Abstract
本发明涉及一种治疗银屑病的口服中成药，它是由川芎，当归、红花、鸡血藤、紫草、生地黄、金银花、栀子、露蜂房、土茯苓、金钱白花蛇、乌梢蛇、蜈蚣、僵蚕、灵仙威、山药、陈皮组成。传统方法加工制作而成，有祛瘀、活血补血、凉血解毒、祛风通络，标本兼治的功能，疗效显著、无毒副作用。
Description
本发明涉及一种治疗银屑病的口服中成药。
银屑病是一种常见的皮肤病，现有的中成药治疗效果不是很理想。1995年9月6日公告的1107734专利申请文件上公开的克银灵，它是由白花蛇、乌梢蛇、蛇蜕、蟑衣、红花、当归、生地、苦参、地肤子、白癣皮、防风、土茯灵和甘草制成，该药虽然能够祛风止痒，但清热解毒、活血化瘀、疏风通络的疗效不显著，而且存在易伤脾胃的副作用。除此之外，目前使用的药品中常含有铅、汞、砷等重金属，对身体有严重的毒性作用。
本发明的目的在于克服上述缺陷，提供一种标本兼治、疗效显著的口服中成药。
本发明是这样实现的，它是由下述中药原料和重量配成组成(按同一重量单位计算)：川芎20-60、当归10-30、红花10-30、鸡血藤20-60、紫草20-100、生地黄40-100、土茯苓40-100、金银花40-80、露蜂房10-40、栀子10-50、金钱白花蛇10-40、乌梢蛇20-60、蜈蚣10-50、僵蚕20-70、威灵仙10-30、山药50-110、陈皮30-80，将上述配比的中药原料粉碎后过100目筛，充分混匀，加水做成水丸，放置烘箱在80℃以下温度烘干后打光包衣，装瓶。
采用本发明，有如下的有益效果：一、标本兼治，经过多年的研究实践探讨认为，银屑病患者都有血热的基本素质，但受邪多以湿、寒、燥为主，湿、寒、燥邪滞于皮肤，使皮肤疏泄功能受阻，内热不得升达，造成热邪滞久、气血运行不畅、瘀阻于络脉，以致血虚生风生燥。热、燥、瘀日久成毒，所以造成了瘀毒夹风，阻于络脉而形成银屑病，针对瘀毒为银屑病的主要致病原因，确立了祛瘀活血、凉血解毒、祛风通络的治本为主，治标为辅的治疗原则，由此采用川芎、当归、红花、鸡血藤、紫草、生地黄以起活血化瘀、补血的功能，采用金银花、栀子、露蜂房、土茯苓以起清热解毒的功效，采用金钱白花蛇、乌蛇、蜈蚣、僵蚕、威灵仙、以起祛风通络、化消皮损的功效；本发明组成的山药、陈皮，它们具有和脾理气、保护胃气的功能，使脾胃免受苦寒祛风之品的损害，从而有效地防止副作用的发生。二、安全有效，本发明中无任何毒性成分，所以不会对人体造成毒性损害；通过对小白鼠的试验，也未出现急性毒性反应。三、疗效显著，通过临床使用证明，本发明有效率达100％。痊愈率达44％。复发率仅为22％。四、价格低廉、使用方便。
实施例1
取川芎40克、当归20克、红花20克、鸡血藤40克、紫草60克、生地黄80克、土茯苓80克、金银花60克、露蜂房20克、栀子40克、乌梢蛇40克、僵蚕40克、威灵仙20克、山药80克、陈皮40、金钱白花蛇20克、蜈蚣30克，粉碎后过100目筛、使用细粉、充分混匀。先在药匾中加水使成小颗粒，再加水加药粉滚成丸模、再反复加水撒粉做成水丸，然后将潮丸置烘箱80℃以下温度烘干后打光包衣。共制成水丸700余克，每丸重0.05克，分装每瓶60克。
治疗方法：每次6克，每日3次，温开水送服，饭后服用。1个月为一个疗程。
实施例2，取川芎20克，当归30克、红花10克、鸡血藤60克、紫草20克、生地黄100克、金银花40克、栀子50克、露蜂房10克、土茯苓100克、金钱白花蛇10克、乌梢蛇60克、蜈蚣10克、僵蚕70克、灵仙威10克、山药50克、陈皮80、粉碎后过100目筛、使成细粉，充分混匀，然后置烘箱80℃以下温度烘干，装瓶。
实施例3，取川芎60克、当归10克、红花30克、鸡血藤20克、紫草100克、生地黄40克、金银花80克、栀子10克、露蜂房40克、土茯苓40克、金钱白花蛇40克、乌梢蛇20克、蜈蚣50克、僵蚕20克、灵仙威30克、山药110克、陈皮30，放入锅内进行煎熬，待熬熟后滤出残渣，加入防腐剂，矫味剂后装瓶。

1、一种治疗银屑病的口服中成药，其特征在于它是由下述中药原料和重量配成组成(按同一重量单位计算)：川芎20-60、当归10-30、红花10-30、鸡血藤20-60、紫草20-100、生地黄40-100、土茯苓40-100、金银花40-80、露蜂房10-40、栀子10-50、金钱白花蛇10-40、乌梢蛇20-60、蜈蚣10-50、僵蚕20-70、威灵仙10-30、山药50-110、陈皮30-80，将上述配比的中药原料粉碎后过100目筛，充分混匀，加水做成水丸，放置烘箱在80℃以下温度烘干后打光包衣，装瓶。
