苯并烯氟菌唑是广谱叶用杀菌剂,是琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂,作用于病原菌线粒体呼吸电子传递链上的蛋白复合体Ⅱ,即琥珀酸脱氢酶(sunccinate dehydrogenase,SDH)或琥珀酸泛醌还原酶(succinate ubiquinone reductase,SQR),影响病原菌的呼吸链电子传递系统,阻碍其能量的代谢,抑制病原菌的生长,导致其死亡,从而达到防治病害的目的。该杀菌剂主要用于谷物作物,对小麦、玉米和特种作物等多种作物的主要病害有杰出防效,可很好地防治小麦叶枯病、花生黑斑病、小麦全蚀病及小麦基腐病,特别对葡萄穗轴褐枯病、玉米小斑病及灰霉病有特效,对亚洲大豆锈病防效优异。其与甲氧基丙烯酸酯类及三唑类杀菌剂无交互抗性,可以和多种杀菌剂复配使用。
目前植物病菌的防治难度越来越大,一方面,随着种植结构的改变,瓜果、蔬菜等经济作物种植面积逐年扩大,病害发生程度、发生数量均有所提高,在防治上难度加大;另一方面,病原菌的抗性在持续的药剂选择压力下逐年上升,单剂的防治效果大打折扣,植物病害防治面临着重大挑战。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种适用范围广、成本低、效果好、能解决植物病害抗性问题的Ipfentrifluconazole与苯并烯氟菌唑的杀菌剂组合。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种含有Ipfentrifluconazole和苯并烯氟菌唑的杀菌组合物,所述的Ipfentrifluconazole与苯并烯氟菌唑重量比为1:50-50:1,优选为1:20-20:1。
进一步的,所述Ipfentrifluconazole和苯并烯氟菌唑二者占组合物的重量百分比2~80%,优选10~50%。
进一步的,所述杀菌组合物可以通过常规的制备方法制备成农药剂型加工中的任意一种剂型,所述剂型可以为乳油、可湿性粉剂、悬浮剂、水乳剂、微乳剂、水分散粒剂、可分散油悬浮剂、可分散油剂、可分散液剂、可溶粉剂、可溶粒剂、微囊悬浮剂、悬乳剂、液剂、油剂。
本发明的另一目的在于提供杀菌组合物作为制备防治植物真菌引起真菌病害药物的应用,尤其是作为制备防治锈病、白粉病、纹枯病、叶斑病、黑斑病、菌核病、网斑病、褐斑病、云纹病、灰霉病、黑胫病、葡萄穗轴褐枯病、苹果斑点落叶病、黑星病、散黑穗病、丝黑穗病、疮痂病、小麦赤霉病和小麦全蚀病药物的应用。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:(1)与单剂相比,本发明杀菌组合物对上述所述病害有明显增效作用,克服和延缓了抗药性,扩大防治谱,明显提高了防治效果;(2)减少防治用工,用药成本;(3)可替代常规和易产生抗性的农药;(4)与单剂相比,生产和使用成本降低。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,本发明用以下具体实施例进行说明,但本发明绝非限于这些例子。以下所述仅为本发明较好的实施例,仅仅用于解释本发明,但不能因此理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的时,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换或改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内,因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
一、制剂实施例
1、实施例1: 20% Ipfentrifluconazole•苯并烯氟菌唑可分散油悬浮剂
Ipfentrifluconazole 8%
苯丙烯氟菌唑 12%
囊心溶剂 13%
壁材 12%
乳化剂 8%
分散剂 16%
去离子水 补足至100%
所述可分散油悬浮剂的制备方法为:将上述物料(有机膨润土除外)一起加入到反应釜混合机中,搅拌半小时,打开釜底入料阀,将物料注入多级砂磨机中研磨,研磨后的物料细度合格后出料,物料再与有机膨润土一起放入高剪切乳化釜中,充分分散混合后即得相应重量百分比的Ipfentrifluconazole·苯并烯氟菌唑可分散油悬浮剂。
2、实施例2: 70% Ipfentrifluconazole•苯并烯氟菌唑悬浮剂
Ipfentrifluconazole 21%
苯并烯氟菌唑 49%
木质素磺酸盐 4%
十二烷基苯磺酸钙 3%
黄原胶 0.5%
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 7%
丙三醇 5%
硅酸镁铝 0.2%
消泡剂 0.5%
去离子水补足至 100%
所述悬浮剂的制备方法为:按照上述配方,依次称取所述重量比的活性成分、分散剂、防冻剂、去离子水等进行预先混合,充分混合后再经过砂磨机中进行研磨,砂磨后得所需合格粒径的悬浮液,加入增稠剂和消泡剂经高效剪切机混合剪切后即得到70%Ipfentrifluconazole•苯并烯氟菌唑悬浮剂。
3、实施例3:60% Ipfentrifluconazole•苯并烯氟菌唑可湿性粉剂
Ipfentrifluconazole 50%
苯并烯氟菌唑 10%
十二烷基硫酸钠 5%
分散剂NNO 8%
木质素磺酸钙 4%
白炭黑 10%
高岭土 余量
所述可湿性粉剂的制备方法为:依本发明的技术方案,将上述各物料一起加入锥形混合机中混合均匀,后经气流粉碎机粉碎,粉碎后的物料再经锥形混合机混合,混合后的物料细度98%通过600目标准筛,即得相应重量百分比的Ipfentrifluconazole·苯并烯氟菌唑可湿性粉剂。
4、实施例4: 22%Ipfentrifluconazole·苯并烯氟菌唑可分散油悬浮剂
Ipfentrifluconazole 20%
苯并烯氟菌唑 2%
苯乙苯酚聚氧乙烯醚 8%
烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚 8%
大豆油 20%
有机膨润土 10%
十二烷基磺酸钙盐 11%
油酸甲酯 余量
所述可分散油悬浮剂的制备方法为:将上述物料(有机膨润土除外)一起加入到反应釜混合机中,搅拌半小时,打开釜底入料阀,将物料注入多级砂磨机中研磨,研磨后的物料细度合格后出料,物料再与有机膨润土一起放入高剪切乳化釜中,充分分散混合后即得相应重量百分比的Ipfentrifluconazole·苯并烯氟菌唑可分散油悬浮剂。

十二烷基硫酸钠 5%
分散剂聚羧酸盐 8%
萘磺酸盐 7%
硫酸铵 20%
玉米淀粉 余量
所述水分散粒剂的制备方法为:将上述各物料按配比一起加入锥形混合机中混合均匀,后经气流粉碎机粉碎,粉碎后的物料再经锥形混合机混合,混合后的物料细度98%通过400目标准筛,加入捏合机中捏合成可塑性物料,最后将此物料放入挤压造粒机中挤压造粒,造粒后经干燥、筛分后即制得相应重量百分比的 Ipfentrifluconazole·苯并烯氟菌唑水分散粒剂。
6、实施例6:36% Ipfentrifluconazole•苯并烯氟菌唑可湿性粉剂
Ipfentrifluconazole 6%
苯并烯氟菌唑 30%
十二烷基硫酸钠 5%
分散剂NNO 8%
木质素磺酸钙 4%
白炭黑 10%
高岭土 余量
所述可湿性粉剂的制备方法为:依本发明的技术方案,将上述各物料一起加入锥形混合机中混合均匀,后经气流粉碎机粉碎,粉碎后的物料再经锥形混合机混合,混合后的物料细度98%通过600目标准筛,即得相应重量百分比的Ipfentrifluconazole·苯并烯氟菌唑可湿性粉剂。
7、实施例7: 22% Ipfentrifluconazole·苯并烯氟菌唑可分散油悬浮剂
Ipfentrifluconazole 2%
苯并烯氟菌唑 20%
苯乙苯酚聚氧乙烯醚 10%
烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚 10%
大豆油 20%
有机膨润土 10%
十二烷基磺酸钙盐 11%

萘磺酸盐 7%
硫酸铵 20%
玉米淀粉 余量
所述水分散粒剂的制备方法为:将上述各物料按配比一起加入锥形混合机中混合均匀,后经气流粉碎机粉碎,粉碎后的物料再经锥形混合机混合,混合后的物料细度98%通过400目标准筛,加入捏合机中捏合成可塑性物料,最后将此物料放入挤压造粒机中挤压造粒,造粒后经干燥、筛分后即制得相应重量百分比的 Ipfentrifluconazole•苯并烯氟菌唑水分散粒剂。
二、生测实施例
1、室内毒力测定
为了了解苯并烯氟菌唑与 Ipfentrifluconazole组合混配对葡萄穗轴褐枯病的确切毒力,本发明对于其配比进行了筛选。
葡萄穗轴褐枯病(分离自辽宁大石桥周边地区),纯化培养后经柯赫氏法则验证其致病
性后将菌种接种于PDA培养基中,在250C ,90%湿度条件下培养7d,菌丝长满培养皿后用0. 4cm打孔器打成菌饼用。
采用菌丝生长速率法测定苯并烯氟菌唑与 Ipfentrifluconazole以及二者组合物对葡萄穗轴褐枯病菌菌丝生长的影响,设定二者重量配比为2:3,3:7,5:1,10:1,20:1,1:5,1:10,1:20,,以及各单剂共10种药剂处理,各处理设定0. 125, 0. 25, 0. 5,1, 2, 4,8,16, 32mg/L共9个浓度梯度制成PDA平板,设置无药剂为对照,每浓度重复3次,在无菌条件下将打好的菌饼倒置于各个处理PDA平板中央后,将平板置于250C, 90%湿度条件下培养,待菌丝生长直径达到培养皿直径50%左右时(10d左右)调查结果,按照下述公式计算抑制率,并借助DPS数据统计软件推算各个药剂处理至毒力回归方程、相关系数、EC50以及复配共毒系数。在室内采用菌丝生长速率法,测定不同药剂对菌株的EC50,采用共毒系数计算方法,计算出混剂的共毒系数(CTC),确定混剂的增效性,具体计算方法如下:
以混剂中某一单剂为标准药剂(通常选择EC50较低者),进行计算:
单剂毒力指数=标准药剂EC50/某单剂EC50×100
理论毒力指数=A单剂的毒力指数×A单剂在混剂中所占比列+B单剂的毒力指数×B单剂在混剂所占比列
实测毒力指数=标准单剂的EC50值/混剂的EC50值×100
共毒系数=实测毒力指数/理论毒力指数×100
共毒系数分级:CTC大于120时混剂具有协同增效性,CTC小于80时为拮抗,CTC在80~120之间为相加作用。
由表1可以看出,采用Ipfentrifluconazole(A)和苯并烯氟菌唑 (B)以不同配比对葡萄穗轴褐枯病的室内生测试验,由表1可知,本发明的组合物共毒系数均大于120,即本发明组合物具有较好的协同增效性,其效果均好于单剂品种。
三、田间药效试验
试验处理:本试验根据各个成分的不同分别设两个药剂用量,药剂用量是有效成分新产品(A)和苯并烯氟菌唑(B)的质量和。对照药剂分别是25%Ipfentrifluconazole悬浮剂和10%苯并烯氟菌唑悬浮剂及空白清水试验。
试验方法:每个小区面积为66.7m2,重复3次; 施药前调查及防治后的调查药效方法为:在试验处理区内随机取样5点,按照国家田间试验相关标准进行病情分级,计算防效。试验结果如表2所示:
通过田间药效结果表明,由表2可知,本发明组合物具有明显的协同增效作用,组合物的防治效果优良,防治效果均好于单剂品种,在农业应用中具有应用价值。
Claims (5)
1.一种农药组合物,其特征在于,活性成分为Ipfentrifluconazole和苯并烯氟菌唑,其中,Ipfentrifluconazole和苯并烯氟菌唑的重量比为1:20-20:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述农药组合物辅以农药制剂加工辅助成分加工成适合农业上使用的任意一种剂型。
3.根据权利要求2所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述农药组合物的剂型为乳油、可湿性粉剂、悬浮剂、水乳剂、微乳剂、水分散粒剂、可分散油悬浮剂、可分散油剂、可分散液剂、可溶粉剂、可溶粒剂、微囊悬浮剂、悬乳剂、液剂、油剂中任一中。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项权利要求所述的农药组合物用于防除农作物病害的用途。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用途,其特征在于,所述农作物病害为锈病、白粉病、纹枯病、叶斑病、黑斑病、菌核病、网斑病、褐斑病、云纹病、灰霉病、黑胫病、葡萄穗轴褐枯病、苹果斑点落叶病、黑星病、散黑穗病、丝黑穗病、疮痂病、小麦赤霉病和小麦全蚀病中任意一种。
