Abstract
The invention discloses a locking device and an automatic teller machine, wherein the locking device comprises a locking mechanism arranged on the side wall of a cash box frame and a supporting part arranged on the inner wall of a shell; the locking mechanism comprises a locking base and a locking bracket, one end of the locking bracket is rotatably connected to the locking base, a clamping hook used for being hooked on the supporting part when the locking bracket rotates and a concave part positioned behind the clamping hook are arranged on the side wall of the locking bracket, and a sensor is arranged on one side of the locking base, which is close to the concave part; the supporting part comprises a supporting seat and a detection sheet which is formed by extending along the side wall of one side of the supporting seat and is used for detecting by a sensor to determine that the locking device is unlocked or locked, and a through hole for hooking the hook to lock the locking device is further formed above the supporting seat. The invention arranges the detection piece on the supporting part, can realize the shielding of the detection piece on the sensor under the condition that the size of the sensor is not changed when the locking bracket is miniaturized, and is beneficial to the miniaturization of the locking device and the automatic cash recycling machine.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of banking equipment, and particularly relates to a locking device and an automatic teller machine.
Background
A conventional automatic teller machine includes: a banknote receiving and dispensing device for receiving and dispensing banknotes with a customer, a banknote checking unit for identifying the denomination and authenticity of inserted banknotes, a banknote temporary storage device for temporarily retaining the inserted banknotes, and a banknote cassette for storing banknotes for each denomination.
In an automatic teller machine, a drawer in which a plurality of cassettes are stored is provided in a solid housing, and protects banknotes and the like stored in the cassettes. The automatic teller machine has a front surface or a rear surface of a housing formed by an openable and closable door, and is capable of drawing out a drawer to the outside by a predetermined slide mechanism or the like in a state where the door is opened. The pull-out device includes a lock portion that locks the pull-out device, the lock portion includes a support portion fixed to the housing and a lock mechanism that is capable of rotating and is hooked on the support portion. The locking mechanism comprises a locking base fixed on the mounting plate and a locking bracket which is rotationally connected with a fulcrum of the locking base through a locking shaft. The blocking plate on the locking support is close to the setting of the locking shaft, and the sensor is far away from the setting of the locking shaft, so that the blocking plate is smaller with the swing amplitude of the locking support in the locking process, the blocking plate is difficult to realize to switch between the blocking state and the non-blocking state of the sensor under the condition that the locking support is miniaturized and the size of the sensor is unchanged, the locking state cannot be detected, and the locking mechanism and the automatic cash recycling machine are difficult to miniaturize.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a locking device, aiming at solving the technical problem that the locking device and an automatic cash recycling machine in the prior art are difficult to realize miniaturization.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the locking device comprises a locking mechanism arranged on the side wall of a cash box frame of the automatic teller machine and a supporting part arranged on the inner wall of a shell of the automatic teller machine; the locking mechanism comprises a locking base fixedly arranged on the cash box frame and a locking support with one end rotatably connected to the locking base, a clamping hook used for being hooked on the supporting part when the locking support rotates and a concave part positioned behind the clamping hook are arranged on the side wall of the locking support, and a sensor is arranged on one side, close to the concave part, of the locking base; the supporting part comprises a supporting seat fixedly arranged on the shell and a detection sheet which is formed by extending along the side wall of one side of the supporting seat and is used for detecting the sensor to determine that the locking device is unlocked or locked, and a through hole for hooking the hook to lock the locking device is further formed above the supporting seat.
The invention also provides an automatic teller machine, which comprises a shell, a cash box frame, a plurality of cash boxes and a locking device, wherein the cash box frame is connected below the shell in a sliding manner and can be drawn out or plugged into the shell, the plurality of cash boxes are arranged in the cash box frame, and the locking device is arranged on the cash box frame and the side wall of the shell and is as above.
The implementation of the locking device of the invention has the following beneficial effects: the detection piece is arranged on the supporting part, the detection of the locking state of the locking mechanism can be realized, the swing amplitude of the locking support has no influence on the detection result in the detection process, the shielding of the detection piece on the sensor can be realized under the condition that the size of the sensor is not changed when the locking support is miniaturized, and the miniaturization of the locking device is facilitated. Further contributing to the miniaturization of the automated teller machine.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and do not limit the invention.
It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "secured to" or "disposed on" another element, it can be directly or indirectly secured to the other element. When an element is referred to as being "connected to" another element, it can be directly or indirectly connected to the other element.
It should be noted that the terms of orientation such as left, right, up and down in the embodiments of the present invention are only relative to each other or are referred to the normal use state of the product, and should not be considered as limiting.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, an embodiment of the present invention provides a locking device, which is mainly applied to an automated teller machine of a banking apparatus, and includes a locking mechanism 1 and a support portion 2. The locking mechanism 1 is arranged on a side wall of a cash box frame 20 of the automatic teller machine, the supporting part 2 is arranged on an inner wall of a shell 10 of the automatic teller machine, the locking mechanism 1 and the supporting part 2 are respectively arranged on two opposite side walls of the cash box frame and the shell, and the locking or unlocking of the cash box frame 20 and the shell 10 is realized through the matching of the locking mechanism 1 and the supporting part 2.
Specifically, the lock mechanism 1 includes a lock base 11 and a lock bracket 12. One side of the locking base 11 is fixedly arranged on the cash box frame 20, and one end of the locking bracket 12 is rotatably connected to the locking base 11. A hook 121 for hooking the supporting part 2 when the locking bracket 12 rotates around the locking base 11 is arranged on the side wall of the side far away from the cash box frame 20, the cross section of the hook 121 is triangular, when the hook 121 hooks the supporting part 2, the locking device is in a locking state, and when the hook 121 is separated from the supporting part 2, the locking device is in an unlocking state. A recess 122 is also provided in the side wall of the locking bracket 12 on the side away from the cassette frame 20, behind the catch 121, the recess 122 opening downwardly. A sensor 111 is provided on the side of the lock base 11 near the recess 122, and the sensor 111 detects whether the lock holder 12 is in the unlocked state or the locked state.
Further, the support portion 2 includes a support base 21 and a detection piece 22. One side of the support base 21 is fixedly arranged on the housing 10, specifically, a support base fixing hole 212 is formed in a side wall of the support base 21, and the support base 21 is fixed on the inner wall of the housing 10 through the support base fixing hole 212; the detecting plate 22 is formed by extending along the side wall of the supporting seat 21 far away from the supporting seat fixing hole 212, and the detecting plate 22 and the supporting seat 21 are integrally formed. In addition, a through hole 211 for hooking the hook 121 in a locked state is further opened above the support base 21. When the hook 121 is not hooked on the through hole 211, the detection sheet 22 is not located in the detection area of the sensor 111, that is, the sensor 111 cannot detect the detection sheet 22, and at this time, the locking device is in an unlocked state; when the hook 121 is hooked on the through hole 211, the detecting piece 22 is located in the detecting area of the sensor 111, that is, the sensor 111 detects the detecting piece 22, and the locking device is in the locked state.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the detection piece 22 is provided on the support portion 2, so that the detection of the locked state of the lock mechanism 1 can be realized, the swing amplitude of the lock holder 12 has no influence on the detection result in the detection process, and the detection piece 22 can shield the sensor 111 even when the size of the sensor 111 is not changed when the lock holder 12 is miniaturized, which is advantageous for the miniaturization of the lock device and the automatic teller machine.
Further, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, a reinforcing part 112 is provided at an end of the locking base 11 to which one end of the locking bracket 12 is rotatably connected. Specifically, the reinforcing portion 112 is formed by bending a sheet metal of the lock base 11 upward, forward in the direction of the lock bracket 12, and upward. It can be understood that the strength is low if the reinforcing portion 112 is directly bent upward by a metal plate to form a blocking piece for blocking the internal structure of the locking mechanism 1. The reinforcing portion 112 of the present embodiment has a high strength, and prevents an impact from behind from affecting the sensor 111 or other structures inside the lock mechanism 1.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to 3, in one embodiment of the present invention, the locking mechanism 1 further comprises a locking shaft 13 for rotatably connecting the locking bracket 12 to the locking base 11. Specifically, a locking through hole 124 for the locking shaft 13 to pass through is formed in corresponding positions of the locking base 11 and the locking bracket 12. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments of the invention, the locking bracket 12 may be attached to the locking base 11 in other known pivotal connections.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, a sensor fixing piece 113 for fixing the sensor 111 is formed at a side wall of the lock base 11 near the recess 122 and is bent inward. Of course, the sensor fixing plate 113 may be welded to the inner wall of the locking base 11.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, a 7-shaped pull 123 is formed to extend upward on the upper side of the end portion of the lock bracket 12 rotatably connected to one end of the lock base 11. Specifically, the handle 123 is formed by bending the rear portion of the locking bracket 12 upward and then rearward. The hook 121 of the locking bracket 12 can be disengaged from the through hole 211 by pulling the handle 123 backward, thereby unlocking the locking mechanism 1 from the supporting part 2; meanwhile, the handle 123 can be manually pushed to hook the hook 121 of the locking bracket 12 in the through hole 211, so as to lock the locking mechanism 1 and the supporting part 2.
Further, the locking mechanism 1 further includes a spring 14 for elastically connecting an end of the locking bracket 12 away from the handle 123 and the locking base 11, and the spring 14 can make the locking bracket 12 return to the original position by its own elastic force after the hook 121 is disengaged from the through hole 211. Specifically, a spring fixing hole 125 for fixing one end of the spring 14 is opened at the top of the locking bracket 12, a spring fixing piece 114 for fixing the other end of the spring 14 is formed by bending upward at one end of the locking base 11 away from the reinforcing part 112, and the spring fixing hole is opened on the spring fixing piece 114.
Further, the sensor 111 includes a light emitting portion and a light receiving portion, and the detection piece 22 switches between a state of blocking the optical path of the sensor 111 and a state of not blocking the optical path of the sensor 111 when the lock mechanism 1 and the support portion 2 are in the locked state and the unlocked state. Specifically, the detection piece 22 blocks the detection area of the sensor 111 in the locked state of the lock device, and the detection piece 22 is away from the detection area of the sensor 111 in the unlocked state of the lock device, i.e., does not block the detection area of the sensor 111.
As shown in fig. 7, the present invention further provides an automatic teller machine, which includes a housing 10, a cash cassette frame 20 slidably connected below the housing 10 and capable of being drawn out or pushed into the housing 10, a plurality of cash cassettes 30 disposed in the cash cassette frame 20, and the above-mentioned locking devices disposed on the side walls of the cash cassette frame 20 and the housing 10.
In the automated teller machine, cash is deposited, paid, and transferred in accordance with a user's operation using a cash card, paper money, a transaction slip, and the like as a transaction medium.
A card processor for processing a cash card of a user and a transaction slip printer for printing a transaction slip and issuing the transaction slip to the user are provided above the inside of the automated teller machine. The card processing machine processes a cash card of a user that is put in from a card insertion return slot provided on a front surface (a surface facing the user) of the automated teller machine. The transaction receipt printer discharges the transaction receipt to a user from a transaction receipt issuing port provided on a front surface of the automated teller machine.
Further, a banknote deposit and withdrawal device that processes banknotes is provided below the inside of the automated teller machine. A deposit and withdrawal port shutter exposed on the front surface of the automated teller machine is provided above the front surface of the banknote deposit and withdrawal machine, and the banknotes are deposited and withdrawn in accordance with the opening and closing of the deposit and withdrawal port shutter.
An operation display unit for displaying transaction contents of a user and inputting various information or items for a transaction, and numeric keys for inputting a password and the like are provided on the front surface of the automated teller machine.
A main control unit that controls the entire automated teller machine and controls each of the units, and a storage unit that stores operation information of the automated teller machine are provided inside the automated teller machine.

A locking device is characterized by comprising a locking mechanism arranged on the side wall of a cash box frame of an automatic teller machine and a supporting part arranged on the inner wall of a shell of the automatic teller machine; the locking mechanism comprises a locking base fixedly arranged on the cash box frame and a locking support with one end rotatably connected to the locking base, a clamping hook used for being hooked on the supporting part when the locking support rotates and a concave part positioned behind the clamping hook are arranged on the side wall of the locking support, and a sensor is arranged on one side, close to the concave part, of the locking base; the supporting part comprises a supporting seat fixedly arranged on the shell and a detection sheet which is formed by extending along the side wall of one side of the supporting seat and is used for detecting the sensor to determine that the locking device is unlocked or locked, and a through hole for the hook to hook and lock the locking device is further formed above the supporting seat; the detection piece and the supporting seat are integrally formed, the detection piece is arranged on the supporting seat, the detection of the locking state of the locking mechanism can be realized, the swing amplitude of the locking support has no influence on the detection result in the detection process, when the clamping hook is not hooked on the perforation, the detection piece is not positioned in the detection area of the sensor, and when the clamping hook is hooked on the perforation, the detection piece is positioned in the detection area of the sensor.
2. The locking device of claim 1, wherein the end of the locking base to which the locking bracket is pivotally attached is provided with a reinforcement.
3. A locking arrangement as claimed in claim 2, in which the reinforcement is formed by the end of the locking base being bent upwardly and forwardly in the direction of the locking bracket and upwardly again.
4. The locking device of claim 1, wherein the locking mechanism further comprises a locking shaft for rotatably connecting the locking bracket to the locking base, and the locking base and the locking bracket are both provided with locking through holes for the locking shaft to pass through.
5. The locking device of claim 1, wherein the side walls of the locking base are bent inward to form a sensor securing tab for securing the sensor.
6. The locking apparatus of claim 1, wherein the locking bracket is pivotally connected to an end of the locking base and has a 7-shaped catch extending upward from the end.
7. The locking device of claim 2, wherein the locking mechanism further comprises a spring for elastically connecting the other end of the locking bracket to the locking base, a spring fixing hole for fixing one end of the spring is formed at the top of the locking bracket, and an end of the locking base, which is far away from the reinforcement portion, is bent upward to form a spring fixing piece for fixing the other end of the spring.
