剂,在30ml/ha剂量下对供试杂草表现出85%以上的防效。此外,除草活性和作物安全性目测法评价中,本发明的含有乙羧氟草醚的可湿性粉剂,表现出对特定杂草的高的除草活性。而且,该含有乙羧氟草醚的可湿性粉剂在推荐剂量下能选择性的控制杂草对象,同时对目标作物安全。

1.一种含有乙羧氟草醚的可湿性粉剂,其特征在于,所述可湿性粉剂的活性成分为含有乙羧氟草醚的组合物,按照重量份数计,所述含有乙羧氟草醚的组合物的组分包括:乙羧氟草醚20份、啶嘧磺隆5-50份、丁唑隆5-50份、二甲戊乐灵10-80份和甲基磺草酮10-80份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可湿性粉剂,其特征在于,按照重量份数计,所述含有乙羧氟草醚的组合物的组分包括:乙羧氟草醚20份、啶嘧磺隆10-40份、丁唑隆10-40份、二甲戊乐灵20-60份和甲基磺草酮20-60份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可湿性粉剂,其特征在于,按照重量份数计,所述含有乙羧氟草醚的组合物的组分包括:乙羧氟草醚20份、啶嘧磺隆15份、丁唑隆25份、二甲戊乐灵30份和甲基磺草酮50份。
4.根据权利要求2所述的可湿性粉剂,其特征在于,按照重量份数计,所述含有乙羧氟草醚的组合物的组分包括:乙羧氟草醚20份、啶嘧磺隆30份、丁唑隆20份、二甲戊乐灵40份和甲基磺草酮40份。
