Abstract

本发明公开了种反重力铸造浇铸系统设计方法,用于大型铝合金铸件的浇铸,同时满足铝合金液充填和凝固补缩的需要。本发明方法包括:(1)根据铸件结构进行补缩区的分区;(2)确定反重力铸造浇铸系统引入位置;(3)确定升液管、横浇道、内浇口的截面结构与尺寸;(4)计算补缩长度;(5)确定立筒的位置与尺寸。本发明可以实现反重力铸造工艺的优化设计获得组织致密,结晶质量高的铸件,并可以减少铸件试制次数,缩短研制周期,提高金属的利用率。
