本发明公开了一种粉胶浆,该粉胶浆由以下组分制成:邻烯丙基苯基缩水甘油醚、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、甲苯‑2,4‑二异氰酸酯、2‑甲基‑5‑氨基苯氨基甲酸甲酯、Co(Ⅱ)‑3,8‑双乙基次卟啉二甲酯、增粘剂、固化剂和催化剂,其各组分的重量含量为:邻烯丙基苯基缩水甘油醚25~35份、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯45~55份、甲苯‑2,4‑二异氰酸酯35~45份、2‑甲基‑5‑氨基苯氨基甲酸甲酯38~48份、Co(Ⅱ)‑3,8‑双乙基次卟啉二甲酯30~40份、增粘剂15~25份、固化剂10~20份和催化剂5~15份。本发明主要用于布面复合定位,粘性保持时间长,耐热性佳。

技术领域
本发明涉及胶剂领域,特别是涉及一种粉胶浆。
背景技术
胶粘剂的概念:胶粘剂是一种靠界面作用(化学力或物理力)把各种固体材料牢固的粘接在一起的物质,又叫粘接剂或胶合剂,简称“胶”。
胶粘剂的应用领域非常广泛,涉及建筑、包装、航天、航空、电子、汽车、机械设备、医疗卫生、轻纺等国民经济的各个领域。
然而,目前使用的粉胶浆,主要用于布面复合定位,粘性保持时间不够长,耐热性也不佳。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种粉胶浆,主要用于布面复合定位,粘性保持时间长,耐热性佳。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种粉胶浆,该粉胶浆由以下组分制成:邻烯丙基苯基缩水甘油醚、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯、2-甲基-5-氨基苯氨基甲酸甲酯、Co(Ⅱ)-3,8-双乙基次卟啉二甲酯、增粘剂、固化剂和催化剂,其各组分的重量含量为:邻烯丙基苯基缩水甘油醚25~35份、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯45~55份、甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯35~45份、2-甲基-5-氨基苯氨基甲酸甲酯38~48份、Co(Ⅱ)-3,8-双乙基次卟啉二甲酯30~40份、增粘剂15~25份、固化剂10~20份和催化剂5~15份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的增粘剂为γ-(2,3环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的固化剂为二氧化锰。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明主要用于布面复合定位,粘性保持时间长,耐热性佳。

一种粉胶浆,该粉胶浆由以下组分制成:邻烯丙基苯基缩水甘油醚、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯、2-甲基-5-氨基苯氨基甲酸甲酯、Co(Ⅱ)-3,8-双乙基次卟啉二甲酯、γ-(2,3环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷增粘剂、二氧化锰固化剂和二月桂酸二丁基锡催化剂,其各组分的重量含量为:邻烯丙基苯基缩水甘油醚30份、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯50份、甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯40份、2-甲基-5-氨基苯氨基甲酸甲酯43份、Co(Ⅱ)-3,8-双乙基次卟啉二甲酯35份、γ-(2,3环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷增粘剂20份、二氧化锰固化剂15份和二月桂酸二丁基锡催化剂10份。
实施例2
一种粉胶浆,该粉胶浆由以下组分制成:邻烯丙基苯基缩水甘油醚、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯、2-甲基-5-氨基苯氨基甲酸甲酯、Co(Ⅱ)-3,8-双乙基次卟啉二甲酯、γ-(2,3环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷增粘剂、二氧化锰固化剂和二月桂酸二丁基锡催化剂,其各组分的重量含量为:邻烯丙基苯基缩水甘油醚25份、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯45份、甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯35份、2-甲基-5-氨基苯氨基甲酸甲酯38份、Co(Ⅱ)-3,8-双乙基次卟啉二甲酯30份、γ-(2,3环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷增粘剂15份、二氧化锰固化剂10份和二月桂酸二丁基锡催化剂5份。
实施例3
一种粉胶浆,该粉胶浆由以下组分制成:邻烯丙基苯基缩水甘油醚、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯、2-甲基-5-氨基苯氨基甲酸甲酯、Co(Ⅱ)-3,8-双乙基次卟啉二甲酯、γ-(2,3环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷增粘剂、二氧化锰固化剂和二月桂酸二丁基锡催化剂,其各组分的重量含量为:邻烯丙基苯基缩水甘油醚35份、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯55份、甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯45份、2-甲基-5-氨基苯氨基甲酸甲酯48份、Co(Ⅱ)-3,8-双乙基次卟啉二甲酯40份、γ-(2,3环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷增粘剂25份、二氧化锰固化剂20份和二月桂酸二丁基锡催化剂15份。
本发明粉胶浆的有益效果是:本发明主要用于布面复合定位,粘性保持时间长,耐热性佳。

1.一种粉胶浆,其特征在于,该粉胶浆由以下组分制成:邻烯丙基苯基缩水甘油醚、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯、2-甲基-5-氨基苯氨基甲酸甲酯、Co(Ⅱ)-3,8-双乙基次卟啉二甲酯、增粘剂、固化剂和催化剂,其各组分的重量含量为:邻烯丙基苯基缩水甘油醚25~35份、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯45~55份、甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯35~45份、2-甲基-5-氨基苯氨基甲酸甲酯38~48份、Co(Ⅱ)-3,8-双乙基次卟啉二甲酯30~40份、增粘剂15~25份、固化剂10~20份和催化剂5~15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的粉胶浆,其特征在于,所述的增粘剂为γ-(2,3环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷。
3.根据权利要求1所述的粉胶浆,其特征在于,所述的固化剂为二氧化锰。
